I have registered a complaint on 6/3/15 having complaint no.[protected] regarding my washing machine of ifb. It was attended on 7/3/15 and it was discovered that its drum is faulty and it is having rust. Which being a stainless steel drum should not have a problem like
That. I am having so much of problem that all my clothes are getting stains of
Rust and getting spoiled.

Now there has been no response to my complaint since 7/3/15.
I was told that my drum will be replaced. After no response finally i talked to
Customer care head and he assured that it will be replaced by tuesday 17.3.15. But today when there was no replacement i called customer care again i found that my complaint has been cancelled without even being attended. Now i don’t know what to do with this complaint and do not force me to take matter to customer court and to media for
Being harassed so much. Who is going to pay for our spoiled clothes.

Please look into this matter as soon as possible.

sir, I live in No.9, Raja Rajeswari St., Thamizthai nagar, Mudaliarpet, Puducherry -4(cell [protected]). on saturday, i received a call. The call states that " calling from IFB, can we come for servicing of your IFB machine". I told OK come. Then a man came and he just cleaned the machine and went. Yesterday(monday), the machine was not working. I booked a complaint for redressal Then only, I came to know that the person who came was not IFB authorised person. Even then I asked the IFB authority in Puducherry to attend to the repair. But the IFB authority in Puducherry is not sending engineer to attend the complaint. I am again and again requesing butin vain. Kindly help to send service personnel to my address to rectify the defect. my machine has a warranty up to 2017 and purchased in IFB shop at Chetty Street, Puducherry.

I have been calling for annual servicing for my a/c for last 2 weeks. For the 1st complaint raised no tech came but I got a sms saying the complaint was closed. ID[protected]nd complaint no. 15114204 was given the no of local tech who doesnt pick up (Nirmala[protected] Please escalate this complaint no. and note my disappointment with IFB customer care.

On calling for a complaint regarding water leakage, the service guy forced to install water filter even with out checking the issue. Due to the torture we installed the water filter but wash quality went down after fitting it. Hardly clothes were cleaned. Later on calling to check the issue, the sales guy is not willing to attend or giving any proper answers for the complaint but again forcing to buy drum powder. This has been the worst ever service by any company seen till date where they just force to buy additional products.

Dear Global Service, I bought one unit of microwave model no 25PG3B, on date 25rd Feb. 2015 from retailer HARIOM located at Rohini sector 3. demonstration has been done next day except my few queries and didn't solve by IFB Engineer, still looking for it. For Your Information, This is my first IFB brand home appliance after convinced by sales man at HARIOM Retailer. Secondly I didn't get any user manual within the microwave box, IFB Engineer said that sometimes it didn't come, sound very strange like brand IFB is not supposed to do this silly errors. That IFB Engineer promised that he will bring user manual just after festival HOLI, but it all disappeared. For me customer service more important then to sale of brand, which reflects future sale as well. when we request at retailer HARIOM to give us seal pack box, they gave me many excuses i.e. not having seal pack, it is in godown, later on it is not available in godown too and it will take several hours and delay in delivery etc. Looks like normal practice to sale brand devices and after sales is flying somewhere in clouds, when shower nobody knows. So far microwave is functioning fine. but not fulfilling promises make me very disappoint and want to resolve it urgently. Hi My self arshad mohammad, i have bought new air conditioner 1.5 ton 3 star on saturday dated 14/03/2015 iam very disappointed after looking at the damage in the out door unit. It appears very clearly as its a manufacturing defect because the black colour netted which protects against the physical damage was goods not effected at all the but the condenser fins was with having major dents wich was not observed because the technician came to install a/c (Iacs18ak3tc copper) @ around 7.00 pm. On saturday. More over the executive in the show room very clearly told that it has a feature of 4 way air flow which actually doesnt has and iam worried after looking lot of compliants from various customers where the servises are not upto the mark. If a give you all the torn currency will you guys accepts it no right in the same way i request you to look in this case and i want to be replaced my out door unit with the new one (Sealed piece) as told by your which has (Cent % copper) executive while i purchased with the new one (Sealed piece) other wise i dont want. When I turn on the my machine I'm not able listen water filling sound instead of that its giving different kind of sound. I have placed this complaint three times till now, even technicians came to my home but they cannot sort this problem out permanently.So kindly help me out. My ID is 4041739. I registered a complaint on 9th march regarding leakage of water due to damage of pipe at the bottom of drum. Complaint No.[protected]. Since nobody turned up, on 13 March I reported the matter again to their toll free No. They gave me the service center No. and told to contact directly. Meanwhile they will also instruct them. I tried to contact in that No. but nobody is picking up the call. On 14th March i again contacted in toll free no., and they are having the same answer. The complaint which is to be attended in 24hrs is not attended post a week.

Ticket 14992645 We had placed a call with IFB on feb 28, 2015 for uninstallation of the washing machine and re-installation at new premises. A ticket no.[protected] was generated. the technician came on March 05 and un installed the machine and collected the entire charges for uninstallation and reinstallation. when asked to come and fix it on sat March 07 he refused saying he was on HOLI leave. since then its been 6 days no one has visited us to re-install the machine. we have been calling up everyday at IFB customer care and a new ticket no.15076477 has been generated on March 09, 2015. We had been given the no, of some local IFB Franchise headed by Ms. Nema ([protected]) who has not attended to our concern till date, i have now been made to understand by the customer service executive at IFB that we have to keep calling IFB to find out the status, since they do not have outgoing facility. so we are expected to set reminders every hour to call up IFB to oblige us amidst our busyness and it is pertinent to mention here that when they want to sell their products or gain feedback after their visit, IFB customer care people always have outgoing facility. I am appalled at such service of a reputed brand co. like IFB.

Sir/Madam, This is to inform that the 2(two) numbers of IFB free service for my 1.5 Ton AC is still pending and which will expire on May, 2015 but on first servicing in this month i.e. March, 2015 I have requested IFB to change the foam cover for insulating pipe for which IFB asking extra service charge then where is the Free service stands. I am ready to pay the cost of the material but it is still under Free service then why I have to pay Service charge. Drum in my IFB Senator stopped rotating and I booked a complaint on 3rd March with ticket number:[protected] The technician came on next day and informed me that the ECU board is to be replaced. I bought this 4-5 years ago and why such a quality issue occurs in this short time? So far no communication has happened from the service people and customer care is asking me to contact local service centre and call the manager here at Trivandrum. They are asking me to escalate further. I would like to know whether an end user is supposed to do it? It is more than a week I am calling customer care, local service people, regional service people and so forth on a daily basis. Very pathetic, none had any idea on when will I receive the part! I'm using IFB front loaded elite model washing Machine.
The same is under AMC . Have made the latest complaint on Jan 25th 2015, My complaint id no.is [protected]. The representative attended the problem and replaced with other reconditioned old valve.They informed that new valve is not available with us and it is out of stock and the same will be arranged in a week time.This is not resolved till such time.
Now the clothes are become dirt after washing.Some time spin function and draining water is not working.
Please take necessary actions to resolve this immediately.

I'm using ifb washing machine model senorita plus. The same under amc. Have made the complaint on feb 13 2015, they took almost two week to find out the problem itself. They informed that wire kit is the problem and it is out of stock and the same will be arranged in a day or two. Suddenly the service called and informed wire kit not cover amc and charges to paid for the same. I said ok and agreed for payment, even then after several follow up with mr. Prasad of the manager of ambattur service centre he had promised that will rectified in shortly w/o confirming date. Then i spoken to his senior mr. Praveen of ifb vadapalani, he had confirmed that by first week of march problem will be solved, finally understand the wire kit arrived vadapalani office on 9th march 2015 and service man will be attend shortly. But till now (11.03.15) telling excuse to attend the problem. This shows the inefficiency of the service

I have an IFB Ergo washing machine. I have complained in customer care three weeks before.
They came and said that a certain part is need to be replaced and they would come back.But since then no body came for the replacement us in spite of the parts being available.They keep giving dates but never come.

I have an IFB Air Conditioner, Model No. IACS18bFSTP, Sl. No.[protected] which is still under warranty. I have made a request for servicing of the same vide IFB ticket no. 15038275 dated 03 March 2015. Till to date no body has approached for attending my request. Five times I have contacted IFB customer care service, and every time got assurance that it would be attended by today itself. Today, I tried to register complain for the same with IFB customer services but they insisted me to not to lodge complain and again assure me to attend me by today and still no result.
