This is Haragopal Iruku, a thoroughly and repeatedly suffering, highly desperate and deeply frustrated customer of IFB .

While I appreciate some your response in attending to our call and issuing a Ticket, your operating staff are simply not caring at all in making machine operative. I very much regret to inform you that my machine is not made working even today .

One of your service engineer came on 16th and did something and left without solving the problem.

On 17th May one Mr. Sreenivas Cell No : [protected] came and said that one part is defective and he will bring it and repair. Till may end he did not turn-up During 1st week of June, when we were out of station, it seems he called on our home no and he was asked to come after 4 to 5 days.

Till 19th June ( One month after we gave complaint ), he did not come back. When we contacted, he asked us to contact Head office for the part .

I am shocked to experience such a careless and irresponsible attitude towards maintaining your machines and more so, when we are in AMC .

We do not know whom to contact locally and even if we call no positive response from other side. The customer is thrown into a situation where he does not know what to do.

Around July 17th, mechanic came and said that the part is not available and they will give Exchange offer.
I got a call from GOA, I asked them to send me mail giving all details.

So far no mail and machine is in a DEAD condition.

We do not know whom to approach.

    My complaint no is 10069569. I had registered a complaint regarding the washing machine on 11th July 2014 and on 12th July a service executive came an checked it and told the bearings have been worn out and need to be replaced.We have AMC and is valid till 11th Nov 2014.On 18th July I went to there office(KARTHIKS -INDIA, Trivandrum) and enquired about it. They told me that the bearings have arrived and they will send a staff the next day.19th July I called them and they said staffs are not free and will let me know. 21st July I went to their office again and enquired and they are saying that they are waiting for the drum has not yet arrived. But I asked them about the drum as they first said only bearings problem and they are not giving me a proper reply.(Maybe they are using my AMC and ordering drum so that they can sell it to other customers).

    A service executive came and changed the bearing of my washing machine on 26th and told drum is fine but by evening my washing machine was not working again. I had to call them again and let them know about this and they send someone yesterday(29th July)but this service executive told that the water inlet valve has complaint and will order but it will take 1 more week to get the material and replace.Now see its almost a month since my washing machine is not working.The service and maintenance is very poor.They could have bought and stocked some material so that costumers can be satisfied with the service.

    Please let us know if this can be handled in better way or else we will post an add in newspaper about the issues we are facing so that it helps other people in making correct decision. Service center support is pathetic.

      Drum doesn't rotate in washing cycle

      I've a IFB ''Digital 6Kg'' washing machine bought on 31/10/05. Presently the washing drum is not rotating during washing cycle leading to incomplete washing.       madam/dear sir, i lodged the compliant vide ticket number 13290983 on 06.07.14 regarding my serena 5.5 kg washing machine is not working. one person attended it after one week after many calls to customer care and your local service person srinivasan. Person who came was unable to fix the problem and told us that other person will come next day. since then i have been calling almost alternate days to your customer care and every time, i am being replied within 24 hours problem will be shorted out. I talked yesterday again customer care, i was given contact number of one Ms kalyani, but she is not lifting y phone. local service persons do not lift phone calls. your customer care person closed my old ticket number without solving the problem and generated new ticket on 18.07.14(new ticke number[protected]. now, i feel very insulted and aggrieved on poor response. i have wasted too much time. hope company will take action against erratic officials and will arrange to short out problem .other wise i will have to approach consumer court. regards uday kumar [protected] [protected]

        It is more than 8 Months I have given complaint regarding my IFB microwave convection oven which is not solved and they have taken product from my place after registering complaint for more than 3 times and calling 'n' number of times to the customer service. 25 Days back they had taken the product from my place for repair and they are not responding to my calls and they are not even bothered to call back.

          Its so annoying, the world fame companey people are not even properly responding to the complaint.its been 15 days since i have a problem with my front load washing machine.and the problem still exists, because of the very poor customer service. i bought the machine 2 years back, its still in its warranty period.i have called the customer service as the water is continuously leaking when the machine is working, they have sent a service engineer, he said the problem is due to the hardeness of water and just changed the rubber parts.we also bought a water filter from them to avoid further problems.even still the problem exists.after many times calling the customer service, the so called in charge guys, engineer guys.the responded after a week .next day one guy comes and say, the problem is because of "drum" breakage.and now again silence no one comes and replaces.How can be the parts of the leading companey be soo cheap and delicate.every time we call them they give another guys number and that guy give another number.i dont understand when my problem is going to solved??

            Hello, I am from bangalore, KR puram. My Permanent customer ID : 10663834 I raised the complaint to repair my Oven 50 days before. One service engineer (Basha) came after week and asked me to go for a 2 year AMC to repair it.(there was a minor issue in the oven .but the technician don’t know anything he short circuited something and then transformer not working) . I paid the amount for 2 years via cheque on 13/6. After many calls the same person came to my home this Monday (21/7) and he was not able to resolve the problem as he don’t know what to do…. And he said as he will come next day but no response from him after that. When I called him again he said he is out of station. Hence I called the service center immediately but they told he is not in out of station and he will come today. But he never turned up. After many calls they said as they will send the another technician(Ravi) but that guy keep on telling as he will reach my home in 10 min for last 2 days but still not coming. And now he is not picking the call at all, The WORST thing is, no one picking my calls in the service center. Seems they noted my all numbers and not picking at all.. Trust me today only I called at least 50 times but no response from them. Please take the necessary action immediately.             Complaint Given on Feb. 2015, still I am suffering for bad service. Very BAD service, no one cares, I strongly recommend to every-one not to buy IFB product you suffer a lot.

                I stay in Gurgaon, Orchid Garden Suncity. GGn - Sector 54. I had bought a IFB washer cum Drier 6 months ago. It cost me 70K.
                In last 6 months I have called technician more than 20 times ...problem still persists. I am washing clothes at my neighbours house - who has a Whirlpool _ great quality, cheap & absolutely no issues.

                I am SICK of the brand IFB, I am SICK of calling technicians at GGN service centre ...they never turn up on time ...take days to come & attend & on top of that ...unable to solve my problem.

                That's not all, my machine is under warranty, , but can not be replaced - Since IFB does not have washer cum driers.

                I FEEL CHEATED & HELPLESS ...since i do not know who should i speak to. Machine is registered in the name of Amber Dubey.

                  I have paid for a servicing for my IFB washing machine till 2015. My machine has stopped working since 17th of July and I was told the technician would arrive within 24hrs. No response from IFB service centre despite calling multiple times. Every time I call the concerned person I'm told that he/she is on leave.

                    Compaint registered during AMC period, executive visited after 20 days.He then told us that a part has to be replaced and should get it ordered and takes 2 weeks.
                    He did not turn up after that. Now AMC period is complete and when called up they are saying that franchisee has changed and they are unaware of the status.
                    Please ask the new franchisee to look into the matter.

                        Hi, My washing machine is not working, and we raised a complaint with IFB customer care. A technician visited our home, and said, it will 3 days for him to get the required parts. After that, no one turned up. We have spoken to Mr. Ravi and Mr. Suraj ( Branch managers). Phone number [protected]. Suraj assured me that, he will ensure the washing machine will be repaired, however despite repeated calls, IFB is not responding, and no person has visited the home. Our ticket id is[protected] I want to a case in consumer court against IFB against this harassment.

                          Respected Authority, I, Manoj Kumar Takiyar, have an executive plus washing machine of IFB which has an AMC done for it. The machine had lately started troubling with extreme noise which I had reported to the service centre on last Friday; 11th July 2014. No service person visited for next two days hence, I lodged a complaint again referring to the last one. Still no response came, only at the third complaint did a service person turned up on Tuesday confirming there was some problem with the bearing of the machine and promising to revisit and solve the problem the very next day, which has not arrived yet. Again a 4th time complaint was lodged and on the advise of the customer care speaker I had even called up the service centre and reported the matter. After COMPLETE 10 DAYS and 5 TIMES COMPLAINT REGISTERING no fruitful response has been received. This clearly signifies the ignorant, lethargic, not concerned, irresponsible, no-customer problem consideration attitude of IFB SERVICES. I highly dis-recommend the company to other customers for their extremely poor service and extremely casual and irresponsible attitude of the service persons.                             Purchased ifb washing machine in the month of september. Start facing problem after 6 months. This time gave a cal on 13.07.2014 and sais its urgent! The next day technician visited and said to check plug point and went away. The case was not resolved.So again i made a call on 16.07.2014. Again they lodged a complaint but no technician came. Again i made a call on 19.07.2014, they said the case was closed and again they lodged a complaint by sending a mail to me where they said technician will visit shortly. But again they didnt turn up. I am totally annoyed with their customer service. I have a record of phone calls and the mail which they have sent to me.

                              I have raised Customer Ticket#13338939 to fix the sound issue on high spinng of my washing machine. One service guy from KBA Services(Hosa road Bangalore) [protected] - Ragavendra, came to my Residence & didn't fix the issue & spoiled my washing machine. Which is not at all working now. Escalated this issue to his manager [protected] - pradeep & Service center Head [protected] - ragavendra. They didn't responded well & not picking the phone from next day. Tried to escalate the same to regional head [protected] - vignesh, But, this guy not picking the phone. Please take appropriate action on these guys & remove their licences. These guys are unfit for the service.

                              I have lost two days in calling those guys. The field engineer from KBA spoiled my washing machine, what is the action for that?

                                We have bought an IFB Microwave in May. It stopped functioning two weeks back. We have registered 2 complaints through customer care. Technicians came and did some temporary fix and resolved the calls. The microwave now makes unusual noise and emits burning smell and does not warm up. The customer care people say they cannot replace the appliance and service center should be doing that. Service center people are relunctant and they misbehaved with me. I have logged two more complaints through website and through customer care. I do not see any concern from IFB and they are not ready to replace the applicance even though it is too hazrdous for me to keep in the kitchen. The customer care people are not even ready to forward the calls to any higher authority. Not sure where to go and who to approach at this point. I feel cheated and very frustrated with IFB.                                   i have raised a complaint in IFB customer care 2 MONTH before about our newly purchased washing machine (Front load – 6 KG) and after a week one person from Chennai service station came to my home and take a look at the machine and he told there is a rat bite in the main wire which is getting connected to the board and we will replace. Then after 3 person came to inspect and confirmed board is the problem and will replace it. One person again came on15-Jul-14 to replace it, unfortunately he said the board is not matching with our IFB machine. Hence he took the board to his service centre and called us to inform that there is rat bite on the top of the main board and we have to pay Rs.5000 to replace the same. I asked how come rat will enter the machine, that too it bits the top of the board strip. The technician told that are two hole in the bottom of the machine and rat would have entered in that way and we will keep a filter so that the rat wont enter the machine again. This information was not told to us at the time of purchase or even by the person who came for demo. The demo person has requested to purchase water filter, stand and cover to have long life for this product. So we purchase the same from him but he did not inform us about the two holes down the washing machine. <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> For the past 1 month the machine is kept open with out any cover by the service person. This is purely negligence by the demo person. and need replacement on free of cost Can any of the IFB people help me to get this resolved. I bough tthe product thinking that IFB is a good product and branded service and after this experience it is really making me to thing twice now.                                   Still the issue is not resolved.

                                  As per the analysis done by the technician. The rat protection guard is already available but the same is not fixed correctly during installation due to which this problem occur. This clearly says this the problem by the IFB. However he want customer to pay money for replacement.

                                  Is this what IFB response to customer. Very bad. I feel I should inform every one not to purchase IFb due to this issue.
