SIR, I HAVE LODGED A COMPLAINT FOR BREAK DOWN COMPAINED ON 07122014 TO CUSTOMER CARE COMPLAINT NO 144100 ONE MR CHANDRASEKAR ATTENTED THE CALL AND SENT MR KIRAN FOR SERVICE ON THE SAME DAY, HE COMLPAINED THAT THE BOARD IS BURNT, AND ASKED ME TO PAY 8000- FOR THE SAME, THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY, HE CLAIMED THAT ONCE IN THE MONTH OF JULY 2014 WAS REPLACED HENCE SECOND TIME IT WILL NOT BE REPLACED BY THE COMPANY THOUGH IT IS UNDER WARRANTY TO MY ASTONISHMENT. THEN LATER AFTER A WEEK HE CAME WITH THE BOARD AND REPLACED AND IMMEDIATELY ON SWITCHING IT WAS BURNT AGAIN, THE THEY ASKED ME TO TAKE AMC WHICH WOULD COVER EXTENDED WARRANTY FOR WHICH I PAID RS 7000- AFTER WHICH BOTH MR CHANDRASEKAR AND MR KIRAN ARE DODGING ME BY NOT ATTENDING PHONE CALLS AND PHONE FORWARDING CALLS AND SOME TIMES SAY TODAY TOMMOROW WILL COME AND ATTEND BUT NOT COMING NEITHER RESPONDING, VEXED WITH THEM I LODGED A SECOND COMPLAINT ON 241214 COMPLAINT NO 14542071 CUSTOMER ID 66627170 FOR WHICH I WAS PROMISED SERVICE WITHIN 24 HOURS BUT NO RESPONSE TILL TODAY .     If planning to buy an IFB washing machine and take annual maintenance contract...think twice. I am having such a bitter experience with IFB washing machine. My IFB washing machine- executive elite is under AMC from IFB industries Ltd. I lodged a complaint regarding non-working of it 2 weeks ago vide compliant no. 14471768 which was attended by Mr.Mazid who checked the machine in 10 mins time and said everything is alright. But the machine was not washing so I lodged another complaint vide complaint no. 11195297 the next day. It was attended only after a week and a problem with drum shaft was found ( It was broken and could not be detected by the first service engineer!). I was told that it will be repaired in two days time. BUT inspite of my repeated calling the local sevice co-ordinator Mr. Sunil Sharma (phone no.[protected], I could get replies like ...tomorrow morning...this evening...sir, tomorrow for sure...like that. For the last 15 days my washing machine is out of order and could not be repaired inspite of repeated complaints and reminders.       I have purchased Elite Aqua SX on 29th November 2014 in SONOVISION Rajahmundry, East Godavari District.We requested demo on Dec 24th 2014 and the technician insisted us to purchase water filter of worth Rs 2500/- and he claims that present machine does not come with necessary water filter. As per IFB manual book water filter is inbuilt and I don't understand the necessity of extra water filter.I have purchased the washing machine for full equipment and now I have doubts regarding few machine parts.Please look into this as soon as possible and respond at the earliest.Else I might have to return this product for full refund.I have raised complaints through customer care number and I had an unsatisfactory response.My customer ID is 10876930 & complaint number is 14542371. Further your officials also cheat with the customer providing costly parts of the machine. If we have to bear such cost, what is the use of warranty & guarranty given.           The service people coming from IFB are doing marketing and also cheating. They charged Rs. 300 from washing machine shifting from one room to another room and additional charges. I raised a complaint against this, But i didn't get any proper response. Every time they called and asked all the details. Poor service

            We have raised a complaint[protected] on Dec 24, 2014 that the temperature when drying temperature is not rising. Today morning the washing machine was full of water all of a sudden without starting it. We called the service engineer assigned and like most of the times this guy also spoke that their visit would be Rs 350 /-. But till now he did not come, and they speak in a very rude manner. Not sure, if he is going to pay a visit this year. This is the 3rd servicing in the past two years. All of the service engineers blame the previous one who did not complete the work properly. But they themselves are always in a hurry to just fix what the customer thinks is the problem. It's high time IFB values its existing customers and provide service for money. Few years back for a servicing, they forgot to attach the belt inside and the washing machine drum was not rotating. Still sticking with the same washing machine because we invested in it not because we admire we admire the service or the company.

              The technician issued fake bills to me, which I came to know later. He had over charged me by more than double in most cases. The dealer (Shri Kailash Enterprises, Chennai) is aware of it, but is doing nothing about it. Even more shocking is that the company itself is not responding to my repeated complaints / emails / feedback on website. Part name Actual price Charged price (N) Pump Rs. 635 Rs. 1500 Outlet hose Rs. 174 Rs. 300 Bended hose Rs. 150 Rs. 425 (P) Tub hose Rs. 120 Rs. 400 When the technician had visited, he kept insisting that I sign up for an AMC, which I refused to take, as I planned to change the machine soon. Probably, he found a way to 'earn' what would have been his incentive had I signed up for an AMC that day. I have been an IFB customer for more than 12 years. What is the point in loyalty, when you can still be cheated!

                    I have always had a problem with my IFB SENORITA washing machine from the day I bought it. I feel that i have received a faulty machine. Now that my machine is out of the warranty period, conveniently, the TUB has broken and I have to shell out Rs. 4500 for repairs. The clothes are piling up for a week.                       I have taken an AMC for my microwave oven 30 SC 1 in march 2014 .There was a problem and the technician told me that there is a problem in the panel and took the panel after a month he told me service center has been changed from ambattur to avadi . Avadi people will rectifying the problem. When contacting avadi service center they refused to attend saying that ambattur service people have taken the panel.On pressuring the ambattur service center they came and kept a panel and said avadi service center people will fix it.Both of the service people are not attending the compliant and just closing the compliant. I contacted the regional manager and told him my problem he is saying that the model has be stopped and he will refund the AMC amount minus service charges taxes etc.It is over ten months and my complaint has not been attend and i have been put in a lot of trouble running round here and there ever time i make a complaint they are saying they will attend it but never turn up . Immediate action is requested for my compliant or I have to move to consumer court.

                      i even called in customer service today and they say the complaint has been closed and are asking me to file a fresh complaint. I'm tired of filing new complaints as you guys just keep on closing the complaint ticket.this issue has been going on for a year and my AMC expires next year and the machine is completely ripped apart and exposed with no timer knob/dial which was done by the first tech.this has become one hell of a headache for me.i need a quick resolution or else I'm forced to take legal action.

                        Dear sir, My self satish i was register compliant for my IFB washing machin not working on 17/12/2014 and they commit me next day somebody will come and attend. so next day Mr. sunil was came be half of my request but they said that mother board problem and tomorrow they will come (means 19/12/2014 ) and rectify the same defect i wait for that technician but they didn't came and i try to contact they are given contact number most of the time that number was busy and ones somebody lift the phone but they didn't talk to me but i tried continuously today again i try to contact but same thing was happen.                             Dear sir/madam, I purchased a microwave (20sc2) on august'2014 from fairdeal (Behala). At the time of demonstration, your stuff (From induja home solution pvt. Ltd) told that in microwave only borosil utensils are applicable with cover. So i bought 2 sets of borosil utesil (4 pieces) from them. I cooked curry in square borosil bowl with cover.. After finishing curry.. When i took out that bowl from microwave.. Then that cover is useless.. That means cover became curve.. So now what i do? If company stuff misguide me in that way..                                 Hi, I have an IFB front loading washing machine (Senorita DX 5.5 kg). I also have an AMC with IFB authorized service center. My machine broke down on 4th December 2014. I complained to the service center on the same day and it is 16th December today but I am still without any service visit to fix my machine. This is a very sorry state of affair as we buy AMC contract assuming that a quick service will be provided. (Complaint number[protected] Moreover today when I tried to call IFB representative (Mr Arun from Vaishnavi Enterprises at D 178 Sector 10 NOIDA), he talked to me in an abusive manner using foul language. This has come as a shock and disappointment to me. As a loyal customer I have the right to complain when in over 12 days I have not received service, but no one has the right to talk to me in an abusive foul language. I urge you to please take prompt and stern action against the above mentioned service center as it gives a bad name to your otherwise excellent brand. Meeta Vigh

                                  machine not working due to programmer selecter not working i have gave complaint on 22/11/2014 and i have extended warranty also till now my problem not solved by your customer care person and iam in chennai and your franchisee company name is RJ ENTERPRISES .I am very shame to buy this product and if you entertain francese like this your IFB company wont sell any of your product in your dream also in chennai .IAM VERY VERY SAD to say like this because i was mentally upset due to your franches i have made nearly 150 to 200 call to rj enterprices they dont care about customer . two technician has came to my site but they dont sovle my problem . please help me to solve my problem.my number is [protected], [protected]

I had given my IFB microwave oven for repair with Harinidhi Enterprise, Bangalore more than 5 weeks back. I still have not received my oven post repair.I have tried to reach out to them multiple times.but it has been of no help. I have even escalated to your bangalore operations manager Mr Ragul.                                       Date: 15-12-14 I Mr. Ravichandra V. Patil residing In G- 2 Marisa apts, Behind Durga petrol pump, Fatorda Margao, Age: 59 yrs. Occupation: Professor on 26-11-14 along with my family approached M/S Lotlikar Enterprises, shop no 8, Grace church estate, opposite Muncipal garden, Margao and we demanded for Oven Toaster Grill (OTG)as our only purpose for the purchase was to bake a cake and biscuits and to cook pizzas, however, the salesman of the above named shop convinced us to buy a microwave oven as it a latest equipment and it will fulfill all our requirements, as like baking a cake, biscuits etc. thus we got convinced and ordered the IFB convection microwave oven Model: 20BC4 amounting Rs 11000\- including tax. On 27-11-14 around 11.00 am the product was home delivered at my address mentioned above and the amount of RS 11000\- was paid immediately by cash. On 27th November itself a person from IFB Company named Felix (mobile: [protected])came and gave us a demo about the usage. Accordingly, we tried to bake a cake but the resultant cake was not good as it was completely burnt. For consequently 2-3 days we tried hard to bake a cake but the result was not satisfactory. On 8th December the same service boy suggested to bake the cake at 160 degree Celsius for 40 mins through phone call and he will come to see the result. We did try accordingly but the result was same unsatisfactory which was also noticed by Felix when he visited our place. He informed the IFB Company about the default in the microwave oven and said necessary action will be taken. We also informed M/s Lotlikar Enterprises who is a dealer of IFB Company about the microwave oven supplied by him to us and requested him to replace the product. But he did not agree as he is helpless and suggested us to contact the company. Since 8th December there is no response from the IFB Company in respect of our grievance. I am facing trouble since I have invested Rs 11000 and even though my requirements are not fulfilled making me unhappy. I kindly request the company to replace the product totally with an Oven Toaster Grill (OTG) or pay back the money as soon as possible. Thanking You!
