I purchased IFB washing machine as the following model on 8/4/2014

They delivered the washing machine with paint defected condition on its body.
I asked the IFB business authorities, but they are not replacing the defected item with new one.

What is the steps to take legal action on them....

sir, I have purchased a washing machine of IFB. I could not install that.Then i call in the customer care and told my problem.They registered this on 23 Mar 2014 and gave me the complain no that is 12623205 and told me that our technician will come and repair it in 2-3 days. But no one come to repair/install.Then again i called to customer care about this. Then they give me a mobile no saying that suchitra(whose no given by customer care)...

I had lodged a complaint regarding my IFB Elena Washing Machine on 29.1.14. ( complaint No:[protected]. I have been receiving acknowledgement of my complaint through SMS on a daily basis from 29.1.14 to 22.2.14 stating that "IFB representative will visit shortly", but no one has visited so far. I had re-lodged the complaint on 26.3.14( complaint No:[protected] again acknowledged by SMS from 26.3.14 to28.3.14. No service engineer visited my house...

We lodged a wall mounting request for the IFB dryer purchased 4 days back .But no one has contacted has so far . This kind of service is not expected from a company like IFB . Revert back asap .Or else we are ready to return this product. Pankaj Khanna [protected] / [protected]...

I have an IFB Neptune dishwasher that has been on a two-year maintenance contract since June 2013. On 7 Mar 14 I noticed poor quality of washing and 15 - 25 % residue detergent in the detergent dispenser compartment. I lodged a complaint, ticket no. 12522106 with the call centre. After that no one turned up and call centre advised me to contact local office. It turned out that there was no clarity as to which IFB office of Jamshedpur would...

I purchased IFB Microwave oven last weekend (29th March'14) in Sekar stores, Tirukovilur. But we have still not received a demo from the dealer..instead of several calls and reminders too, the demo is still pending and the only answer we receive from them is "Will come tomorrow for demo". Please action on this with high importance and request to send the demo person as soon as possible.....

I have bought the IFB washing machine in the year of 2008. Now put an AMC for two years. When I booked a call on 24.03.2014 at 1.42pm, they gave a ticket no. 11306688. but till now no equerry about the booking from concern service center....

I have paid Rs.4500/- for 2 years AMC during December 2013. After getting money, no receipt, no response. Machine is in problem. No response for many days. A branded & famous company is getting loss in their name. A.Boyed Wesley Marthandam [protected]...

On 21.03.2014 I preferred complaint No. 11300405 but so far not resolved. So many times customer care and service centre No [protected] was called and every time they answer that technician is on the way. But till date 03.04.2014 no remedy. Shall I move consumer court ? Requested sir/madam, I have booked demo for IFB front loaded w/m and mwo on my [protected] number. no one attended the demo call in bhopal and whenever i call for conformation in company they transfer my call to senior executive and as per my conversation with them they asked me all the details of my product and last they says ...' we will let you know when engineer will come' and no one came. this is happen to me since last 3 month...

A complaint registered on 12/04/2014 vid no. 12561703 at the customer care no[protected] for providing a second service to the a.C. Installed in the month of june2013 in the period of warranty.

But till date none from the company nor i have received any call from ifb
Local dealer from where it was purchased is verypolite and helpful but is unable to providea service

It's a matter of total neglegence...

I have one complaint in my Microwave - whenever I power on - my power trips. This is there for almost 4 to 5 months now & upon my repeated complaints it is never rectified. Latest Complaint No[protected] Not sure if they really try to have this fixed. I am not using my product for almost 6 months now inspite of paying the AMC (as they assured that - AMC is required after the Warrenty expired last month) I do renewed my AMC...

IFB microwave 30sc3 was delivered to me on 29 mar 14 and towards installation and demo of the same, registration was done through customer care on 30 mar 14 am. the ticket no provided was 11319983 and it was intimated that technician would be visiting with in four hours. however nobody turned up and up on intimating the same with customer care, the local office no: of IFB was provided and was told to contact the local office towards installation....

This hell brand is useless. We bought a microwave 4 years back and it hardly worked for an year. Since then, it is not working and many complaints have been done to the authorized center but all in vain. What is the use of such brands, if they cannot provide after sale service. I am having a bad experience and all money wasted. Please assist if something can be done in this regard. I am from Moradabad but looking for some help. Regards...

We brought IFB 1.5 Ton 3 Star IACS18AK3TC Split Air Conditioner on[protected]. Installation was completed on the same day, Technician gave demo for 5mins and it's fine by that time.

To my surprise it is working only for 5mins after the demo till now. I doubt on the installation of the unit can you please send an authorized IFB technician to check the installation....

I bought IFB Senaator Aqua SX 8KG automatic washing machine. They gave me descalant and took 1000 Rs from me for that. They asked to use it every month. After using the descalant, the machine tub has gone completely black. All the steel coating is gone. And other internal parts wherever water goes would for sure have spoiled. Since two weeks, I have been chasing these IFB people and their servie is I would say one of worst I have ever...

IFB 6Kg Digital Model in AMC- filed a complaint on 9.2.2014. From then they have been servicing but still machine not running. Also in between service man attended and cheated by taking a signature too that the machine is running. But it did not run complete cycle. No response from Customer care. I own a senorita plus, front loading washing machine. The machine is not working properly. I have registered a complaint on 24 March 2014. My complaint ticket number is 11306255. I have called the customer care every day and have been told "we are escalating the complaint to the appropriate department" and "your complaint will be resolved in 24 hours". Nothing has happened. This is completely unprofessional!!!...
