    Dear Sir/Madam, I had purchased washing machine (SR No: 122767) from Unilet showroom at Erode. Unfortunately, the item does not function at all or not working often. In past 5 years I had repaired my washing machine more than 6-9 times for various major manufacturing issues. I have read through all the details within the accompanying instruction manual supplied along with the washing machine as well as worked through the various trouble shooting methods but it seems that the washing machine simply is a faulty product. Now I decided that I can’t use this product anymore and I would require a replacement for the product as soon as possible. I don t need any repair for the same product again. I have been a loyal IFB customer for and have always been perfectly satisfied and happy with my purchase. Your Erode service center Varsini Enterprises service is really arousing pity and they never care about customers. Also most frustrating part is customer care/ service center is closing the compliant number without closing the compliant. I have been calling the customer care on a regular basis but unfortunately yet to receive any satisfactory response. I can’t wait for the replacement more than this week. Kindly expedite.       Registered a complaint with IFB service centre on 19th Aug and it took 2 days for a representative to come back and check the same.This was after repetitive call backs to the customer care.Each time they give us some technicians number, which is swtiched off most of the time.I dont understand how Mr senthil can keep his phone switched off during working hours.No calls from any department regarding the status of the spare parts.The technician says his boss has to approve amount for the spare parts.Is this the procedure in IFB.Dont you have all the spare parts ready ????Technician says why did you register instead should have called me directly.Its been a week now, i guess IFB is still manufacturing the parts.Mr Senthil is taking rest at home i think and customer service will only send a reminder as they can call up the technician.Guys please be proactive and your duty is to keep the customer updated on the status rather than passing the ball to customers court.the lady at the customer service centre who has promised to call back is still hunting for the phone i guess.Plz avoid this company for the pathetic customer service.         I had an issue with my IFB washing machine, it all of a sudden started to make weird noise but yet worked with lesser load so i continued to use it (with low load weight), and called up the 'authorised' service center guys.. After 8 days of repeatedly calling and requesting them to come and repair... it they came quiet late on the 8th day.. and ripped out the machine to see what the problem was.. and said the barring has to be changed and they woudl do it the next day. It was raining so i offered them my umbrella to keep them off the rain. They never returned! The umberalla with them.. its been 3 days now, they dont pick the call nor are bothered. The urgency is that we have a new baby home and the washing machine is o[censored]rgency to wash cloths every now and then.

          Dear Sir, I have called IFB service centre Jammu on[protected] few days back for general service and getting Protecta but no one picked the phone. Then I searched on google IFB service centre Jammu and found two numbers [protected] and [protected]. I called [protected] and asked is this IFB service centre Jammu they replied yes . The I told that I have to service my washing m/c . They came within hours after asking address. They charged for service and DEscale etc...and gave bill in the name OM SAI RAM ENTERPRISES having same mob numbers and Email [protected]@yahoo.com to my wife . She was not aware of the fact but she found doubt with the behaviour of the service persons. In this way these people are cheating the inocent peoples. They always reach to the home before due date who purchase a IFB product . Kindly take some action against them.

              1. refer my complaint nos 13561534 and 13621209. 2. i had registered a service request to resolve noise from my senator washing machine on 13 aug. one mr Naveen from off beat services attended to the complaint only on18 aug. he charged rs 4550/-(infact said will charge less if it was taken as a personal repair & not from IFB. but we insisted on company repair). 3. the washing machine totally stopped working. Mr Naveen has stopped attending call. no action on ground inspite of repeated complaints to the call centre( verify call records from above complaint nos, hope this complaint works. regards Rajesh Mukkundi [protected] [protected]

                I was purchase an AC from your local dealer at Ajmer City from Surabhi Electronic in the month of March 2014. I submit a request on the website of IFB for free service, they told me to contact local dealer. I contacted with the local dealer in the months of July and August 2014 for two times regarding free service. The company assured me for free three services in a year but, it is very surprising that no one come for the same. The company only giving me tickets no. on my mobile which are as under : 12775094 dated 15.04.2014, 13343241 dated 14.07.2014 13545548 dated 11.08.2014 13613039 dated 18.08.2014 It is very surprising that Company not verified the work allotted on the each ticket no. and not collect any information from the Consumer. We have already Consumer items from Godrej, Videocon, LG, and they all are very effective in services and Consumer satisfaction. It is once again requested to look into the matter.

                  I have lodged a COMPLAINT regarding certain problem in my IFB washing machine on 27th, July 2014. to the company on phone and my complaint no. is13439931. The technician from DATAR service DOMBIVALI [AN AUYHORISED ASERVICE CENTRE] has collected wrongly an amount of Rs. 2000.00 for replacing the motor. Since the motor was in working condition I cancelled my order and asked for refund of money after deducting his service charges. The payment was made through an account payee cheque in the name of DATAR ASERVICE. He has not refunded till date even after 3 weeks have already passed. date

                  3 DAYS PASSED, A VERY SIMPLE MATTER THERE IS NO DISPUTE IN MY CLAIM. ONLY THE EXCESS AMOUNT WITH INTEREST TO BE REFUNDED. I am surprised the the parent company is so incompetent to take any stern action against its own franchisee man. As a result of deliberate delay I am very much upset.
                  After lodging my complaint simply an acknowledgement has been issued. I have also received two phone calls from the company showing sympathy with me but no body could tell me as what they did in this regard. The matter is as simple as if some body has given a note of higher denomination to take back the excess amount in balance. There is no dispute at all; the service provider has to pay me the excess amount after deducting his due. Since no concrete step has been taken no result is visible. Many of the companies have created a cell for consumer support but actually they support their people only. I would like to hear some thing solid from the company instead of sympathy, mercy or.pity for me. If they are not interested in dealing my complaint. I shall seek some other alternatives to resolve my problem. It would be more better in the interest of their own to resolve my complaint as early as possible with all my damages of time and money.

                    I am in possession of a washing machine, dryer and a dishwasher and have annual maintenance contract for the dishwasher and the washing machine. A month back I had a serious problem with the water controller of the washing machine and had a very hard time to finally get it rectified despite the maintenance contracts. There was a huge irresponsibility from one of the mechanics who were sent. He was rude and left the problem worse. Subsequently, the engineer who fixed the problem suggested a filter to prevent silt accumulation and then a pressure pump to enhance the water pressure to the machine. There were follow up calls from three different people which was highly annoying as the same questions and queries were being repeated. However I got a confirmation call from the service engineer that he was going to do the changes in about three days. Its been over two weeks and I have had no call or attendance to complete the task yet. I am hugely disturbed as some of your service engineers who come are careless. Given the service standards that you talk of this is a really bad experience I have had.                       Dear Friends and prospective customers,
                      I am writing this with such disappointment about the IFB backup service team.
                      I have placed a complaint about the fault in my washing machine on August 2nd vide Docket no: 13484423.
                      The response from the Hunsur office in Mysore area, Karnataka has been pathetic. They admit to have first sent a unqualified personnel who claimed the mother board is faulty.
                      After much persuasion to M/S Rajshekar Home Needs and the call center - a second person called Vinay comes dismantles and leaves it in that state for many days & refuses to take calls and finally retorts saying "What Can I do if the part is not available?". On repeated reminders he literally barges into the house on the 19th, snubs the lady's queries and after one hour claims to have fixed the machine.
                      AFTER ALL THIS THE WASHING MACHINE STILL DOES NOT FUNCTION, WHICH IS UNDER WARRANTY.
                      Since August 2nd my wife has been carting all the laundry to her parents house in another part of the town.

                        We purchased microwave oven(IFB) 30 LITRES ON 30 th December 2011 from a reputed shop here in Indore. soon after the purchase, problems started in the form of the oven not working. we lodged a complaint with the ifb helpline where we were promised a technician to attend to the problem in 48 hours & a ticket was generated. 7 days have passed & we are yet to receive any services .

                          I regret to take note of your apathy and poor service in attending a complaint I lodged[protected] for my microoven on 17th. Despite my call on each successive day thereafter there was no response. I already have an Annual Maintenance Contract which ends in December 2014 and there appears to be a breach of contract from your side when the complaint still remains unattended. It seems that the IFB doesn't bother about after sales service as well as respecting the commitments.

                          I talked to customer care who advised me to get in touch with one Ms. De ([protected]), Branch Cordinator at Kolkata; I sent an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com but there was no positive response. It appears that IFB does not have a responsible supervisor or coordinator to sort out the customers' complaints despite having a maintenance contract. Moreover, it may not be out of context to indicate here that my experience with Kolkata staff had been bizarre since most of them are too casual in their approach and take the customers for granted.

                          Please drop me a reply so that I can take it up with appropriate authority and consumers' forum for redressal of my grievances as well as avoidable mental stress.

                            I have purchased a IFB washing machine recently and The service Center person charged me Rs 4600/- which he forced my Wife to buy many extra items. They told that Water Filter is mandatory which will make hard water to soft. Else it will harm the Washing Machine. When I enquired the Retailer they told me that all are inbuilt and not needed. I have called them and asked them to return the money and take items back on the same day... And every day they are telling they will come... but till not nobody turned up. I have called the call center and looks to me that they are also not worried once the product is sold. I am yet to receive a Demo I didn't expect this from IFB customer service...                               Complaint ticket no 11651143 booked 10 days ago. 1) Complaint could not be logged on for whole day due to server problem.They had refused to take my complaint over phone 2) The call was attended after a week.They gave a lame excuse. 3) The problem was identified.Timer is gone and require a replacement. cost about Rs. 2500. It was caused by some problem in Cut-out.We have not noticed any short circuiting in cutout. IFB is insisting on purchase of Cutout ( cost about 1350) for giving warranty on their machines. If cutout itself fails, what is the remedy for us. Do we have to go for another cutout to safeguard the 1st cut out. The machines are fabricated such that they fail invariably once in two years in order to gain spare parts sale and service.Alternatively they insist on AMC which is for two years.Somehow they want to make money regularly by selling their products.We also have no alternative than to call them.Spare parts are availble with them only.

It takes forever to wash a minimum load, from the error codes.Every time I call the IFB care the service center guy would come out that the prob will not duplicate again.Finally after months of this and a numerous phone calls the service center asked to get the machine to the service center which is very far off my place of residence.I took the machine to the service center bearing the transportation charges on[protected].Still there is no response from your side. Its not a big deal pasting some stickers showing''ONLY IFB FRONT LOADERS GIVE A 4 YEAR WARRENTY.''If so you have to stick to it and give a true and good service to the consumer.If you people cant go for giving appropriate service in time ...for god sake please stop sticking such lables and stop bluffing the people. I feel regret to buy any other product of IFB make and Im suprised that the most reputed brand of India is lagging behind in providing coustomer service. Dear sir please take care of the problem and try to solve it as early as possible

                                  There is a water leakage problem with the IFB Washing Machine (Model Elena). We contacted the customer care centre numerous times but no one is taking a responsibility to fix it. 12/08/2014: Complaint logged with their customer care number who informed that the Tech will be visiting. We mentioned that the tech should come post 6pm and call before coming. 14/08/2014: Technician turned up before calling and that too around 2pm whereas the time given was 6pm. He checked the machine and informed that a part need to be re-placed. Part Name: Plunger. He said that he is not carrying the part and will come back on 16/08/2014 with the part and fix the issue. 16/08/2014: No one turned up, no call from IFB regarding status. We called the customer care and they informed that they cant arrange for a technician today and 17/08 is Sunday (off) and Monday 18/08/ is also off. 19/08/2014: After waiting for a couple of hours, called cutomer care again to check the status and they informed needs to be replaced i.e. Plunger. After a couple of hours the technician Srinivas calls us to confirm the address and we informed him to carry the part, to which he acknowledged. Technician turns up but without the part which is to be replaced. Checks the machine and says 'Plunger need to be replaced'. (Yes, that's what we have been telling you and the customer care guys aswell). Since he was not carrying the part, he leaves. 20/08/2014: As usual no one turns up and no one calls. We make calls to customer care who inform us that the said part is out of stock...When we shout at them, suddenly the part is made available; though to our surprise they have no record of the technician visits in their database and the service centre has updated the reason for the problem as "Fault with the electric point" After some time Srinivas calls us and says another technician Vinod will visit and replace the part. Not sure if this will be resolved today, but we really need someone to take an immediate action and resolve this.

                                      We have registered a complaint 2 months back.And a fter repeated reminders a service technician attended and informed us that a rubber ring is tobe replaced.He asked us to once again rtregister complaint and promissed to attend on receipt of spare part from company. Though we used to call him several times, he never bothered to attend us. We contacted the service centre here and every time they promissed to send the technician. The technician, one mr. Subin, used to swithoff his mobile when he realises that it is from our phone..

                                      We have purchased the machine from ms aliyas electricals, pallimukku, kollam, kerala. Till date our complaint is not attended.
