Compl No :11315303 date 17/04/2014 Cost Code :1931043 Complaint was booked on 18/03/2014. Service persons attended thrice. Now it is one month. still machine is not repaired. last visit was on 8/4/2014. after that no body came . no response when called Kannur office. when contacted toll free, they say that system is faulty, records are not available. in addition to AMC of Rs 3500/- i have paid Rs 1700/- . but still machine is faulty. this is pure irresponsibility. i have never expected such a response from IFB, which is well known fore its service. regards, RAJESH Payyanur, Kerala [protected]

    I lodged complaint(no[protected] on 15 march 14 with customer care IFB for washing machine model supremo for change of rubber gasket.Acoordingly technician visited and replaced the same, the person also informed that shocker/
    dumping of machine require change.I agreed to as technicians are better judge.The dumping was changed by IFB, technician.After changing the dumping we noticed leaking of water from machine, which was notified to technician, who tried almost for three days to resolve the issue but with out any result.He asked me to again lodge the complaint with IFB, which was lodged on 03 apr14vide no 12695170.In this case no one from IFB came to attend the same till i approached higher ups.On 09 Apr technician came and told us the drum /tub of the machine is damaged and needs replacement.I asked him to show me the place of damage, to my surprise it was the place next to dumping which was changed by the technician. It was during replacing dumping the person had damaged the drum and tried to conceal the same.I tried on number of times to resolve issue with service head Pune Mr Shiva MOB NO [protected] but of no use.I want IFB officials to look into the matter or I will take legal course of action

      We are facing issues with the service provided by IFB and its franchise Trinity enterprise which is very worst. From November 2013 we have raised many complaints (Complaint no: 12047557, 11867607, 12700453 .Don’t have details of some other complaints number) with IFB regarding the same issue and the issue is not yet fixed. Whenever service agent comes he tells something and fix something else and collects the service chargers. Though the warranty is for 1 month for each complaint IFB Service agents never came back and fixed the issue even after repeated calls and complaints. Every time service agent visited Insisted to take insurance (Worth 2584/-) and bluffed that it will replace the parts within two days of Insurance which never happened. After we took insurance that service agent never came back instead some other person stating it will take time to get the parts. The latest complaint (No :[protected] which we have raised on the same issue is on 04-APR-2013. As per the customer case they have told that it will resolved in 24 hrs and till today (12-APR-2013) which is more than a week none of the service agent has come and fixed issue. I am calling daily to customer care and routine answer what I am getting they will escalate to higher authorities and get it done in 24hrs which never happened. It became part of our daily work to call IFB and request them to get it repaired and getting frustrated. My wife being pregnant and very weak had to wash clothes from past three months adding pressure to her and health is getting impacted which IFB is responsible.

          I have purchased one-Aqua Senator-8-kgs washing machine from Sarita Electronics-Kakinada on the 2nd.april-2014.On 8.4.14-your technician has come to instal the machine at my residence and it was not working, for which he informed that the unit is defective and a replacement(new)-piece will be given to us in 2 to 3 working days.I am daily contacting your managers- Mr.Bharat-[protected] and your Mr.Ramakrishna-[protected], for which they are assuring daily that the new piece will be delivered shortly, but of no avail as till now-16.4.14-11:30-hrs, I have not received this.I have also spoken to your customer care and they registered the complaint today(16.4.14)-at-11:15-hrs-#12779433 and they too are assuring that in 24-hrs, the problem will be solved.Please give me the corect picture and revert back to me.             I Purchased IFB MICROWAVE OVEN Model 20PG3S
            in the year 2012. Later I made a
            Annual Maintenance contract with
            IFB INDUSTRIES LTD 37 ARCOT ROAD, VADAPALANI, CHENNAI-600026the AMC amount
            was Rs 1, 760/- and the period of AMC
            is 2014 to 2015( Invoice cum Receipt SL No:40615)

            As my Microwave oven became repair 25 days back, I made a
            complaint to IFB through phone number[protected] annd they gave me complaint no 11329856 on 04/04/14. For this
            complaint one person came but not repair he said within in a weak we will
            repair but no one came after that for repairing. So again on[protected] I Called
            to customer care, but to much of my shock and surprise they told we received
            status to your complaint number 11329856
            starting that your Microwave oven is already repaired and the complaint is
            closed. Then I made complaint and
            complaint no 11352221.

            I’m very worried about
            ifb services very bad behaviour.
            I have paid the required amount for AMC(Rs 1, 760/-) inspite of getting my money from me your concern is not setting
            right my oven which is gross violation of the CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT1986, So as
            a final chance Iam giving this complaint
            to you for due action, Iwant my microwave oven to be repaired within 48 hours,
            failing to set right the issue i have no other option other than to take this
            matter to the Thiruvallur District Court/Consumer Forum.

              Sir We had made our AMC for IFB Elite 5kg machine on 22/1/2014. We registered the complaint about our repair of our machine (cable-repair, non-rotation of the drum) on 3/2/2014 with the complaint no.1191217. IFB Serviceman Mr.Bhasha attended the complaint and he covered the cable wires with the insulation tapes only. At that time, machine worked, rotated but without clothes, later we loaded with clothes and tried, but the drum didn’t rotate. Again we registered the complaint in the month of March with the complaint no.12589015 Mr.Prasanth IFB Serviceman attended the complaint; he said that the cable wires must be replaced. We have followed the Bangalore IFB service Centre where Mr.Peter, Miss Sangeetha and Miss Mary have informed us every day with the false statement that technician will be send on that day itself but still now, no one came for servicing. Later we approached Mr.Vignesh senior officer he made the conference call with Mr.Peter, Miss Sangeetha and Miss Mary, where they have given the same false statement still now but nothing is put into action. We trusted more on IFB Company and its services but, now, we are getting a worst service where the customers are put in trouble some situation. Kindly take immediate steps for the repair of our machine or else if it could not be done, return back our AMC amount and we will purchase another machine from another company.               I Had some voltage issue in my washing machine and it was rotating very slowly so i raised the complain and then the guy from the service center came and checked something and took the front panel with him saying there is some circuit issue and then he brought it back and spoiled it and nothing is working no lights coming and my machine is full waste now from past 1.5 months am waiting for it to get repaired . Its still in warranty period and the IFB guys are not taking any action really i would suggest you all never go from any IFB products i have never found such case in any other brands.

              We are not satisfied with the product that we are purchased.Because it got repaired for several times and not been rectified so far.So kindly replace the product otherwise we may find some other source to solve the problem.

                Invoice No: 97141592 Invoice Date: 08/02/2014 Store: Lulu Connect, Lulu Mall, Edapally Kochi-682024 Tel: 2727757 I have purchased a Microwave Oven *IFB MWO D-GRILL CONV 25DGSC1", invoice no and date mentioned above. At the time of installation and demo the product is working fine. But after a week the product is started sounding. I have made complaint directly to IFB and their service representative from Home Tech Serviced, Purumbavoor checked and found complaint in the Transformer. After one week they taken the product to their service centre and repaired it and returned. The time taken is 15 days. At the time of demo after the service the we have notice the problem, not solved, I have made complaint to IFB again and also to Customer Care of LULU Connect. It is already one week gone and we are waiting for the service executive to replace the transformer. The Product cost is Rs, 13, 000/- It very bad service from IFB as per our experience. As it is a new product and it is a big issue, IFB can replace the complaint product with new product.

                We purchase a microwave oven on dt 03-Nov-2013 company name IFB now we think we make a big mistake to purchase a microwave of this company we have register complaint on dt 05-Apr-2014 vide ticket no. 12706096 after that this company engineer is came our house without tools on dt 10-Apr-2014 & said i will come with tools tomorrow but till date nobody came. We calls so many time on customer care no but till time they gave us no response.

                I had purchased IFB microwave oven on Oct 2013.
                It worked well for the first 3 months. After that, each time it switch on the oven, there is load shedding and the power goes off. It doesn't work.
                I already had a free service done. But the problem persists.
                I need a new oven or a refund.?
                i have launched a complaint of my microwave on 6th jan 2015 on the toll free number but till today no technician has contacted me. i have reminded the customer care where i was told to contact the service centre. i have been tiven trying the numbers given to me but of no avail as all the numbers are not at all reachable. dont know how to forward the complaint,
                . looks i made a mistake in purchasing a ifb product.
                very poor service provided by ifb service centre. no care is taken for the follow up of the complaints.
                i purchased a microwave oven of ifb on 22nd december 2014 and it started making noise when in use. i launched a complaint on 6th january 2015 but even after 2days not a single person from the service centre has contacted me.continously i have been reminding the customer care centre but they told me to contact the service centre numbers. the numbers given to me are not reachable, which is causing lot of problems as i am not able to use the microwave. it is really a harrasment for the customers for such negligence. i think i made a very big mistake by purchasing ifb product.

                This is pertaining to my IFB micro wave oven, i have registered complaint pertaining to my IFB micro wave oven but no technician is turning up to attend the same because AMC got expired. The statement is if you buy AMC we shall come & repair.

                During AMC coverage none of the technician came for service at the end of AMC they are calling for RENEWAL. I also have a washing machine which is under warrany but no body is turning for service.

                Please help as no one is ready to take the responsibility to get it repaired on part of IFB care as our guarantee is going to lapse within a month.

                The microwave oven was purchased on 08.01.2013. The oven has started rusting ever since and now it has reached a horrible condition. A complaint letter was sent by registered post to Ammini traders, Thripunithura, Kochi from where we purchased the product on 18.04.2015. The customer executives had come here took photos of the product and promised that they will be back and replace the product or the rusted part free of cost. However days and months have passed and no one has approached us till date and even though we have tried several times to contact the shop there has been no response,

                  My name is Hari and I am residing at Murugeshpalya Airforce Camp, Wind Tunnel Road, Bangalore. I am using IFB Microwave oven (Model-20SC2). This oven is unserviceable till last three months. I have lodged complaint in IFB head office and one of the local representative has came to attend the complaint and he compelled me to join in Annual Maintenance Contact (AMC) and I had joined in AMC. My AMC No. is 12299. After one month I again lodged the complaint. Another person has came and told me that the Magnetron and the front panel needs to be replaced and he noted the model aof the magnetron and told that within two to three days both the items will be replaced. But no Messages has came from your side. After four days I had called that representative and he inform me that the magnetron is not available in stock. I had wait for two weeks. In between I had tried to contact IFB local representatives. But they are not even attend my call. After two weeks I had again lodged one complaint on 05 Apr 14. On that day itself one Mr Muniraj has ring me and told me that my magnetron is ready and I asked about the panel. But he has inform me that I will check the availability of panel stock and confirm. Next day 06 Apr 14 Muniraj has ring me and told that Panel is not available. I told him to replace the magnetron that time he replied that magnetron is not suitable for your model. My problem is not yet solved neither a customer representative has came to attend my complaint. Again and again I had approached the IFB customer care at Pathankot. But they have given several mobile numbers of their senior head at Bangalore(Mr Ragul and Mr Anjan) Mr Anjan has promised me that my oven become serviceable at the end of last Thursday ie. 10/04/14. But, my problem is not yet solved neither a customer representative has came to attend my complaint.

                        I have purchased a IFB Eva aqua SX LDT front load fully automatic 6kg washing machine/Sr No. 012291 from popular retail shop "Vasanth & Co" on 22 May 2016 but they have delivered a broken/damaged washing machine to me. Two days later couple of person came from IFB for installation and they unboxed, noticed and informed me that it is broken. Then I went to retail shop to complaint, they said that it would be replaced by IFB itself and they have sent my details to IFB. Laterly a person call from IFB named "Praveen Raja" and asked me to send my details, machine serial number and bill copy via whatsapp. I did as like he wish. He said that it would be delivered in 2 days. but everyday when I enquired about my machine, he used to say by tomorrow or today. And today 27 May 2016, a women called from IFB and verified my delivery address. but until now, I haven't received my machine yet. what the hell I did wrong in this? choosing the IFB over other product only the wrong thing i had made. can any one please help me to take legal action on them?

                              I had lodged a complaint regarding my IFB Elena Washing Machine on 29.1.14. ( complaint No:[protected]. I have been receiving acknowledgement of my complaint through SMS on a daily basis from 29.1.14 to 22.2.14 stating that "IFB representative will visit shortly", but no one has visited so far. I had re-lodged the complaint on 26.3.14( complaint No:[protected] again acknowledged by SMS from 26.3.14 to28.3.14. No service engineer visited my house to attend to the complaint. I made a visit to the local service centre on 4.4.14, my complaint was recorded, with an assurance that it would be attended within 5.4.14.But to this day 7.4.14- no service engineer has called me.                                   I have an IFB Neptune dishwasher that has been on a two-year maintenance contract since June 2013. On 7 Mar 14 I noticed poor quality of washing and 15 - 25 % residue detergent in the detergent dispenser compartment. I lodged a complaint, ticket no. 12522106 with the call centre. After that no one turned up and call centre advised me to contact local office. It turned out that there was no clarity as to which IFB office of Jamshedpur would attend the call. After many calls, one technician came and left after examining the machine, saying the detergent dispenser needed to be replaced. Since he did not come back, I called IFB office. They sent a mechanic who oiled (with Mustard oil, that I could offer from the kitchen) the dispenser and went back, saying there was no spare available with them. He agreed to keep the case under observation. After the problem repeated soon, I lodged a second complaint, ticket no. 12557986 on 12 Mar 14. This time, after much follow up with Jamshedpur Maintenance In-charge, one mechanic came. He took out a PCB and rubbed the contacts. The machine worked sometimes. I decided to observe. On 1 Apr 14, the problem recurred. I called up Jmshedpur Maintenance In-charge and requested him to send a mechanic. He promptly promised to send someone by 2 April 14 (which I later realized to be an April Fool joke!). Finally, on 3 Apr I called up the call centre and learned that my first call had been closed on 20 Mar and the second call had been called. Aghast, I asked the operator to escalate the cases. However, I received a fresh complaint, ticket no. 12693629. Since no one turned up that day, on 4 Apr 14 I called up the call centre, and learned that on 3 Apr 14 at 10:48 AM the call had been forwarded to Jamshedpur office, and requested me to take it up with the Jamshedpur office, as there was little more the call centre could do. Since then I have been calling the office. First, the office denied they had received the call. Then, they promised to give me a status update in one hour, for which I had to ring up again. I was promised a mechanic positively by 5 PM, which turned out to be false. I find IFB service not only an absolute zero, I find the company and its agent and employees full of falsehood. I am surprised that such a renowned company can resort to this type of exploitation of its customers after collecting full payment for maintenance for two years.

                                  I have entered into AMC of my dishwasher for 3 years and its signed with sm agencies, coimbatore.

                                  Details are as under :

                                  Customer code : 3844055

                                  Machine serial # :[protected]

                                  SM Agencies - Bill Serial # 30972 // 27.11.2013

                                  AMC period till – 27.11.2016

                                  Amc code # 0021430

                                  Lodged complaint on 11524526 / 28th of June 2014.

                                  Please note that we have serviced this 3 times thro SM agencies by logging calls and we face enough issues with the existing machine and the service persons have hardly one year / two years experienced and knows nothing or not provided with enough trainings to sort out the issues. Hence I had requested for an experienced person for servicing the dishwasher.

                                  Regarding the call logged on 28th june till date no person has visited. When I call the customer care, they say within 48 hours the service call will be attended and I need to contact sm agencies for further proceedings.

                                  Now, I have purchased a IFB washing machine valueing Rs. 35, 000/- which is also getting serviced from the same person.

                                  If the service call turn around is 10 days for a call then I may not be interested to continue with IFB and I may have to take this up legally when I have entered in to AMC and put all my investments in IFB products.

                                  Kindly take this up to the concerned and sort this out today without fail. I may be forced to legal actions on IFB if the problem is not solved within this week max and its repeated again as I have paid for both the product and service.
