Hi, i am dr.Lavanya from madurai..We purchased ifb elena steam washing machine 6 kg last may 14th...Its been just 2 months when the machine started spinning vigorously 12 days back.We gave a complaint 12 days back, , the local branch office sent technicians with absolutely no knowledge, , initially they said that circuit board had gone, , and then after repeated calls, , they say that the board has to reach, , , after 3 days we made the call again to which they bluntly replied that the circuit board was ready..But they came and found a new problem that the motor was faulty, , , didnt they have the basic knowledge that the motor was faulty at the initial stage that they came???
We again called the local manager who said he will have the machine replaced by 29 th june...But no response absolutely till date...I even mailed the customer care and yet awaiting their response...So here we are spending 27, 000 rs.. On a so called world class machine and frustrated without any use of it...
I really really hope that this complaint will really help people to show their (Ifb) feedback and quality ...Worst will be an understatement

Thanks for showing kind support that after 3 days I m still waiting for a postive reply from yourside. If this kind of such quick and fast response system is maintained by such a big organization like ifb gervinances team then the third class service made by your local service team is correct. As if you can't make a reply from their these service team has full justification to there job and sorry to say that this kind of serivce is not acceptable at all.
For your information I have logged on sunday for which your engineer visited my residence but still the same issue has been raised as the pcb was faulty. Still after 3 days the same has not been replaced and no satisfactory response has been provide neither by you people nor by team sitting in Meerut.
When I asked the team for change for machinery they said they can't change the machinery else I could go to consumer court if wish to. And the response from your side seem to be the same.
I urge you to either provide me a solution or replace my machinery and refund my amount or else I will have to move to consumer court with no other option .
