I had booked a complaint on 25/7/2014 for repair of IFB Washing Machine (UNDER AMC FOR 2 YEARS).
Complaint no: 11599273. On 30/7/2014 the complaint was attended and was solved initially. (A component namely MCU of the machine was changed)
The next day, had the same problem and contacted the IFB person. Again a complaint was booked on 01/08/2014 and it was registered as an incidence E15271 according to the reports and also a ticket no 11634270 was received. The same component was replaced again. It was found working without load. Subsequently with load it was not working which information we conveyed to Mr. Mahesh (Newtech, Nanganallur, Chennai TamilNadu)
After hearing the facts, Mr. Mahesh informed us that he will visit us on Saturday (09/08/2014) along with his senior, but he did not turn up as assured by him right from morning till 5 PM. But at 6 30PM he called over phone and wanted to attend the complaint, but I was not available and I requested him to come on Monday (11/08/2014, since the next day happened to be a Sunday) But he did not turn up.
However the next day (Sunday, 10/08/2014), we received a SMS, to our surprise that the complaint has been closed with entire customer satisfaction. How could this happen?
Therefore, depute your technical person immediately to attend the complaint.
In the event of no response we feel sad and have no other alternative than to dispose the machine and to buy a new machine of other leading brands. We will also not to recommend IFB products to others.
