I have IFB Digital 5K Washing Machine, there was a problem with the on-off button and the dampers, raised a complaint with customer care and the complaint number is 13276501, this was raised on Jun20. Customer executive visited the house after multiple requests and confirmed that the problem is with the board and dampers. Both needs to be replaced. Till now (Aug 5th) none of the parts are replaced and these parts come under Annual Maintenance scheme.
This complaint is with Trinity Service centre, Kammanahalli, Bangalore. Daily I visit the service centre, plead and request them to finish job but they do false promises but nobody turns up to replace teh parts.
Peter is the owner of the Trinity service centre and he hardly picks up the call.
It would be great if somebody takes action against them, so customers are given due respect and none of them go through the struggle that I did.

My terrific, bitter, awful experience with IFB Chennai customer care, Guduvancherry and Tambaram service centre
I logged a complaint on 27th of Nov 2014 for my washing machine problem, which is in warranty. Ticket No 11877322.
Nobody showed up for first one week. After 2-3 reminders to customer care, an engineer came by. For the first 2 times i don't know why 2 different service engineers used to visit and tell me what the problem is while i already know about the problem.
They don't have the habit of fixing appointment for their visit. If we don't be available at the time they say they will close the complaint (it happened from previous experience)
Initially 2 service engineers came from Tambaram service centre. Then one day i received call from Guduvancherry service centre that the service offered by Tambaram centre is bad and they would take of my complaint.
Then came the 3 third engineer and told me the same thing that what is the problem with the machine. I got furious and shouted. The engineer said within one day he will get all the spares.
again after 2 days i got a call from service centre Guduvancherry saying that Enigneer will visit and take all the spoiled part out and replace with new one. i asked to check if all the spare parts available for replacement before coming. They replied that no parts will be replaced but only the broken parts will be taken out and would be replaced on next day. (This was really testing someones patience). I asked why is it like that and got a reply they should show the broken parts to IFB and get the spares. There is no way a renowned company would do like that. And they would trust their own service engineers. However I did not accept to remove anything from my machine unless they would be replaced on the spot.
2 days gone again and i called the customer care (i lost track of how many times i called service centre and customer care since the complaint is logged). Whenever i called that the machine is not ready yet, they keep promising they would escalate the ticket.
Again a call from same Guduvancherry centre that they have taken over my complaint. 4th engineer came some 5 days back. This time i saw some improvement that he dismantled the entire washing machine and said that he will come next day with all the spare i need.
Meanwhile he told me what are the things that won't be covered in the warranty, which came around Rs. 3000 roughly. After 2 days he came with one spare but not with others. Today he came with another spare, but i was not available during his visit. He was clearly instructed at what time he need to visit. He didn't show up yet or call.
I can update later on the latest improvement.
