We have logged a complaint regarding our washing machine problem on 23rd Dec. Service center guys closed the ticket with out resolving the issue. I have renewed the Microwave AMC for 2 years, with the hope that, as and when, any fault happens, the same would be attended on priority. My AMC ref. No. 4180 dated 30.05.2014.
