I have lodged a complaint as the microwave is not working on 7th jan 2015 complain number 14647230. Technician came to check and said need to change parts but after that they said parts are not available and now its almost 20 days they have left my microwave open in the kitchen. Now every day i am calling and they are saying will get back to you in the evening but no way. Every day I am speaking to new new managers I am tired of explaining my problem. Its not even a year I purchased. They are not exchanging not giving my money back. Please help. Regards, Chirantan. [protected]

    Gentlemen, I am having IFB Executive Plus washing machine. Of late unbearable sound is emanating from the machine when it is washing the clothes especially between cycle D-F-G. I filed my complaint to customer care number[protected] on 17.1.2015. They gave my complaint No. as [protected]. But till date nobody turned up to fix the problem and correct it. When I contacted them over Phone No.[protected] they informed that the work is allotted to one of the technician and he will come and attend the same. Till date no body turned up. Within a period of one year I have changed the drum, outer cover, tub and shock absorber. But still the sound is emanating while the machine performs its function. When the technician visited on previous occasion he told that since bearing is changed the sound will come and it will subside after one week. But there is no improvement. Please take necessary action to rectify the problem or let them say the problem is not rectifiable.

        After spending close to 50, 000 rupees on a combo washer/dryer unit i have faced tremendous issues in the last six months. Everytime a board needs to be replaced and because these units are sold low in numbers in this region parts are hard to get. Therefore, the customer suffers by waiting for parts to be sent from panaji for three weeks minimum. This is a four year warranty unit and i have already replaced the side board, front panel board, and the lock switch. Now it is showing an error e8. Here is the latest ticket number:12055719

        The local technician came and advised that the front lint collector is leaking and the motor is sparking. Another four more weeks the washing machine will be unusable. If there is anyone reading this please reconsider buying IFB front loading washing machines. My unit is 3.5 years old and is under warranty; however, each replacement takes 3-4 weeks for parts to reach an important city like Trivandrum being the capital of Kerala. So if I add up the five component malfunctions over the last year I have lost almost 16-20 weeks of my washing machine's full functionality. This is close to half a year. Case numbers as far as I have kept my personal records can be provided to demonstrate the integrity of my claim.
        This is the poorest support i have received from a reputed organization such as ifb. My ticket was closed one day prior to the actual date of delivery of the repaired machine. Upon delivery i was asked to unload the machine from the auto-tempo due to lack of manpower at the regional franchise that was servicing the machine. When i refused the delivery was moved to the next day. At the time of pickup the franchise complained that due to low margin on warranty servicing and asked if i could pay for the washing machine pickup for overhauling at their facility.

        Latest status is that it has been running but upon delivery a hose was missing and when asked they mentioned that the hose should have remained connected within the machine to capture bubble formation and it was due to unknown reason it was disconnected (Maybe poor installation) that dripped the water onto the motor causing it to be completely replaced.

        Please never buy ifb. This is a 3.8 year unit and now they are encouraging me to take amc. I plead with others reading this never buy their units especially their units that sell less in number. I am sorry to write this but we as a family suffered a lot. If you look at the washing machine it looks like an aged machine.

        The only person i would like to give some credit is to the local ifb manager who helped me push component replacements and service pickups.
        I am also writing this for the benefit of any families returning from abroad with more than two children and settling in India that the experience I had was beyond belief and acceptance compared to most Western countries. Remember I am not talking about a small unit but a Rs.50000/- unit with failed sensor board, failed control panel board, failed lock sensor, leaking lint collector, and most important a corroded motor emitting electrical sparks.
        Ifb is fraud company, I bought IFB 9 KG washer 7 KG Dryer 4 years back for Rs. 65000 and it became faulty. Ifb commitment was to provide 10 years spare support(big sticker pasted on machine claiming 10 years spare support, photo attached) but they refused to repair the washin machine saying company is not manufacturing spares and will not support. I logged complains three four times. I got area manager Santosh who committed to me that he will arrange 50% discount on new machine if I buy. Now after one week, either his number is always busy or he doesn't pick up the call. I file case in consumer court, they are fraud and cheater

          sir, we are kerala state and thrissur district.we have brought a ifb washing machine and we a complaint of leakage of water first the service men and came and said that its a compliant of rubber pipe after 5 days they replaced the pipe it was not that complaint then we called again said the complaint after 3 days the come and said that its complaint of drum then we brougt the drum we called them for replacing they are saying they will come tomarrow its a month over they are not come for replacing. for washing with the hands why should we buy the washing machine. we have gurantee up to august 2015. we called the service center of thrissur. so please take necessary action. i am giving my details below T.G.                 Team IFB, THis is a SERIOUS CONCERN about your service. I picked up ...a IFB convection microwave (23BC4) on 17 Dec 2014 (Inv. [protected]) . The door handle got dislocated on 24 Dec 2014. I registered a complaint[protected] on the same day. All the service engineer did was on 27 Dec that he checked and told me that I will have to pay for the handle. I said i will pay but i need in writing that Handles are NOT covered under warranty. As soon as I told this, the service guy told me that he will get back. Nothing happened till first week of Jan 2015. Posted a SoS message on FB. Got a PROMPT reply to help on 12 Jan. I am in touch with Rahul from Bangalore Office ([protected]) on a daily basis. Reason given is that the handle from Goa is on the way. Surprised!! I logged a call on 19 Jan[protected]. I asked for another person in the escalation chain. No one is ready is ready to help. I just want to share my 'wonderful' experience with my IFB microwave without a handle for more than 3 weeks.                   I have the IFB microwave oven (25CS3) which I bought just one year back and hardly used it. It stopped working due to some problem in the front panel. The complaint[protected]/[protected] has been logged for closed to 3 months now and there has been no solution provided. I have made innumerable number of calls to the call center and other area managers numbers. They just give us only false hope saying they will get back in 30 mins and never is have they. This is absolutely not what was expected from IFB product and service when I bought it.

                    Sir I, Dipak.S.Singatkar, serving with Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Navegaon Bandh, Gondia having CUSTOMER I/D No. 3133759 begs to make representation as under, 1. I have purchased the Washing Machine directly from Nagpur head office dated 24th November 2011 vide Modal No. ELENA DX 5.5 KG.vide serial no. 0193291 having the warranty period of 5 years. The washing machine was delivered at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya, Shegaon;Distt:-Buldana(Pin-444203). Thereaffter I have been transferred at Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Navegaon Bandh, Gondia (Pin-441702) in the month of August -2014. However, it was found that the Machine is slightly leaking at the bottom.Thereafter, I have lodged the complaint on 09/09/2014 vide ticket no.13754039 and waited for service call. Thereafter, the same complaint was requested to be entertained for thrice. But no avail was done.Thereafter, waiting some days the complaint was brought to the knowledge to the Regional Manager Nagpur, Shri Ajay Sachdev on his mobile (no.[protected]) and requested him to do the needful.He was requested thrice. But still after a fortnight the complaint was persuaded and he was requested to help in this matter.But still there was nothing happened. 2. Thereafter, again another complaint about the same problem was lodged on dated 07/01/2015 vide ticket no. 14648413.and was again requested to the customer care by providing the previous complaint's feedback and requested to solve the problem at the earliest.But till dated it is pending.The matter was brought to the knowledge to Shri Prashant from Amravati, through whom the Washing Machine was purchased.                       My microwave oven is under AMC and its not functioning... I registered a complaint on 12th Dec 2014 and my ticket number is 14446051. After repeated complaints and reminders the engineer visited on sometime in Dec The engineer came checked and told he needs to replace the faulty part. Till date the issues is not fixed and no one is visiting. I am following up regularly but no progress. I am not sure whom to contact. I guess I have to go to consumer court.

                      Consumers buy AMC on hope that company will provide regular services and fix the problems if any.


                      Its very disappointing to know that IFB is not fixing the problem nor refunding the AMC money.

                        My washing machine is under warrnty and its door lock had fused due to which it was giving error message and stopped functioning... I registered a complaint on[protected] and my ticket number is [protected]. after repeated complaints and reminders the engineer visited on 19th .The engineer came checked and took the faulty spare part with him . During this the manager of chennai region was in touch and he promised that it will be replaced by 21st . Till date every morning he says the engineer will come by 4.pm then by 8 p.m and after that puts his phone on hold or off mode It is not that the spare part is not there with them as in their conversation which was on concall with me they said the spare part is with them. The manager is mr. Ravi Ganesh and his mobilenumber is[protected] hope some action soon

                          Sir. It is intimated that I have purchase ifb top loaded washing machine on 31 dec 14 from paradip odisha. Model - AW6501RB. I am facing a lot of problems from the time of installation. And 3 to 4 times I have complained and ur serrice provider told me it has to change. And u talk to our office for change the machine. I talk to bhubneshwar main branch they are also not taking interest. So I request u sir pls replace this machine or rectify the problem. i will be very thankfull to you

                            I got new washing machine yesterday, and I paid Rs.27250 for señorita side open model, and they said its 4 years warranty and for demo, company person will come. the person who came for demo from IFB said, only if we purchase stabiliser and filter the product will cover under warranty, without stabiliser it will not cover under warranty, I immediately contact the company but they didn't pick up. So we were forced to buy filter and stabiliser for Rs 3300. Today I went to the company to enquire about the stabiliser but they replied it's not like that and without stabiliser the warranty will be climbed. It's totally cheating kinda thing, that we were forced to buy stabiliser and filter threatening us that it will doesn't cover under warranty. It totally abuse. I need immediate action.

                              I HAVE A MICROWAVE-17' CAPACITY AMC OF WHICH FAS BEEN RENEWED ON[protected].WHEN PREVIOUS AMC PERIOD DID NOT EXPIRE AND ALREADY RENEWED UPTO DEC2016, INSPITE OF SEVERAL FOLLOW-UP YOUR MECHANIC CAME BEFORE 3 WEEKS AND TOLD THAT CERTAIN SPARE PARTS ARE REQUIRED TO BE CHANGED COST OF WHICH I HAVE TO PAY. AFTER 3 WEEKS JUST TODAY YOUR MECHANIC CAME AND OPINED THAT THE ESTIMATION OF PREVIOUS MECHANIC WAS WRONG AND THE SPARE PARTS WHICH HE BROUGHT WILL NOT BE IN USE. HE ALSO SUGGESTED TO BUY A NEW ONE AND OPINED- THAT NEAR ABOUT RS.1500/-BEING AMC RENEWAL FEE WILL BE FORFEITED IF A NEW ONE IS PURCHASED. INSPITE OF RENEWAL OF AMC I AM NOT GETTING ANY SUFFICIENT SUPPORT FROM YOUR END AND MY MICROWAVE REMAINS USELESS FOR MORE THAN ONE MONTH.WOULD YOU MAKE ARRANGEMENT FOR EARLY REPAIRING. IF REPAIRING IS NOT POSSIBLE, SHOULD I GET BACK THE AMOUNT OF AMC CHARGES I WANT TO KNOW. IF MY COMPLAINT IS NOT REDRESSED I SHALL HAVE NO OTHER WAY BUT TO GO TO THE CONSUMER FORUM AND ALL COSTS AND CONSEQUENCES HAVE TO BE BOURNE BY YOU.

                                I have purchased IFB Serena fully automatic washing machine in Oct 2011 From mahajan electronics Raja garden . After one year the machine started leaking from below but when I complained regarding the issue the representative come and can't detect the actual problem . Many of representative came and befooled me quoting different statement to purchase IFB detergents to solve this prioblem .I even purchased them but the problem existed ...But when I strongly opposed the company sent another representative who understood the problem but didn't told me ...He made some JUGAAD and somehow leakage stopped.. Again after 2-3 days the same problem started and when I called the same representative, he said some part has to be changed and he is already aware of that ... Representative came today and unscrewed the machine and I found that there was a big hole in rear drum which was taped with ifb sticker all round . There is lot of leakage due to this and my machine from inside has been corroded n parts are damaged to do this blunder done by the ifb company .He changed the particular part but I need a reason why a faulty machine is SOLD AS A NEW MACHINE by IFB... I want my complete money back as I have been harrassed by I F B

                                  I have IFB washing machine having AMC Valid till March, 2015. I resides at Haldia, Dist, Purba Medinipur, West Bengal-721607. My Washing Machine is not working since the last two weeks or more. I called the local authorised agent two weeks back for same. The technician came and visited but did nothing. He appraised that he will visit again 2/3 day later. After 5/6 days letter, the same fellow came and did nothing. After that technician lost his touch and never attended the problem. I also called to service centre, kolkata and was assured of immediate action. But till date no action is being taken so far. At last getting fed up, I am lodging the complain. Pl advise the service agent to attend the the case immediately and resolve the issue.                                       Dear sir, I am using IFB Senator washing Machine for the past four years. From 7 Oct 2014 I have got problems in my washing machine. I have complaint many times. The h no are [protected], 12045727, 12045727, 11997592, 11947419, 11923106,[protected], 11808174. But each time the serviceman comes they are unable to solve the problem. They have changed the small circuit board once but still the problem is persisting. Today a service man came and demanded Rs 3700 for repairing since the warranty period is over. But I have been asking to clear the problem since October 2014. But now they have found the mistake and charging huge amount for repair. This is unsatisfactory as the serviceman was dragging till my warranty expires. Please take necessary action.                                         Dear Sir, Unfortunately I decided to buy the IFB Direct Drive 7Kg Front Loading SS Drum washing unit about 2 years from now. The decision for purchase of IFB was influenced on its use during my overseas stay. However, since installation it has heavy vibration especially during spinning cycle which make the machine to move in any direction abnormally/aggressively. The IFB Service Engineers did continue justifying and sold as well the accessories such as Wheeled Platform. Can IFB suggest the right action as machine can not be kept tied with belt to keep positioned? Also, cloths get perforated during wash for some unknown reasons while the complete cycle gets automatically selected. Again the reasoning justified by visiting IFB Service Engineers/Technicians is never satisfactory and in the name of solution they try/sell the De-scaling Powders. Could the no use or sparingly use of De-scaling Powder be the reason for perforation? Obviously, above remedial measures suggested by visiting service engineers are profiting the product seller/shop but tarnishing IFB's credentials. As it is Indian market, such unsatisfactory explanations continue and I am still not convinced if the same works in Germany (the parent country). Possibly, the service support is dependent on poorly trained/educated/low paid people whose aim always remain focussing the shop/seller profit and so his share of profit at IFB's image.                                         SO FAR I HAD BEEN CALLING THE SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE THROUGH SELLER SHOP AND THIS IS MY COMPLAIN IN WRITING AIMING TO REACH DIRECTLY TO IFB. MY MAIL ID AND CELL NOS ARE WELL IN WORKING BUT WHAT ELSE YOU ARE LOOKING FOR IS NOT WELL UNDERSTOOD. PLEASE CLARIFY. COMPLAIN IS REPRODUCED BELOW AGAIN.
