I purchased the Neptune DX IFB dishwasher from Ashoka Trading (Faridabad, Haryana) on 10th May'14 (Saturday).
When I opened the dish-washer, I found the product defective.
Ashoka Trading Distributor Neeraj & ASM (Normal = +91-[protected]) defaulted in delivering the dish-washer until 13th May'14.
False promised made to me for delivering the product on 12th May & 13th May.
I asked for the refund, then again false promised was made that the product will be delivered.
I want the refund of Rs. 33, 000/- now, Please let me know if I need to follow the legal route.

If i do not get this fixed today, i am planning to scrap IFB washing machine and get a non-IFB machine.
If it gets fixed today, i shall take back my complaint.
