On 2nd August, one of your representative from Clarity Service Bangalore came for servicing my dishwasher. During the servicing he damaged the door switch. I immediately called the customer care and lodged the complaint and the ticket no is 13485505. The representative who logged the call is"Prem" and he even spoke to the technician. He was supposed to come the next day and replace the lock. He never turned up next day, but turned off the phone. The entire discussion log is available with IFB . Another technician from another service center RP services came to rectify the switch and now he is charging 1700/- for the switch + the service charges I allowed the person to service the dishwasher only because he had the id card and he also showed me the bill book which clearly mentioned it to be an Authorized service center. Also i reverified it with the IFB executive, who validated. Now it seems IFB has duped me. It is first damaging the machine parts and then sending other people to replace them, thereby making money. I am aghast . As a cutomer I look forward to your response and resolution.

I have received a resolution for this complaint on 13th August, though a call made by the Bangalore service executive. The refund of the amount was not done to me directly, but I was told that they would provide me with the AMC from 13th August and the amount would be adjusted for the AMC payment.

    I have launched the complain on dated 04/08/2014 at 09.00 AM in the morning being complain number 13495401. Being a renowned company, the complain should be attended on the same day. In the wonder the complain is attended at 04.30 PM on 05/08/2014 with the unskiled labour. And again after continuously ringing to call center the complain was attended by the person on 06/08/2014 at 04.30 PM, stating that yesterdays person was unable to detect the fault. If the down time is three days, what is the punishment in the industry for such a down time, just calculate.

      I have a IFB 6KG Full Automatic Digital Washing machine which is under AMC. I had lodged a complain and had got the above complain no. The mechanic attended the complain on 19.07.2014 and said that the display panel needed replacement & that he will come & change the same within 4 to 5 days. However the machine is yet to be repaired although 18 days has passed & I have reminded at Customer care no. [protected] as well as the local service centre at Bhubaneswar but with no result.

      I was called yesterday by someone who said he called from Bhubaneswar office who said that I have to purchase a new machine as parts for the old is not available, where as the mechanic who attended the call had said that it can be repaired by replacing the front display panel by a new model panel and also replacing the user circuit to match the new panel.

      I therefore request you to see that my machine is immediately repaired & the AMC extended for the period the machine has remained non-functional after being inspected by the mechanic.

      I got a call from the local representative of IFB on 7th that they would be able to repair my machine within 6 to 7 days after getting the parts. feel that the local unit here have deliberately delayed repairing of my machine so that the AMC period is over. I therefore request you to ensure that the AMC period is extended by the same period for which the Machine has remained non-functional after the mechanic visited on 19 July 2014 till the date it is finally repaired. I again request you to ensure that my machine is repaired without further delay.

      My Machine was picked up for repairing on 4th September but yet to be returned although more than two weeks has passed, On My telephonic contact with the Service station at Bhubaneswar where I am located, they say that the machine has been repaired & would be delivered today or tomorrow, which they have been telling since the last seven days but not delivering the machine. I never expected such horrible service from IFB, In case I do not get my machine within this Thursday i.e 18th, I will have no other option but to lodge a complaint with the local Consumer Redressal Forum for compensation for hwilful & deliberate harassment by the company.

      The service deserves minus star rating so I can not give even one star rating .as the service is horrible not bad.

        My dishwasher model is NEPTUNE and Machine serial number is [protected].I took annual maintenance contract from[protected] to[protected] which was renewed for[protected]to[protected].Again this annual maintenance contract was renewed on[protected] for[protected]to[protected].The renewal charge Rs 3750 was paid on[protected]. My dishwasher stopped working. I called for service.Your company service person Shashi Kumar (contact number [protected]) came .He tried something and left saying that he will come and repair it within next few days.After that I called your office several times and I was told each time by your service manager that definitely my machine will be fixed by someone within a day or two.But till today nobody came and fixed my machine.Now 2 months are over.           I have IFB Digital 5K Washing Machine, there was a problem with the on-off button and the dampers, raised a complaint with customer care and the complaint number is 13276501, this was raised on Jun20. Customer executive visited the house after multiple requests and confirmed that the problem is with the board and dampers. Both needs to be replaced. Till now (Aug 5th) none of the parts are replaced and these parts come under Annual Maintenance scheme. This complaint is with Trinity Service centre, Kammanahalli, Bangalore. Daily I visit the service centre, plead and request them to finish job but they do false promises but nobody turns up to replace teh parts. Peter is the owner of the Trinity service centre and he hardly picks up the call. It would be great if somebody takes action against them, so customers are given due respect and none of them go through the struggle that I did. Thanks, Raghavan

              I would like to issue a complaint against IFB India. 1 month back i brought a split 2 ton AC from IFB, nd around 2 weeks back i started having water leakage problem from my indoor unit, so i registered a complaint about that on 29-july-2014, Complaint number : 13454237. But its been 5-august-2014, still no body came to solve the issue. When i call them they just give me lame excuses, and says that Its not in their hand.                 My ticket No. is 11566581. The technician had come to check the complaint of our washing machine. He had said that some parts had to be changed. This happened 3 weeks ago. Ever since when we call up the agency, we are told that it will one week for the parts to arrive. Nothing has happened till date.

                  I registered a compliant through customer care against my IFB washing machine sanetor 6 Kg front loading, my ticket number is 13132271 dates 12/06/2014, and the second ticket number against same compliant 13445287 dated 28/078/2014 Mr Gouri and second time Mr Shankar both are told need to replace MCU.still there is no response when ever we will go to office located in muralinager visakhapatnam, ANDHRA PRADESH (SWASTIK TECHNOCRATS(AUTHORIZED IFB SERVICE CENTRE, MANAGER Mr P.SRINIVASU) the manager is always away from office and we visited so many times to office in working hours, he kept a receptionist and if any thing we asked she replies i dont know, in this way these people are creating a trouble to IFB customers, please act accordingly.

                    Hi Everyone,

                    I had purchased IFB washing machine from on 2nd August 2014 at 11am from IFB Point D-77 Malviya Nagar New Delhi 110020.


                    At the time of purchasing, the dealer has promised to send somebody
                    for the installation on same day. Dealer has opened ticket with IFB at 1 am on 2nd august for the new installation.

                    Nobody has visited on 2nd august for the installation. I called so many times
                    to dealer but there was no response and
                    they talk very rudely, when I visited their place again for the installation on
                    pending.


                    I called on IFB customer care number no.[protected] on same day at 3 pm to request
                    to send somebody for the installation.

                    I get to know that from the customer care executive that it
                    will take 24 hours for the installation on weekday and 48 hours including
                    weekend.


                    Dealer has misguided me that they will send somebody today.


                    I received call from IFB
                    installation person from mobile no. [protected] on 3rd August at 9:10am and he
                    said I will visit at 2pm today.

                    He did not came at 2pm. When I called at 2:30 then he was
                    saying my motorbike has some mechanical problem and I cannot visit today.


                    I called today morning again to the customer care, he has
                    given me two mobile number([protected], [protected]) to get help from them.


                    mobile number [protected] is switched off. mobile number [protected]
                    ringing but he is not picking.


                    It is already completed more than 48 hours and nobody has visited
                    yet for the installation.


                    I am really tired with the support which I received from the
                    dealer and the IFB. I called 10 times since Saturday but nothing had happened
                    till now.

                    I would request you to please let me know the cancellation
                    process for this purchase.

                      I have open a complaint first week of Jan&#039;2015 and problem not resolved and ticket is closed with out prior concern with the customer and this is not the first time i am facing the issue with the CC people which they are following ( i used to provide feedback to CC and their managers to take an action but in vain), which leads customers unhappy.
                      On top that i have raised one more complaint on 20-Jan ont he same issue and no one attend till 22-Jan, i called up serval time to CC and they told me, they already escalated from their side, and ask to call Technician by providing me number (Here i am not sure what exactly CC team is doing) which No answer after make 10-15 times calling to the number. And after i called back CC they provide Technician manager number which is not working and so CC team provided me branch manager and area manager number as well which are not functioning.
                      On 21-Jan evening i again made a call to CC and force them to connect next level Person (B S) and he told that with in 24 hrs problem will resolve, but no one called me up or even inform about the status.
                      Today (22-jan) i made a call again to CC where there is no answer from CC side and still they are escalating things since 21-Jan.
                      I am not sure why IFB is giving such rights to that agency where they are not addressing / resolving the issues of the Customers even after paying AMC ( Annual Maintenance Charges).
                      I hope some action should be taken on this.

                        On 1st april this product was bought . Since then it was working highly efficiently . But all of a sudden it stopped working on 31st july .
                        Only four months had hardly gone, why this situation had occurred ?
                        Its a humble request if you can replace it, so that these kind of problems we donot face .

                          Dear team, My name is arpit seth and contact no. is [protected]. I have purchased an ifb Ac in the month of march 2014. At that moment the Ac was not cooling I contact the retailer they arranged an local engineer and who said that the stabilizer need to be change. We changed it. In the month of may 2014 the machine went dead. We ccontact the customer care they arranged the engineer after Three days who said pcb is damaged. After 2days it was replaced. Again the same thing happened in the month of July 2014. Which again took 4 to 5 days for replacement of part. Now again tonight on 2 of august 2014 we are again.                           Dear ifb team,
                          Thanks for showing kind support that after 3 days I m still waiting for a postive reply from yourside. If this kind of such quick and fast response system is maintained by such a big organization like ifb gervinances team then the third class service made by your local service team is correct. As if you can't make a reply from their these service team has full justification to there job and sorry to say that this kind of serivce is not acceptable at all.
                          For your information I have logged on sunday for which your engineer visited my residence but still the same issue has been raised as the pcb was faulty. Still after 3 days the same has not been replaced and no satisfactory response has been provide neither by you people nor by team sitting in Meerut.
                          When I asked the team for change for machinery they said they can't change the machinery else I could go to consumer court if wish to. And the response from your side seem to be the same.
                          I urge you to either provide me a solution or replace my machinery and refund my amount or else I will have to move to consumer court with no other option .
                          Waiting for your respone at priority basis.

                            I had purchased a IFB washing machine thro CSD
                            I personally visited the IFB INDS lTD IFB show room in hyderabad to give the invoice/Demand note received from CSD for the delivery of IFB washing machine.
                            I was given a 3 day time for the delivery.
                            But since 24 Jun 14 It took them one week to deliver the product that after repeated calls which the agency was mostly not attending to. The numbers are 39187607 and [protected] (mr nagender).
                            When the product was delivered at home, the delivery boy Mr karunagaran, literally dumped the IFB machine on the floor and misbehaved with my wife.
                            Before the payment we were assured by sweet talks that the product will be delivered promptly and the demo arranged.
                            On receipt of payment voucher the agency behaved like any other" carry on regardless" type of attitude company
                            Till date we are waiting for the demo and i fear that the IFB washing machine has been damaged by the dropping of your delivery boy
                            I fully agree with the complaints of the other in this web. they all are harassed IFB customers
                            Well this is the sate of IFB services

                            I own an IFB (Model Digital 3152) washing machine. On 06.08.2014 I registered a complaint with the IFB customer care (ticket no.[protected] as the spin button not working properly. A service person attended the complaint on 8th August 10, 2014 and advised to replace the three way valve system. Since the machine is being under AMC he promised to replace the valve free of cost. As he promised he brought a valve on the next day (09.08.2014). When I asked whether the valve is a brand new? He replied “yes” at once. But for my surprise I found it is a very old used part (rectified) even the plastic body is dark yellow in colour (suppose to be white) also it is a different model. When I insisted to say the truth he accepted that it is a very old used part and different model but he promised to manage to fit this model into this washing machine which is unfit for this machine. Then for my hell I have no words to prevent him. After a huge struggle with the machine he fixed the three hoses but not able to fix the valve on the machine body (Photos 1 and 2). When I asked he replied it won’t harm the machine. The very next day (10.08.2014) when I operated the machine I found the three way valve he fixed leaking again (Photo 3) as a result drenched the machine completely (Photo 4) including the machine’s electrical parts inside. This is not the first time I am complaining to you about the service provided to me but several times but the authority never take it seriously. So I feel really a metal torture for buying this brand washing machine.
                            Hence I request you at least this time take the issue seriously and do the needful at once and relieve me from metal torture.

                            Logged a Complaint for non-functional Clothes Dryer (Complaint Number[protected] on 19th October 2014. In spite of repeated calls to your Cal Centre, your support engineer Nadeem (Mobile [protected]) and Service Manager Hemanth (Mobile [protected]) during last 10 days, the problem is not fixed yet. Nadeem wants us to speak to your service center and advise him if spare part has arrived, when it is actually his job to check and come to us with spare parts. Absolutely poor service quality.
                            I have Washing Machine and dish washer. My dish Washer heater is not working. I registered compliant. The Technican told me take AMC and wait for 3 months. In the same way I took the AMC. After 3 months i register the compliant. 22-11-14 I registered the compliant. Still no one visited. I spoke many times to service centre.

                            In the same way for my washing machine. Machine is working perfectly. But it take less load. Service person told me to change the motor. I verified with our experts. The real problem is belt.

                            My microwave oven is not working w.e.f 21.7.2014 and I made complaints on 21.7, 8.8, 14.8, 16.8.18.8, 18.9 16.10, 25.10, and 1.1.2015 etc. So far the complaint not rectified.                               I have purchased IFB fully automatic front loading washing machine around 9-10 years back. Now machine is not functioning because machine has developed a technical problem and to rectify the problem I did lodge a complaint with IFB, on dated 25.7.2014 vide Ticket No[protected]. Local service providers from IFB franchise visited the machine and reported that Machine being 9-10 years old, spare parts can not be made available hence problem can't be rectified. This complaint was cancelled, without my consent (Ex-parte). Then second complaint was lodged on 30.7.214. vide Ticket no[protected]. This is pending. After this I contacted IFB company Chandigarh service centre and reported the problem in detail. Who, also in turn, was blunt in telling that since spare parts are not available hence problem can not be rectified. and suggested to buy new machine from IFB. My concern is: 1. IFB fully automatic washine machine is a high value premium product of the company. Does the life of the product company offer to customer is only 10 years. 2. If yes, then why same is not mentioned on the invoice/ brouchers. 3. If spare parts for the machines after ten years are not available will customer prefer to buy high value product from IFB? 4. Since I have IFB product can I request IFB company to rectify the problem in the machine and with in how much time. 5. If no, will customer be not right to knock the door of Consumer Forum/ civil court to seeks the justice? Feedback to other customer: Dear All: If you are purchasing IFB high end /. high value machine think that this investment is for ten years only after this you will have to scrap the machine.

                              I bought a new IFB Senorita SX only 1 year ago in July 2013. It broke down 2 weeks ago and the customer service does not react. The spare part is not available. Do they still have to produce it? Horrible quality and service. I will never buy any product from IFB again!!!

                                      Hi, i am dr.Lavanya from madurai..We purchased ifb elena steam washing machine 6 kg last may 14th...Its been just 2 months when the machine started spinning vigorously 12 days back.We gave a complaint 12 days back, , the local branch office sent technicians with absolutely no knowledge, , initially they said that circuit board had gone, , and then after repeated calls, , they say that the board has to reach, , , after 3 days we made the call again to which they bluntly replied that the circuit board was ready..But they came and found a new problem that the motor was faulty, , , didnt they have the basic knowledge that the motor was faulty at the initial stage that they came???
                                      We again called the local manager who said he will have the machine replaced by 29 th june...But no response absolutely till date...I even mailed the customer care and yet awaiting their response...So here we are spending 27, 000 rs.. On a so called world class machine and frustrated without any use of it...
                                      I really really hope that this complaint will really help people to show their (Ifb) feedback and quality ...Worst will be an understatement
