I lodged the complaint on 2nd oct 2014 stating that there is a problem with my ifb washing machine. Which was taken 2 months back.

It's so unfortunate that your people did not have the courtesy to fix the problem till the 7th oct 2014. As per ifb commitment the problem will be fixed with in 48 hrs of complaint (Bull)

We purchased a Elena Aqua SX 6KG 1000 RPM washing machine on 24/09/2014 and its not working. I am in AMC, but the service of your franchise service are poor and damaged the good condition machine. They want to make money to sell their consumable items and not rectifying the main machine problems.
