I had lodged complaint on 04th Sep ’14, Today being 09th Sep
’14, None from the IFB team bothered to call back and correct the
status of IFB Dryer .Every day i spoken customer number I post spoke
to samiksha IFB Representative, He had promised to resolve
today 09th Sep, Today, But, i was not surprised, I did not get
response till after noon, When I called up Magdalin, again to my surprise
call was answered . who was rude and did not care for customer. Also
responded with don’t care attitude. When I responded to take up the
case in consumer forum. He reverted to take it up whom so ever. Agency
have closed the ticket from back end without even solving the issue with
IFB dryer.IFB Brand value have
been held at stake by staffs who cannot acknowledge customer concern
and respond ?
This was not the first time I have concern with these guy, I have
decided to take up in consumer forum .

I have IFB washing machine Senorita DX. Since 23 August we have been complaining but no one is responding to our problem. Our complain no is 13681068. We are in Amc. First the tecnician comes and says its door problem then they say its control panel problem. Now no one is answering. I have a heart patient (my father) and a 8 month old kid at my place and your tecnicians very well know about this situation still no responce. We only get to talk to your costomer executive Mrs. Laxmi. Your senior person Mr. Abhishek is not ready to talk to us nor is he picking our calls. I have already called many times and also emailed my complaint 2 times but we only get computerised reply that someone will get in touch with us. I have recommended IFB to many but today I feel sorry for my reccommendatio. Dont know if this will get rectified. Very sad experience with IFB.
