I have 6.5 kg senator machine which I purchased at Lucknow. Now since I am posted at Muzaffarpur(Bihar) and my machine needs check up/service. Despite my calling and lodging complaint on get in touch, nobody yet responded. Is it the same world class co. which promises to reach at its customer within 24 hrs. Please respond.

      Permanent id-3741734. Recently I bought an IFB microwave oven. When a technician came for demo of oven I sighted him a problem of IFB washing machine. Washing machine was vibrating and skidding away from position.I was using it by placing upon a rubber sheet. He told it is the problem of shock absorber and will cost me more than Rs.4500. Insted he suggested to take AMC for Rs.2247. I agreed and took AMC. Now when I complainted he came and changed shock absorber. When once again I asked the cost of shock absorber he told around Rs2500. But now the washing machine's vibration has increased much more and I am not able to use it even on rubber sheet. Now what he says is it is problem of bodie's rubber grip and the whole body has to be changed which will cost me more than Rs.3500 which is not coverd under AMC. Kindly knot the following points- 1. Technitian exagirated the cost of shock absorber to trap me to take AMC . 2. He did not tell me the original problem at first occassion. 3. Now after repair I am not even able to use the machine by putting upon rubber sheet. For these reason I am revising my decision to remain an IFB customer in future. I am throwing away this machine and looking to by a new one of any other brand.

      Recently I bought an IFB microwave oven.

      A later complaint which I lodged was never attended despite all sort of effort by me including approaching the customer complaint managers. This problem I had to finally get done through local mechanic. This was when AMC is in effect. I planed to approach consumer court but found that all mails of mine including those in sent folder was deleted (only those mails related to this complaint) making me helpless. It could be found that my mail was hacked. Who might have done this is for your guess. Now I am spreading my word around to never by IFB products to all people known to me sighting this issue in an efficient manner. Hope this would reach to higher level managers of the company.

        They are really bad in terms providing service. I moved from Kolkata to Bangalore (Sarjapur Road); during the move the front glass of the IFB microwave broke. Then we called the customer service for sending the technician to repair around 1st week of Jan 2015 and till 2nd week of Feb 2015 they did not attend. Every 2 weeks someone calls from IFB & ask has someone attended the call and then this person says tomorrow the technician will definitely attend. Tomorrow Never Dies... I am thinking of packing the microwave oven and send it to the CEO of IFB so that he can gift this to his girlfriend as a valentine gift...

          Introduce your product customer p.krishnakumar, i purchase your product IFB washing machine elena on before one year (20/01/2014) till now this time any one is not came the general service and part of your company side my address is plot no-30, annai abhirami nagar, thadaperumbakkam ponneri-601204, and your authorized service dealer name is Aces home Appliances (mr.moses) in red hills Chennai-600052, this service dealer last month spoke call and come with the service but till any one is not coming, no response your service agent, i get irradiate this service agent why they call then didn't come the service, Usually a very poor response for service related requests, really very disturb from this service agent, also i book complaint your call center they sent only ticket no-[protected], but no response your customer service i purchased the product one year ago why you don't send the general service within year, management i[censored] don't have the staff For service then please stop selling product. pls clarify this complaint --

              Myself bought IFB Microwave owen in chembur on 19/04/14. Model No. 20SC - 2. Within 8 months 3 times it had problem and its parts have been replaced by Global Enterprises. Now again the technician says that complete panel has to be replaced. After first complaint itself I had requested for replacement of the owen because of its faulty working. But the technician said everything will be alright. Frequently I am facing problem with this piece. Please see to it that the piece is replaced. I am not going to repair this piece and use it again as from beginging it is creating lot of problem.                 We would like to Escalate the Case No 14781465 with IFB. We were informed that the case has been assigned to AJS Enterprises (Arun Kumar). To our surprise we were told by the IFB customer care that the case has been closed without fixing the issue. We were told to take the AMC by the person who visited our place on 28th Jan and said there is a clutch assembly issue which will be replaced max by 31st Jan, 2015. From then it has become our daily duty to call IFB customer care and AJS enterprises to get the issue fixed, every time we call customer care we were told to speak with Arun Kumar. When we called for Arun Kumar they (Front Desk or whomsoever answers the call) would not connect to that person rather they would say within 10 minutes they will update us without any update later. After couple of days they started saying in 1 hour a technician would come and fix the issue (For 3 days this has happened), but a person who took AMC with us turned back on 6th Feb, 2015 and replaced a part. From then different issue popped up, the whole tub would shake like anything, for that technician first told there is an issue with the display panel, when we said there was no problem at all with that earlier, after an hour of trying he said yes its not a problem with display panel but it would be suspension rods issue (which means he doesn't know the issue but suggest for AMC and replaced the part without any solution). We were very fed up with the service being provided to us by IFB. Please confirm if it is the way how you handle the issues then we would check our alternatives and never turn back to IFB for any goods or any service in future.

                  Dear Sir, I received your SMS for (I hope) washing machine servicing on dated 22nd Nov, 2014 having ticket no.14320867.And it was written that IFB CARE will be in touch with you.(Hopefully for servicing).Nobody came. Same text mail I received on 7th Feb having ticket no.14873321 hopefully this is also for servicing and confident that nobody will call and come. Your software system is pretty good but actual service is very poor as per my last experience. May be my complaint/suggestion mail will help to improve later work(servicing).                     HI, IFB Washing Machine 6563 has been having issues. I bought it from letsbuy.com almost couple years back. I refer the problem to the technical sercices in IFB-Kanakapura Rd, Bengaluru. It was kept for 15 days and returned saying mother board is gone and is not available.                       My IFB Elena washing machine which is under AMC started making very high noise and jerking during spinning on 4th Feb and I registered a complaint in the toll free number.( ticket no.[protected]), I was promised that service person will call me on next day between 10hrs and 13hrs and will attend to the problem, But to my dismay even after 3 days till now nobody has attended or not even called me. When I called the toll free number today, I was informed that today being Sunday tomorrow only they can check up with their local service center. That means 4 to 5 days at least the machine in down resulting in total agony. Previously when i was not under AMC i used to get prompt response to the calls. Which means taking an AMC is a disadvantage? Also no services are being done in AMC period. What should I do? Not expected from a reputed firm. i want the problem to be attended immediately and be informed of the reason for the delay in service and also the action taken against those responsible for their fault. Pnone No.[protected] Dear Sir, With reference to the complaint made on 12.1.15 at 9.47AM (Ticket No.[protected] IFB Technician (Phone no.[protected]), visited our house and he said that timer should be replaced and it can be done within two or three days. But no response was shown for many days. Later conference call was held with Mr.Vignesh (Phone no.[protected]) and Mr.Madhu (Phone No.[protected]). Then another technician came and he said the same, that times will be replaced within two or three days. But till now, we get no response is from them. Every day we make calls twice to Mr.Vignesh and Mr.Madhu but he they repeatedly say, that tomorrow it will be done. Last time, also, two and half month was taken to attend our complaint.                         I complaint many times to your toll free no. but without visiting to my house your technician closed the complaint. How? When i talked to the technician he asked that if i did not closed the complaint within some days then he will not get the payment for that complaint. if so then are you working for only to get the payment without work? What happens to our complaints and problems? Now i have the minor problem and you are not able to solve it from last one month. if major problem arises then will you take years to solve it ? I talked to higher authorities Mr. Sanjay Singh, he asked me take care within a day but no replay. I asked Technician that i talked to Mr. Sanjay Singh then he said I don't know who is he, if you want you called him and get your problem solved. if such type of the service is there why should we go IFB products?
                        Hope the problem will solved without moving to Consumer Court.

                          I registered a complaint on 14th Jan 2015 with complaint no. 14699984. Despite multiple reminders - no one turns up before 4th February 2015. He does not set the issue but closes the call. I called up again and am told that it's a new complaint no. 14862970. Till now - no one has called. Lousy service. None of the escalation nos work - no one responds or resolves the issue. Made a mistake buying the product.

                            Sir, with great concern i may report the customer service provided to us is pathetic and very poor, even though the customer service office is situated near 200m from my residence. on this, please refer ticket no.s [protected] & [protected] and email to customer service ifb on 03.2.2015. On the initial complaint i had to call four times and they have'nt responded. Lastly i approached the dealer (Bismi), then only one technicial came and firstly told that capasitor has to be replaced. and he arrived on a conclusion that the magneton to be replaced. I took the mobile no. of the manager and asked him to check the genuinety of the part and he agreed. But he never send any of the technician to check up. I require to check up the whether the oven has the genuine part of IFB and if genuine it should be replaced. Also make sure that the customer service of our area (Ernakulam, Irimpanam PO) to be reprimanded for above lapse. Solicited your early action and reply. Regards. . Smitha Anil

On the initial complaint i had to call four times and they have'nt responded. Lastly i approached the dealer (Bismi), then only one technicial came and firstly told that capasitor has to be replaced. and he arrived on a conclusion that the magneton to be replaced. I took the mobile no. of the manager and asked him to check the genuinety of the part and he agreed. But he never send any of the technician to check up. I require to check up the whether the oven has the genuine part of IFB and if genuine it should be replaced. Also make sure that the customer service of our area (Ernakulam, Irimpanam PO) to be reprimanded for above lapse. Solicited your early action and reply. Regards. . Smitha Anil

                                spare parts not covered for 90 days after entering the AMC

                                  we have ifb front load machine, , we had water seeping issues during wash process, in may 2013, we were told drum needs to be replaced, and was done, we have the number of person whom we had contacted, to conduct repairs then, but its disconnected, , , we got other contact going on line, as the machine this time is not starting, , the servicecenter people came in, , their observation was, there is no spring hold, on one side, , that holds drum in balance, , this time he says, mcb has water intake, our machine use to make big noise, we now learnt, it was due to no spring hold installed, and hence the drum use to move vigrously during rinse process n hit the walls of machine, and i use to fire my maid as to shes overloading the machine, , i must state, i paid full repair costs, but the job was done niglegently, causing damage to other parts, , , which was pointed out by the current technician, who surveved the machine.
                                  i really feel i should not be charged for this second repair costs, , but the company should pull up the technician, who repaired last time, for negligence n causing this situation.

                                    I registered complaint 14732695 for ifb microwave Jan 19. After repeated calls engineer came after 6 days and told some part need to be replaced and he will get back. Since then I am waiting engineer is nt picking up cell, I called serv stn no given by cust care [protected], [protected] & [protected], neither they r responding. I have called customer care alteast 5-6 times and local service guys dont pick the cell at all. My microwave is udner warranty right now. I never though buying IFB product would be such a mental harassment to me. Such poor state of service a indeed a nightmare for me & many consumers like me for sure. Please never ever buy IFB product...

                                      Hi, Bought Eva Aqua VX - 5.5 Kg. When I bought this mobile dealer sold saying that it will automatically covert the hard(salt) water to normal water since it is a aqua model but the guy who is installing saying that we need to buy separate purifier for this machine to convert the water. There is huge wrong communication . I have called immediately to IFB customer care and they are saying that it is inbuilt. Again I called the installer and explained what is discussed with the customer care but he still expalining that it would be good to install the purifier. I am not able to judge who is correct.
