      My washing machine, IFB senator 6kg, is under AMC. I registered a complaint on 16 January 2015 (Ticket No[protected] and the next day two technicians came and told that the tacho has gone bad and the same would be replaced within a week. SInce they did not turn up even after fifteen days I contacted[protected] several times, almost on a daily basis and the received the same answer that a technician from the service would visit within 24 hours and set the problem. SInce nothing was happening I sent an e-mail to the websupport on 10 Feb 2015 and I was promised that they would take the necessary action. I was given a new tickect number 14891269. After my second e-mail to them a technician visited on 12 Feb and told me that the motor needed replacement and he would come on Saturday and replace it. He also told that the old complaint is closed. How could they close the old complaint without resolving it? Since I was not satisfied with his answer I again contacted the websupport. Around 4PM someone from the Bangalore office called and reassured me that the machine would be repaired on Saturday definitely. Since it did not happen I again sent an e-mail to the websupport. I am yet to receive a response. Today I called[protected], the number from which I received a call on 12 Feb I realized that they have not done any thing regarding the complaint. It is one month (31 Days) since the complaint was registered.

      Thank God! It is good to know that there are personnel in the IFB Customer Service Department who are sensitive to the problems of customers. The machine was set right aound 2:00 PM on 17 February 2015.

        Sir, My IFB washing machine is not functioning. The IFB washing machine machine has been purchased in mid of 2013 and till now only one service has been done by IFB personeel. Yesterday, the water pipe from the the tank has broken and has been rectified and due to this air block has occured and now the washing machine is not accepting the water inlet and the clothes are stuck inside the washing machine.             your authorisaed customer service agent Maria electricals insisted me to purchase Stand for newly purchased IFB washing machine for getting more life.I havnt seen IFB on stand in any of your ad or brochure.Its Cheating your customer by selling stand on coming for demonstration like direct marketing and grabing money .This stand is available for lesser price in other shops.They Collected Rs1800/=Kindly avoid this type of cheating on behalf of IFB.This was informed on telephone call for satisfactory demonstration, there is no Respone.I would like to get back Rs.1800/=they collected on behalf of IFB if it gives life only on Stand Fixing.I thought it is a World Class Brand.Dont cheat your customer through your service.               I am using ifb digital for last so many years. Few days back the machine is not taking full circle while washing. I=it does not stop after the time is out. More over the spin mode is not working. The clothhs comes out with lot of water and we ahve manually squeez the water before dring.                 My dishwasher stopped working in sep 14. I have been registering complaint since then.in sep, october, nov, dec, jan15 and today ie 14 february 15. The customer care tells me that all past 5 complaints are cancelled as the part not available at bangalore. Amazing, bangalore centre says part not received from goa factory. Most pathetic company. I am sure none in my family and friend shall ever buy any product from this company.

                    My complaint number is 14885365 still not solving my problem last month I am giving servicing again its problem the servicing centre persons are not responding any call there's nothing going on give the complaint last month only I am giving servicing the knot doing any servicing that taking money and suffering so many problems forming machine when I call them not lifting today ca estimate percent I'm giving company park 3 days back I'm not getting solving a problem again there saying drill machine parts not available servicing centre what is this I am saying go and give complaint thank you

                      Recently I spent Rs.5000/- on 9/2/2015 towards repair and AMC for my IFB washing machine, Despite the same the problem persists and unable to use the machine.                         I purchased a ifb microwave oven model 30sc3 from snapdeal in august 2014. When the person came for demo and installation he realized the machine was faulty and was arcing. I registered a complaint with ifb soon after and after much follow up with the malad service center person in charge anil got a technician to come check it. He figured the motherboard was not functioning right and brought a replacement board the following day. After fitting the same the problem persisted so he opened the machine further to realize another part i think which is called magnetron was also faulty. I spoke to anil and demanded replacement of the machine. He said he will speak to his senior abhishek and get back to me. After again a months follow up he asked me to speak directly to abhishek. Abhishek further told me he would need an approval from his senior vivek bane but could not give his contact details. After a week i called abhishek to check status where he informed me vivek had denied approval and nothing could be done besides speaking to vivek whose contact details he denied to share with me. In all this terrible experience not once was ifb concerned to call and inform me and i have been following this matter since august and unable to use my microwave yet. I need an urgent resolution to this matter or i will need to approach a consumer court. Kedarnath madan [protected]

                              Permanent id-3741734. Recently I bought an IFB microwave oven. When a technician came for demo of oven I sighted him a problem of IFB washing machine. Washing machine was vibrating and skidding away from position.I was using it by placing upon a rubber sheet. He told it is the problem of shock absorber and will cost me more than Rs.4500. Insted he suggested to take AMC for Rs.2247. I agreed and took AMC. Now when I complainted he came and changed shock absorber. When once again I asked the cost of shock absorber he told around Rs2500. But now the washing machine's vibration has increased much more and I am not able to use it even on rubber sheet. Now what he says is it is problem of bodie's rubber grip and the whole body has to be changed which will cost me more than Rs.3500 which is not coverd under AMC. Kindly knot the following points- 1. Technitian exagirated the cost of shock absorber to trap me to take AMC . 2. He did not tell me the original problem at first occassion. 3. Now after repair I am not even able to use the machine by putting upon rubber sheet. For these reason I am revising my decision to remain an IFB customer in future. I am throwing away this machine and looking to by a new one of any other brand.

                              A later complaint which I lodged was never attended despite all sort of effort by me including approaching the customer complaint managers. This problem I had to finally get done through local mechanic. This was when AMC is in effect. I planed to approach consumer court but found that all mails of mine including those in sent folder was deleted (only those mails related to this complaint) making me helpless. It could be found that my mail was hacked. Who might have done this is for your guess. Now I am spreading my word around to never by IFB products to all people known to me sighting this issue in an efficient manner. Hope this would reach to higher level managers of the company.

                                They are really bad in terms providing service. I moved from Kolkata to Bangalore (Sarjapur Road); during the move the front glass of the IFB microwave broke. Then we called the customer service for sending the technician to repair around 1st week of Jan 2015 and till 2nd week of Feb 2015 they did not attend. Every 2 weeks someone calls from IFB & ask has someone attended the call and then this person says tomorrow the technician will definitely attend. Tomorrow Never Dies... I am thinking of packing the microwave oven and send it to the CEO of IFB so that he can gift this to his girlfriend as a valentine gift...

                                  Introduce your product customer p.krishnakumar, i purchase your product IFB washing machine elena on before one year (20/01/2014) till now this time any one is not came the general service and part of your company side my address is plot no-30, annai abhirami nagar, thadaperumbakkam ponneri-601204, and your authorized service dealer name is Aces home Appliances (mr.moses) in red hills Chennai-600052, this service dealer last month spoke call and come with the service but till any one is not coming, no response your service agent, i get irradiate this service agent why they call then didn't come the service, Usually a very poor response for service related requests, really very disturb from this service agent, also i book complaint your call center they sent only ticket no-[protected], but no response your customer service i purchased the product one year ago why you don't send the general service within year, management i[censored] don't have the staff For service then please stop selling product. pls clarify this complaint --

                                      Myself bought IFB Microwave owen in chembur on 19/04/14. Model No. 20SC - 2. Within 8 months 3 times it had problem and its parts have been replaced by Global Enterprises. Now again the technician says that complete panel has to be replaced. After first complaint itself I had requested for replacement of the owen because of its faulty working. But the technician said everything will be alright. Frequently I am facing problem with this piece. Please see to it that the piece is replaced. I am not going to repair this piece and use it again as from beginging it is creating lot of problem.                                         We would like to Escalate the Case No 14781465 with IFB. We were informed that the case has been assigned to AJS Enterprises (Arun Kumar). To our surprise we were told by the IFB customer care that the case has been closed without fixing the issue. We were told to take the AMC by the person who visited our place on 28th Jan and said there is a clutch assembly issue which will be replaced max by 31st Jan, 2015. From then it has become our daily duty to call IFB customer care and AJS enterprises to get the issue fixed, every time we call customer care we were told to speak with Arun Kumar. When we called for Arun Kumar they (Front Desk or whomsoever answers the call) would not connect to that person rather they would say within 10 minutes they will update us without any update later. After couple of days they started saying in 1 hour a technician would come and fix the issue (For 3 days this has happened), but a person who took AMC with us turned back on 6th Feb, 2015 and replaced a part. From then different issue popped up, the whole tub would shake like anything, for that technician first told there is an issue with the display panel, when we said there was no problem at all with that earlier, after an hour of trying he said yes its not a problem with display panel but it would be suspension rods issue (which means he doesn't know the issue but suggest for AMC and replaced the part without any solution). We were very fed up with the service being provided to us by IFB. Please confirm if it is the way how you handle the issues then we would check our alternatives and never turn back to IFB for any goods or any service in future.
