Dishwasher not working properly

I have a IFB dishwasher (Neptune DX). It is not working properly as the dishes after the cleaning cycle contain a MILKY-WHITISH layer.This problem is persisting from a long time.I complained about this problem many times reference to complaint ids:13679054, 13679049, 13625120, 13580166.At first it was visited by the IFB technician of my city and he told that the RINSE AID was not getting cleaned properly and changed the settings of rinsed...

Hi, I bought a IFB microwave 30SRC1 and registered for a demo on 2nd Sep 2014, ticket number: 13784760. I recieved the SMS for a demo promptly, but NOT the service engineer. I had to take the first step to call them and ask why the demo is still not happend (3rd/4rd Sep). I tried reaching them for several days ... NO response !! Following are the serious problems that i faced 1) I called up the customer care and they gave me a number belonging to Ms/Mrs Rajeshwari, who they said can help me. **This number is not reachable** 2) Second time when i called they gave an another contact number. I think his name was Mr.Raghavendar .. Equally good for nothing number !!! - Not reachable 3) Third time, i called the customer care and they gave an another contact of Mr.Vignesh, who is said to be the LEvel -II officer for IFB bangalore. He took my call and said that he would respond to me back by sending an engineer immediately. Utter dishonor of Commitment !!! Nobody came nor neither called for an apology for not sending an engineer. Considering all the dragging that IFB has been doing, i have seriously lost interest in your company and want to give you back your product and take back my valued, hard earned money if possible . -Vinod

    Registered the complaint # 13553971 on 12-Aug-2014 regarding the problem with digital board of the washing machine. Response from service agency was "part not in stock and will take 3-4 days for fixing the issue". After 3-4 days still the part is not available and I was told it will take couple of more days. Finally, after 17 days, the part came and when technician fixed it, it just didn't work. Agency told me that they have to try another spare but the it is not in stock and will get it in 2-3 days but nothing happened. Visited the IFB branch on 5-Sep-14 in Bangalore personally and met the co-ordinator. He spoke to Area Executive and I was promised that issue will be resolved by 9-Sep at any cost. No luck and when tried reaching he told me that it will get it fixed surely by 11-Sep-14. Again, nothing happened. Continued my never ending followup again i was told it will be fixed for sure by 13-Sep-14. Same result and same response. Now, all of them stopped responding to my calls. It is more than a month and still waiting for them to fix the problem.

    Finally after more than a month and repeated chasings/followups, the board has been replaced and the machine is working fine as of now.

      Dear sir, with respect to my complaint no.13741141 dated 08 September 2014. and thrice talked on your paid customer care no. my complaint is yet to be resolved. each time they used to say it will be resolved with in 24 hr.and the most important thing is the person who has install the washing machine given his no. and said he is the authorized person whom i contact on 03 September 2014 said he will come next day and whose next day is yet to come. what is your policy, i am yet to understand. does it is meant to harass the customer or i have done something wrong by purchasing IFB WASHING MACHINE. it will quite better for me if got another one at least i get better service and not to worry about my appliances. if you able to do something from your side, kindly look into the matter its urgent, and at least not defame your reputation.       I think we have all made mistakes buying IFB though I have been a faithful client since last 18 years. The Call Centre service is pathetic. Whereas the complaint has to be attended to in 48 hrs, the are service centre receives the complaint in 48 hrs. My complaint nr 13785409 dated 13 Sep is nowhere on the Agenda of the Service Centre of the area.

        My washing machine is under, AMC but from 30.8.2014 inspite of booking a complaint.. The fault has not been rectified. The intention of the service team is only to market their spare parts which does not cme under AMC. Taking customers for a ride.. Complain no. 11353087...a technical person came and he gave estimate for 1640 and he literally threatened us to buy a filter for rs3500. We denied, and complained to reg. sales rep. So he got annoyed and came the next day to change a pipe an said tis is the problem. He asked to on the machine in evening and left. We found that the machine was making huge noise, we called IFB, they sent another person who said the motor has to be replaced... But nothing was done till date.

Regarding IFB washing Machine damage more than couple of times. during washing there was a abnormal sound and machine was moving and went and hit the wall .               RIJO JOSE [protected]@gmail.com I bought a IFB convwction microwave oven model:20SC2 Microwave Oven, and it is not working now, which is in warranty period. I first complained by calling IFB Care on August 12, 2014 with complaint Ticket No: 11647364They gave me different phone number of different service centers in Calicut. I called the[protected] / 6060123 /[protected] / [protected] number .After calling frequently for more than 7- 10 times an engineer came to home and inspected, but the service was not completed and he told another person will visit on next day for same call. No other person visited .After that incident I have called the customer care center and they have given a service engineer number ([protected]) at Calicut. After calling for 20-30 times frequently he visited on[protected] and told me to carry the oven to Service centre tomorrow.Is this the way you treat the customer. Iam totally fed up with this. For last one month I have been calling customer care, till now it is not been repaired. You may take back this product and pay back my money. [protected] is registered no. But, my complaint has not been resolve till now. I have remained many times, but no efforts have been seen. Only false assurance has been given to me. Technician Mr.Raju came after 10 days and Verified and told me to change some part of machine, it take 5 to 7 day, but till date no response from technician he told me we are not received parts.after that all matter is discuss with ranjana singh but only received assurance .                   Dear Sir My IFB topload washing machine is not working properly as the program for washing for 43minutes stops inbetween and machine gets stopped. I made complaint on 27/08/2014 with my ticket no 11683207 and the technician came after 2days and verified and told me that the program board has to be changed and it will come only after 2days. But after 2days no one turned up and just closed the complaint ticket in your system. I called daily to the number by your service centre but no response. Then when I called your call centre on 6th sep 2014 they registered my complaint (Ticket no[protected] as fresh saying your previous complaint closed with board no stock. I do not understand what for such useless people working at your service centre. The second technician came on 6th and told he will bring the board on Monday, but no one turned till today 11the sep 2014. I do not get good service for putting AMC for 2years with Rs3500 with reason you have not changed any new part to the machine saying that this not in AMC that is not in AMC like that I spent more or less more that 50% of the cost of the machine in Service itself.                       In My IFB washing machine there is heavy vibration due to bearing damaged and machine is under AMC.. I registered a complaint with the company on 25 th Aug 2014 thro customer care number. and TICKET NO is 13640819 i also got a confirmation mail from ifbglobal that the complaint will be attended with 48 hours. I did not receive any call till 3 th Sep-14 and again i called them. They said within 24 hours the local service personnel will contact and set right things. Till today i have neither received any call from the local service personnel or any reply from ifb. Every time i am facing the same problem. Can this be solved from your end please.                         I have a IFB micro oven. I have valid AMC also for availing maintenance services. I have lodged a complaint about 3 months ago, for a minor nature of repair work to the service, centre at Nagercoil, Tamil Nadu, vide ticket no. 11572426. The defect is, ON/OFF touch button switch is not making contact, hence the entire unit is not able to be used. As spare was not available with them, they have recorded by themselves that the defect was rectified by the user on own and they have closed the record of the above complaint (ticket no.[protected] without rendering the required service.                           Hi, I had lodged complaint on 04th Sep ’14, Today being 09th Sep ’14, None from the IFB team bothered to call back and correct the status of IFB Dryer .Every day i spoken customer number I post spoke to samiksha IFB Representative, He had promised to resolve today 09th Sep, Today, But, i was not surprised, I did not get response till after noon, When I called up Magdalin, again to my surprise call was answered . who was rude and did not care for customer. Also responded with don’t care attitude. When I responded to take up the case in consumer forum. He reverted to take it up whom so ever. Agency have closed the ticket from back end without even solving the issue with IFB dryer.IFB Brand value have been held at stake by staffs who cannot acknowledge customer concern and respond ? This was not the first time I have concern with these guy, I have decided to take up in consumer forum . I did not receive any call till 8th and again i called them. They said within 24 hours the local service personnel will contact and set right things.                               I Own an IFB Digital 6 kg washing machine purchased 4.5 years ago. Warranty for 4 years expired recently.Gave service call on 11.07.14. Service rep visited and told to replace machine as the model is no longer in production. When i resisted that such costly machine cannot be replaced in 4 years i was told that there is a conversion kit for the PCB and it will cost 5500rupees. I agreed . Next day i got call from IFB Kochi Kerala telling that they will repair the item in 5 days and that they will close the call complaint no. 11558233 . After getting no esponse for more than 3 weeks i started communicating with IFB cust care on email and was assured that the spare has been despatched from Goa and will soon be repaired. after many communication with cust care on email and Mr mahesh of IFB kochi i am always given one or other excuse telling that product shipment is delayed due to some festival etc.When i asked for some commited date i was told that they will revert back . still no reply.All complaints are falling on deaf ears. I Think they assured me of repair only to withdraw my complaint.                               The same problem is being faced by me. Service Engineer told with AMC, Conversion Kit is free and now I am told to pay 4K + Service Charges with No Warranty. IFB is fooling People everywhere

                                  Dear sir I, myself Mrs Abhyankar am using IFB dish washer for last 3 years . I am very glad to say that dishwasher of your co. is very nice and it is very helpful to my family. From last week the machine is showing F1 error and used to stop working temperarily. I registered complain with Pune customer service centre. A man (Mr Rahul) came next day, he couldn’t solve our problem. But machine started working that day. But on next day same problem occurred . Same man came after 2-3 complain requests. He started the machine again and said to call him afterwards. On Saturday when again same error had occurred I called to Mr Rahul. But till date my query is not solved. The answers I am getting are 1) When I called at 11.00 am, Mr Rahul has not come to office, we will give your message 2) At 12.00 pm I am coming within 1 hr. and visited at 3.30pm 3) At 3.00 pm now the day is ending, I will come after 2 days I am very confuse with your working hours.                                     I have IFB Serena 5.5 liter washing machine. It has been six years since I purchased the machine. Every 6 months once the machine will come up with one or the other problem. When customer care is called, they send people who force to buy accessories such as water purifier and all, but even after installing those products, machine continues to give trouble. This time when my machine's drain was not working I called customer care and the response was really very bad. Those people came, they asked what is the problem and they did not even open up the machine and started saying pump is gone, and need to be replaced, that costs 2000 Rs and if I want the warranty to be extended I need to pay 3500 rs. I requested them many times asking to see if there was some obstruction in the pipes and to open and see, but they wont, they left me with no option other than changing the pump. These customer care simply pull money from our pockets, IFB washing machine may be the product is good, but service is really too bad. I would never suggest this machine for my friend or any people I know.

                                      I have purchased a Microwave Oven online, the order[protected]. I called the customer care for demo, got the request no.13649037 on 26thAug 2014. Which was cancelled without demo and again I have contacted the customer care on 6thSep 2014, ticket no.13732903. So for its unattended.I have got the Area service person mobile no. [protected] called multiple time for demo, which is unattended so far. I could not understand for a demo, is the customer need to wait for 15 days??? After purchase?/
