Where can I find the spare parts of the washing machine near by our city i.e., Nellore (524001) . Actually we did not use it for 2 months after suddenly when we turn on the switch of the washing machine suddenly the plastic rim which present in the washing machine has broken. My washing is front load type washing machine. Actually I don't the model no.     I have filed a complaint around early February there has been no response yet. I keep on calling customer care and service center. But, nobody showed up. When I filed the complaint, my washing machine was under warranty. But, now, it is out of warranty. My complaint number is : 14828454 Everytime we call them, they say we come today or tomorrow and never show up. I am seriously fed up calling them again and again. I have decided not to recommend IFB to my friends and also not to get IFB when I plan to buy a new one. Seriously, Does IFB thinks they can maintain the customers with this kind of service?

    I have registered an complain on 15 June regarding my Ifb washing machine ( executive +) my customer ID is 1226516 and complain no 15764424 there was no response so I have called again on 18 they have given me two mobile no. When I call either they r switch off or no response from that person.
    I have purchased Ifb 8 years ago but I have never faced such response, but from past, 1 year it is repeated

      Dear Concern, I have a Microwave of IFB – their service is pathetic. IFB Model – Microwave (MW 30SC3) Issue - When we operate the system after few seconds my main switch gets tripped. 1st time I called IFB care on ([protected]) in the month of January & I have not receive any complaint number. Service engineer had come and unable to resolve the issue remain the unit unscrewed. 2nd time I logged complaint on 16th Feb Ticket no – 14929969.Engineer did something remain ok for a day 3rd time I logged complaint on 27th Feb Ticket no – 14988209 Still awaiting for engineer to come and resolve the same. Kindly suggest what will I do???

        My Owen has been out of order for nearly a month now.I registered a complaint over phone to ur customer care no .In reply to the same i got a ticket no-[protected] on 21st February.Two days after a person from the local service centre phoned me .It was a working day.Since me and my wife are both employed i told him to come either before 10 am or after 3.30 pm.He objected it.So last Friday I took half day leave and informed the person in- charge of the local service centre to send a man that time .He assured me to do accordingly.But unfortuneately no one turned up.So next day(Feb 28) i took a full day leave and again informed the service center to send a person any way on that day.He again promised me to do it at any cost.I also called ur customer care no-[protected].and told everything happened.They also assured me to take up the matter immediately and gave me also a phone no of complaint redressal cell in Kerala.Though i tried repeatedly to call to that no i always got a message that the no was switched off.To add insult to injury no one turned up on that day too.When i tried to contact ur local service centre no one attended my phone instead of repeated dialling.Now i lost all hope in ur customer care servicing.So i plan to take up the issue to a Cunsumer Protection Court

          Dear Sir, I have a IFB Dishwasher and washing machine. Recently my machine had scaling problem for which the technician suggested to put a scaling filter. As per his suggestion we purchased and got warranty for one 1yr and in 3 month only we started facing the problem. Another technician came by name Madhu who misbehaved my maid and also charged double the price of the product without giving an invoice and also asked for the petrol that he had spent coming to my house.From the 2 mails below you will get the whole story of my writing to you. I have a complain against Shri Nidhi Enterprises and also for Mr. Vignesh (area manager Bangalore). Both were negligent for my complain and my n numbers of reminder are also seems to be ending up. It's a complete cheating to the customer from a premier brand like IFB. .Before posting this mail to customer care and to you i have made N number of calls to Mr. Vignesh and also to Mr. Shreedhar of Shrinidhi enterprises and even to the customer care people to refund me back the money with the invoice but they are negligent to my complain. I was assured that Mr. vignesh will take it seriously and but he is also negligent to his service to customers. I am wondering how could the reputed brand like IFB give responsibility to these kind of negligent people towards customer. Since more than a month i have made so many calls but all in vain. The person who misbehaved also called so many times to disturb but and i think no serious action has been taken against him also. THE TEAM READ MY PONTS AND REPLIED . AFTER 10 MINS THEY DELETED MY POST AND ALSO BARRED THE TIMELINE SO NO ONE CAN POST ON IT. Hello, With this mail, I intend to bring to your notice, one of the most horrifying incidents ever, courtesy one of your technician by the name “Madhu” (Mobile no: [protected]). We have his details through the calls, though he never flashed his company id card. We purchased a water de-scaling instrument from IFB about 3 months back. Within this short span o[censored]sage, it conked off and this is where we raised a request to repair / replace it. On 4th February afternoon IFB sent this technician by the name “Madhu” to fix this de-scaling instrument. At the first glance we found him greedy. He proposed the charges which were twice the regular charges (he proposed to charge 300 rupees, against 150 rupees standard cost). Furthermore, he also asked for 100 rupees towards his travel charges. He was not carrying any billbook and never gave any invoice for the charges. Of course this is unethical and not expected by company like IFB, but I would have still ignored it. The horror story was about to unfold. This guy, as a process of cleaning, unnecessary spilled water on the floor. Now, on pretext of cleaning excess water spilled on the floor, he called my maid. While she was cleaning, he inappropriately touched her. Despite of his unwelcome advances being refused by my maid, this guy did not stop but continued with his misbehavior. When my wife confronted him, he misbehaved with her. Further, this guy was carrying a thin leather rope, about a meter long, tied around his wrist, which he unfolded. It was sufficient to strangle someone. It was scary for my wife and maid to even have this kind of guy with such a “weapon” and that too coming from a company of global repute. Eventually not finding any excuse, he started throwing tantrums, and accusing my maid. We then called IFB again and got to speak to his manager, Mr. Sridhar (Mobile No: [protected]), who was very kind and humble. He assured of stern action against this guy and apologized for his behavior. My submission is simple – these are the kind of anti-social elements who are being sheltered in the society without any repercussions. This "Next few hours" is happening since part about 4 weeks but looks like it is not here to come. PLEASE GIVE ME TIME WHEN YOUR PERSON WILL COME AND REFUND THE EXCESS AMOUNT AND GIVE THE INVOICE FOR THE SERVICE. I really feel sorry for the pathetic service standards that you maintain at IFB in India. There is sure no point in buying a premium product like IFB.

            I requested to your customer care regarding my Split AC General service. They provided Ticket no. [protected] on[protected]. Now itself, that General service not yet completed. Many times, i followed your customer care but, they are not responding properly. All the times, they told, our applications was slow, they could not solve the problem. Every day, they told, the service will be completed on day. But not yet completed. Ultimately my problems was not solved.

              Hello.,
              I am having 6kG front loaded washing machine purchase before 6months. It is already in warranty period.
              My washing making noise during starting of each cycle from many days. I have registered complain two times before many days against complain no. 14427207 & 14724916.
              IFB person came to attain the same but no proper solution provided & problem is still continue. Today i have registered complain (complain no.[protected] again saying that i need proper solution this time.

              I have purchased IFB washing machine considering it is a very good reputed make in the washing machine. I have not expected such type of problem in very short period of time of 6months.

              Request you to provide perfect solution as soon as possible otherwise give me a replacement

                    We have very recently purchased 05 Spilt ACs (2X2 ton and 3X1.5) all of IFB brand.The installation team has caused lots of damage in the house and now they are not confirming the likely date .Following damages have been caused :- 1.During installation they have damaged one of the shandilya's of our draing room.We have a pair costing more than Rs 60, 000/-.The pair needs to be replaced due the damage caused by their team. 2.While installing AC in one room they have broken the wall of another room.The bricks have come out and it needs to be repaired and painted again.Process is costly and time consuming 3.They have drilled huge holes on the wall for each AC.The holes are visible even after installation of AC giving extremely shabby look .                       Hi, We have bought IFB washing machine (Digital 6.0KG) in 1998. From the time we bought, the machine keeps on getting problems. In last 6years, we have given complaints more than 40times. Whenever, there is a compliant, the service people used to take not less than a week to rectify the problem. Once they fix and go, some or other problem comes within 1-2months. It will be like a torturing. No proper response from any of the service persons; neither service person nor service centre is responsive to our query. We have paid AMC for 2years which is still valid for ~10months. We fed up with the washing machine; we want to dispose the machine.. could you please help getting back the AMC money on pro rata basis.                             Product Name is Senorita Plus. My Customer ID #498667. We are under AMC. My Complaint No. [protected]/13.02.15. We are facing problem with our above washing machine for the past six to eight months and nature of complaint is that the cloth were wet even after intense spin dry and further, while washing, the drum is shaking violently with heavy sound. Even after repeated complaint, the technicians were not properly diagnosing and solve the problem. The technicians are more interested in selling products like soap powder, de scaling powder etc, than attending the complaints. After the recent complaint made on 13th, we made many calls to local service provider and two occasions the technicians came and saw the machine and went without attending the real problem. We request a good technician to attend and solve the problem once for all.

                              I have logged a complaint[protected] on 19th February to resolve spinning issue. After having following-up with area manager a technician visited on 21st February and he identified the component which has to be replaced. Then he told he come back on 23rd February to replace the defected component. And no one has turned back on Monday and after so many follow-ups with Customer agent, Area service managers, a technician (not the same one visited earlier) visited on 26th without checking the issue with the technician who visited already. They themselves bought one component and again told they will come back. I again called service manager and area manager (these numbers are provided by Customer service people) to escalate the issue and they are highly irresponsible and not even attempting my call. Finally i called customer support and told complaint is "OnHold", and they don't have reason why the complaint is On-Hold. They know what part has to be replaced by 23rd of February itself when the first technician visited, and no idea why it is on hold. And then the customer support is telling escalating it sir and it will get resolved. All these are happening after i paid AMC to them.

                                Sir/Madam, I'm grace from coimbatore.. Out ticket number is [protected]. Actually we are facing lot of problems with the IFB washing machine that we have purchased very recently especially with the customer care service.. Actually we gave a complaint because the machine was not washing properly the technician came and told that the mother board has to be changed.And he came and changed the mother board. And he made us to purchase a stabilizer for Rs.1300 telling it is because of this the mother board has got damaged and we should get it.. Still after that the machine did not function properly.. And we called the technician so many times and he did not respond to us at all.. Again when we gave the complaint the customer care told the technician is on leave and he will come as soon as he comes as though the customer care does not have any other technician.. After four days when we called the customer care they said we need to get another mother board and it will take another ten days. We are so unhappy with the customer service provided by IFB and we feel very bad for getting a product from IFB which is not at all user friendly.. Kindly do the needful..

                                  SIR I HAVE PURCHASED IFB WASHING MACHINE. MY CUSTOMER ID IS 10836565. I HAVE CALLED FOR GENERAL SERVICE SEVERAL TIMES AND SENT MAILS REGARDING THIS ISSUE.                                     Sir/Madam, I am from Trivandrum, I have purchased a washing machine from IFB, Pattom, Trivandrum on 31/012/2014. At the time of installation we came to know that the filter cover" the shop provided was not suitable. Hence the installation is incomplte. I called several times and went to the shop. They informed me "it will be replaced soon". We have not yet stared using. I booked my complaint one month before and still no response. Is this the way of customer satisfaction? Is this the way of behaving to a new customer? So please look into the matter seriously if possible. I will never forget this bitter experience with IFB.                                         IFB customer id - 328854 RESIDENCE ADDRESS - 182A, 22nd avenue, banu nagar, pudur, ambattur, chennai- 600053. tamil nadu contact no. [protected],[protected] facing problem for the past 2 years. water not draining. drum problem. board problem. technicians visiting are only sales promoting people. not attending problem accurately. dodging . convinced problem will be solved after taking AMC. took AMC for two years. 31.10.2014 to 30.10.2016. invested rs. 4719. still problem not solved. mind torturing. ifb minting money. ditching customers. not attending to calls. followup worst. no expert technicians. only learners are sent. money invested has become a waste. no one responding properly. for every complaints launched no reply. spoke to ifb arjun [protected] - 18.12.14 ifb nandha - [protected]- 27.12.14 ifb sivakumar - 28.12.14 ifb john - [protected] - 05.01.15 ifbbalu [protected] - 5-2-15 regurarly speaking to ifb higher authority - [protected]. Loss Amount: Rs.4 719 want the money back with additional amount for money invested towards medical expences or replace the machine for creating psychological stress imposed.
