Today after getting the following address from IFB company website: IFB POINT Chandigarh10:00 AM-8:00 PM SCO-2431, Sector 22C, Chandigarh Tel: [protected]Tel:[protected], i called at [protected] where one Mr. Vishal, Branch Head Chandigarh took the call. I told him that we plan to buy new IFB washing machine model Senator Aqua SX-8 kg as our old washing machine has gone out of order. He asked about the type of our old machine. I told him that it was Videocon Fully automatic top loading. Hearing this he informed that in exchange of this he will provide Senator Aqua SX-8 kg for Rs. 34799/- . He informed that the Chandigarh Store is closed, today being sunday but the Panchkula store is open, but offered to provide the machine at our residence against cash payment today only and asked to sms him our home address, which we did. When the machine arrived around 2 pm the delivery boy presented the cash memo/bill, copy of which is attached herewith. we made him the payment as promised. He then asked us to get two laboures to transport the machine from his tempo to of flat on first floor, which was in fact the company's job as we were made to understand that machine shall be installed at the quoted price. There is no mentions of transportation/carriage charges in the bill. But we got two persons and did the companies job. There after the delivery boy told us that it shall be installed tomorrow and asked for another Rs. 300/- as his carriage charges.
This annoyed us- because either the company (Mr. Vishal ) should have made clear at time of taking order that carriage/transportation to place of installation shall be charged extra and installation shall be done the next day OR should not have informed about all these after we made payment for the billed amount.
On contacting Mr. Vishal, he could not satisfy us and told that We were lying about all this . THIS IS AN INSULT TO COSTOMER. WE DID NOT FORCE HIM TO DELIVER THE PRODUCT. More over he should have put all this in writing in the bill. Not installing machine today itself has resulted in not able to use it inspite of paying the price of the product.
Hence it is requested that action is taken against Mr. Vishal, Branch Manager, IFB, Chandigarh /IFB Company so that he behave properly with the customers in future and tender apology for his misconduct.

Purchased Microwave Oven and requested installation on saturday i.e 28/03/15 and appointment scheduled for Monday 30/03/2015 But as today no one came for installation. Its initial phase when I purchased your product and facing problem in even installation than its "?" for your service.
At least installation service should be provided at committed date otherwise I have doubt of achieving your Mission and vision atleast for that focus on your service.
