I have IFB washing machine Ellena which was not working. I complained to your central customer care and was referred to Trinity entereprises. My complaint no was 12260098 and your service representative visited us in nov 2013 and I asked them whether it is worth repairing the machine or exchange for a new machine. One Mr. Sunil said that the machine will be excellent after the repair and suggested me to go for a AMC. I spent aroung rs7800 including amc. No body checked the washing process and later when I used the machine there was a big leak in the drum. I complained again and after repeated follow up many times some other person came and put some feviquick and said the problem is solved. Later I noticed that there was heavy noise while drying and there was heavy turbulance and the machine was moving. When I complained again one more representative came and suggested to take away the stand which was purchased and used when I bought the machine and kept the machine on the floor. But my problem was not solved and was following it up with Trinity. They sent another team and replaced the drum which was under amc and changed some other part for around rs 800. They also unnecessarily use dscale powder 4 pockets and charge us.rs 840.But still my problem persisted and after frequent shouting they sent another technician Ismail who said there was a problem in shock absorber and changed it. He also said the bearing may have to be changed. But even after changing the shock absorber the drying is not taking place properly and there is some water left in the tub. and the sound has not come down. My wife is not keeping good health and I have to be there when your representative visits us. Many times they promise and will not turn up and I end up losing my leave because I cannot go to my office expecting these people. I have already spent around rs 9000 for a machine which was purchased for 17000 because of the wrong advice of your service team. I am not at all happy with this and I do not want to use this machine. I request you to kindly take back the machine and refund me the amount I have spent as repairs. If this is not done I will be forced to take it up with the consumer forum for deficiency of services.I expect a immeadiate corrective action. thanks and regards hariharanvv my phone no [protected] email [protected]@yahoo.com

The same Sunil from Trinity Enterprises had created a similar issue in my IFB Sinorita washing machine. We had problem with heater starting as soon as we switch on the machine. Sunil checked and said the switch has problem and said even motor has problem. He approxed Rs. 4850 for both and collected Rs. 2600 as advance and the motor. He came back after 2 days and placed the motor and said this is different motor and carries warranty and collected Rs. 2000 more and when asked for bill and warranty, he said his booklet is complete I will get on my way tomorrow. Later next day we noticed that the tank is leaking and since then both to Sunil and Trinity we have placed several calls since 3 weeks but they haven't turned up yet.
Its better IFB disconnects from Trinity for their fradulant service.

    Our microwave, 30 SRC 1, IFB, is faulty for the last 1 week. We logged the complaint on 24 Feb, ID 12456622, and since then have called repeatedly to the helpline number. On 25th, a person came from the agency, replaced two parts, and went. The machine stopped functioning the same day. The same person returned on the following day now asking for more money for a new part that also got spoilt in the process; we have not paid any money till date for the repair.

      IFB washing machines operation mannual and guarantee cards mention their machine giving ever and again satisfying customer's family needs of washing machine. Its web sites claims total customer satisfaction and excellance through perfaction in manufacturing. But these are claims which company never intends to honour and are made only to lure the customers by befooling thm and stand in competiton with other companies and as such unfair trade practices as defined in consumer protection act and fraud as defined in criminal law. However as per their claims customers can file complaints against the company through out their lives as their claims guarantees their product giving satisfying service the whole of life (as is clear from ever and again satisfying service claim of the company) Therefor all customers who are not satisfied with washing machine of IFB and do not get their grievance redressed like me can file complaint in consumer court and other courts for the same.         I have bought a microwave oven from Adams Marketing Pvt Ltd, Kharagpur branch with invoice date 28.12.2013, invoice no SKPN/5438/13-14, model no IFB MWO 20 BC3, SL No.[protected], Cust id[protected].On 31st jan 2014, I lodged a complaint through sms.I had a conversation with the customer care representative regarding the problem.The interior of the microwave oven is coated with rust and this happened just after cleaning the interior with ifb microclean.Technician visited but the problem was not solved, hence we requested for a replacement of the machine. After this incident several phone calls and sms was received at our end saying that the machine will be replaced shortly and several ticket numbers were generated (ticket no[protected] dtd 31/1/14, ticket no[protected] dtd 19/2/14, ticket no[protected] dtd 19/2/14).But since then no technician visited our place and the machine is not yet replaced.I called up the customer care but the representative said some technical problems have been faced in Kharagpur unit and the machine will soon be replaced.But its 28th feb and the machine is not yet replaced and no follow ups are there from the team. This matter is getting our nerves and our patience to a disgusting state. If this is not solved urgently we have to report this incidence to Consumer forum.So kindly look into the matter in an urgent basis.The details of the mail has been copied below: Dear team, The problem is not yet solved.Technician visited but the machine is not ok.We want a replacement of the microoven.Its hardly a month and the interior is coated with rust and the machine is hardly been used.If the problem is not solved shortly we will have to report this to consumer forum.           I have register a complain with IFB about my washing machine, my complain was immediatly fulfilled and technician came within 24 hours. he came and did not do any thing.. asked me to take AMC which i took paid, 2700 INR and he said that i will come and fix the problem again.. and its been 10 days and logged complain almost 10 times.. and no one has turned up..

            I have raised a ticket no 12411293 on 16 Feb 2013 and still the spare motherboard has not arrived at my home. Inspire of having AMC, I am unable to get it fixed. The manager Sridhar is not picking up my calls most of the times and when he does (v rarely) gives me false hopes that it will be fixed and keeps me dilly dallying. Pl look into it at the earliest

                  My ifb washing machine have its board complaint...My customer id is 2525901...1st complaint id:[protected]They did change that board after 2 months. Its very bad) but that time have some other complaints...(Water does not discharge...) and 2nd complaint id is: 11205009 and complained it last 1 month ago...But i didn't get any info. Since last 2 weeks...I talkled to my nearest service center...But they playes a double game...What should i do...Pls. Do somthing...I[censored] will not take any action, i will complaint to consumer court ...

                    We have complained for our IFB elite SX bought on 11.7.12, within 18 months the drum has started making noise for which complain was made to their service centre no 12147511 after a month of follow up no action was taken, we have recomplained on 12.2.14 given number 12230953, yet no follow up, It feels we have been cheated by the company making tall claims on their product quality and after sales service, their Service agent Neo Services, has only one answer on the phone " SHALL GET BACK TO YOU SOON "

                      We had bought a Microwave oven in the month of May 2013 which has a warranty period of 1 year. Since we had registered for a Demo, a person in-charge had come to explain the working of the product. However, from him we have come to know that the '+10' button(on the touch-menu) (which indicates the increase of time to 10 minutes) is not working. He said he is ready to mend if paid. We have made multiple calls to [protected](Customer service) and come to know that the Keypad-touchscreen-menu comes in the warranty period and it liable to mend free of cost. Please do something at the earliest.

                        Iam using IFB Senorita Vx 6kg 800rpm for the pat 2yrs. i have registered a complaint through phone to the ifb customer care on 10th february 2014 that the machine is creating a large sound when running. as of now 17th february 2014 no one has attended the cmplaint.                         never buy any products from ifb...my ifb washing machine is not in working condition for the past 5 months...I contacted almost daily ifb customercare &amp;amp; my regional customer care...I also contacted service heads in my region also several times...when ever i call the rply is will sent a person in 24 hrs...anyhow due to my continous complaint 4 times executives came to my place...each time different persons come &amp;amp; say different complaints and leave...Then no response...they never value customers...as i took an amc coasting 3000rs i cant dump this product...i am totally trappped...About the washing machine: i purchased it 6 years back &amp;amp; no complaints since then...its good quality product...but when complaint occurs dont expect customer service

                          We bought the IFB cloth dryer. The timer was not working from the very first day. We called the following
                          people, Mr.Mrunmay, Mr.Laurens, Mr.Ragul, and Mr.Manoj several times. No one was courteous enough
                          to pick up the phone.
                          The IFB cloth dryer is a bad design. There are no pause, stop or start buttons.
                          One has to put hand all way into the drum to collect the lint.This is a very poor design.
                          Other dryers like Llyod is very easy to operate and run.
                          The IFB dryer is not customer friendly because its design is bad.
                          One of my friends wants to buy a cloth dryer. We recommended him to Llyod cloth dryer.

                          The IFB cloth dryer was bought at the Reliance Store, Orion Mall, Bangalore on Jan 22, 2014.
                          We have been pretty dissatisfied with the machine.
                          We were having Llyod dryer, which was very good and we had used it for several years.
                          We thought we would buy the IFB this time. That was a big mistake.
                          No one from the company answers the phone, even the phone rings for more than 20 rings.
                          Bad service.
                          The design of the IFB dryer is bad. One has to put hand all the way into the drum to get lint (This is very bad)
                          There are no pause, stop or start buttons. One cannot stop the machine easily. One has to switch off
                          the main. Very poor design.
                          The IFB dryer has to be re-designed properly. It is not consumer friendly at all.
                          We feel bad that we bought this machine and we are stuck with this.

                            Dear sir This is report your good offices of the poorest quality of service from IFB Company; We own a washing machine of 7 kg Model:Digital no[protected] whose valid AMC has been taken by valid till[protected]. This machine's something called PBC Circuit has been damaged. we lodged complaint of 19th of Jan 2014 with there helpline no. And accordingly some company people have visited our place &amp; assured of speedy service; since then we have been repeatedly contacted at Varanasi service center &amp; their executives; every time they are reporting quick service but in vein. Various efforts to contact at their lucknow offices have not resulted in any thing. please look into the matter &amp; take a speedy action. Thanks. Dr. Brijendra Pathak. Varanasi.

                                I bought the new IFB washing machine on 2nd FEB and today 10th FEB no one come for the installation. There is a poor service from the vadodara service center. There is no communication from the service center and if we called also very bad response from the lady and i register the customer complaint through customer care and they register the complaint(ticket no[protected] on 8th morning but till now complaint is open and they said within 24 hours the complaint will close. even i am feeling very bad about IFB, why i bought this IFB?.

                                  I bought the above said washing machine on 1st February 2014, which was installed on 4th February. Companies representative Mr. Ashwin came for installation. He was told by us that the clothes are not getting dried. He asked us to wash the clothes the next day and if the problem still persists he will visit. On 5th Feb, same problem occurred twice which was shown to Mr. Ashwin, who advised that the machine may require to be replaced for which a complaint may be lodged with IFB care on[protected]. Subsequently, the complaint was lodged with Mr. Debashish, a representative of IFB care, who advised that the matter will be resolved by the companies Gujarat office. The matter was take up with the companies Gujarat office on 7th Feb over telephone ([protected]). They deputed Mr. Dharmendar Patel on 8th Feb to have a look at the problem. Mr. Patel also informed me that the machine requires to be replaced. Today i.e. 10th of Feb, Mr. Prashant Sharma along with Mr. Vijay Paswan came to verify the functioning of the machine. According to Mr. Sharma the clothes will and I quote "The clothes will dry only 60%-70%". By squeezing the so called dried clothes, both of them were shown the water droplets trickling down from the clothes. However according to them the machine was working perfectly, which they refused to give in writing. Upon taking up the issue with Mr. Ajay Chauhan, superior of Mr. Prashant Sharma, regarding non issue of the report on the functioning of the machine, he stated and I quote again, "There is no such practice of IFB recording this on the instruction manual" despite a page being provided there for the said purpose.Both Mr. Sharma and Mr. Chauhan said that no such report can be given by the companies representative who visited us. Since the machine is not working properly as already verified two of the company's technical person, i would request the machine to be replaced immediately.

                                    On Jan 22 2014, we purchase an IFB dryer from Reliance Store in Orion Mall Bangalore. We were assured that the dryer was a good one. We purchased this dryer because our old Lloyds Dryer timer switch became defective. Our dryer was installed on Jan 24 by IFB tech Rajsekhar. He installed it but did not wait to see if everything worked fine.

                                    The very first time we used it, we noticed that the timer switch was not working. We called the service center and Mr.Tiwari confirmed that the switch was defective. We asked that this dryer be replaced with a brand new one with no defects. We have called numerous times and we are thoroughly dissatisfied with the service line.

                                    We have called so far the following people, who do not answer the phone, or else don't give us a satisfactory answer.

                                      Hi I purchased IFB Elena VS washing machine in Nov'13 and I was told to use descale after 30 wash cycles by the technician who installed the machine, but when I used the IFB descale the color of drum changed to black patches and all shine and gone away, now this drum will start rusting because all protective coating/layer is washed by descale.IFB has cancelling my complaint and asking me to pay for the drum change.                                         I suneel bommireddy, M.Fsc working as a department Manager C.P aqua. I am staying Kavali town of Nellore Dist Andhrapradesh India . On 9-11-11 I purchased a IFB washing machine model 6081 u r company made a warranty certificate of 2 years . one day some o[censored]r Customer care persons called me they told that “ur warranty will expire soon i[censored] need further 2 years warrantee u will pay Rs 1806 -00 we will provide another 2 years warrantee “ BASING on that words I made a call to the customer care persons on 3-10-13( before myexpiery of 2 years warrantee period i.e one monthprior ) for that purpose then they lifted the phone and answered me like this “we informed our Nellore branch person by name Ramakrishna our technical person who is visiting frequently to Kavali will collect money 1806 for extension of further 2 years warrantee” . On the same day Mr Ramakrishna came to my home and collect the 1806 and he gave me a slip( i.e primary on) the slip contains AMC For 2 years that Ramakrishna again told me that after 1 month our company provide original bill this is primary one . So many times I contacted Customer care persons and technical persons Vamsi, Ramakrishna They did not give me response properly Finally on 18-01-14 I lost my patency and quarreled with Customer care person, that person told me “that we will up date ur warrantee in on line and today we will send a original slip “. on 19 ur technical person came to kavali for regular visit he took a bill and gave that bill to the shop owner who had been sell that washing machine to me on 9-11-11 . then that shop owner called me and he gave that slip to me, after seeing of that slip I shocked, why because it is having one year warrantee up to oct 2014 but I played for 2 years, again I contacted Customer care persons in my phone they told me that we only provide one year . Finally after irritating I am informing the higher officials to this situation . I am asking a few questions to IFB managers/ Higher officials are u recruiting a cheating persons in u r company why because IFB it itself having its own brand image in India and abroad but mainly the servicing persons damaging the image o[censored]r brand even a small mistake leads to huge image damage o[censored] r product . I am a educated and as well as awareness person even though I am facing lot of trouble, if an uneducated purchases IFB product if a problem comes what about his situation kindly imagine . why because I am having all proofs i.e all detailed telephone bills how many times I contacted to the technical persons and customer care center and primary bill having 2 years warrantee given by ur technical person even though they are cheated me . so I am requesting stop playing games with customers and provide good service to the customers and remove the lazy technical persons and who are sitting in the chairs of customer care service centers recruit the persons who are loving work as well as needy persons .
                                        I am again saying that kindly provide 2 years warrantee. And also I am saying that money is not at all criteria for me but honest is the main criteria for me. Other wise I will approach the Consumer court.
