Our house is quite inner from main road. I booked a complaint on 6th march. A service person came and said wire has to be replaced and it will cost around 2000. And he never turned back but the complaint is closed. When I enquired I got a reply that it will be auto closed after 7 days. I booked this complaint under warranty 6 days to lapse. Since it is closed I have to raise another complaint which will not come under warranty. These service agencies are wantedly delayed the service and pushed out of warranty. Another person called and said after second complaint registed and told it will cost 3500. I called the first person again and asked to come for service as he said only 2000. He came on 20-mar and billed 5700 saying circuit board not working, wire to be replaced, blah blah blah... I dont know whom should I believe... also that service person is replying rude to my mother. He says " you will buy home in forest and we have to come for service once you raised the complaint?" I didnt expect such a rude behaviour . My mother is totally upset with his rude tone..and my neighbour also felt bad and told aboùt this after I returned from office... should we buy home in centre of city to get IFB service ???? I called customer care and shouted how can these service person can behave like this and cheat on the price... customer care is blindly supporting that person... worst experience...

      i will call u about this complaint from 4months but complaint is not resolve. number of technicians is coming and we saying number of times about problem. but problem is not solvng our mouth is paining. please solve the problem are replace the machine.we are lot of suffering from you. please send the technician who knows the work.some technicians dont no how solve the work and simply saying that outer point gone u have to buy new one or problem in your power supply so u have to buy ifb stablizer. what is this guys whatz going on.is it gud for your company. about ifb washing machine is best washing machine and very good service in the market don't lose that name with simple things.

        I raised a complain (complain number:[protected] through the IFB Customer care on 13th March 2015 about my IFB washing Machine not working. I was promised by the customer care that the technician will visit my residence within 24 hours. But till now no body from IFB came. I have been calling IFB customer care almost every day and what I hear from them is promises of sending a technician within next 24 hours.

        Now I feel humiliated by IFB when hearing the same promises everyday.

        Steps taken to resolve: 1) Sold the IFB washing machine as an exchange for LG washing machine. LG washing machine has not given me problems for the past year. With IFB very difficult to get the issues resolved.

          I have been complaining since 6 months for malfunctioning of dishwasher...utensils do not get cleaned. Only once the service man named Abhishek came and after taking the service charge, didn't even wait for the machine to get over to check, if it was functioning correctly or not...he accepted to return and check the machine next day but never came later.After taking service charge he didn't return..we asked several times for rinse aid, they didn't provide us the rinse aid... Our 1st complaint date was 24/09/14 And job no. Was 137655. After this date I asked for help from customer care IFB..we have not been provided with the rinse aid till now and machine has not been serviced till now...I also talked to Mr. Deepak Neem, incharge of the area in Jan 2015, but IFB still didn't response to my complaints and request for rinse aid..

            I had placed a complaint (no.[protected] that the IF B señorita + was not functioning on March 2nd. No technician came till I made multiple calls to the call centre. The technician said that it was a shock absorber problem and disappeared. In spite of calling him multiple times and saying that it was a more serious problem ( the machine did not work at all), neither he or his manager took my calls. Finally another technician arrived on March 11 (after escalating to the bangalore service -in-charge)and said that the pump and the water inlet assembly have to be changed. We were told that it will take 3 days to get the part but no sign of any technician yet. Repeated calls to the call centre, bangalore service in charge, agency manager and mails to customer service have been futile. Surely IFB has washing machine pumps! I found out that this shoddy service is the privilege of customers with AMC. What is worse is that such a big company does not even collect feedback from customers. So no one is held accountable. They are not willing to divulge the information about the agency nor the proper channel for escalation . I am just hoping that better sense prevails in the customer care/service division and that the technician resolves my complaint ASAP.

            Just found out that this complaint has been closed without our knowledge by Supertronics agency. The customer call centre apparently cannot reopen it even though it is not resolved. Really furious.the new complaint number is 15136092.

              Purchased IFB AW 60-205T Sl. No. 1 washing machine, customer code no. 10208906 dated 14.04.13 and is under warranty upto 13.04.15. The inherent problem is non-flowing of water. Formation of iron is stated to be the reason and asked me to purchase a filter. I used Videocon machine for over 8 years but had no such complaint. There are minimum 50 residents in the Apartment where I am living and all are having washing machine. None has the complaint as above. This defect is against the condition laid out in “Warranty” Certificate. Please, therefore provide a proper filter free of cost and put it in order or please replace it with a hassle free machine within the warranty period to keep upto the image of your Company.

                I have microwave oven ( model no 20pg2s) from IFB.I have an AMC No. 8043 dated 26/10/2013 with IFB for the period of 2 years. I have raised a complaint on 2 march 2015. The service request number is 15033282. The service people came for checking the machine on 4 march. He did not accept that there was a complaint raised for microwave oven. I called up the local contact point then he said he will check. Next day he said someone will visit the house. Like this he toyed with my time for 2 weeks. When i called up on 18 march 2015 on customer care number[protected], i came to know that the complaint had been cancelled.The first question is how it was cancelled . He then raised another complaint number 1513919. God knows how much more time will it take.

                  I have senorita dx front load washing machine from IFB.I have an AMC No. 8042 dated 26/10/2013 with IFB for the period of 2 years. I have raised a complaint on 2 march 2015. The service request number is 15033299. The service people came for checking the machine on 4 march. He said that he will be coming with the required parts the next day. Since then I have made number of calls to the call center[protected], and the local contact number ( [protected] ). Every time i hear that part is coming tomorrow. This has been happening for last 2 weeks. This is the worst service experience till date

                    I have logged complaint since from many years for E8 error & till date it was not resolved permanent. Recently I have logged a complaint on 2nd March '15 with a ticket no 15033066 and a technician ([protected])has visited and told that it is de scaling problem even we explained him that this is long standing problem. He switched on the mechine with descalent and went off after 5 mints the mechine went into E8 mode again and immediately I called him and explained the problem but he didn't come back but the complaint was closed without our notice. I have again logged a complaint on 5th march'15 bearing no 15053031 and technician has come after 2 days named Mr. Chandu ([protected]) and told that the board has to be replaced. He will inform in the office to indent the same. I have been following up with him from next day onwards and he told me to follow up with Mr. Mahender ([protected]). I have explained my problem and requested him for his help. From next day onwards ie 07.03.2015 he never picked up my phone hence I have called from my friends mobile he has picked up and told that this complaint belongs to Mr. Seshu Reddy ([protected]) wing. Mean while the complaint was closed stating that problem was resolved. This is so pathetic that how can be a complaint can be closed without resolving ?? When I explained the same to Mr. Seshi Reddy he coolly said log a new complaint and people will attend. This is not the way to deal with customers. We are spending money on your brand because of the trust but when your service is so poor it will be a black spot to you only. Now again I have longed a complaint and have to see how may situations I have to face like this ?? New complaint no 15132696 My consumer no ID is 10008792. Request immediate permanent solution.                       IFB - Stay AWAY from it My 2 years old IFB Elena 6KG washing machine got some complaint on June 2014 and I raised a complaint for the same with IFB call centre. https://www.dropbox.com/s/dulycgdjv3ikk3h/1.png?dl=0 - Is the confirmation message screenshot I got. Complaint number[protected] Someone came from IFB one month later, around 20th of July and checked the machine and found the belt that connects the tub and motor got loosen and got it stuck in between the Tub protection cover and the outershell, which made a hole in the tub ( which is very wired since a good quality plastic is not supposed to make a such a hole, not expected from IFB ! ) ; But its covered under warranty and should be replaced under warranty. The guy wrote down the complaint, and left. Someone calls me from IFB Kochi service centre and said the Tub is ordered and will be arrived soon and I will be informed - all good so far. But after 1 month or so, I called IFB Kochi and asked the status, and they said the tub is not yet arrived, it will be in few day and we will call you. At this same time, we have an urgency at my parents home and we went to stay with them for around 4 months and all the time I have NOT received any calls from IFB. And I forget about the things since we were not at my home and we never had to use the washing machine. We came back on November 2014 to my home and then only we thought about the same, I called the IFB Kochi customer care and they said, AS USUAL, in two days SIR, it will be fixed. Days went by, months went by .. I used to call them atleast once in every two weeks and all they say is the part, TUB, is not reached yet. We will call you up. All these time, we were taking all our weeks cloth to my parents home to get it washed. I am fed up. And as a final option I called IFB call centre and for my surprise the person was saying, the complaint number 11521984 is closed ! WTH ! I asked him who asked to close the complaint number and he said, the Kochi IFB service centre closed it ! And he told me, he will open a new ticket and I agreed to it, which seems like a mistake I did since I could have sued these bloody IFB people for not fixing a complaint which is 6 months old! Anyway, the complaint is opened and I got the confirmation in my mobile which is there in the screenshot on the link about and the number is[protected] haha, I didn;t looked anywhere to write it down, its in my memory ...because I made around 25+calls asking about its status ) So, they ( Kochi team ) called me and said the usual stuff, two days sir .. you will get the machine repaired. After a week I called them again and I put some show on the phone + I mailed IFB customer care and I don;t who played .. one technician came .. atlast.. BUT with the WRONG PART !! Can you believe it .. ! He came with a DRUM to fix the TUB! I have been fooled once again and I am pretty sure they played this bloody drama. I called most of the IFB kerala big shots, escalations on call centre, mailed all these stuff to IFB and still nothing. At one point some "Treza Faria " replied... thats it! The machine is still there with its broken TUB, even after 9 months !!! 9 months !!! Can you think of this ?                         I have registered a complaint on 6/3/15 having complaint no.[protected] regarding my washing machine of ifb. It was attended on 7/3/15 and it was discovered that its drum is faulty and it is having rust. Which being a stainless steel drum should not have a problem like
                        That. I am having so much of problem that all my clothes are getting stains of
                        Rust and getting spoiled.

                        Now there has been no response to my complaint since 7/3/15.
                        I was told that my drum will be replaced. After no response finally i talked to
                        Customer care head and he assured that it will be replaced by tuesday 17.3.15. But today when there was no replacement i called customer care again i found that my complaint has been cancelled without even being attended. Now i don’t know what to do with this complaint and do not force me to take matter to customer court and to media for
                        Being harassed so much. Who is going to pay for our spoiled clothes.

                        Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                          sir, I live in No.9, Raja Rajeswari St., Thamizthai nagar, Mudaliarpet, Puducherry -4(cell [protected]). on saturday, i received a call. The call states that " calling from IFB, can we come for servicing of your IFB machine". I told OK come. Then a man came and he just cleaned the machine and went. Yesterday(monday), the machine was not working. I booked a complaint for redressal Then only, I came to know that the person who came was not IFB authorised person. Even then I asked the IFB authority in Puducherry to attend to the repair. But the IFB authority in Puducherry is not sending engineer to attend the complaint. I am again and again requesing butin vain. Kindly help to send service personnel to my address to rectify the defect. my machine has a warranty up to 2017 and purchased in IFB shop at Chetty Street, Puducherry.

                              On calling for a complaint regarding water leakage, the service guy forced to install water filter even with out checking the issue. Due to the torture we installed the water filter but wash quality went down after fitting it. Hardly clothes were cleaned. Later on calling to check the issue, the sales guy is not willing to attend or giving any proper answers for the complaint but again forcing to buy drum powder. This has been the worst ever service by any company seen till date where they just force to buy additional products.

                                Dear Global Service, I bought one unit of microwave model no 25PG3B, on date 25rd Feb. 2015 from retailer HARIOM located at Rohini sector 3. demonstration has been done next day except my few queries and didn't solve by IFB Engineer, still looking for it. For Your Information, This is my first IFB brand home appliance after convinced by sales man at HARIOM Retailer. Secondly I didn't get any user manual within the microwave box, IFB Engineer said that sometimes it didn't come, sound very strange like brand IFB is not supposed to do this silly errors. That IFB Engineer promised that he will bring user manual just after festival HOLI, but it all disappeared. For me customer service more important then to sale of brand, which reflects future sale as well. when we request at retailer HARIOM to give us seal pack box, they gave me many excuses i.e. not having seal pack, it is in godown, later on it is not available in godown too and it will take several hours and delay in delivery etc. Looks like normal practice to sale brand devices and after sales is flying somewhere in clouds, when shower nobody knows. So far microwave is functioning fine. but not fulfilling promises make me very disappoint and want to resolve it urgently.                                   Hi My self arshad mohammad, i have bought new air conditioner 1.5 ton 3 star on saturday dated 14/03/2015 iam very disappointed after looking at the damage in the out door unit. It appears very clearly as its a manufacturing defect because the black colour netted which protects against the physical damage was goods not effected at all the but the condenser fins was with having major dents wich was not observed because the technician came to install a/c (Iacs18ak3tc copper) @ around 7.00 pm. On saturday. More over the executive in the show room very clearly told that it has a feature of 4 way air flow which actually doesnt has and iam worried after looking lot of compliants from various customers where the servises are not upto the mark. If a give you all the torn currency will you guys accepts it no right in the same way i request you to look in this case and i want to be replaced my out door unit with the new one (Sealed piece) as told by your which has (Cent % copper) executive while i purchased with the new one (Sealed piece) other wise i dont want.                                       My ID is 4041739. I registered a complaint on 9th march regarding leakage of water due to damage of pipe at the bottom of drum. Complaint No.[protected]. Since nobody turned up, on 13 March I reported the matter again to their toll free No. They gave me the service center No. and told to contact directly. Meanwhile they will also instruct them. I tried to contact in that No. but nobody is picking up the call. On 14th March i again contacted in toll free no., and they are having the same answer. The complaint which is to be attended in 24hrs is not attended post a week.
