I registered a complaint regarding non functioning of our IFB washing machine. My complaint number is13103261 dated June 07, 2014. Till today IFB has not bothered to send their technician to attend my complaint. My washing machine is under AMC. However, to my surprise I received an SMS from IFB stating that my complaint has been resolved satisfactorily. When I contacted again the customer care centre they said the same recorded dialogue i.e. sorry for the inconvenience and my complaint will be rectified within 24 hours and allotted a new complaint number 13142208. However, till now nobody from IFB visited to resolve the complaint. I decided not to buy any IFB product in future and advise the prospective customers of IFB to keep this in their mind before purchasing any IFB product. Venkatesh [protected]

IFB is the worst washing machine company. They should be heavily penalized for doing this to the customers. If so many people are facing problems with them then there is definitely some serious problem with them.

    I bought washing machine in last Nov.13, .Last week (6th June on wards) the machine was not working, I call customer care and registered the complaint .No.11471242, customer id-3837829..I was contacted the following persons-Mr.Moses, Ms.Uma Rajalakshmi, Mr.David etc. Every time your customer care executives told" TO DAY WE WILL SENT THE PERSON FOR REPAIR" TILL TODAY NO ONE COME AND REPAIRED THE MACHINE.

    I WANT KNOW .IF THEY ARE NOT PROVIDE THE SERVICES, THEN WHY THEY ARE SELLING THE MACHINE ?Al ready 9 days over.When they come for repair the machine. Please advise

    Shall I go to consumer court for this issue for resolve. Please advice.They are thinking the consumer are fool? and they think easily cheat the consumer?

      I have purchased IFB Refrigerator of 410 litres. Even after 01 month lapsed, in spite of various telephonic complaints to IFB Service Centre, my complaint not heared to reg. replacement of chiller tray/cover, cabinet at freezer door and fruit cabinet, which I found broken/not adjustable to the freeze.

          Hi, We had purchase IFB Washing Machine (Senorita DX 5.5kg) on[protected] It was working fine for 2yrs but the issue started after 2yrs as the Washing Machine was under warranty for 4 yrs service people use to take their own time to resolve the issue blaming on the spare parts availability.             I purchased an ifb dish washer neptunedx from m/s rajan and co., nagercoil on 20/06/2013. We called for installation in the month of march 2014. After a month's time (April'14) one technician form ifb service came for installation. At the time of installation, the dishwasher was found damaged and was leaking. On 27/5/2014 the another technician from ifb service checked the product again and confirmed that the salt chamber was broken and leaking. Also one mr. Ram babu for ifb service, coimbatore ensured that they will confirm within ten days about replacement of this damaged dish washer. Since that day i contacted the service centers at nagercoil (Mr. Prabakaran) and coimbatore (Mr. Ram babu) several times as follow up and they have not yet responded responsibly and my warranty period is going to end soon.                 This is my complaint no. 13023182. This was raised on 26th June 2014. The next day the service person came and he did the following, (I have two IFB washing machines) 1. He serviced the first machine 2. He found out the issue on the second machine and said the franchise is running out of spare and will be fixed when they get one Unfortunately, the machine1 (immediately after service) also started making noise while spinning. When I reported this, they responded saying they will fix both the machines at the earliest. But since then, no response, i keep this as my regular schedule to call IFB customer support on a daily basis, here are the people I spoke to so many times for no good. 1. IFB customer care 2. Mr Ragavendra (Service Franchise Manager) 3. Mr Vignesh - IFB (1 st Escalation point) 4. Mr Shiva, Kumar etc.. from IFB escalation department. I am now highly frustrated with the quality of service provided by IFB and a typical "it will be attended within 24 hours" message. Should I throw away theses machines (50K worth) and find another brand? or I am an odd man here that this is well expected from IFB?

                  Dear team Day by day the service of IFB is in decline mode On dated 27th of April I have lodged a complain regarding extra noise created by the Motor of my washing machine and the leakage from the internal side of the machine which could cause a serious damage in the machine and also is harmful for the family members. But after a period of more then one and half month still the problem has not resolved by ifb people . It is the worst company and service which I have seen in my life . Complain has lodged by me and more then 43 days has gone but no body has taken pain to resolve this problem Please help me to resolve this problem .

                      my ifb digital washing machine has leakage of water from its bottom from the last almost one week and i called the service centre, two days back i called them and told them what type of problem i have with my washing machine and the person who i was talking to said that they dont have the rubber parts, and that on the 9th of may he will come with rubber part to repair, and despite knowing the problem yesterday a man came just to see the problem and not bringing anything to repair the machine, instead of repairing it he did something i dont know, with which as soon as i try to start the washing machine all the water fillsthe area where it is kept. i hope you will look into the matter. thankyou so much Mrs Mushtaq Khan

                        I bought front loading washing machine just 10 days ago and the machine is not starting. IFB has give 2 numbers to register complaints. One is toll free number for BSNL/MTNL customers[protected] and this number is not a valid number. They have given one more number as 3900 4321 and if you dial this number, it will ask you to add STD code of 0816. If you add this STD code, it says, it is not a valid number. If you go to their website, you will find same numbers and toll free number 1860... as usual just doesn't work. They have give[protected] as other number, which again is not a valid number. I am from Bangalore, and somehow I got from somewhere that 30585160 to 165 are customer complaint numbers, if you dial these numbers, no one picks up the phone. If you go to their website, there is no provision to register direct complaint. There is a form and if you fill up, you will get automated mail on your e-mail address and nothing happens. If you do not have e-mail address or for that matter if you do not have access to Computer, you are not supposed buy IFB product and this is a great joke. They have given one more option to send SMS 'IFB' to 5888 and as expected you will get an automated reply and nothing actually happens. Now, please let me know, why on earth, should you buy a product from a Company, where 'Customer Complaint' is given least importance

                          This is a continuation of my complaint following a defective dryer which was attended and has recurred. Pls note that i have not registered this complaint again as it is the same issue with the same machine. The title of my previous complaint is "deplorable service support."

                          This was the last thing i ever wanted. After my relentless struggle for more than a week to arrange a technician the guy turned up last week. He dismantled the machine, inspected and came to the conclusion that the sound was due to a metal clip which is used to hold the heating coil in place came off from its place and caused rubbing against the drum. He fixed the same piece back in place and the problem seemed rectified. Much to my dismay the issue has recurred after 2 drying sessions. I do not want and i dont have time to do another chase to get the thing rectified in a manner done previously. Hence please put an end to my ordeal either by replacing the defectve machine or giving me a full refund. I sincerely hope that i will not have to keep calling the service centre to get this done.

                              I had purchased one IFB MicroWave Oven from Dindigul Local Dealer Shree Meenakshi Fan House dated 10/01/2014, from demo onwards also problem started, so many remaning to local dealer & IFB Local customer care center, then only provide the Demo, May 3rd Oven is not producing heat, so we register the complaint in local dealer & Local IFB Care ( Team Work Associates ), they never attend the complaint, so many phone calls & direct visit, they send the service Engg on 20/5/2014for that, he attend the problem & said i have no spare for that complaint, so after collect it from service office, i will resolve it, then again there is no response, we again knock the Door, finally they took the Oven to them on 28/5/2014, with in 2-3 days, we will be rectify it, but till now they didn't, how can i trust the Brand IFB, because of the after service, i never face like the customer service such a worst Manner, God Only Know the Oven Get Back to Me ?

                                  Hi. I am writing this in utter disgust and disappointment due to very poor customer service of IFB, especially Ms. Neema who is from IFB Delhi Area manager who has been very negligent and highly non responsive. I bought a brand new washing machine from a dealer (Bansal electronics in old gurgaon) on May 24th, then after around 100 calls to their customer care and follow ups, they finally sent someone on May 29th for installation (although they claim to install within 24 hrs), while installation the product is identified as faulty. Then on the same very day, a report was submitted to IFB and a request for replacement with new machine was made, since then I am following up with Ms. Neema and still there has been no response from their end. It is around 15 days after I made payment for this machine and still I dont have it with me. If the higher management visits this FB page then request them to take it as serious feedback to employ right set of people to deal with customers and start taking prompt actions on customer complaints and requests. This is highly unprofessional to not revert back to customer inspite of receiving so many phone calls and emails. I was promised by Ms Neema that If I do not get the machine by today, then full money will be refunded to me, now when I am trying to reach out, these people are not picking the phone calls at all. Since morning I have called around 30 times. Hope soon I will get the machine installed else kindly refund the money and I wouldnt mind buying machine from some other vendors. Thanks

                                  I am having the same problem. I've also purchased the machine from Bansal Electronics. I've called the installation guy several times and he seems to delay the installation every time. Even callcenter seems to be unresponsive. Very bad experience.

                                    Kindly note that i have been complaining about my Washing Machine since last one month however, none of your representatives are able to resolve the problems. One of your service representative visited and said some parts are to be replaced. After 10 days again your representative visits with parts however, same cannot be fitted as some wrong parts were brought. Again he gave assurance that he would come back within 2-3 days along with required parts and sort out the issue. It has been more than 10 days since last visit of your IFB service representative however, no one turned up neither gave any message. I have given number of calls to your IFB toll free number as well as local service center. Local Service center is not picking up the phones. On IFB toll free number i was given message that someone would revert immediately but no one turned up. They even gave the number of Ms. Priti Singh[protected] who is supposed to be head for Mumbai region. I spoke to her on last Tuesday (3.06.14) and she assured me that shw would co-ordinate and revert back however, she didn't turned up. Today when i called her she is not even aware about the issue. I had to scream on her and only after that she connected to local service person (Mr. Anil) . Now i am getting message that my washing machine problem will be resolved on Tuesday i.e. 10th June, 14. In short, i am briefing you with history of this Washing Machine. I purchased this Machine on end of Dec, 2013. Just to put this machine in to operation it took around one month for various reasons which were mailed to you in my last email message. As the front Panel of the machine was damaged my machine was replaced with new machine in the month of Feb, 14. Again same issue i.e. to get it started it took around 2 weeks and since then it was operating. We must have operated this machine for around hardly 8-9 washes so far then suddenly machine started giving abnormal sound with vibrations and since then machine is ideal and we are struggling with IFB to get the issues sorted out. Let me tell you very seriously that i would rake up this issue to Consumer Court and also to Local Police Station claiming charges towards harassment and non-fulfillment of given commitments if my washing machine problems are not resolved by this week.                                       We have an IFB microwave purchased in May 2012. The microwave was in working condition but there was little sparking in the microvare sometimes, so we lodged a complaint with customer care on 30th April. Customer id : 3366401 Complaint number : 12708091. Mr. Firoz came to check the devise on 8th April and said that the heater needs to be replaced and will take one weeks time. They also took advance payment of INR 1, 000. After a week we recieved a message from IFB that the complaint has been resolved. But noone came to deliver the microwave. We continuously followed with Manjunath ([protected]) for the status on 28th April we were informed that they do not have heater available so cannot repair. We asked to return the microwave.

                                      No one came to deliver the microwave for a month. We called at customer care many times but no response. Then we again called Manjunath and his manager Hitesh sharma ([protected]) but no support and co-operation.

                                      Finally they came to deliver the microwave on 31st May. The microwave was in extremely bad condition, scratched on the body. The heater component had been removed completely. The light inside was no longer was not working. The microwave was not working any more. We had given a fully functional piece but we were returned a piece with parts removed and not working.

                                      The people were extremely rude. We asked them to take the microwave and return it in working condition.

                                      There is no place on the IFB website where we can register complaints. No one responds to calls. Please resolve at the earliest else we will have to approach consumer forum. This is cheating with the customer, where the components have been removed and a non-working microwave has been returned.

                                        We reside in Trivandrum. We have taken AMC for our IFB washing Machine for the period from[protected] to[protected]. Our washing Machine was faulty in last february 2014 and we logged a complaint on February 8th 2014. The complaint ticket number was 11203814. After few days without even looking at the complaint the ticket was closed. When we asked why the complaint was closed even before attending the complaint the reply from online complaint person was, there duty is to log complaint and inform status. When we asked for escalation number they didnot give. We have again registered a complaint in this regard on May 13th 2014.this time one technician came and check the issue and told need to change the drum and it will done in 2 days, Further enquiries they keep on postponing the dates. Today when enquired about status they say the issue is closed . How can this happen when the issue is not solved. I should say this is pure cheating. I have no but to approach consumer court unless this issue is not resolved at the earliest
