My IFB digital washing machine broke down with E3 error message and refused to work. We raised complaint[protected] on the 16th of March and after following up with customer care, a person named Prashant Gowda came to check. He said, AMC would cover all the problems and suggested getting it done. We paid Rs. 4000 for the AMC. The person said, he'll come back with the replacement parts. The next day, he brought couple of tubes, filter etc.. and asked us to pay Rs.4000 as these parts were not part of AMC. We paid the amount, but the machine was not repaired. Following day, Prashant close the ticket. We called up customer care and asked to reopen the ticket, but they didn't do it. We raised another ticket on 23rd of March, 15175304. And even after numerous phone calls to call center, there has been no response. Prashant Gowda refuses to even answer our phone call. From what I understood after going IFB's website, Digital product range is discontinued and the spare parts are hard to find. If we had been told this on day 1, we wouldn't have landed into AMC. Aren't the technicians trained enough to identify the problems or they are trained to cheat people. Prashant is employeed at Banashankari branch, his manager Sridhar didn't want to own the responsibiltiy and passed it back to Prashant. The branch manager, Madhur doesn't answer his cell phone. Can someone guide me on filing a case against this cheats?

        I have lodged a request for warranty service with your call center and ticket no. is 15241281. Even after 24 hrs of complaint registration none of the technician has turned up. Every time when I lodge complaint, I have to make about 6-7 times to call center and they agents are conveniently avoid and ask me to talk to local agency. Why should I talk to them? Why IFB is not able to cancel service agency in Bangalore. In some cases the agency closing the ticket without attending the service and I was forced reopen the service complaint. If the same tardy service continues, I will be forced to go to consumer grievance cell. Can someone in IFB look into such service lapses?

          Hi, I have bought IFB Washing Machine with Four Year Warranty Support which Ends on 03-March-15. I have Raised Complaint on 23-Feb-2015 Complaint No: 14982776, IFB support engineer reached to me checked the Washing machine and confirmed that the issue is Bearings and need to replace and it will be done by another team. The other Team reached after 10 days after calling so many times and they haven't change the Bearings saying that there is no issue with Bearings. I have Taken AMC contract from IFB by Paying 2, 973 Rs on 27-Feb-15 for one year. I observed the same issue so I have raised another complaint on 15-Mar-15 Complaint No: 15115501, then immediately another engineer approached me troubleshooted and confirmed that issue is Bearings need to change. He also said that another will team come and change the bearings but from then till now nobody called me from IFB. I called customer care and got the local Service Center Number [protected]. I am calling Daily 5 times to the Service Center and speaking Madhavi and Mahender which is giving Worst Support. I frustrated with the support by them so i have cancelled my next purchase of IFB Dish Washer. But I loose my 2973 Rs towards AMC where there is no response or support. So please help me to get my 2973 Rs back and i will never buy a IFB Product or never refer any body for Buying IFB Products with this type of Support. Please do the Needful Regards Anil Kumar Raju.             I am under annual service contract for my IFB front loading washing machine. I have raised multiple service requests[protected],[protected] to replace the bearing and shock absorber spare parts. Representatives visited my place and said, it will take 45 days to place a request for spare parts replacement. These cheaters didnt say anything about this when they asked for Annual contract cheque..I patiently waited and its more than 45 days.i called up the service head Mr. Sridhar([protected]) last week and he promised me to send his representative on the same day. Its again 4 more days after that..everyone warned me when I opt for IFB saying that "as long as everything goes fine, IFB is the best..but if something goes wrong, your life will be miserable in following up and getting things done.." these guys are proving it again and again and washing machine is not something we can replace just like that..still waiting and hoping that some miracle will happen and these guys will come and replace the spares..

              My AFB washing machine, s door got stuck about 15 days back.I informed the area service provider at Jabalpur M.P. I have elena dx model.I m based at Katni & my service provider is at Jabalpur M.P.on 21 March Mr Amar came to my house and inspected the machine and said that its lock is broken and that he will get the parts and will repair on 26th March.Today is 31st March almost gone and Mr Amar did not turn up and adding insult to injury he does not respond to my phone calls.i don't understand where is the problem.Is there any one from IFB set to respond to my problem.Pathetic after sales services I have faced in past also.               I am Dharmendra from Varanasi. I was purchased IFB Elina Dx model. The warranty period has expired. At present, my machine's door lock and 02 hose pipes are leaking. I contact customer care in this regard and want to purchase these parts. But your staff told that these parts will be inclusive of service charge + tax which is more than Rs.570/-. Sir, I want to ask you, please clear that when I can change the parts myself then why it is charged service charge + taxes on me. Your staff of service centre was telling that even in the matter of an external pipe replacement, you will be charged service charge + taxes. If it is true, then your after sell service of IFB machine is very bad. This policy is not made in the interest of customers. Please clear.

                Sir, I am V. RamaKrishna, I have IFB Top Loading Washing Machine AW60-8061. It has some problem so i booked a service request on 7th March 2015 with ticket no: 15066464. I live in Karimnagar Town, Telangana, 505001. My Machine is under AMC till Nov-2015. On 9th March 2015 Service person came on inspected the machine and told that CLUTCH ASSEMBLY IS DAMAGED, and need replacement. He said it takes 4 days to get the product and he went off. Since then we didn't get any communication from service center, so i made a call to the service center (i.e. on 23rd March 2015), then he said "We called your alternate number and with your saying only we closed your service request". But we did not received any call from service center on any number. They are simply making us fools by saying that by our words they closed the request. How they will close the request with out my concern or without rectifying my problem. I have full evidence of what was happened on daywise. If i ask them to show the evidence of calling me they are not in a position to show any evidence. I am very much frustrated with the Service Center people at Karimnagar.                     I purchased IFB Washing Machine Elena SX 6 KG 800 RPM on 16.04.2012 with a 4 year Warranty. My customer ID is 3362590. But since the day of purchase every years its drier is giving problem. Every year I have to get it repaired from IFB. I don't understand why don't they replace this machine if its drier can not be repaired fully. Every year I have to take this exercise. since it is under guarantee till 2016, they company is not charging, but definitely the problem is continued and after 2016 they will start charging. This year also I register my complaint on 18.03.2015. My ticket no. is 15142312. After two days one of their engineer came and informed that its shocker and motor is not working. They needs to change both the parts. After 8-9 days their engineers came and replace the shocker of the machine and said that they bought motor of another model and will bring motor of this model and replace the same. Five days have passed no one has turned up. Since for the last 4 years I am facing the problems I want the following: 1. Either company should give me another piece of this model in place of the present one or repair my machine properly so that every year I should not face problem. 2. I informed them that my bill for this purchase is not traceable only one guarantee card is with me but that too is not having full details on that. I requested their customer care number of times to provide my bill details and machines details. But they are not providing that also. Kindly get my bill details of this model also.

                    Machine is not repaired and company has closed the complaints on their own without giving any document and without verifying from the customer. Their after sale service is zero. I requested Mr. Chanchal of IFB to provide the bills details, as it is not traceable at this moment, he is not picking my phone. Company is not doing anything to repair my machine or replacing of the machine or refunding my machine ever it is still under warranty. I am facing the problem since my purchase. Request to resolve this at the earliest.

                    You will be surprised to note that IFB company neither repaired my machine nor replaced my machine with a new one and nor refunded my money and yesterday I got a message from TD-IFBCRM that my complaint no. 15142312 has been resolved. When I contacted their customer care Mr. Anil who picked my phone informed me that my complaint no. 15142312 dt. 18.03.2015 has been closed by company. I told him how can it be done when my machine is not repaired fully. Its motor was to changed as informed by their Sr. Engineer and also on Wednesday their technician who was having mobile no. [protected] visited to see the machine and informed me that in morning i.e on Thursday he will bring motor and other parts if required to repair this machine. But he didn't turn up and not picked our phone. Moreover they have created a new complaint no.15248285 which is totally a cheating action.


                    I request to either get my machine fully repaired or either company refund my money or replaced this machine with another working piece. Also action to be taken on them how can they close the complaints on their own with verifying from the customer. Company did not give any document regarding this complaint or attending this complaint. Nor they confirmed from me what is status of my complaint.

                      Purchased Microwave Oven and requested installation on Saturday i.e 28/03/15 and appointment scheduled for Monday 30/03/2015 But as today no one came for installation. Its initial phase when I purchased your product and facing problem in even installation than its "?" for your service.

                          Rubber packing inside front door of Machine is sagging/loose & clothes get stuck during washing. Complaint No[protected] lodged with Service Centre No- [protected] on 22 Jan 15.Some one came on 23 Jan 15 (evening), saw it & went back. On telephonic request to local Rep (who came on 23 Jan) I was told that the required rubber is not in stock & has been demanded.It has been nine (9) days now & no one has resolved the complaint. Local Reps are not attending on phone even. Machine 7 Kg direct-drive is within warranty vide ID-3395872.                             Today after getting the following address from IFB company website: IFB POINT Chandigarh10:00 AM-8:00 PM SCO-2431, Sector 22C, Chandigarh Tel: [protected]Tel:[protected], i called at [protected] where one Mr. Vishal, Branch Head Chandigarh took the call. I told him that we plan to buy new IFB washing machine model Senator Aqua SX-8 kg as our old washing machine has gone out of order. He asked about the type of our old machine. I told him that it was Videocon Fully automatic top loading. Hearing this he informed that in exchange of this he will provide Senator Aqua SX-8 kg for Rs. 34799/- . He informed that the Chandigarh Store is closed, today being sunday but the Panchkula store is open, but offered to provide the machine at our residence against cash payment today only and asked to sms him our home address, which we did. When the machine arrived around 2 pm the delivery boy presented the cash memo/bill, copy of which is attached herewith. we made him the payment as promised. He then asked us to get two laboures to transport the machine from his tempo to of flat on first floor, which was in fact the company's job as we were made to understand that machine shall be installed at the quoted price. There is no mentions of transportation/carriage charges in the bill. But we got two persons and did the companies job. There after the delivery boy told us that it shall be installed tomorrow and asked for another Rs. 300/- as his carriage charges. This annoyed us- because either the company (Mr. Vishal ) should have made clear at time of taking order that carriage/transportation to place of installation shall be charged extra and installation shall be done the next day OR should not have informed about all these after we made payment for the billed amount. On contacting Mr. Vishal, he could not satisfy us and told that We were lying about all this . THIS IS AN INSULT TO COSTOMER. WE DID NOT FORCE HIM TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT. More over he should have put all this in writing in the bill. Not installing machine today itself has resulted in not able to use it inspite of paying the price of the product. Hence it is requested that action is taken against Mr. Vishal, Branch Manager, IFB, Chandigarh /IFB Company so that he behave properly with the customers in future and tender apology for his misconduct.

Then he take installation charges. But not open gas. Now i had start yesterday, ac is not cooling, then i had complain the costumer care . He told me, why you not chekd that time . Company is started warranty that day but we can t use it. Dealer told talk to costumer care what we will do ??????????

                                Our complaint number is 15185785. We have registered a complaint on IFB washing m/c as not working on 24, March 2015. After that called help line number several times and each time they gave some wrong numbers to contact. No help from IFB in spite of repeated calls.

( my ticket num is[protected] Till today my machines is not working i was given feed back so many times but they people could not salve my problem. I didn't understand why we using this product due to this problem is take this much of time to salve this?... The most worst service giving by ifb

                                    Dear Sir, I purchased An IFB Split Ac IFBSAC IACS18AK13TC from M/s. Renu And Company, Jagat farm, G. Noida-201306(UP)today (27/03/2015). The dealer didn't register with IFB for free installation and instead informed me that IFB company has stopped giving Free Installation services and sent some Rookie mechanics to do the task who after 4 hours of struggle not only caused damage to my wall(pics attached) but also failed to install either outdoor or indoor unit. This is my fourth AC from IFB and I am a very satisfied customer of your products.Infact my 3 other ACs and Washing Machine and Microwave are from IFB only . You can verify it from my mobile no.([protected]) registered with you. I am highly disappointed by this episode and request You to take strictest possible against this dealer.                                       I had booked complaint for microwave, complaint no.[protected] around 10th January. The next day mecHanic came and told that the coil had to be replaced but never turned up. On enquiry I was told that the complaint is closed. Again I had booked complaint around 2nd week of February and the complaint no. Is [protected]. The next day somebody came and changed the coil and while testing the transformer had burnt. The mechanic told that he will come back the next day and change it. Till date nobody turned up. When contacted Mr. Anand on tel no.[protected] two days back I was told to book a complaint again. I could not understand the logic behind this. The oven is unserviceable for more than three months. Kindly make the oven serviceable or take it back and pay me the cost of the oven. I am really fed up with your products and service.

                                      Purchased Microwave Oven and requested installation on saturday i.e 28/03/15 and appointment scheduled for Monday 30/03/2015 But as today no one came for installation. Its initial phase when I purchased your product and facing problem in even installation than its "?" for your service.
                                      At least installation service should be provided at committed date otherwise I have doubt of achieving your Mission and vision atleast for that focus on your service.

                                      The oven is made alright at last. Thanks a lot. But I would like to record that three months is too long a period for putting a fuse in the oven and that too after making 3 complaints and also after registering in the com super complaints forum. At least in future IFB should avoid all these non senses to maintain consumer satisfaction.

                                        I purchased IFB dishwasher on 20/03/2015 but till today no demonstration given by your representative.He told us that detergent not available in Nagpur.As he has not given us demo warranty card is not signed up by your representative and so we are not able to use that machine.
