    I had bought this top loading IFB just 3 months back and it was working fine till date. At home its only my aged parents and they were not able to register the complaint. The complaint registered no one has come, require urgent assistance. Also reason to buy a new washing machine was to get rid of such frequent complaints.

Since then the machine is giving problem in one or other way. The above complaint lodged in 7th of this month. (07.05.2014) Your service persons by name mr. kumar came and went informing that there is Ensor problem.in spite of contacting your customer care no.[protected], the problem Is not solved and no body turned out.           I had a issue with start button of IFB top load washing machin.So i did the following.

          I had search in net for IFB service center in Bangalore. i got this address and i called them
          AB Electricals - IFB Washing Machine Service Center in BangaloreNo.282, NR My Sugar Bldg, J C Road, Bangalore - 560002Mobile: [protected]

          He has sent a person who has just cutted all the wires from my machine now an other IFB center guy is saying this will cost you around 5to 6 thousand to replace the board and the wires are cutted.

          Please let me know y should i bare the irresponsible services like this.

          LandMark ;exact opposite to SBI ATM.
          And my machine is there in warranty period.
          IFB customer service person just visited to see the machine condition, and washed up his hands along with his bangalore manager saying that we are not responsible if local guy visited already, but the first guy visited is an authorised IFB person, and by the way never mentioned any where in any bill or warenty card, that the resposibility will waved of if any local person visited the machine.really speaking its very very bad service they are providing and also, the way there representstives speak very rudely specially some robert guy
          As I said you earlier the guy who first visited and cutted all the wire was from an IFB Service center.

          I am waiting for your call or person as you said in your mail. This is really an irresposible service, you are not standing on your words at least of above mail.

          You said you will contact back may i know when are you going to do that.
          the draining process of my machine is not working properly...after completing the washing process, the water is not drained out from it.
          8 months ago a serviceman came and checked it, he said the sensor is complaint and have to replace it. he said he will replace it when it is available and made something on it for temporary working.. some weeks it worked and reached the old condition..

          2 months ago (18th march 2015) I go to the service center and told the matter and the problem is its sensor. At the same day evening one come and check the machine and told me the complaint is its sensor. i said him I already told it. he replied he only came for just confirm the complaint and not for repair it
          next day he came for replacing the sensor.. after one hour of working he said the sensor is not matching for the machine... he will order for the matching one and it will take days.

          few days later I called him and enquired, he said he ordered but not get it..
          again 1 month gone, I again went to service center (29th April 2015) and told the things. they said they forgot that thing, the sensor is got there
          and will repair it very next day. now 10 days again turned..No action from anywhere..., the machine is resting there...

            I had ordered 38Ltr Microwave oven (38SRC1) from ifbappliances.com on 05/05/2014. My order number is[protected], and my customer ID is 10057728. A damaged piece was delivered to me with the door glass completely detached. I complained immediately and requested for replacement. Till now I have called the customer care([protected]) and local manager Sailesh([protected]) several times. I was told that the replacement will be given in two days and its more than two days now... I tried calling Sailesh and asked for the status and he hung up on me... I also requested for cancellation of the order and refund of money, but nobody seems to know how that is done as well. Also I don't know now, how long they will take to refund my money if at all they are willing to do that. I need a replacement as soon as possible! Siddhesh Naik [protected]

              I register my complain on 5 of Many 20014 concerning about my washing machine has some problem and it is not working. I called service people but they don't give proper respond. I called call center spoke to many. They promised to fix the problem immediately but till now nothing has improved. As we always say tomorrow, I think IFB company is following correctly saying tomorrow we will fix it. My whole family is feed up. Could you please help us.

                I purchased the Neptune DX IFB dishwasher from Ashoka Trading (Faridabad, Haryana) on 10th May'14 (Saturday). When I opened the dish-washer, I found the product defective. Ashoka Trading Distributor Neeraj & ASM (Normal = +91-[protected]) defaulted in delivering the dish-washer until 13th May'14. False promised made to me for delivering the product on 12th May & 13th May. I asked for the refund, then again false promised was made that the product will be delivered. Again I called Ms. Rivana and she assured some body will come But When...!. Send somebody technician soon.

                  It is brought to your notice that My IFB machine is having an error (not working) and the complaint has been registered vide TICKET No. 11736512 on 12/09/14. But till this time no body has attended it. So I called your office today on No. 39004321 and Mr Abdul attended my call and assured me that one Mr Suresh would come and do the service and also gave me his number which was wrong and it was some Sr. Advocates of Chennai. I felt sorry after calling that number. Some how I got number from some other Technician and I tried to call Mr. Suresh 4 times but he has not attended my calls. Then around at 01.45 PM I called your service center and Ms. Swathy came on line and story goes on like Mr. Abdul... She transferred my call to her seniors but 5 minutes no body attended it. Just at 02.30 PM Mr. Ganesh called me and assured me that he would take an action.
                  It is not desired by the customers to call again and repeat the calls. You are suppose to follow the action within 24 hrs. Again I called and Ms. Swathy attended my call and given assurance that Technician will come on 13/9/14 before 6 PM. But no body came.
                  Let me know the action taken soon.

                  I have a washing machine of IFB. Last year (19.06.2014) a service
                  man(Mr.joginder from rohtak) come to me and offer me for AMC and he
                  took 2584.rs and said we will change rubber and shoker of your machine
                  along free service.I called many times to IFB center but no response
                  from there side .A man come to me Mr Kamal but he refuse to change the
                  parts to keep saying its good.Mr. kamal is not providing service i
                  called him many times but he is not picking the phone..Before i go to
                  consumer court i thing i must write to You.Please solve my problem
                  otherwise meet in consumer court.

                    Its been more than 22 days i have filed a complaint with ifb to repair my oven n so far none of those have turned up to repair it!!! In the last 22 days we have called more than 150 times and all the time we are being told it would be repaired sooonnnn!!! They are insane/mentally retarded why do we have to call u people so many times!!! I have called store in charge store manager of ifb!!!1 everythng seems to be uselessss!!! My oven is not in working condition and inspite of repeated complaints no one has resolved it so far!!! I have registerd so many complaints so far!!! Are you guys gonna resolve it or no!!! Our previous complint was also closed without any resolution, ... It is 12803832... Again we had to raise new complaint which is 12927094!!

                      IFB microwave 20SC2model is not working and the issue is happening repeatedly.
                      Raised three complaints with IFB customer care, the area service office in mahadevpura, bangalore has the worst service. They doesn't come on time, they doesn't call you for the resolution of the issue.
                      First time the problem happened the technician came and fixed mentioning if it happens again we'll replace it.
                      Second time the same problem happened and the technician took a note the product will be replaced and then no one contacted for three days. After we contacted customer care they mention they will not replace the product whereas they we'll send a senior technician to fix it, however it happen to be the same technician.
                      The problem still persist and i'm looking forward to your help to get the product replaced or refund of my money.

                            I had purchased a split AC of IFB company on 05/05/2014 for which I was told that it will be installed within 24 hrs of purchase. I had reconfirmed the installation time from the customer care service also. However nobody came within the stipulated time even after repeated requests to send the installation team to my accommodation. As a result I have to stay in a guest room on payment to spend the night as my wife is allergic to too much heat and its to hot inside the rooms here in my locality.

                              I have bought the IFB Dishwasher Neptune in 2011. From the day 1 I have problem following are the complaint number from Dec 2011. Problem is Heavy White patch on the vessels not inside the Dishwasher outlines. Few engineers said it was due to the HARDNESS of the water, so I bought a filter and then also same problem. Then they changed the salt levels and L1 L2 …. L5 all combinations, then no use same problem exists.                               In my area its not that I am only have dishwasher, My neighbour has Siemens dishwasher, and also I am using washing machine, in that I not having any issues. This is completely irresponsible answer that just blame it on water. Inside dishwasher there are no white ptaches.

                              Now i have to file the case. If IFB let it confirm that it they can resolve. I am very much on to go legal.

                              Awaiting response, no customer will for a THREE long years to resolve a issue. And just blame it on water.

                              Can you please take the dishwasher back and show me with whatever water you want use at your lab and prove that it is working. I can easy prove that using KENT water from my filter and connecting to dishwasher it will have patched of white on the vessels and not inside the dishwasher body.

                              Can IFB challenge this?

                              Let me know, else otherwise just retrun my money back, I am very much happy to buy seimens, where my neighbours are using, they doesn't have any problem.

                                    We had recently taken a two year AMC for our washing machine. A person who came for regular service said the bearing needs to be replaced. This person had asked to show the AMC receipt. He checked n left saying a complaint needs to be made. After waiting for a few days a man turned up with the bearing and opened up the body of the machine to fix it. He left the body of the machine open and said a shaft of the drum is worn out and needs replacement. He promised to return after the weekend and has not yet turned up.

                                    We are constantly in touch with the IFB local service guys in Chennai, but the response we get from them is very bad. Each day they promise to send someone and nobody turns up. Also I got to know from the all India helpline that my earlier ticket was cancelled on a wrong allegation that no AMC bill was made available.

                                    We are struggling without the machine even after taking an AMC with the company. Very sorry to say that the service of the company is extremely disappointing. My complaint numbers are[protected]old) and 11530412.

                                    I have a washing machine Senator . It had a complain of water drainage occasionally otherwise working smoothly which I had lodged a complain on 02 Aug 2014. Cut Id 1894714 and complain no 13485734. On 06 Aug one technician came and gave a huge estimate to my wife and I was not available at home. Suspecting some foul play she had requested the technician to come the next day.After the technical left the machine refuse to work at all. While delivering they told her that installation guy will come and install the product and give demo. so she didn't opened the packings. He said that the motor needed to be replaced and that he would come later with the required part. since then he has not returned. I again complained on 18/10/2014 and again compaint no. 14050782 was issued with the assurance of escalating the complaint but nothing happened. I spoke a third time recently but customer care seems helpless.
                                    Worst service ever. I was looking to buy a microwave oven but after seeing IFB service i stopped considering them at all.
                                    PLEASE attend to my complaint no. 14289635 dated 18/11/2014. This is the second complaint for the last 70 days even after having AMC for Rs 2697/- my first complaint was 13796649 in September, which was cancelled without repair.

No one has repaired my washing machine and now they are not accepting my complaint also. I do not know the reason. Even from this consumer Forum I am not getting proper reply.                                     we purchased a washing machine through e bay. on 31/12/2014
                                    after arrival we called for technician for erection and demonstration but in vain due to defective piece.
                                    supplier says ifb has to take care, and ifb says seller has to take care .
                                    but even after four months no body cares to attend the problem.
                                    in may also we lodged a complaint ticket no.[protected]

                                    MY IFB WASHING MACHINE IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY. IT IS UNDER A M C. IT STOPS IN THE MIDDLE. IT DOES NOT SPIN OR RINSE. WATER IS NOT DRAINING OUT PROPERLY. WATER COMES OUT FROM THE BOTTOM ALSO. I GAVE A COMPLAINT ON 22 JUNE 2015. MY TICKET NO.[protected]. IT HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED SO FAR IN SPITE OF REPEATED PHONE CALLS MADE BY ME.

                                      To IFB Washing Machine Division Gujarat, India Subj : Complaint for Service of IFB Washing Machine Customer ID[protected] Dear Sir, I have IFB Washing Machine registered on the name of Ms. Praveena Ghiya. My customer ID is[protected]. I bought this machine, with immense trust on IFB Brand but today looking at your service standards, I regret my decision. On[protected] I took Annual Maintenance Contract paying Rs. 4000. Enclosed is the copy of the same. I was assured that except for the physical body if any part in the machine needs to be changed, including the rubber, it will be done free of cost. You may refer to my numerous complaints made in last 4 months. Every time my complaint is about the digital panel which shows washing time and the miss functioning of the program play and pause button. Every time an engineer comes, solves the problem and it reoccurs within a week. My last complaint was booked on 27th April 2014 and complaint no. is 12845130. As per your practice every time the complaint gets diverted to your Authorized Service Center, M/s Young Engineers, Paldi, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. And we are then left to their mercy. They send unskilled engineers who are always confused and give illogical explanation for the persisting problem. Upon much persuasion, the engineer informed that the complete digital panel needed to be changed. He confirmed that M/s Young Engineers have it in stock and he will return with the panel on the next day. He also assured that since it is an internal part of the machine, it will be covered within the contract and no extra amount will be charged. As perceived, he never returned. When we called up M/s Young Engineers, Ms. Neelam said that the panel is not in stock and it may take few weeks to get it. She also informed about various charges which will be applicable knowing fully well that we have enrolled for AMC. She was not interested in listening to problem and was very rude, arrogant and much like her employer (M/s Young Engineers) her attitude also spelt shrugging off with her responsibilities. It seems no one is interested in solving customer problem after the contract money is received. Inspite of being in service driven market, it amazes me to see how you handle your clients. This is the most pathetic experience of my life. I am still awestruck with the service standards of a brand like IFB. A strict quality check on the service part needs to be implemented with immediate effect. Let me also clarify, that if I don’t receive proper and immediate response to this complaint. I shall not only send a legal notice, but also take up to social networking sites and local newspapers to raise this issue. And believe me, I will spend the time, energy and money to raise this issue on all the necessary platforms. I now leave the decision upto you and shall wait for your response till evening.                                         TICKET NO.12826969 MY Complaints on toll free No.[protected] on 28.4.2014 (afternoon); on 29.4.2014 at 11.35AM; on 29.4.2014 at 5.26PM and on 1.5.2014 at 11.20PM and also through email on 29.4.2014. Inspite of repeated requests and reminders, as assured, no one attended. I am very saddened with the approach on behalf of IFB, a renowned and reputed firm, that even after several reminders and assurance by the people who are attending the call on toll free number, no positive action has been taken and I am facing a lot of problem. In the absence of proper working of the Machine and no positive action from your end despite various efforts, I am mentally upset.
