I have bought AMC for IFB washing machine, the details of which is mentioned below, Customer Name :: Akhtar Ghaus Zaman My Mobile ::[protected] Customer ID :: 1405188 AMC No :: 13955 ICR No :: 21202 Date of AMC :: 05-Dec-2014 IFB Equipment :: Digital 5 Kg The problem is, when the washing machine is drying the cloth, it vibrates violently, and gets displaced from it’s position, so i can’t use the washing machine anymore, for almost 2 weeks now. I did call to the customer care, and they asked to contact Mr.Ravi at [protected], he asked to contact Mr.Rahul at [protected], but what i get in return from all of them is just false promises, confirming issue will be resolved in a day or two, but nothing happens.

      Ticket 14992645 We had placed a call with IFB on feb 28, 2015 for uninstallation of the washing machine and re-installation at new premises. A ticket no.[protected] was generated. the technician came on March 05 and un installed the machine and collected the entire charges for uninstallation and reinstallation. when asked to come and fix it on sat March 07 he refused saying he was on HOLI leave. since then its been 6 days no one has visited us to re-install the machine. we have been calling up everyday at IFB customer care and a new ticket no.15076477 has been generated on March 09, 2015. We had been given the no, of some local IFB Franchise headed by Ms. Nema ([protected]) who has not attended to our concern till date, i have now been made to understand by the customer service executive at IFB that we have to keep calling IFB to find out the status, since they do not have outgoing facility. so we are expected to set reminders every hour to call up IFB to oblige us amidst our busyness and it is pertinent to mention here that when they want to sell their products or gain feedback after their visit, IFB customer care people always have outgoing facility. I am appalled at such service of a reputed brand co. like IFB.

        Sir/Madam, This is to inform that the 2(two) numbers of IFB free service for my 1.5 Ton AC is still pending and which will expire on May, 2015 but on first servicing in this month i.e. March, 2015 I have requested IFB to change the foam cover for insulating pipe for which IFB asking extra service charge then where is the Free service stands. I am ready to pay the cost of the material but it is still under Free service then why I have to pay Service charge.           Drum in my IFB Senator stopped rotating and I booked a complaint on 3rd March with ticket number:[protected] The technician came on next day and informed me that the ECU board is to be replaced. I bought this 4-5 years ago and why such a quality issue occurs in this short time? So far no communication has happened from the service people and customer care is asking me to contact local service centre and call the manager here at Trivandrum. They are asking me to escalate further. I would like to know whether an end user is supposed to do it? It is more than a week I am calling customer care, local service people, regional service people and so forth on a daily basis. Very pathetic, none had any idea on when will I receive the part!               I'm using IFB front loaded elite model washing Machine.
              The same is under AMC . Have made the latest complaint on Jan 25th 2015, My complaint id no.is [protected]. The representative attended the problem and replaced with other reconditioned old valve.They informed that new valve is not available with us and it is out of stock and the same will be arranged in a week time.This is not resolved till such time.
              Now the clothes are become dirt after washing.Some time spin function and draining water is not working.
              Please take necessary actions to resolve this immediately.

                I'm using ifb washing machine model senorita plus. The same under amc. Have made the complaint on feb 13 2015, they took almost two week to find out the problem itself. They informed that wire kit is the problem and it is out of stock and the same will be arranged in a day or two. Suddenly the service called and informed wire kit not cover amc and charges to paid for the same. I said ok and agreed for payment, even then after several follow up with mr. Prasad of the manager of ambattur service centre he had promised that will rectified in shortly w/o confirming date. Then i spoken to his senior mr. Praveen of ifb vadapalani, he had confirmed that by first week of march problem will be solved, finally understand the wire kit arrived vadapalani office on 9th march 2015 and service man will be attend shortly. But till now (11.03.15) telling excuse to attend the problem. This shows the inefficiency of the service

                      I have an IFB Air Conditioner, Model No. IACS18bFSTP, Sl. No.[protected] which is still under warranty. I have made a request for servicing of the same vide IFB ticket no. 15038275 dated 03 March 2015. Till to date no body has approached for attending my request. Five times I have contacted IFB customer care service, and every time got assurance that it would be attended by today itself. Today, I tried to register complain for the same with IFB customer services but they insisted me to not to lodge complain and again assure me to attend me by today and still no result.

                        I am srinivasan my ID 1779098 mbl no [protected] 4 years back I purchased IFB washing Machine from CSD last 2 months machine was problem whenever put the clothes into the drum after one rotation machine was struck representative come and check they told u change the filter, one time change the board but everything I changed still that problem not corrected. Last 27th Feb I complained to customer care still nobody comes from service center. Pl. Kindly takes necessary action and solves my problem.

                            We have submitted a complaint regarding our wishing machine on 26th Feb, complaint number : 14932661. IFB representative visited and identified some parts have to be replaced and since washing machine is in warranty they are ignoring the service request repeatedly and since then no actions from IFB representative. There has been no proper response from customer care and IFB representative. Customer care only tells that they will escalate issue and you will get service with-in next 48 hrs.. and provide number of some shameless IFB representatives in Bangalore. This representative called Ifran ( Mob : [protected] ) and his so called Area sales manager Prasad ( Mob : [protected] ) always tell that they are on the way but never turnsup. this is repeatedly happening from 8 - 9 days. I am really going through this terrible experience with IFB and would never recommend or bye any IFB products in future. I want to know how and to whom I can take up this matter so that it can be addressed.

                                I bought Elite VX washing machine in Apr 2013. This is the fourth time the machine has gone unserviceable. This time it has developed rumbling sound from its drum. Same was reported to the customer care, technician visited however he didn't have required spares and has returned with a promise to return soon with the spares. Last time PCB board developed some problem and was replaced in 38 days. This time i am hoping for better results. My ticket no is 14987100. Request intervention expedient action.

Some Sai IFB service center of Rajouri Garden was supposed to fix it. but Megha's attitude and executive Mr Anil had an attrociuous attitude. He visited my house without informing me and told me that is not his fault if the house is locked. when asked that he should have called me he said that his phone is out of order. and then puts his phone down abruptly. similar cold response from Megha. I guess i would never ever ask someone to buy IFB. beware of these cheaters roaming around in open.

                                    IFB Washing Machine is Pending Service In spite of 38 Days of Logging a Request. The Bangalore Service centre and IFB Customer Care has been making my wait and wait and wait on the below for the last onehalf month without remediation. It has been paid to harassed experience with IFB. IFB has been such a bad experience. Complaint Logged on 1st of Feb 2015. Identified for Mother board replacement on 2nd Feb 2015. Since then No action.

                                        I purchased IFB Washing Machine Model No. AW608061 (Fully Automatic top load) In Faridabad IN 2010 and we have regularly got our Yearly AMC done for this. But everytime there is some fault in the machine, despite of our repeated calls to the customer care, no one comes to visit us in time and even if they come, they never solve the complaint. It seems that they are not able to rectify the fault in washing machine and never gives us any satisfactory response. We are very much mentally harassed and frustrated that despite of getting AMC done, IFB people never solves our problems . the staff who visits us are neither qualified nor trained and hence just do a formality of visitng us and check the machine but they never solve the problem. AS a result we are not able to use the washing machine. We are kind of fooled by IFB officials of giving us good service when in reality there is no service and no solution. In JANUARY 2015, THE WASHING MACHINE WAS SENT TO SERVICE STATION FOR A WEEK but then it just worked for 2 days and again the problem occured again. We have raised this matter to the local IFB service department manager on phone also of IFB but again they have no EARS to our problem. it is requested that please solve this agony of ours as since 2 years we are facing this problem and we are helpless.

                                        Hello, This is to tell you that although SERVICE staff has visited our place but there has been no resolution of the complaint. Still they are not able to repair the machine . THE Service Staff is HIGHLY INEFFICIENT AND have NO SENSE TO TALK, NO ETIQUETTES. They do not respect a customer and befoul us every time.
                                        They just come, check the washing machine and go away saying WE CANT HELP YOU. It is requested that our machine is covered under AMC yet they are not trained enough to correct it.
                                        PLEASE REPLACE WITH A NEW WASHING, MACHINE since 2 years we are facing the issue AND EVEN THE HIGHER LEVEL OFFICIALS PAY DEAF EARS to our problem.
                                        We are frustrated and helpless.
                                        IT IS REQUESTED THAT IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR THE MACHINE, PLEASE REPLACE WITH A NEW ONE AS IT IS UNDER AMC COVERAGE.
