We have bought an IFB Microwave in May. It stopped functioning two weeks back. We have registered 2 complaints through customer care. Technicians came and did some temporary fix and resolved the calls. The microwave now makes unusual noise and emits burning smell and does not warm up. iv given a complaint to ifb regarding our microwave oven. we have been facing problem with it since the date of purchase n we have taken that matter to the ifb service centre immediatly asking for replacemnt. a horrible & big ound was comin from the oven to which they have sent a technician who couldnt solve the problem and he sent another person, even that person couldnt solve the issue and he sent another person who opened the case...

10 days they kept in service centre and after bringing back it failed with in one day. From 20 days washing machine is under repair and still problem exists. every time we call 2 days is the answer. please let us know whether the problem is with the machine or the ifb technician......

I bought an IFB AC about a month back. It never cools as normally ACs do. I thought it to be because of temparature soaring to 45+ degrees.

But it wasnt the case. As the temparature dropped to 40s and 30s, it got worse with time. Now it never cools during the daytime. During night, it cools to the extent that i do not feel hot. Does an AC works like that??br...
