I have raised two complaints for IFB and it has been 45 days since I have raised the complaint. There is no response so far. They have very poor service. They are closing the tickets without resolving the issue. Please don't buy IFB products at all....

It's so unfortunate that your people did not have the courtesy to fix the problem till the 7th oct 2014. As per ifb commitment the problem will be fixed with in 48 hrs of complaint (Bull)

We purchased a Elena Aqua SX 6KG 1000 RPM washing machine on 24/09/2014 and its not working. A new machine was purchased and after demo it failed to work and IFB had replaced it with a new and now the new machine after replacement also not working. I am in AMC, but the service of your franchise service are poor and damaged the good condition machine. They want to make money to sell their consumable items and not rectifying the main machine problems. IFB service is absolutely ridiculous. I stupidly purchased this company washing machine and my machine is 6 month old . A part of it is not working.
