Unfortunately, the item does not function at all or not working often. In past 3 years I had repaired my washing machine more than 3-4 times for various major manufacturing issues. I have read through all the details within the accompanying instruction manual supplied along with the washing machine as well as worked through the various trouble shooting methods but it seems that the 8 KG Digital Direct Drive washing machine simply is a faulty product. But now the current issue is that the drum of the washing machine had broken into 2 pieces and is being under repair for past 46 days. Now I decided that I can’t use this product anymore and I would require a replacement for the product as soon as possible. I don t need any repair for the same product again. I have been a loyal IFB customer for and have always been perfectly satisfied and happy with my purchase. Your Bangalore service center Harinidhi Enterprises service is really arousing pity and they never care about customers. Also most frustrating part is customer care/ service center is closing the compliant number without closing the compliant. I have been calling the customer care on a regular basis but unfortunately yet to receive any satisfactory response. I can’t wait for the replacement more than this week. Kindly expedite.     It was the sound.I have complained and the IFB mechanic came and changed the bearing .The machine worked for one day and stopped completly.Now they are telling they need to change some parts which they are not having.First complaint was made on 29.09.14 and the complaint number was 11784163. Today it is 13.1014.All these days our machine is not working .Today when I enquired about required parts, it is not received.Why this much delay.Our cost.ID number is 1232567.

      Sir, We purchased the washing machine (Model: Senorita Aqua SX 6KG) on 1st November, 2013 from Bedi Electronics, Ludhiana but that was the wrong choice to opt for IFB without going through online survey. Till date we are receiving lot of problems. First of all, door open problem was shown on the panel, which was not solved by the technician. This problem is still there and we have to hold the gate tight for about 4-5 min till the machine shift to wash mode. Now the machine directly shifts to the spin mode before going through tumble process. We registered the complaint on 2nd August, 2014 and Ticket 13484222 was generated. The technician said that there is a problem in small part called rotor and we will replace it in 2-3 days. Till date we have number of calls to the customer care but no action is taken. Kindly solve the problem as we are facing lot of problems due to inactive washing machine. Otherwise replace the machine. It has been more than a month receiving any message from them. From past 2 years I have spent more than 10, 000 Rs which I think is more than its value. It has been annoying me.           Complaint number 13511884 not fixed since 06 Aug 2014 - IFB Diva Model Customer Id: 3705203, (Under Annual Maintenance Contract) 1. Harassment: IFB does not seem to have the ability to attend to the call within 24 hours. IFB Technician not attended the call after more than 24 hours as on till date also lots of pleading to Customer Care Service[protected]/[protected] 2. On 08th Aug 2014, Ms Jyoti ([protected]) committed sending Technician today evening or tomorrow morning but nobody came after tried so many times but she didn’t pick the phone till date after we tried to Mr. Vajpayee ([protected]) and Mr. Junnaid Khan ([protected]) but same didn’t pick the phone till date also as per my information your some technical staff left their assignment from long period, without technical staff this service (repairing) work cannot be completed. After we got the mobile no from other sources of IFB Technician Mr. Chandresh (M) [protected] has committed to come but no results. Customer Care Service Ms. Mercy, Mr. Sayyad Shah & Sr. Supervisor have been committed so many times but progress of work is same and time has already been elapsed i.e. It seems that you have no control over Service Stations, Customer Care, Employees and Franchisee neither you have taken any action to start the work at your level. Please explain why you have not proposed any action against Service Stations, Customer Care, Employees and Franchisee and what action you have taken till now because we are suffering the company shall be responsible for observance by his Service Stations, Customer Care, Employees and Franchisee of provisions in the company Act. it is regretted that even after continuous pursuance by us, no work had been taken up, even after laps of 8 days of valuable work which reflects the gross negligence & poor performance of the company. Reviewing the above aspects/ situations, it is well established that franchisee is not at all interested to execute any work further and misleading the facts by putting false statements/ arguments against the factual situations. I expect that by logging my complaint here, after numerous complaints by me in the customer care no results found. Now, after buying an automatic washing machine, we have gone back to the age old practice of manual washing of our clothes. Thanks to IFB.             I brought IFB Washing m/c Last Year in SELLAMANI & CO Ambatture Chennai..Yesterday (on-13.August.2014) My wife dress washed (at 2.30pm) After 5.30pm she is working in kitchen heavy sound came from house (burst sound) After she was searched found SENORITA SX 6kgs 1000Rpm Front door glass broken condition and glass piece spillage in sround Hall.Already My boy Baby (6 Month old) Sleeping in hall.(Above detail sharing in my phone call that time i returned to Home from my office)


            My wife very afraid condition night full heavy fever.she is not Cook


            Pl.Pl.Pl.Check and countermeasure to be correct in other your IFB product washing m/c That is one unsafe.

              Dear Sir, My Permanent Consumer Code is 10674914 & AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) No. 288643 Dt. 11/6/14, and I made a complaint to your call centre on helpline no 39004321 for my washing machine 1.) Running Noisily 2.) Faulty Programming on 8/8/14 vide ticket no 13524410, consequently IFB Representative, Mr Rajesh Telephone No. [protected] visited and inspected the machine on 9/8/14 and assured that the problem would be rectified by 11/8/14 or 12/8/14. When nobody came to repair the washing machine I called up the IFB Call Centre on 13/8/14 twice but still nobody turned up to repair the washing machine in question.                 I bought ac 3 months back and its the third time i am lodging a complaint about the problem i am facing regarding its cooling. A week back ifb representatives came to fix the problem and told me that the gas is leaking because of loose valve. And now again after a week ac is not at all cooling.


                Whta kind of service is this? Ifb people dont come on time. They delay. And ultimately do not resolve the problem.

                  sir/madam i am from aligarh (up) . i have baught a washing machine of your company 9 to 10 year before .it didnt create any problem since than but this year in august i assumed a rapairing problem in the month of august then i contact your aligarh service centre. they sent a worker (mr. gaurav) from there to make it work proper, he does worked on that by saying that "it need some tools in it to be repaired and given the list of some tools"...

                  I have digital direct 7 kg IFB washing machine in warranty period. Machine is not working for last 7 days. I have booked complaint at customer care on 7. 8.14. Done reminder calls on 9.8.14 and 12.8.14. My complaint no is 13517646. Despite reminding multiple times, call is not being attended, also my call is not being forwarded to higher officials on request at customer care. This has previously happened twice earlier in Bhopal.

                    Sir, The complaint was lodged with the customer care department on the 14th of July and so far no result. Complaint number is 13342382. The machine is under AMC and is valid till December 2014.. Last week, i went to their factory and gave complaint, Spoke to venkatesh. He said he will resolve the issue. Later on the same day, one of the person called on the phone and said that he is from IFB and will refund the AMC amount and cant service the washing machine. The issue. I want them to service the machine and make it in working condition and i don’t want the AMC amount to be refunded. i don’t think it’s fair on their part to return the money and deny the service. if they can take the AMC amount in advance its their duty to rectify the machine and not denying. As the machine is under AMC, I want their executive to replace the machine or repair the machine. Request your help in this matter Regards Vinod

                      Ticket No. 13480145 dated 1st August 2014. Still problem not solved as of today 12th Aug 2014.
                      Every day I follow up with your service company ( Excelent Sevice Center) to get the standard answar, the parts has not reachjed us, we will get it by this evening, and will be fitted by engineer tomorrow.

                      The tomorrow has not yet come. Does not know why this care less attitude of your service partners, or IFB does not care about the after sale support. As I know, I have filed this complaint in Gurgaon, and IFB has its manufacturing unit in Okhla. How many days it takes to reach the parts from Okhla to Gurgaon?

                      If IFB can not provide the parts, then you should clearly mention, that we are unable to get the parts, and then you should compensate me, so that I can choose another brand product. why should I stick to IFB?

                        Customer ID: 1504289 I had booked a complaint on 25/7/2014 for repair of IFB Washing Machine (UNDER AMC FOR 2 YEARS). Complaint no: 11599273. On 30/7/2014 the complaint was attended and was solved initially. (A component namely MCU of the machine was changed) The next day, had the same problem and contacted the IFB person. Again a complaint was booked on 01/08/2014 and it was registered as an incidence E15271 according to the reports and also a ticket no 11634270 was received. The same component was replaced again. It was found working without load. Subsequently with load it was not working which information we conveyed to Mr. Mahesh (Newtech, Nanganallur, Chennai TamilNadu) After hearing the facts, Mr. Mahesh informed us that he will visit us on Saturday (09/08/2014) along with his senior, but he did not turn up as assured by him right from morning till 5 PM. But at 6 30PM he called over phone and wanted to attend the complaint, but I was not available and I requested him to come on Monday (11/08/2014, since the next day happened to be a Sunday) But he did not turn up. However the next day (Sunday, 10/08/2014), we received a SMS, to our surprise that the complaint has been closed with entire customer satisfaction. How could this happen? Therefore, depute your technical person immediately to attend the complaint. In the event of no response we feel sad and have no other alternative than to dispose the machine and to buy a new machine of other leading brands.                             My terrific, bitter, awful experience with IFB Chennai customer care, Guduvancherry and Tambaram service centre
                            I logged a complaint on 27th of Nov 2014 for my washing machine problem, which is in warranty. Ticket No 11877322.
                            Nobody showed up for first one week. After 2-3 reminders to customer care, an engineer came by. For the first 2 times i don't know why 2 different service engineers used to visit and tell me what the problem is while i already know about the problem.
                            They don't have the habit of fixing appointment for their visit. If we don't be available at the time they say they will close the complaint (it happened from previous experience)
                            Initially 2 service engineers came from Tambaram service centre. Then one day i received call from Guduvancherry service centre that the service offered by Tambaram centre is bad and they would take of my complaint.
                            Then came the 3 third engineer and told me the same thing that what is the problem with the machine. I got furious and shouted. The engineer said within one day he will get all the spares.
                            again after 2 days i got a call from service centre Guduvancherry saying that Enigneer will visit and take all the spoiled part out and replace with new one. i asked to check if all the spare parts available for replacement before coming. They replied that no parts will be replaced but only the broken parts will be taken out and would be replaced on next day. (This was really testing someones patience). I asked why is it like that and got a reply they should show the broken parts to IFB and get the spares. There is no way a renowned company would do like that. And they would trust their own service engineers. However I did not accept to remove anything from my machine unless they would be replaced on the spot.
                            2 days gone again and i called the customer care (i lost track of how many times i called service centre and customer care since the complaint is logged). Whenever i called that the machine is not ready yet, they keep promising they would escalate the ticket.
                            Again a call from same Guduvancherry centre that they have taken over my complaint. 4th engineer came some 5 days back. This time i saw some improvement that he dismantled the entire washing machine and said that he will come next day with all the spare i need.
                            Meanwhile he told me what are the things that won't be covered in the warranty, which came around Rs. 3000 roughly. After 2 days he came with one spare but not with others. Today he came with another spare, but i was not available during his visit. He was clearly instructed at what time he need to visit. He didn't show up yet or call.
                            I can update later on the latest improvement.
                            Not Rinsing
                            2 Complaints were given regarding our washing machine. Ticket 15345991 dt.16.04.2015 and 15397018 dt.24.04.2015. Till date service person did not attend inspite of repeated complaints. Service is very bad. Please make arrangements for sending your service person immediately. If service person does not attend today, we may be forced to approach consumer court.
                            This is Vijayalakshmi Sudharsan from Velacherry chennai. i made a complaint on Friday 19.6.2015 about the washing machine where the machine stuck at one point and drainer did not dry the clothes and water is getting stagnated. My complaint number is [protected]. I made a specific note that we both are working so send representative around 6 pm on weekdays or else on last Saturday we are completely free for them but for no use. They did not turn up at all.til now i did not get any calls from them. Please Throw some light. Please try to treat every costumer as valuable costumer.

                              We had some issue with our IFB washing machine. it's now close to two weeks after registering a complaint and then onwards every day we are calling the service people. They brought some part after one and half weeks of constant calling, kept it and went off saying that they will come later to fix it. The machine is not yet repaired. IFB may be the company which gives worst service to customers.

                                  On 2nd August, one of your representative from Clarity Service Bangalore came for servicing my dishwasher. During the servicing he damaged the door switch. I immediately called the customer care and lodged the complaint and the ticket no is 13485505. The representative who logged the call is"Prem" and he even spoke to the technician. He was supposed to come the next day and replace the lock. He never turned up next day, but turned off the phone. The entire discussion log is available with IFB . Another technician from another service center RP services came to rectify the switch and now he is charging 1700/- for the switch + the service charges I allowed the person to service the dishwasher only because he had the id card and he also showed me the bill book which clearly mentioned it to be an Authorized service center. Also i reverified it with the IFB executive, who validated. Now it seems IFB has duped me. It is first damaging the machine parts and then sending other people to replace them, thereby making money. I am aghast . As a cutomer I look forward to your response and resolution.

                                  I have received a resolution for this complaint on 13th August, though a call made by the Bangalore service executive. The refund of the amount was not done to me directly, but I was told that they would provide me with the AMC from 13th August and the amount would be adjusted for the AMC payment.

                                    I have launched the complain on dated 04/08/2014 at 09.00 AM in the morning being complain number 13495401. Being a renowned company, the complain should be attended on the same day. In the wonder the complain is attended at 04.30 PM on 05/08/2014 with the unskiled labour. And again after continuously ringing to call center the complain was attended by the person on 06/08/2014 at 04.30 PM, stating that yesterdays person was unable to detect the fault. If the down time is three days, what is the punishment in the industry for such a down time, just calculate.

                                      I have a IFB 6KG Full Automatic Digital Washing machine which is under AMC. I had lodged a complain and had got the above complain no. The mechanic attended the complain on 19.07.2014 and said that the display panel needed replacement & that he will come & change the same within 4 to 5 days. However the machine is yet to be repaired although 18 days has passed & I have reminded at Customer care no. [protected] as well as the local service centre at Bhubaneswar but with no result.

                                      I was called yesterday by someone who said he called from Bhubaneswar office who said that I have to purchase a new machine as parts for the old is not available, where as the mechanic who attended the call had said that it can be repaired by replacing the front display panel by a new model panel and also replacing the user circuit to match the new panel.

                                      I therefore request you to see that my machine is immediately repaired & the AMC extended for the period the machine has remained non-functional after being inspected by the mechanic.

                                      I got a call from the local representative of IFB on 7th that they would be able to repair my machine within 6 to 7 days after getting the parts. feel that the local unit here have deliberately delayed repairing of my machine so that the AMC period is over. I therefore request you to ensure that the AMC period is extended by the same period for which the Machine has remained non-functional after the mechanic visited on 19 July 2014 till the date it is finally repaired. I again request you to ensure that my machine is repaired without further delay.

                                      My Machine was picked up for repairing on 4th September but yet to be returned although more than two weeks has passed, On My telephonic contact with the Service station at Bhubaneswar where I am located, they say that the machine has been repaired & would be delivered today or tomorrow, which they have been telling since the last seven days but not delivering the machine. I never expected such horrible service from IFB, In case I do not get my machine within this Thursday i.e 18th, I will have no other option but to lodge a complaint with the local Consumer Redressal Forum for compensation for hwilful & deliberate harassment by the company.

                                      The service deserves minus star rating so I can not give even one star rating .as the service is horrible not bad.
