Dear IFB, I am Vivek from Chennai, I was bought IFB front load 8kg washing machine 4 months before but while purchase from Nerkundram IFB point and sales person said 3 month once free service with out spending even single rupee from customer end so I am ready to choose IFB from my end, now I am getting bad smell from tub so I was raised complaint request to IFB, Another couple of days service person came and tried to run 15 min wash and drain (these thing I can do by myself) asked me to buy 5 pack of tub cleaner each cost 160 RS so total 800 Rs I am shocked to hear this from IFB executive( is this sales executive or IFB executive?). So 3 month once I need to spend 800 Rs so at the end of the 4 year 12800 Rs for only service? Even not cleaning filter and IFB executive only concentrating on selling the tub cleaning powder and washing liquid, filters etc.After 3 days I got call from IFB executive so I was explained all the situation but while speaking to him simply he said to send again executive and disconnected the call (well behaviour from IFB Customer service). Almost 2 weeks gone no one is came? IFB needs only customer money but not customers. This is the my first and lost business from IFB, Sure I wont recommend this to anyone. Over all 37000 Rs Machine+1350 rs Stand + 1300 cut out=39650+ 12800(service)=52450 rs for 4 members? Even within warranty your service is worst, then after warranty period???     We Bought a Washing Machine Dated on[protected] Of IFB Company and Model Name is "Angular(ERGO-6512 R)" still it is in warranty Period and warranty will expired on[protected]. But Now a Days we are facing Water leakage and Drum problem as we file complaint regarding the same on following numbers of IFB Toll Free for complaint Solving -[protected], Anand Service center of IFB -[protected]...and manager of Nadiad branch -[protected] Mr. patel...as we called many time but we got different...different answers from each person as we called on toll free customer care number they replied technician will visit us with in 24 hours but now it is more than 25 days no one is visit us for same problem moreover when I called to manager they replied production of this washing machine is closed by company and they "File request for replacement of washing machine with another model but still they didn't replied us properly more over I called him many times for reminding our case but he replied his DM is on leave for their Personal Reason and answering same n same as they are also waiting for approval for replacing washing machine .I thought They are doing just time pass because expire Date of Washing Machine is near..I have all the complaint number with dates... as they are providing Very Very poor services to their present customers...Please Do Needful And Give them Strict Warrning For solving This Problem As fast as Possible Before Warranty will get expired

    As We Mentioned our Issue Of Replacement of Washing Machine And I called Nadiad Branch Manager at -[protected] For Status of Approval They Told us Approval Is approved and they are ready to replace our Washing machine with value of 17964 how is this possible totally half value of bill price.Total Use Of Washing Machine is 2 Years And 4 Months As Depreciation Value Is 25% per Year So Presently The Value Of machine Is 17964 Rs. Totally Half Value OF bill Price as branch manager is suggest us to buy any model as we like but company pay only 17965 rs. only what type of condition is this ... we don't want to replace our machine at this price IFB Company Must refund our whole amount or Replace Machine with same model or Replace Machine With Same Price Model..Please Take this issue as serious Let Us Contact As soon As fast...

      IFB technical team is coming to my house and providing temporary fix to the problem and going away. I have more than 15 ticket numbers for the problem since 2013. Now my washing machine is not working since 14th Oct - today is 27th, every day I am getting excuse for problem to resolved/part to be replaced in next 2-3 days. TICKET Number[protected]. I have contacted customer care many times, ensuring best/quick service all the time, but waste of time.       Team, get this rectified permanently, even the board which was replaced 2 days back is skipping time and hanging for 10 mins. If we restart the washing machine it start working. Problem is not closed for latest ticket number 14020466

        I purchased an IFB AC on23/8/14. It stopped functioning and raised a complaint on 16/10/2014. Till now the issue is not resolved. Called today to the IFB customer care. The operator informed that he can see the complaint is open and will be resolved at the earliest. IFB will not give any resolution time. Better avoid this brand

          CUSTOMER ID NO: 10327739 facing error problem since April 2014. Complaint no (1)In all washing programmes when it comes to rinse mode it dos not take water hence resulting error (E 4). Complaint no(2) : input water leakage of water.. When . Washing takes water it leaks from the drum backside water. These complaints have been done 6 to 7 times but all the technicians will come in hurry try to resolve temper early it gets solve from the next day we will be facing the same problem. We are fed up with IFB service. Earlier we have used SAMSUNG washing machine for 15 years their service was very timely and good service. We have called only 3 to 4 times to Samsung in 15 years. But in IFB in single year we had to call 6 times for same problem but no result. Now I demand a Replacement with new machine. Or refund with original purchase amount of Rs. 14000 plus interest and our losses with demarcates and Mental Agony of Rs. 10000 total of Rs. 24000 total amount.. M S NAGARAJ RAO. CALL. [protected]

            I bought one washing machine and a microwave together from IFB. when they delivered the items at home I was not present at home my wife received the items. While delivering they told her installation guy will come and install the product and give demo. so she didnt opened the packings. after 2 days for wasing machine one guy came and he did the installation when she asked about microwave he told some other guy will come. once he left nobody showed up. after 30 days when I reached home and opened the microwave packing I found it was damaged . they supplied me a damaged piece. so I called IFB they sent one technician he checked he aggreed and took photos of microwave and also took bill copy and told he will get it replaced. and since then last 2 months I am following up and they are telling it is approved and delivered to your home next week. I called 100's of time to their area sales maagers Mr. Prasad and Mr. Rajendra, they will always promise next week. so many time they told now I am sending but they never sent it. I called to their customer care also so many time always they will tell we will make it priority list and then no action. I am just fed up of following up these guys so I am writing to you.

              Complt no. 11764132, cust id: 1552279. Pathetic service: v tech, kallambalam, trivandrum, kerala: i gave complt on dish-washer more than 1 month back. Vtech, came on 13 oct & send vehicle for collection of dish-washer on 14th oct. The vehicle that was sent was a passenger auto. It doesn't have sufficient space to keep the machine properly. The called auto was one from open market. He didn't have any packing or tying material. On pointing out, anoop of vtech tells me rudely to sent in my own vehicle and didn't collect machine. They, after 4 days informed me that it will be collected in a pick up auto. It is still not collected even after 1 month of complt. Collecting machine in passenger auto is illegal. They are doing this to save a few rupees and behaving rudely. Now they are sarcastic and has already said four times that machine will be collected, but they dont have any intention of collecting machine. Urgent attn.

              IFB is incapable of attending to complaints. They have worthless franchisees attending complaints. IFB does not have any control over them, hence they behave rudely and play games with customers. No monitoring of complaints is being done by IFB. Their toll free no just passes on the message to the franchise and sits tight. No wonder other companies are overtaking

                IFB customer complaint number : 14008746, not addressed even after 12 days. I tried my best to reach out to IFB service engineer (bangalore): [protected], around 100 times i might have tried. but it's waste of time. Worst part is, from yesterday onwards, either girl or Kids are taking the call. It's quite unacceptable and irresponsible. I felt harassed. It's really very bad for IFB brand. I don't know where to raise the complaint. I request you to act on it.

                  Hi, I have my IFB Diva under AMC, I raised a complaint 14063345 on monday, just imagine guys level of service they give to AMC customers.Since past 5 days no one even bothered to check what complaint is.Total fraud company, dont ever buy their products if you want peace of mind in your life. A lady named deepa will pick phone in bangalore and would give false promise of arranging technician.I am totally fed up and planning to buy some better service provider item. Beware Guys, I would spread same awareness about them in my office page and other social networks so that people avoid buying such companies products. Regards, Viral

                      But 3 months back it has a big noise and strucking problem.
                      It was get repaired by replacing MCU by charging 2000/-, and also tàken AMC.
                      From one month the same problem again repeated, booked online complaint for 3 times but was not resolved at Guntur, A.P.
                      May I know why! Please rectify immediately otherwise refund AMC& MCU amount
                      I am suffering because I purchased IFB ac. The ac is in the service center from past 6 monts.

                          Fake service center.There are 2 persons name.one name is rohit he call the customer that i have authorized service center in jammu and they gave customer to fake bills, duplicate spare parts, and he asked that he is the ASM of jammu/tallab tillo area incharge.I specially request to IFB that take some serious action abt this type of fraud.These are that kind of people they make customer fool.I am confused that anyone can use email address of ifb and not given the tollfree no.On bill that the fake person gives us mentioned name IFB service center on what kind of job sheet and they gives no.[protected]/[protected]. Its a customer request that take some serious action for welfare of company and customer also.

                            I have IFB washing machine of 6 kg. My permanent customer Id number is 1908552. My product is under AMC. I have registered a complaint on 18-October-2014 around 9:00 am with complain ID 14049036. No technician has attended my complaint till 22-October-2014 around 3:00 pm since my so many reminder calls. Every time I got the same answer TECHNICIAN IS SUPPOSE TO VISIT TODAY ONLY AND YOUR COMPLAINT WILL BE GET RESOLVED TODAY ITSELF. Today when technician visited he told there is some motor and barring issue in washing machine. I called his senior for explation but he told this will take more than a week due to Diwali holidays of 5 days. But I know in private service industry it is not possible employees get one week leave. This problem is accured again in my washing machine within a week. Prior to this complaint I have also registered a complaint on 6-October-2014 which was resolved on 11-October-2014 after many reminder calls. That time also barring replacement was done. I really don't understand is there any issue with technician knowledge or their superiors who are not willing to get our complaints resolved as soon as possible. I am fed up of IFB service. Each and every time whenever we have issue in washing machine this thing happens. I will not suggest anyone IFB product due to pathetic after sales services. My request is to solve my complaint as early as possible. As in my joint family it is not possible for us not to operate machine for weeks. My email id is [protected]@gmail.com

                              My IFB washing machine is not working. So I took that to IFB authorized service centre at Hill palace road Tripunithura kerala on August this year. Till now they not repaired my machine z when ever I call them they will say next week so now almost two months gone and no resonse from them. I request the IFB authorized personnel to take action.

                                Customer id is 0933439 complaint number is[protected] on friday - 17.10.14 around 7 AM I was assured that the complaint ( washing machine 6 kg digital ) would be attended to within 24 hours. it is under AMC. Till date 21.10.14 - no technician has come. Very poor service. What is the use of having a washing machine if it is going to conk off every 20-25 days. this is the umpteenth time that the machine is failing in the last 3-4 months. every time it takes atleast 10 days to set right the problem. No use of purchasing samsung washing machine. even if you have purchased one pl dont opt for AMC as you will be the last person to be attended to, as they already have your money locked up.                                   In response to my complaint on 18.09.2014, your technician was came and checked the washing machine on 03.10.2014. They told that a part is not working and the part should be replaced. We agreed to replace that part. Your technician told that the part is available to them and will replace that part within next 5 days. But still your technician didn't come again. This is the 2nd time when we are suffered to repair the washing machine for a long period. Please check our previous complaint also. that complaint was resolved after the 3 months. and now again your technicians are doing the wrong commitments. they told us to come within 5 days and after that they never came. Please tell, Is that comes in the company's Policy for the customers during the warranty period???????? We are the customer of IFB products from the last 10 - 12 years and always tell to our friends to buy the products of IFB. But now we strange on the company's After Sale Service Department. Please tell, the customer have to suffered for 3 months (As per my previous experience) and now from more than 15 days.

                                    We have called ifb local office in warangal on 2nd october 2014 and ordered a stand and pipe adapter that connects to tap. After several follow ups, the service boy came after a week with a stand and solved half issue and left. We are following up with him as well customer care office on daily basis, but still we have not yet got the pipe and adapter which can be connected to tap. This shows the negligence of the staff as well as the maintenance department. Could you follow up with the staff and close the issue asap.

                                      Hi All, I m Krishna we given our IFB washing machine for service three month back but till date(20/10/14) we are not received. When ever I call Mr. Raghavendar to ask about IFB machine he will say today before 12am we will deliver but he is not deliver the machine till date. I never see like that service. Even till date we are not received the IFB washing machine but Mr. Raghavendar ([protected]) is not given dead date as well. Kindly look in to the service part. Dear Managers. Kindly help me to get my IFB machine back as soon as possible

After calling fourth call they gave me contact numbers of managers and i contact the persons who are responsibility for service at kerala, they sent one person and he look over the machine and he said one of the parts should be changed. after three days there is no positive responds. IF ANY ONE ASK ME TO TAKE IFB WASHING MACHINE, I SHOUD NOT PROPOSE IFB BECAUSE OF BAAAAD SERVICE

                                        IFB cust id: 3106325 Complaint No: 13690732 Complaint No: 13801438 My IFB washing machine is in warranty and I had raised complaint 13690732 to IFB customer care saying the problem of drum not rotating on Aug 26'th 2014. They had told they would need to replace drum. But they had closed the complaint without any intimation to me. I had contacted customer care and again raised complaint 13801438. This compliant was also closed without solving the problem and intimation to me. I had asked them to reopen the case. They had given manager Suraj number [protected] to speak for further assistance. Every time I call them they have been informing drum would be replaced in 2 days. Today Oct 20'th2014 but the problem is still not resolved. My IFB customer ID 3106325. It is shocking to know that they are closing the complaints without resolving the problem. It is extremely poor service by IFB
