I have purchased a Microwave Oven online, the order[protected]. I called the customer care for demo, got the request no.13649037 on 26thAug 2014. Which was cancelled without demo and again I have contacted the customer care on 6thSep 2014, ticket no.13732903. So for its unattended.I have got the Area service person mobile no. [protected] called multiple time for demo, which is unattended so far. I could not understand for a demo, is the customer need to wait for 15 days??? After purchase?/

    The washing machine was not working so we called IFB customer care and a technician was sent on the same day which was friday, He checked and said the silencer of the machine was broken and he had to repair it. Actually the problem was that the knob rotating and it was always at the start and was not moving to the end. When we said the problem was something else he insisted that it was the silencer and made us take the insurance and took 4000 rupees saying the machine will be repaired by monday. But he dint turn up, and we had to call him again he said that it would take 4-5 days. Still he dint turn up so we had to constantly call him then he finally came on the 6th day and replaced the silencer. But that dint fix the problem so we called him again and he came after two days and said he would come with the new knob and get it replaced, Now its almost 4 days and still he keeps saying that he would turn up the end of the day but we have no clue when he is going to come and fix it. When we call the customer care they just raise a new complaint rather than trying to solve the problem.

    Still no response from anybody. The IFBCustomercare took my number but they haven't contacted me yet nor the technician. this shows how irresponsible the IFB people are.

      I Purchased IFB Senorita SX Front load washing machine about 2 years back. From the first month onwards machine started giving problems. I had filed complaints and had to wait nearly a month for their after sales service response. Even on September 1, 2014 I filed a complaint no: 13694321. But till today there is no response from IFB. Last time when I filed complaint and waited more than a month for their service. I don't know about the other products of IFB. But this particular model is continuously giving problems. Moreover they have very bad customer service. Please don't go for this Product. Regards, Rajesh Lingadurai

        dear all

        my complaint is pending from three months, your engineer fixed a used tub with the help of m-seal, but the leakage is not stop, after that i called to parihar, nu till noe no solution, every time they replaced a used part, plz do a needfull. in a one year amc, my machine is dead from 3 month

          IFB service centre from NOIDA charged 8000 from me for replacing the body and renewing of AMC but machine never worked after replacement of body from last one month.             After purchasing an IFB washing machine in July, 2014, I ordered an aqua appliance (water softener) for the machine through online store of IFB. Since the appliance has been delivered, I have been chasing their customer support to send a technician and fix it to the machine. It has been around 10 days and I am still hoping if they would wake up. The worst part is that their local representatives closed the request/ticket without even contacting me. When I followed up with the customer care, they just opened a new ticket. The second ticket was also closed without any resolution. I spoke to their area manager, chased them for several days, but in vain. The third request is now open and I have lost all hopes that it would ever be addressed. After having used appliances from other leading brands, I can confirm that IFB has got the worst customer service. Unfortunately, they do not have any escalation channel or any senior contacts available on their website also.

                This is the worst customer service experience to me (Vijai Kumar M) ever and that too with a multinational brand. It has been more than a month (4th August 2014) that the product has been reported for service and there has been no response from the product service wing. The customer service division (Call Center) is hopeless and is of no use... I has personally called them more than 4 times and none of the promises made were ever attended or even the least empathised. The washing machine was taken by the service unit - Anu tech from Hyderabad (Vijaya Nagar Colony) and returned back after 20 days with out servicing the machine after more than a dozen calls made to them on the status of the product (Mr. Sallauddin - [protected]), further they never even provided a gate pass when the machine was removed from their service center. The technician also did not accompany or attend the to the product after it was taken back post the service. When this was reported to their higher ups - Mr. Sameer [protected] also visited my place and also acknowledged that, there was service done on the machine and promised to return the following day to service the machine. Nor did he turn up nor answer my calls When contacted other IFB authorised service center they refuse to take the call as they claim this order was processed through Anu Tech Services earlier I have also been asked to contact their senior official Mr. Arshad Ali - [protected] and have followed up with him for 3 days and has not attended the call in spite of promising to attend This is a sorry state of affairs with a big brand who make tall claims but do nothing to keep their customers happy, who are willing to pay for their services and this is not free.                   In my IFB washing machine the inlet hose plastic threaded coupler is cracked and water leakage is there. I made a complaint on 18-08-14 and daily enquire about the same. Daily response is today it will be attended and so far not attended. Today they give new complaint No.11713779. I feel shame to be a IFB customer. Please rectify atleast today.

                    I had a SENORITA VX front loading washing machine & customer id no. is 3634191. I have made my complain on[protected] to repair my machine as it is stop taking water & stop in between the program & second on[protected] with same problem but no help from customer care and from service center.Only fake promises.On first complaint Mr. Rahul(technician) told me that Magnetic water inlet is not working so he changed it but that part was fine he told me. The same problem arise on[protected]. This time Mr. Rahul told me that PCB plate is not working as he was unable to diagnose the problem and i request customer care to send a senior technician instead of sending senior he gave me Mr. Amol mobile number [protected].On calling him he told me that he will repair my machine on[protected] but no response till date.                     I have purchaged IFB air condition on Mar -2014 for first serving purpose given request to IFB care they given reply to be closed in 3 to 4 working days .. And then i received SMS from the IFB care that your complaint has been resolved ... HHHAHHAHHA again i made another complaint result is same no one is came but i have received SMS your complaint closed . Still no one is attended ... very poor and worst servicing system ... i never prefer any products from IFB in my future .. and same thing i will inform to my relation that don't purchase any IFB product

                      Warning future Customers of IFB, No after service after the sales! You will get stuck with the appliance! I am an IFB consumer for 25 years so far so good. until I bought dryer in Aug 2014 The installer installed upside down so that the label and timing cannot be read. 2. Because of that the door cannot properly close. The store manager is fully cooperative and he is eager to Settle the issue. But the installer and the regional office is not willing to settle the complaint. It appears they want to charge for the service for the mistake they done. Beware!

                        We have purchases IFB front loading washing machine on 2013 with the manufacturing warranty of 4 years. And now about 15 days back the machine completely stopped working. We have complained every where which connects with the IFB, CUSTOMER CARE, SERVICE REDRESSAL ETC., But all went in vain till the date they haven't attended the complaint. we even told them that if it is not attended immediately then we will go to the consumer court but it has zero impact on them.                           It is sad to inform you that i have bought MICROWAVE OVEN 30 SRC1 ROTISSERIE and ELITE AQUA SX 7 KG in Dec 13, But in my Microwave oven problem occurred of power supply in month of Jun 14 and i lodge a complain to customer care and same was rectified by replacing my power supply panel with new one, but again after 15 days same problem occurred, i lodged so many complain then technician came and told that there is problem in circuit and that cant be rectified and that is to be informed to IFB distributor and same was informed to distributor Bharat who is looking to my zone (Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh), he told i will send the technical and will be resoled but after calling so many times no one came to see the problem.Then i tried to talk to customer head Miss Kalyani in hyderabad but after caling her 1000 times she just cut the phone.It has gave me a shock of seeing the response towards costumer and i habe been mentally harased.I also called so many times to customer care to give me the Nodal Officer no so that i can make complain but they simply told me that we dont have the no.So now tell me waht to do since i was palling to buy another product of IFB but it now i am in fear to see the service.plz help me out.

                            From over one month plus, Senorita IFB washing machine Complaint unaddressed. Earlier I was told "will get back once part arrives" by dealer. Mc in AMC. Written and called IFB Service Centre multiple times /Complt no[protected] no action yet. each time a polite voice says "will act". They also gave ph no of Mrs Harshali, Service, here in Pune. Spoke and recorded complaint no to her. One week back she said she "will ring back in 10 mins" Still waiting... Not picking up phone -past 3 tries! Where do I go next??

                              I am the 1st time user of IFB product, I bought a Micro Oven (20 ltr.) in Dec 2011, after two & half years having technical problem not heating food on 10.08.2014. Telephonic complaint lodged to customer care Ticket no 13542634 dated 11.08.2014. Next day on 11.08.2014 representative attend my complain and said want to change one electrical equipment with charge of Rs. 2000/- around and service charge of Rs. 217/-. Next day on 12.08.2014 I confirmed to this representative to restore the system as he was advised. But after that still waiting no operational movement from your side. Being a branded company IFB, there were no technical/electrical equipment available yet now after 18 days. Still waiting for you assistance.                                   I have purchased IFB Washing Machine SERENA SX 5.5 KG (Sl. No. WT SER SX B 038021) on 09.12.2010 at Arakkonam. Now the machine is not functioning in some stages. I was made a complaint on 22.08.2014 to Customercare Service over phone. Mr. Karthik, Technician who came and attended on 25.08.2014. He said that the Aqua filter (extra fitting) is only the problem which is kept external side of the machine. But the real problem was not solved till now. Our findings: 1) Machine Thumbling is not working. 2) Rinse and Spinning has been working.                                     We got one of your service provider from just dial, they have provided us ifb service centre, i have spoken to them, they have sent some person and identified some mistake and took the machine with them on 23 august, subsiquently they quoted high price but i requested them for low cost repair. The person was in hurry and took the machine and told he will deliver in 3 days back, subsiquently he called me and spoke in bad language, after that the person as disappeared. After so long period and process i got my machine by thursday 8 pm, since we could not check the machine at that time, next day morning when i checked the machine it wsa not working. Immideatly i made a complaint for conserned officer, since there was a holiday he told he will be sending the person early morning on saturday, since it is 6 pm still the service person has not come yet. We have waited since morning.

                                    It is my mistake that i have purchased by seeing your add. If you could not able to give a good service than why you are running the company.

                                    I have IFB ELITE SX 5.5kg washing machine and i made a complaint about abnormal vibration and sound.While washing the machine getting moving from its position. I have registered complaint through toll free number on 2nd, 11th and 17th March wide ticket numbers [protected] and [protected]. Service engineer came and told nothing wrong on it. We are not satisfy about the machine performs. Against ticket No: [protected] for your sms on 5th March, i have given 'N' as reply. In the meantime i have called local complaint cell also but no any favaorable action.KIndly resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                                    As above i made a request to the IFB washing machine company and there is no response from them.
                                    My Cust. ID No.2227208, I Have given a complaint on 03/04/2015 compliant no.15255494 that there is water leakage while it is ruining, the next the technician came and told to change the Tub, other technician would be come and change the tub tomorrow, but no one came till 12/04/2015, but when I called the customer care they told the complaint has been cancelled. I was shocked here that we no person came for the repair, repair has not been done they have cancelled the complaint. Again I have raised the complaint on 12/04/2015 complaint no.15317276, Today i.e on 13/04/2015 the technician came and told to change tub, other technician would come tomorrow and the tub. The same story repeats.

                                    I Think they are doing this as it is in AMC.

                                    The worst Service by IFB, I don't understand to whom to give complaint if the complaint is cancelled without solving it.

                                    Please Can some help to whom contact in IFB for solving the problem.
                                    This complaint is from Karnataka Shimoga, our IFB washing machine 7 years old has regular complains of system malfunctioning. The service center person couldn't fix the problem from the past 6 months. We are under AMC contract and every time complain is given new device person do come and they just put back the things back and go without fixing the problem. We are fed up with your service person who are not actually the right technicians.. We could find out by the way they handle the machine. Many people have same complains that has been reported in local news paperpaper where they say extract lot of money from customers.

                                      sir same type of complaints coming three times - .(Drum)complaint. after this we have taken insurance from your dealer .but again it repeated .last Monday i registered a complaint to your service center(M#[protected]) and the complaint no is 11683084 but still nobody called or came to rectify it .how do i manage 6 working days without using your machine ?if this kind of complaint handling how can i suggest your products to my friends? please think i am a plus 2 teacher and teaching 320 students per year .what should i say about your products to my students???? please do the need ful

                                        I have lodged complaint on Wednesday 27august for ifb dishwasher not working. ...i received call on 28august from service person that he is coming to home for dishwasher check...but at the end he did not came.Again after repetative calls he again said on 30 august @ 4pm still he says he will come in 15 minutes... worst part is customer care gave me this number [protected] to contact but No one lifts it.Then what is the purpose of the person who has this contact number ? Better you avoid giving this number.
