MY DISH WASHER IS NOT WORKING FROM[protected]. ON[protected], I LODGED A COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE[TICKET NO:13766355]. ON[protected], TECHNICIAN VISITED MY HOUSE AND INSPECTED THE DISH WASHER. HE TOLD ME THAT A PART OF THE DISH WASHER HAS TO BE REPLACED.HE TOLD ME THAT HE WILL VISIT AGAIN AFTER HE RECEIVED THE PART FROM COMPANY. AGAIN ON[protected], I LODGED THE COMPLAINT TO THE CUSTOMER CARE.ON[protected], THE SAME TECHNICIAN CAME AND TOLD ME THAT THE PART WAS NOT RECEIVED FROM THE COMPANY AND THE PROCESS MAY TAKE A VERY LONG TIME. MY DISH WASHER IS STILL UNDER WARRANTY PERIOD. DUE TO THE INORDINATE DELAY, WE ARE SUFFERING A LOT
