We got one of your service provider from just dial, they have provided us ifb service centre, i have spoken to them, they have sent some person and identified some mistake and took the machine with them on 23 august, subsiquently they quoted high price but i requested them for low cost repair. The person was in hurry and took the machine and told he will deliver in 3 days back, subsiquently he called me and spoke in bad language, after that the person as disappeared. After so long period and process i got my machine by thursday 8 pm, since we could not check the machine at that time, next day morning when i checked the machine it wsa not working. Immideatly i made a complaint for conserned officer, since there was a holiday he told he will be sending the person early morning on saturday, since it is 6 pm still the service person has not come yet. We have waited since morning.
It is my mistake that i have purchased by seeing your add. If you could not able to give a good service than why you are running the company.
