We had some issue with our IFB washing machine. it's now close to two weeks after registering a complaint and then onwards every day we are calling the service people. They brought some part after one and half weeks of constant calling, kept it and went off saying that they will come later to fix it. The machine is not yet repaired. IFB may be the company which gives worst service to customers....
