    sir my washing machine model:SERENA, 5.5 kg, serial no: [protected], date of purchase 29/08/2009.
    date : 27/11/12 .renewed my last warranty for 1 year ...it expire on December 2013 . than i again applied for renewable on December but it will be rejected. than i complain to ifb and i got message on my nephew mobile no [protected] with ticket no 12107097 dated 26/12/2013 .Again i went to local service center for help but they did not give any response. i am going to service centre continuously but i am not getting any response and their behavior is rude.
    i am old retierd person and i am not getting any help from IFB service centre so please grant my complain.

However, our technician has visited and has confirmed that we can fix your machine and make it operational by replacing the tub front ring and screw. As your machine is not currently covered by our AMC policy, charges as per our regular pricing would be applicable against which we have already provided you an estimate of the repairs.

    We value you as our customer and request you to please consider our AMC offer to cover your machine. Please let us know your decision at your convenience and we would be more than happy to help.

    My machine is working properly before i applied for AMC of washing machine, but your technician Mr. bimal came and check the machine, open the machine parts, after that the machine is not working. Now your technician is saying we are not responsible for this and talk rudely with my wife and say that you have to pay charges for the machine parts, services and AMC part will not be done by company later after that.
    Please regard our complain we are old retired person and so much harassment is facing by me and my wife. i don't want to go to consumer court so please help on this condition otherwise we have no option.
    And please reply within 2 days.. We are facing problem with that.

        I had purchased front load washing machine EVA VX serial No.[protected] on 30.12.2013 from Vasanth & Co, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli - 627 002. Now this washing machine is under repair. I had complained log to IFB, customer care in Tirunelveli District through Phone No.[protected] about repair of the washing machine. One person deputed from the customer care to inspect the washing machine. The person said to change the front door of washing machine. I had told several time through phone message for rectifying the defects. But IFB customer care not responded for my complaint till date. Hence I request that to give necessary instruction to IFB customer care center, Tirunelveli District for rectifying the defect immediately. This should be treated as very urgent. Failing which to rectifying the defect I have take legal proceedings against You...

          Fraud done by IFB service center by installing duplicate parts

          I registerd a complain online at 24x7 help line number, and then got a call back from ifb and i reported him my complain orally on the spot as well as sent an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com as follows but i hadnt received any reply from ifb till today. I feel cheated by ifb industries as well as their service center. My detailed complaint email sent to ifb is as follows.

          sir, i have registered a complaint around 11 days ago bearing complaint no.13163699 having mobile no.[protected]. My washing machine model no. is Elite SX 5.5kg Front loader. They visited probably a week ago desperate several reminders and said that some part probbably CPC is to be changed and it will take hardly 3 days to get it changed but now they are telling that that part is not available and even they don't know whwn that particular part will be available.             we purchased front load washing machine 5.5 lt, which was making noice while spinning. your mechanic came late in the evening and said probably drum is out of order, next day he came and said he will bring both as both may beay be out of order. he has opened machine and it was found that only centre bearing was worn out. Now he is insisting that both be changed and he will take away old parts also as per company policy.
            we wish toknow what is the policy of the company and we feel that we are being cheated for huge amount, by replacing the parts which are still ok and also taking away old drums and tub in the name of company policy.
            we solicit immediate reply before he comes for replacement again

The service person visited three times and telling that Spares are not available. We doubt that we made a mistake by buying the IFB machine. The service is so poor.               We have logged complaint about our IFB serena washing machine vide complaint number : 14557365. But till today our complaint is not resolved.
              one service man came to repair the washing machine, but he went away without resolving the problem. That service man was not having proper knowledge.
              Our machine was having problem of spinning and it was making noise. But it is completely not working after visit of your servicemen.

              Our machine is under warranty.

              Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                we've been trying to reach IFB custoemr care endless times and everytime the Customer CARe person says wait ofr a minute and keeps the call on hold for 15 mins and gives careless answers but so far no one visited the premises and corrected the issue. This is uttlerly disappointing as i purchased TWO washing machines not just one and to see this kind of service from a reputed comapny like IFB. It's been almost 3-5 days without washing the clothes and it's not easy to get someone else come and repair as it's under warranty. how low is the value they give for consumers is that, the person says he visited the premises and ther'es no power at the premises and left while in reality he never visited as my place is equipped with solar power as backup and on always. Please take action against this kind of behavior. Thanks Sai Praneeth.

                  Hi, IFB team agreed to replace the defect dishwasher in November 2013. Now they are NOT agreeing for that what to do? Can you believe from 2011 its have problem from the day of purchase. Two times they dont water ppm check but there was no problem with water. But they just like that blame on water and close the defect number. On November 2013 they agreed for the replacement but no response after that, why they agreed is I have bough KENT water purifier and used that water for the dishwasher, still the problem exist. White patch on the vessels but NOT inside the machine, Inside the machine it is fully clean and shine.                     Washing Machine (IFB Elite 5 Kg) had severe noise/vibration and 1 spring fell off from the machine. Complaint#13121363 was raised on 10th June and the technician turned up next day. Technician advised Damper and Water filter needed replacement and quoted Rs.3600 for replacing the same. Further he convinced me to go for AMC so that Damper could be replaced free of cost and Water filter @ Rs.1800. He collected Rs.4497 (AMC-Rs.2697 & Filter - Rs1800), gave the receipt and left the place providing an assurance he would come back in 2 days to replace both the parts. I did follow up with technician (Sunil - [protected]) and his manager Peter (+91 [protected]) during 11th June to 19th June which did not evoke any response. A follow up complaint (#[protected] was raised and I was asked to follow up with Mr.Vignesh (+91 [protected]). I have been talking to Vignesh for the last 5 days but the replacement of the parts are yet to happen. I have been given ONLY assurance with no outcome. This is the WORST customer experience I have seen. Not sure what is going to be the outcome of this message...

                      Dear Sir, Ref: Customer code No. 3461778We have IFB model washing machine Model No. SENORITA VX purchased in 2012. Your service centre M/s. Best Care Service, Madurai approached us for free service thro'theirrepresentative on 21.6.2014 at 12.30 PM. The service man who attended the machine informed that the water filter has to be replaced at our cost . since the warranty is not covered under free replacement. He demanded Rs.1800/- and received money saying he has replaced new one. But he did not give any bill stating thathe has not brought the same with him. Later I contacted service centre Mr. Shahul Huzan, Proprietor Best Care Service, Madurai. He informed that he will visit to our house with technician who attended the fault.When they visted our house and inspected the machine Mr. Huzan informed no new filter has been fitted. Hence, the technician has made a fraud and cheated Rs.1800/- from us.This was agreed and accepted by the technician in frount of Mr. Huzan who said he will pay the money next day. Further, the technician got signature in Job card but fraudulently put our signature in Invoice No. 5547 dated 21.6.2014 for powder. In addition the technician has not filled amount column in Jobcard of IFB.After all these incidents, Mr. Shahul Huzan of Best Care Service, Madurai agreed to pay Rs.1800/- cheated by his technician. But so are he did not pay money and to our surprise, he made aPolice complaint with Avaniapuram Police station that we are pressuring for money without reason. With all happenings, we understand that in the name of IFB, service agents are cheating the real and sensitive customers like us.We are in the process of taking legal action against the defaulters. Please inform us further needful action. We are sending scanned copies of documents which have duplicate signatureof your technician.Please revert immediately. We did not expect this would happen in an internationally reputed organisation like IFB.+ |

                        Our machine is not working for a month now. RP services associated with IFB has come several times to fix it but it stops working again in a week. And that too they come after constantly calling them. Is the problem of IFB or the service center I do not know. But is this how they treat they customers. And the washing machine is not working properly. It breaks down again and again after constant servicing. What Kind of service is this!? And they say they provide the best service and have the best Products in India. This is ridiculous.

                        Model: Senorita Aqua Sx-6kg / FRONT Door inner side screw joint break.
                        Its purchased just 15 days before. This is our second IFB machine and have the experience to handle past10yrs. Same has registered on 05th June and attend local service staff Mr. Boominathan, Tiruppur. After dismantling he ask Rs 1643 for the new door. I said its purchasing just 15 days before I cannot pay one rupee for this, He immediately went out of my home without saying anything. Then I call his Tirupur manager and Coimbatore representative MR. Nanda Gopal on 7th June he said the cost will be 1043 if you pay I will fix immediately otherwise it will take minimum four days to get approval.
                        Finally, I registered call complaint and web complaint on 7th June. Still no response from that side.
                        I have been using IFB washing machine since 4 years, 2 weeks before I raised the request for service. One service man came and checked the machine and just said need to change motor and drum rod, I paid the amount he changed but still its not working then he said will check tomorrow but he did not come after one week sunday(13July 2014 ) he came and did something the whole day over but still he did not resolved the issue. Service is very worst. why?.if he dont know anything please send another expert guy to service.Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

                        Dear IFB,
                        I have been an IFB customer and the product is good, however this recent service provided from your end has been a bitter experience. I have mentioned the call log numbers below and they should give you the understanding of what the issue is. If that doesnt help you please feel free to call me and i would explain all to you again as i have been doing for the past 3 months.
                        I have been promised of service by multiple people from IFB and the center manager at bangalore, those were all false promises.
                        I have been very patient and calm while taking to all of them and they have been making a mockery of my patience by not resolving the issue.
                        Mr. Vignesh and Mr.Madhu both have been giving me dates and promises with no result everyday i am calling these two to get a technician to my place and even after changing the motherboard of the machine (which costed me 3000rs) the issue stands unresolved.
                        I have also mentioned the two escalation managers names. I have nobody to go to now and the only last option I have is to go to the consumer courts. I am requesting you to please look into this and get the machine working again.

                        I have registered a complaint on17 of may, complaint no [protected], Almost 10days now, none of the technician has visited my house or called me. I am calling the customer care on a daily basis, they promise to fix it soon, but nothing happened . They closed the ticket without solving the issue . I came to know that they closed the ticket and registered a new complaint . Today they closed that too and registered another one . What a pathetic service ?????...

                          Hi, I am Neha Agrawal and have a IFB machine which stopped working on 14th of June 2014. I lodged the complain (Ticket number[protected] the same day and i was told that the problem will be solved in 24 hours but it has not been solved till now that is 24th June 2014. The engineer visted on 16th June (actually he was suppose to visit on 15th June, after repeated follow ups he came on 16th June that too 3 hours later than the committed time). He was not carrying the part (Door lock ) to be replaced. They were informed about this problem on the phone itself. On 17th June he came and replaced the part. I started using the machine on 17th June vening but the machine stopped in between (Half way) and showed the same error. I again lodged a complaint and was told that a senior engineer will visit my house in 24 hours. But instead of coming to my house on 18th June, the senior engineer visited my house on 19th June again 3 hours late than the scheduled time. He told me that due to the negligence of the previous engineer the board has got short circuited and now along with the DOOR LOCK the DISPLAY BOARD also needs to be replaced. He told me that he would come along with the parts on 20th June. He didnt turn up nd not even i was informed. I called up the service station at Andheri east MIDC. They told me that the machine part will come by Saturday eve i.e; 21st June and then the engineer would come on Monday i, e; 23rd June and replace it. Again he didnt turn up and i was not informed. I again had to call the service center and then they told me that the part has not arrived and it will come by Monday eve i.e; 23rd of June. I called them up again today and now they tell me that the part has still not come an i will further have to wait for 2 to 3 days. So we are on 24th June and further 2 to 3 days will take it to 27th June. I called their Area Service Manager Mr. Shaunak Sharma - [protected] on 21st June but he didnt answer. I again called him yesterdat i.e; 23rd of June and he told that as he is on leave he cant help me. I reminded him that he is in a service industry and he cant afford to give such an answer to the customers. To his he replied very rudely and said i cant help you. This is no way a customer has to be treated. When we bought the machine we were told that our queries will be solved in 24 hours but this is way far than their commitments during the sale of the machine. I request you to take a strict action against them. How can they say that the parts are not available that too for 12 days in a row. How can they operate their business like this in India. In foreign countries already they would have been sued for doing this to the customers. I request the officials here to help us out asap.

                            Hi I purchased a split 1.5 ton ac IFB three star from delhi dealer on 13june 2014 and the installation engineer came on 15 June 2014 For installation but the inside spit unit has not installed properly . Can the IFB tell me and for the other customers what distance below the ceiling Is the inside unit to be installed . The air intake vents are on the top of all split ac so for proper air intake A minimum distance has to be maintained from the ceiling for that So I want to know what is the minimum distance from the top of the indoor unit to the ceiling In inches as there has to be a standard distance so ask the IFB engineers and Reply here and for my this complaint as my split indoor unit is installed Just 2 inches from the ceiling so there will be difficulty In air intake and will cause strain on the compressor and reduce Cooling efficiency My complaint no is 13195381 The ac is installed in noida Can you send the engineer again and rectify the problem as the Service centre from Geeta colony has openly told me that I can go Complain to anyone but the indoor unit location will not be changed.                             Thanks for solving the problem . But it should not had happened in the firsts place .
                            IFB is a big brand and they are very aggressively marketing
                            Ac by giving discounts buy back old ac and free stabiliser
                            But the service part should be also made strong .
                            So finally my Indoor split unit was lowered to six inches below the
                            Ceiling but in that process my one of the copper pipes connecting
                            Outdoor unit and indoor unit got damaged so it had to be
                            Welded so a new ac already before being used is repaired .
                            The happiness of buying and using a new product was lost .
                            Anyways thanks for rectifying the mistake and taking interest .

                            For installation complaint no :13142031 but the inside split unit was not installed properly .
                            The air intake vents are on the top of split ac for proper air intake
                            A minimum distance of 150mm or 6 inches as mentioned in the IFB instruction manual has to be maintained from the ceiling for that but engineer fixed it at less then 2 inches from the ceiling .
                            So I told the engineer to change the position of the inside unit but he refused so I send him away without allowing him to start the ac.
                            Then again I made a complaint no is 13195381. This time the engineers came on 26 June 2014 and refitted the inside split unit six inches below the ceiling but while shifting the copper pipes they damaged them and when they opened the gas they heard the gas leak sound so I suggested to them that it's a new AC so replace the pipe but they said that they will weld and seal the leak so they welded the so called leak in the damaged pipe and I paid for the stand and extra drain pipe .
                            That time the AC was cooling and after a few hours we slept .
                            So I closed the compliant as I was happy that the installation has finally been done extra late but still done little did I know that
                            Next day after work at 9pm on 27 June 2014 when I switched on the AC there was no cooling and after reading the manual and fiddling with the remote I made another complaint no 13233024 as the last complaint was closed .


                            Now my request is that as it's a brand new AC replace the whole AC as Iam very disappointed with the way my ac installation has been handled .
                            There is a damaged copper pipe the gas is all leaked and I have got a damaged n now welded product .

                            The ac is installed in noida .

                            Can you send someone with the new AC.

                            I bought a split 1.5 tons AC Of IFB. The installation was so poor that the whole gas leaked.
                            I bought it from Charan electronics, Aligarh, Uttar pradesh. On june 26, 2017 with an exra cots of Rupees 1000 installation.

                            The customer service extremely unsatisfactory or rather poor.
                            I have lodged a complaint and I am waiting for their response.

                              Dear Sir
                              My customer ID is 1701748 and I had lodged complaint on 07 May 2014 and my ticket No is 11381616 but he could not solved the problem but he charged Rs.350.00 for attending. Then again compliant registered on 18 Jun 2014 and ticket No is 11498432, on 19 Jun 2014 the ticket No is 11498432 and today complaint No is 11510413 but till date the compliant not solved not repaired. The problem is continuously the motor belt is sleeping/removing from the motor pulley/bush. The mechanic ( coming from M/s RSJ Enterprises, Mr. Srinivas) informed that the complete motor will be replaced. The motor is working properly. The mechanic could not solve the problem due insufficient training he got. Kindly attend the problem with good knowledge person and solve it please.

                                IFB service in Kochi (Smart Care)is not able to solve the problem with the Digital 5 kg washing machine even after several visits (7 years old but on AMC). Drum keeps rotating after wash programme is completed and has to be manually turned off (error 7 and several other errors indicated at various times). They claim to have changed the board twice, but problem persists. Now the drum is not moving at all (error 4).

                                IFB is the worst washing machine company. They should be heavily penalized for doing this to the customers. If so many people are facing problems with them then there is definitely some serious problem with them.

                                  I am an advocate practicing at paravoor from where I have purchased an IFB serena SX 5.5 KG washing machine (SR No. WTSERB/FERSXB067546) with 4 year warranty from Thottumpuram agencies, Paravoor Town of Kollam district, Kerala State during June 2011 in the name of my wife Mrs. Veena who is a teacher by profession. As we were under an impression that IFB is a reputed company among other well known companies the service will always be prompt and fast. It is unfortunate to notice that my washing machine showed a complaint on 30/5/2014 and the same is informed to the seller on the very next day itself. The seller himself had registered a complaint on 31/5/2014 and I have received a ticket No:11456003 with an information that IFB CARE will get in touch with me shortly. Further it is also directed to call toll free No:[protected]. Though, I have contacted the toll free number several times only some sweet words are received from them whereas nothing done to solve my problem immediately. Subsequently i have received a mobile number of one of IFB mechanic named Shibu who had visited my residence on 03/06/2014 and checked the machine and told me that the timer is to be replaced for which some days are required to get the component from cochin. Though I have made all my effort to get the complaint cured nothing have done to cure my complaint so far from 31/5/2014. I am paying huge amounts as salary to servants and apart from that we all the family members are under a mental agony due to the irresponsible and reckless attitude from IFB. Hence it is advised to please take back my washing machine and return the value of the machine in addition to the damages for rupees 10000 at the earliest so that I can purchase another one from a reputed and service prompt company.                                     In January 2014, I bought IFB microwave and I must say that the service is poorest among all the products I have ever gone through. First of all as it was our first time experience with the microwave, they told us within 3 days they will send us an instructor but it took 2 long weeks and the instructor was not kind enough to explain it. Later on we faced a short circuit or I don’t know what happened our microwave caught fire in the starting of may. It happened twice while grilling a bread although we were taking all the precautions and instruction. After complaining several times today they sent us an instructor(we complained on 24th may and the instructor came today on 19th july) and unfortunately he hardly gave us 5 mins. and didn’t explained or did anything except boiling a bowl of water for a minute, we asked him for the reason behind the spark and the fire which happened twice but he after attending a phone said that he can’t wait for long here(which happened to be just 5 minutes). Unfortunately, your product has not performed well and the service is the poorest I was expecting a lot before buying the product but all went in vain. I am disappointed and will request all my dear ones to not buy a product which is not worth and not less then a headache because catching a fire in the kitchen and not giving service after words does not explain a good service from a well known company like yours. To resolve the problem, I would appreciate it if you could send your instructor once again and make it straight forward. Just Advertising is never enough Providing services is also a part of it.

                                      We recently bought a washing machine and for which we purchased a stand (trolley)..later during demo of machine we were told we wont get demo nor warranty for our newly bought machine as the trolley which is completely a machine independent accessory is not purchased from IFB..and the company refuses to Give warranty or Services for a packed machine just because trolley isnt purchased from IFB.According to IFB a washing machine customer should only have a IFB purchased trolley..Private trolley price-1350rs IFB trolley Price -1500rs
