ifb 6kg digital front load washing. The machine was bought on 1st jan 2014. I went on transfer and opened the machine from box on 1st of june, one rep of ifb had come for its installation and demo, the machine never stopped kept on running and the door did not open. The complaint was made and the rep of ifb attended and conformed the problem was with pcb and never came back till now to rectify it. I have never used this machine since I have bought. i hv invested Rs 30000 for nothing. No one is attending this problem, i have made as many complaints as possible.

    We have recently serviced machine for complaints but after service complaints are not rectified . and service personnel number was switched off . after complaining call centre service personnel came and again not solved the complaint . and we lodged complaint at 6.30pm in the call centre but they are not provided complaint number . and we are fed up with ifb washing maching machine, is there any solution . customer no 1659961

    I had lodged a Complaint for repairing of my IFB Elena DX washing M/C. The customer complaint ID is 13312955.ambalpur service centre will contactme within 24 hours to resolve the issue. Even after 2.5 days no one has contacted and my calls to Mr. Sathnam (Mobile No. [protected] or to the Sambalpur service centre no. [protected]) has yielded no result as no one is picking up the phone or mobile. A poor show. I am located at Jharsuguda and need to contact the Sambalpur service centre for service. The washing machine was initially repaired on 7th July and it again developed problem on 8th after it was serviced on 8th July'14. No proper trained person to do good servicing. Request the Customer care to look in to the matter and do the needful on urgent basis.

    My old IFB washing machine was re-installed at Jharsuguda by your Sambalpur Service center personnel. Since I was not at home during the time of installation, the guy provided temporary water connection from the existing normal water tap. inspite of the fact that a separate permanent water point for connecting to washing machine was available. The guy did not take little bit of pain instead he adopted short cut method. I am facing lot of problem since the water pipe of the machine connected to water tap slips no. of times. The service provider at Sambalpur not lifting the phone. Kindly help. It is extremely urgent.

            The complaint is regarding my Washing machine (Senorita+)
            I am on a TWO-YEAR Annual Maintenance contract.
            I had registered two complaints, one on[protected]COMPLAINT No.[protected] the other on[protected]Complaint No.13280056
            On[protected] the machine was visited by Rajib Jana who said the valve was to be changed. But since then your company has not sent anybody to fix it and the machine has been out o[censored]se for the last six days.
            I and my husband are both very old people and we are feeling helpless with such negligence from your company. In fact your people say they can come only after 6 p.m, in spite of our request to come at 4 p.m. or earlier.
            Mr. Dilip Jana said that "the office is too far from Salt Lake and they cannot come before 6 p.m. which is a very inconvenient time for us
            I feel that your people are undermining the reputation of your company as being one of the best.

              Model: Senorita Aqua Sx-6kg / FRONT Door inner side screw joint break.
              Its purchased just 15 days before. This is our second IFB machine and have the experience to handle past10yrs. Same has registered on 05th June and attend local service staff Mr. Boominathan, Tiruppur. After dismantling he ask Rs 1643 for the new door. I said its purchasing just 15 days before I cannot pay one rupee for this, He immediately went out of my home without saying anything. Then I call his manager and Coimbatore representative MR. Nanda Gopal on 7th June he said the cost will be 1043 if you pay I will fix immediately otherwise it will take minimum four days to get approval. They try to get extra money directly from customers. Finally, I registered call complaint and web complaint on 7th June. Still no response from that side.

                  Vide my Compliant Number 11488864 Dt 14-Jun-2014 This is a chronicle of how a poor person is struggling to get his problem resolved, despite he entered into AMC and despite he made a minimum of 20 to 25 calls to the customer care and service centers. One bad day our IFB washing machine stopped pumping out water. We called the customer care number and filed a complaint. An engineer visited 2 days from the date of compliant and diagnosed that the problem is due to a faulty Pump and recommended that it should be changed. He gave the number of the Chennai Franchisee person, Mr.Kishore, to personally confirm this on our own words. Mr. Kishore promised to resolve the issue in the next 48 hours. We waited, patiently for 3 days, but nothing happened. On a lucky day, after our repeated attempt to reach him, we got the person on line. It should be noted we need to explain the problem, from the day one, to every possible people working in the service center, before reaching this gentleman. What a Stateless Layered Architecture! We feel very lucky on that day that he as a God accepted our penance and generously gave the number of the most powerful person. The Managing Director of customer service- Mr.Arun (His mobile number is [protected]). He picked up the call, as expected, after couple of attempts. He made a promise, as expected, for his quota as Director that the problem would be resolved in another 48 hours. We are all very happy that we talked to the Great God, the Managing Director. We waited, patiently for another 3 days. As usual nothing happened after 3 days. We announced an award in our home; Pizza for the person who reaches the managing director over his phone. He is still not picking the call. We poor people again contacted the Customer Care. For our surprise, we learnt that the Compliant Number has been closed. We learnt that if an engineer visits your home, if he solves the problem or not, the complaint will be flagged as closed. (What an Asynchronous Architecture without Response!!!). Then the person who attended the call disconnected during her attempt to allow me to talk to her superior. I made another call immediately (Full of energy). Another gentleman Mr.Mani picked up the call and transferred the call to Mr.Kumar, (the third person whom I talked today) from the customer escalation department. He told me to wait for another 48 hours. I begged him to help me to reach out to the right person to get a resolution to this problem. He advised me to register this case with [protected]@ifbglobal.com. I guess my marathon race continues successfully even after 4 weeks. Again I need to call another person from another Franchisee. Another Managing Director will come. He will make his promise… I thank the readers for their patience too. I request the readers of this narration to kindly help to solve this problem by showing the right channel. Does anyone know the head of Customer Care’s number? I pray God that he/she should be reliable person. Can I get help to deal this problem legally, in order to help the people of IFB to understand the value of commitment in the future?

                  1. An engineer visited us with a Pump a week before.

                  2. He found that Pump, he carried with, is not compatible with our washing machine

                  3. But he smartly gave a temporary fix by mending the faulty pump

                  4. He promised to return with a compatible pump and address the problem permanently

                  5. Yesterday, the machine stopped pumping out water

                  6. We have already made couple of attempts to reach the Franchisee to replace the pump

                  7. We even made a fresh complaint with the Customer Care

                  It is too frustrating. I request you to kindly solve the problem before I proceed with any extreme action.

                    Complaint No. 3711032 Name : S.Sangeetha, FF3 Aquarius Block, VGN Zodiac Ville Mugappair, Chennai[protected] IFB Model : Elite S.K.G For the above machine, the dealer it highly irresponsible in the past and I have approached consumer complaint and got it sorted out during last AMC. In current AMC also, the machine is break down for almost 11/2 months and dealer is confirming visit every day to my wife but not concluding. I cannot share the mental pressure she is going through and if I am not receiving any person with required items within 2 working days, I will file a case highlighting last year correspondence too. I do not understand why are asking your customers begging every time that too home makers in this competitive service industry. I will only blame the management of IFB looting public money

                        date : 27/11/12 .renewed my last warranty for 1 year ...it expire on December 2013 . than i again applied for renewable on December but it will be rejected. than i complain to ifb and i got message on my nephew mobile no [protected] with ticket no 12107097 dated 26/12/2013 .Again i went to local service center for help but they did not give any response. i am going to service centre continuously but i am not getting any response and their behavior is rude.

                            I had purchased front load washing machine EVA VX serial No.[protected] on 30.12.2013 from Vasanth & Co, Palayamkottai, Tirunelveli - 627 002. Now this washing machine is under repair. I had complained log to IFB, customer care in Tirunelveli District through Phone No.[protected] about repair of the washing machine. One person deputed from the customer care to inspect the washing machine. The person said to change the front door of washing machine. I had told several time through phone message for rectifying the defects. But IFB customer care not responded for my complaint till date. Hence I request that to give necessary instruction to IFB customer care center, Tirunelveli District for rectifying the defect immediately. This should be treated as very urgent. Failing which to rectifying the defect I have take legal proceedings against You...

                              Fraud done by IFB service center by installing duplicate parts

                              I registerd a complain online at 24x7 help line number, and then got a call back from ifb and i reported him my complain orally on the spot as well as sent an email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com as follows but i hadnt received any reply from ifb till today. I feel cheated by ifb industries as well as their service center. My detailed complaint email sent to ifb is as follows.

                              sir, i have registered a complaint around 11 days ago bearing complaint no.13163699 having mobile no.[protected]. My washing machine model no. is Elite SX 5.5kg Front loader. They visited probably a week ago desperate several reminders and said that some part probbably CPC is to be changed and it will take hardly 3 days to get it changed but now they are telling that that part is not available and even they don't know whwn that particular part will be available.                                 we purchased front load washing machine 5.5 lt, which was making noice while spinning. your mechanic came late in the evening and said probably drum is out of order, next day he came and said he will bring both as both may beay be out of order. he has opened machine and it was found that only centre bearing was worn out. Now he is insisting that both be changed and he will take away old parts also as per company policy.
                                we wish toknow what is the policy of the company and we feel that we are being cheated for huge amount, by replacing the parts which are still ok and also taking away old drums and tub in the name of company policy.
                                we solicit immediate reply before he comes for replacement again

The service person visited three times and telling that Spares are not available. We doubt that we made a mistake by buying the IFB machine. The service is so poor.                                   We have logged complaint about our IFB serena washing machine vide complaint number : 14557365. But till today our complaint is not resolved.
                                  one service man came to repair the washing machine, but he went away without resolving the problem. That service man was not having proper knowledge.
                                  Our machine was having problem of spinning and it was making noise. But it is completely not working after visit of your servicemen.

                                  Our machine is under warranty.

                                  Please resolve the issue at the earliest.

                                    we've been trying to reach IFB custoemr care endless times and everytime the Customer CARe person says wait ofr a minute and keeps the call on hold for 15 mins and gives careless answers but so far no one visited the premises and corrected the issue. This is uttlerly disappointing as i purchased TWO washing machines not just one and to see this kind of service from a reputed comapny like IFB. It's been almost 3-5 days without washing the clothes and it's not easy to get someone else come and repair as it's under warranty. how low is the value they give for consumers is that, the person says he visited the premises and ther'es no power at the premises and left while in reality he never visited as my place is equipped with solar power as backup and on always. Please take action against this kind of behavior. Thanks Sai Praneeth.

                                      Hi, IFB team agreed to replace the defect dishwasher in November 2013. Now they are NOT agreeing for that what to do? Can you believe from 2011 its have problem from the day of purchase. Two times they dont water ppm check but there was no problem with water. But they just like that blame on water and close the defect number. On November 2013 they agreed for the replacement but no response after that, why they agreed is I have bough KENT water purifier and used that water for the dishwasher, still the problem exist. White patch on the vessels but NOT inside the machine, Inside the machine it is fully clean and shine.
