Ordered IFB Oven from Paytm, Order got delivered very next day (26/03/15). Customer ID 11015900, Real pain started after that. since 12 days i followed up almost 12 times for installation/demo but no success. Had discussion with Customer care supervisor (Balwinder singh) and he assured that he has talked to Sarjapur Bangalore Area head Suraj, it will be done in 24 hours but no call till today. Never expected this kind of behaviour from IFB Appliances. Time to return the product, if IFB is not listening at very first step, it will be big mistake to expect something in future if something goes wrong... Really disappointed

    the general mangerIFB appliances.Dear sir, We have purchased above washing machine from M/s.Girias Electronics, Coimbatore, vide Inv.No.63597, Dt.30/03/12.Till 10/03/15 the machine was running smoothly.And suddenly a sound has come in the machine and we immediately stopped the machine, and informed the authorised service people in IFB appliances, Pollachi.The service engineer has come on 11/03/15 and immediately after checking the machine, he told the drum has to be replaced.The same he has informed the Manager at IFB, POllachi.From then we are calling the IFB people daily, they said the drum is out of stock as soon as they receive they will replace it.But till today we have not received the drum, it is almost one month over.We have purchased IFB washing machine mainly for the service back up you have.IFB is world renowned brand and we never expect this type of service back up from a reputed company.       My IFB 5 kg Digital Washing Machine is out of order since 17th March 2015 with complaint no.15124057.The service person by the name Mr.Prashant Gouda inspected the Machine asked me to take AMC (Rs.4494 Receipt no.20479).He also charged me for spare parts amounting to Rs.3570.Despite these, The Machine still remains in a non working condition.I have lodged another online complaint on 23/03/2015 (no.[protected].When ever I phone to their Toll free No.[protected] I get the stock reply that they have escalated the matter!My Phone calls to their Technician / Service person go unanswered.I have written to the company either to refund the amount or replace with a new Washing Machine after reducing the cost of the New Machine with the charges I have paid still remains as it is.My customar ID 1271159.         Hi IFB, Good Evening. My Customer ID is: 3988276 I am Pavan writing from Chennai. I have IFB Senorita SX- 6Kg 1000 RPM washing machine from Aug- 2013. I purchased the item above at Girias showroom, Bangalore. I am facing problem with the machine from the past 4 months. And I raised a complaint regarding my machine on 02-Nov-2014 (Sunday) for the first time. Even still repeatedly had problems with the machine. My machine is under 4 year full warranty. I am very dissatisfied by the customer care support technically. Now again I logded a complaint for my machine on 04-April-2015 (Saturday). Complaint No. is: [protected] I need a total solution for my machine. Now the problem is even Start/Pause button itself is not working. Also If I kept my wash program in easy care, it takes around 4 hours to complete the cycle. When your technical engineer came to visit they are suggesting to put extra things to the machine like water softener, power stabilizer and all. It is not the right way to deal a customer. Also I won’t suggest any more to any of my friends or relatives to have IFB to them, just because of your poor customer service. We our family is not at all happy with the performance and customer service of the instrument/ company.                 Dear Sir/Madam, I have been a customer of IFB for more than 10 years (customer ID 3261466), living in Adugodi, Bangalore, Karnataka. I bought my second washing machine Senorita SX 3 years back on 05 Feb 2012. For last 6 months, the new machine has been giving problems. There are multiple complaints registered with your service center. But the technicians from your franchisees Wilson Garden had not been providing satisfactory service: (1). For the first complaint (# 14140741 registered in first week of Nov'2014), to repair water leakage and replace door latch, it took more than 3 weeks to attend it, after escalating to your senior management. (2). For the second complaint (registered in Feb'2015 first/second week), regarding noise coming from drum, your technician came and could not detect the root cause, went back saying everything is normal. The problem went unattended due to lack of expertise of your franchisee's staff. (3). For the third complaint, which was a repeat instance of second complaint (# 15183601 registered on 24th March 2015), again raised regarding increased noise and vibration in the drum, the technicians from your Wilson Garden franchisee came to attend it, but could not fix the problem: Before the complaint was attended on 28th March: -- I was given an understanding that there are 3 parts which have problem: (a) big white plastic housing of the drum (in which the drum rotates) (b) Rubber belt (which rotates the drum) and (c) Rubber sealing (in which the door fits). -- I was told by technician that big white plastic housing would be replaced free of cost, except Rs 450 for transportation -- Rubber belt and Rubber sealing would together cost Rs. 1450 -- Hence the total expense will be Rs 1850 only But what happened on 28th March: -- I was charged Rs 1190 for Transportation (Rs 450) and Rubber Belt (Rs 740) -- I was told Rubber sealing is not available on that day, it would be fixed on Monday 30th March -- I was told that the whole problem was caused by scaling caused by water, and hence I was asked to buy another costly water-softener costing Rs 1800 to fix this problem permanently. Now, the status is as below: -- Machine is still giving same problem, the noise continues and there is no clarity given by the agency how this problem will be fixed -- Your technician is telling me now that Rubber sealing is going to cost me Rs 1750 more, which is more than double compared to what he told me (Rs 750) -- I have already spent Rs 2990, and being asked to spend Rs 1750, total of Rs 4740, on a new machine without any confirmation that this will resolve the problem! -- I have registered a new complaint again on 4th April (#[protected]. -- I have tried to reach your area manager and state head on call and SMS, awaiting their response and action. Since the machine is still under 4 years warranty, I want to escalate this to highest levels in your company and seek return of the faulty machine in totality and appropriate refund of money paid by me for purchase, part replacement and maintenance. We lodged complaint ( no. 15177177dt 23/03/2015 ) Co. representatives inspected machine 10 days back and informed that, spares shall arrive from Pune . However till date nothing has happened . There is cold response from local office .

                        My IFB digital washing machine broke down with E3 error message and refused to work. We raised complaint[protected] on the 16th of March and after following up with customer care, a person named Prashant Gowda came to check. He said, AMC would cover all the problems and suggested getting it done. We paid Rs. 4000 for the AMC. The person said, he'll come back with the replacement parts. The next day, he brought couple of tubes, filter etc.. and asked us to pay Rs.4000 as these parts were not part of AMC. We paid the amount, but the machine was not repaired. Following day, Prashant close the ticket. We called up customer care and asked to reopen the ticket, but they didn't do it. We raised another ticket on 23rd of March, 15175304. And even after numerous phone calls to call center, there has been no response. Prashant Gowda refuses to even answer our phone call. From what I understood after going IFB's website, Digital product range is discontinued and the spare parts are hard to find. If we had been told this on day 1, we wouldn't have landed into AMC. Aren't the technicians trained enough to identify the problems or they are trained to cheat people. Prashant is employeed at Banashankari branch, his manager Sridhar didn't want to own the responsibiltiy and passed it back to Prashant. The branch manager, Madhur doesn't answer his cell phone. Can someone guide me on filing a case against this cheats?

                              I have lodged a request for warranty service with your call center and ticket no. is 15241281. Even after 24 hrs of complaint registration none of the technician has turned up. Every time when I lodge complaint, I have to make about 6-7 times to call center and they agents are conveniently avoid and ask me to talk to local agency. Why should I talk to them? Why IFB is not able to cancel service agency in Bangalore. In some cases the agency closing the ticket without attending the service and I was forced reopen the service complaint. If the same tardy service continues, I will be forced to go to consumer grievance cell. Can someone in IFB look into such service lapses?

                                Hi, I have bought IFB Washing Machine with Four Year Warranty Support which Ends on 03-March-15. I have Raised Complaint on 23-Feb-2015 Complaint No: 14982776, IFB support engineer reached to me checked the Washing machine and confirmed that the issue is Bearings and need to replace and it will be done by another team. The other Team reached after 10 days after calling so many times and they haven't change the Bearings saying that there is no issue with Bearings. I have Taken AMC contract from IFB by Paying 2, 973 Rs on 27-Feb-15 for one year. I observed the same issue so I have raised another complaint on 15-Mar-15 Complaint No: 15115501, then immediately another engineer approached me troubleshooted and confirmed that issue is Bearings need to change. He also said that another will team come and change the bearings but from then till now nobody called me from IFB. I called customer care and got the local Service Center Number [protected]. I am calling Daily 5 times to the Service Center and speaking Madhavi and Mahender which is giving Worst Support. I frustrated with the support by them so i have cancelled my next purchase of IFB Dish Washer. But I loose my 2973 Rs towards AMC where there is no response or support. So please help me to get my 2973 Rs back and i will never buy a IFB Product or never refer any body for Buying IFB Products with this type of Support. Please do the Needful Regards Anil Kumar Raju.                                   I am under annual service contract for my IFB front loading washing machine. I have raised multiple service requests[protected],[protected] to replace the bearing and shock absorber spare parts. Representatives visited my place and said, it will take 45 days to place a request for spare parts replacement. These cheaters didnt say anything about this when they asked for Annual contract cheque..I patiently waited and its more than 45 days.i called up the service head Mr. Sridhar([protected]) last week and he promised me to send his representative on the same day. Its again 4 more days after that..everyone warned me when I opt for IFB saying that "as long as everything goes fine, IFB is the best..but if something goes wrong, your life will be miserable in following up and getting things done.." these guys are proving it again and again and washing machine is not something we can replace just like that..still waiting and hoping that some miracle will happen and these guys will come and replace the spares..

                                    My AFB washing machine, s door got stuck about 15 days back.I informed the area service provider at Jabalpur M.P. I have elena dx model.I m based at Katni & my service provider is at Jabalpur M.P.on 21 March Mr Amar came to my house and inspected the machine and said that its lock is broken and that he will get the parts and will repair on 26th March.Today is 31st March almost gone and Mr Amar did not turn up and adding insult to injury he does not respond to my phone calls.i don't understand where is the problem.Is there any one from IFB set to respond to my problem.Pathetic after sales services I have faced in past also.                                     Dear Sir,

                                    I am Dharmendra from Varanasi. I was purchased IFB Elina Dx model. The warranty period has expired. At present, my machine's door lock and 02 hose pipes are leaking. I contact customer care in this regard and want to purchase these parts. But your staff told that these parts will be inclusive of service charge + tax which is more than Rs.570/-. Sir, I want to ask you, please clear that when I can change the parts myself then why it is charged service charge + taxes on me. Your staff of service centre was telling that even in the matter of an external pipe replacement, you will be charged service charge + taxes. If it is true, then your after sell service of IFB machine is very bad. This policy is not made in the interest of customers. Please clear.

                                      Sir, I am V. RamaKrishna, I have IFB Top Loading Washing Machine AW60-8061. It has some problem so i booked a service request on 7th March 2015 with ticket no: 15066464. I live in Karimnagar Town, Telangana, 505001. My Machine is under AMC till Nov-2015. On 9th March 2015 Service person came on inspected the machine and told that CLUTCH ASSEMBLY IS DAMAGED, and need replacement. He said it takes 4 days to get the product and he went off. Since then we didn't get any communication from service center, so i made a call to the service center (i.e. on 23rd March 2015), then he said "We called your alternate number and with your saying only we closed your service request". But we did not received any call from service center on any number. They are simply making us fools by saying that by our words they closed the request. How they will close the request with out my concern or without rectifying my problem. I have full evidence of what was happened on daywise. If i ask them to show the evidence of calling me they are not in a position to show any evidence. I am very much frustrated with the Service Center people at Karimnagar. Kindly attempt my problem and show the solutions as soon as possible. My details: V.                                         IFB washing machine of Mr. Akshat[protected] has not been working for the last few days, please arrange to send a man to check it and set it right. It is laying at 303/3A, Chelmsford Road, New Delhi. However, I have also sent this complaint on Mobile No. [protected] of one Mr. Sidharath who got it checked last time about a year ago.
