hi my washing isn't working three months, i gave many complaints to IFB customer service centre. still they attend my complaints..am really suffer this issue.. 1st complaints no: 11275429, this complaint registered on 10th march 2014 2ns complaint no : 11288314, this complaint registered on 16th march 2014 after this i gave many complaint but no response from them..finally i send mail on 5th May 2014.. and i called service people everyday..still they not attend my complaint .. i want service immidiately or new machine..bcoz its under WARRANTY.. * i attached mail copy also

    This is to bring it to your notice that we are not getting any service from you, even after lodging a complaint to your toll free number[protected] on 16th May 2014 I complained to you to attend to my IFB washing machine 3236180, which is not functioning. The ticket number is 12968486 I followed up with phone numbers - [protected] and [protected]. They say somebody is coming to attend to it; somebody asks for address and other details, but nobody turns up. This kind of drama has been happening for the last 4 days and we are left with no option but to write to you. Even after writing to you, if no action is taken within 24 hours, I will be compelled to seek other remedies.

      I, have complained on 10.05.2014 for the leakage of water from my IFB Washing Machine vide ticket no 12928345 and was assured that within 24 hours some one will visit. Then again on[protected], i reminded that no one come for the visit. Then the mechanice Mr Kishan Lal attended on[protected] and told that i will replace the pipe in the evening. But till now he have not come. I have been regularly contacting at your customer care but I am only being assured that you yourself call at service centre no[protected] where they are saying that we will come but they are not responding So pl take action as early as possible.

        Sub: non compliance of warrenty agreement of washing machine ifb digital 5.5 kg front loading. Dear sir, I purchased ifb washing machine from tmc hanmakonda, warangal vide invoice no wa/1112/ca-1220, dated 31/5/2011, customer ifb id is 3164967. Machine is still under warranty. Machine became unserviceable on 14 apr 2014 and we have lodged compliant vide complaint no 12768890 service engineer attended the call twice but failed to rectify the fault, and compliant was closed without resolving the fault and service engineer has advised us that the old complaint will be closed and reregister a new complaint by himself, unfortunately failed to do so. Again i registered a complaint on 27/4/2014 compliant no is 12845703, there is no response from the dealer, even after repeated request remainders. Service engineers have not attended the complaint and they have closed the complaint with our consent. This attitude of the ifb dealer of mnc company will force the customers to rethink before buying any ifb products. Again a 3rd complaint was registered on 5/5/2014. No is 12897437. Fortunately a service engineer from hyderabad had attended and attempted to rectify the fault by changing circuit board, despite of his efforts the fault was not rectified and a new circuit board was replaced after three days but in vane. Again a 4 th complaint was registered on 17/5/2014. No is 12966727. Despite of repeated failed attempts to rectify the fault of machine by service engineers we came to a conclusion that your service engineers are not competent to rectify the fault so you are requested to replace a new machine at the earliest or refund the machine cost with interest and resolve the issue. Further if no favorable action is taken at your end within fifteen days we are sorry to inform that we will be forced to take legal opinion. Thanking you in anticipation for a favorable action.           Hi Recently I purchases a wasing machine, during installation a guy came from IFB and installed with unnessary products without taking any confirmation from me and asked money for all I got shocked and tol who asked to install thses also he chaged more than actual price on products. Really doing this kind of business will die soon., in future no more IFB and will die its name from market for sure. IFB will DIE

            hi, i am asha having an IFB washing machine(senorita VX) which has the warranty of 4 yrs, had some problem with the washing machine so lodged a compliant with customer are center on 20th april some junior technician has come and has gave some blunder reason saying their is a problem with softener and paid 2000/- got it installed and after that our entire washing machine got spoiled, the same technician came he said a stupid reason that if the water in tank is empty then machine will be filled with water(LOL) such a superb technicians they have, the next step the manager of local branch said he will take care and now its been almost a month since i am continuously calling him and the customer care no help and they have very very bad technicians and the team. i have never seen such a bad service in any other manufacturer, I do tell everybody not to go for any products from IFB company, its utter waste they will make you fools.

            hi prathiba here even i have faced the same problem, simply they cost a tons of money but does not give you a proper service. you better go to consumer forum and lodge the complaint against them

              We have AMC Contract which is valid from[protected] to[protected]. And we have many a times given a complaint and your technicians have come all the time and doesn't find the fault and after a week again the same fault repeats. Now again our machine is under repair. 1. The fault occurred is at the time of running the is automatically opening 2. At 60 degree the water heater is not properly working 3. The machine at running time is moving forward and is about to fell down. We have given complaint earlier and technician has told to replace the stand we have done but still the problem is not solved. please do send an expert technician and solve our problems as early as possible.

                  I had registered a complain on 19th March 2014 at 12:00 pm but there is no response yet. My complain number is[protected]. Then I registered a second complain on 13th May 2014 but again there was no response. It's been 2 months. Whenever I register a complain they take more than 3 months to attend me.i don't understand why this happens to me ALWAYS. Currently there is a problem in my washing machine. The last time when your engineer came he said that there are some parts missing which he will come and replace within a WEEK, but it's been more than 2 months and my machine is in the same condition. My machine is currently in AMC. My AMC number is - 25561. I REQUEST you to please look into my problem and solve it.

                          I had bought this top loading IFB just 3 months back and it was working fine till date. At home its only my aged parents and they were not able to register the complaint. The complaint registered no one has come, require urgent assistance. Also reason to buy a new washing machine was to get rid of such frequent complaints.

Dear sir, I have purchased ifb washing machine 1.5 years ago. Since then the machine is giving problem in one or other way. The above complaint lodged in 7th of this month.                                 I had a issue with start button of IFB top load washing machin.So i did the following.

                                I had search in net for IFB service center in Bangalore. i got this address and i called them
                                AB Electricals - IFB Washing Machine Service Center in BangaloreNo.282, NR My Sugar Bldg, J C Road, Bangalore - 560002Mobile: [protected]

                                He has sent a person who has just cutted all the wires from my machine now an other IFB center guy is saying this will cost you around 5to 6 thousand to replace the board and the wires are cutted.

                                Please let me know y should i bare the irresponsible services like this.

                                And my machine is there in warranty period.
                                IFB customer service person just visited to see the machine condition, and washed up his hands along with his bangalore manager saying that we are not responsible if local guy visited already, but the first guy visited is an authorised IFB person, and by the way never mentioned any where in any bill or warenty card, that the resposibility will waved of if any local person visited the machine.really speaking its very very bad service they are providing and also, the way there representstives speak very rudely specially some robert guy
                                As I said you earlier the guy who first visited and cutted all the wire was from an IFB Service center.

                                I am waiting for your call or person as you said in your mail. This is really an irresposible service, you are not standing on your words at least of above mail.

                                You said you will contact back may i know when are you going to do that.
                                the draining process of my machine is not working properly...after completing the washing process, the water is not drained out from it.
                                8 months ago a serviceman came and checked it, he said the sensor is complaint and have to replace it. he said he will replace it when it is available and made something on it for temporary working.. some weeks it worked and reached the old condition..

                                2 months ago (18th march 2015) I go to the service center and told the matter and the problem is its sensor. At the same day evening one come and check the machine and told me the complaint is its sensor. i said him I already told it. he replied he only came for just confirm the complaint and not for repair it
                                next day he came for replacing the sensor.. after one hour of working he said the sensor is not matching for the machine... he will order for the matching one and it will take days.

                                few days later I called him and enquired, he said he ordered but not get it..
                                again 1 month gone, I again went to service center (29th April 2015) and told the things. they said they forgot that thing, the sensor is got there
                                and will repair it very next day. now 10 days again turned..No action from anywhere..., the machine is resting there...

                                  I had ordered 38Ltr Microwave oven (38SRC1) from ifbappliances.com on 05/05/2014. My order number is[protected], and my customer ID is 10057728. A damaged piece was delivered to me with the door glass completely detached. I complained immediately and requested for replacement. Till now I have called the customer care([protected]) and local manager Sailesh([protected]) several times. I was told that the replacement will be given in two days and its more than two days now... I tried calling Sailesh and asked for the status and he hung up on me... I also requested for cancellation of the order and refund of money, but nobody seems to know how that is done as well. Also I don't know now, how long they will take to refund my money if at all they are willing to do that. I need a replacement as soon as possible! Siddhesh Naik [protected]

I called service people but they don't give proper respond. I called call center spoke to many. They promised to fix the problem immediately but till now nothing has improved. As we always say tomorrow, I think IFB company is following correctly saying tomorrow we will fix it. My whole family is feed up. Could you please help us.

                                      I purchased the Neptune DX IFB dishwasher from Ashoka Trading (Faridabad, Haryana) on 10th May'14 (Saturday). When I opened the dish-washer, I found the product defective. Ashoka Trading Distributor Neeraj & ASM (Normal = +91-[protected]) defaulted in delivering the dish-washer until 13th May'14. False promised made to me for delivering the product on 12th May & 13th May. I asked for the refund, then again false promised was made that the product will be delivered. More over none of your technicians attend our phone calls despite of daily repeated reminder calls from me. Your sms says within 24 hours call/machine will be attended...! . But none came. Again I called Ms. Rivana and she assured some body will come But When...!. Send somebody technician soon.

                                        It is brought to your notice that My IFB machine is having an error (not working) and the complaint has been registered vide TICKET No. 11736512 on 12/09/14. But till this time no body has attended it. So I called your office today on No. 39004321 and Mr Abdul attended my call and assured me that one Mr Suresh would come and do the service and also gave me his number which was wrong and it was some Sr. Advocates of Chennai. I felt sorry after calling that number. Some how I got number from some other Technician and I tried to call Mr. Suresh 4 times but he has not attended my calls. Then around at 01.45 PM I called your service center and Ms. Swathy came on line and story goes on like Mr. Abdul... She transferred my call to her seniors but 5 minutes no body attended it. Just at 02.30 PM Mr. Ganesh called me and assured me that he would take an action.
                                        It is not desired by the customers to call again and repeat the calls. You are suppose to follow the action within 24 hrs. Again I called and Ms. Swathy attended my call and given assurance that Technician will come on 13/9/14 before 6 PM. But no body came.
                                        Let me know the action taken soon.

                                        I have a washing machine of IFB. Last year (19.06.2014) a service
                                        man(Mr.joginder from rohtak) come to me and offer me for AMC and he
                                        took 2584.rs and said we will change rubber and shoker of your machine
                                        along free service.I called many times to IFB center but no response
                                        from there side .A man come to me Mr Kamal but he refuse to change the
                                        parts to keep saying its good.Mr. kamal is not providing service i
                                        called him many times but he is not picking the phone..Before i go to
                                        consumer court i thing i must write to You.Please solve my problem
                                        otherwise meet in consumer court.
