Dear IFB Member,
I Arun kumar purchased from IFB built in hob piano (430s-tr-cg, [protected]) 12655 on dated 11/06/2012 . my no ([protected])
But unfortunately due to the manufacture defect in this products was blasted all of a sudden, while cooking on 04/01/2014, thereby the entire product was blown into pieces including the glass sato, body and the inner parts my wife nad the domestic help were there at the time of the said incident in the kitchen and in fact the domestic help recieved bodily injuries, becoz of the broken glass .
i contact immediately contacted your office by the phone and informed about the said incident, where you the same prod deputed your technician, who visited my residency and seen the scene of occurrence, took photographes of destroyed product and the went away stating that he would report to the higher officials and the necessary action for replacing the said product but no response till today .
After legal notice from me on dated 27/01/2014 also no response from your company so i make up my mind to go consumer court finialy .
