We bought the IFB cloth dryer. The timer was not working from the very first day. We called the following
people, Mr.Mrunmay, Mr.Laurens, Mr.Ragul, and Mr.Manoj several times. No one was courteous enough
to pick up the phone.
The IFB cloth dryer is a bad design. There are no pause, stop or start buttons.
One has to put hand all way into the drum to collect the lint.This is a very poor design.
Other dryers like Llyod is very easy to operate and run.
The IFB dryer is not customer friendly because its design is bad.
One of my friends wants to buy a cloth dryer. We recommended him to Llyod cloth dryer.

The IFB cloth dryer was bought at the Reliance Store, Orion Mall, Bangalore on Jan 22, 2014.
We have been pretty dissatisfied with the machine.
We were having Llyod dryer, which was very good and we had used it for several years.
We thought we would buy the IFB this time. That was a big mistake.
No one from the company answers the phone, even the phone rings for more than 20 rings.
Bad service.
The design of the IFB dryer is bad. One has to put hand all the way into the drum to get lint (This is very bad)
There are no pause, stop or start buttons. One cannot stop the machine easily. One has to switch off
the main. Very poor design.
The IFB dryer has to be re-designed properly. It is not consumer friendly at all.
We feel bad that we bought this machine and we are stuck with this.

    Dear sir This is report your good offices of the poorest quality of service from IFB Company; We own a washing machine of 7 kg Model:Digital no[protected] whose valid AMC has been taken by valid till[protected]. This machine's something called PBC Circuit has been damaged. we lodged complaint of 19th of Jan 2014 with there helpline no. And accordingly some company people have visited our place & assured of speedy service; since then we have been repeatedly contacted at Varanasi service center & their executives; every time they are reporting quick service but in vein. Various efforts to contact at their lucknow offices have not resulted in any thing. please look into the matter & take a speedy action. Thanks. Dr. Brijendra Pathak. Varanasi.

        I bought the new IFB washing machine on 2nd FEB and today 10th FEB no one come for the installation. There is a poor service from the vadodara service center. There is no communication from the service center and if we called also very bad response from the lady and i register the customer complaint through customer care and they register the complaint(ticket no[protected] on 8th morning but till now complaint is open and they said within 24 hours the complaint will close. even i am feeling very bad about IFB, why i bought this IFB?.

          I bought the above said washing machine on 1st February 2014, which was installed on 4th February. Companies representative Mr. Ashwin came for installation. He was told by us that the clothes are not getting dried. He asked us to wash the clothes the next day and if the problem still persists he will visit. On 5th Feb, same problem occurred twice which was shown to Mr. Ashwin, who advised that the machine may require to be replaced for which a complaint may be lodged with IFB care on[protected]. Subsequently, the complaint was lodged with Mr. Debashish, a representative of IFB care, who advised that the matter will be resolved by the companies Gujarat office. The matter was take up with the companies Gujarat office on 7th Feb over telephone ([protected]). They deputed Mr. Dharmendar Patel on 8th Feb to have a look at the problem. Mr. Patel also informed me that the machine requires to be replaced. Today i.e. 10th of Feb, Mr. Prashant Sharma along with Mr. Vijay Paswan came to verify the functioning of the machine. According to Mr. Sharma the clothes will and I quote "The clothes will dry only 60%-70%". By squeezing the so called dried clothes, both of them were shown the water droplets trickling down from the clothes. However according to them the machine was working perfectly, which they refused to give in writing. Upon taking up the issue with Mr. Ajay Chauhan, superior of Mr. Prashant Sharma, regarding non issue of the report on the functioning of the machine, he stated and I quote again, "There is no such practice of IFB recording this on the instruction manual" despite a page being provided there for the said purpose.Both Mr. Sharma and Mr. Chauhan said that no such report can be given by the companies representative who visited us. Since the machine is not working properly as already verified two of the company's technical person, i would request the machine to be replaced immediately.
          Did they finally replace the machine?

            On Jan 22 2014, we purchase an IFB dryer from Reliance Store in Orion Mall Bangalore. We were assured that the dryer was a good one. We purchased this dryer because our old Lloyds Dryer timer switch became defective. Our dryer was installed on Jan 24 by IFB tech Rajsekhar. He installed it but did not wait to see if everything worked fine.

            The very first time we used it, we noticed that the timer switch was not working. We called the service center and Mr.Tiwari confirmed that the switch was defective. We asked that this dryer be replaced with a brand new one with no defects. We have called numerous times and we are thoroughly dissatisfied with the service line.

            We have called so far the following people, who do not answer the phone, or else don't give us a satisfactory answer.

              Hi I purchased IFB Elena VS washing machine in Nov'13 and I was told to use descale after 30 wash cycles by the technician who installed the machine, but when I used the IFB descale the color of drum changed to black patches and all shine and gone away, now this drum will start rusting because all protective coating/layer is washed by descale.IFB has cancelling my complaint and asking me to pay for the drum change.                 I suneel bommireddy, M.Fsc working as a department Manager C.P aqua. I am staying Kavali town of Nellore Dist Andhrapradesh India . On 9-11-11 I purchased a IFB washing machine model 6081 u r company made a warranty certificate of 2 years . one day some o[censored]r Customer care persons called me they told that “ur warranty will expire soon i[censored] need further 2 years warrantee u will pay Rs 1806 -00 we will provide another 2 years warrantee “ BASING on that words I made a call to the customer care persons on 3-10-13( before myexpiery of 2 years warrantee period i.e one monthprior ) for that purpose then they lifted the phone and answered me like this “we informed our Nellore branch person by name Ramakrishna our technical person who is visiting frequently to Kavali will collect money 1806 for extension of further 2 years warrantee” . On the same day Mr Ramakrishna came to my home and collect the 1806 and he gave me a slip( i.e primary on) the slip contains AMC For 2 years that Ramakrishna again told me that after 1 month our company provide original bill this is primary one . So many times I contacted Customer care persons and technical persons Vamsi, Ramakrishna They did not give me response properly Finally on 18-01-14 I lost my patency and quarreled with Customer care person, that person told me “that we will up date ur warrantee in on line and today we will send a original slip “. on 19 ur technical person came to kavali for regular visit he took a bill and gave that bill to the shop owner who had been sell that washing machine to me on 9-11-11 . then that shop owner called me and he gave that slip to me, after seeing of that slip I shocked, why because it is having one year warrantee up to oct 2014 but I played for 2 years, again I contacted Customer care persons in my phone they told me that we only provide one year . Finally after irritating I am informing the higher officials to this situation . I am asking a few questions to IFB managers/ Higher officials are u recruiting a cheating persons in u r company why because IFB it itself having its own brand image in India and abroad but mainly the servicing persons damaging the image o[censored]r brand even a small mistake leads to huge image damage o[censored] r product . I am a educated and as well as awareness person even though I am facing lot of trouble, if an uneducated purchases IFB product if a problem comes what about his situation kindly imagine . why because I am having all proofs i.e all detailed telephone bills how many times I contacted to the technical persons and customer care center and primary bill having 2 years warrantee given by ur technical person even though they are cheated me . so I am requesting stop playing games with customers and provide good service to the customers and remove the lazy technical persons and who are sitting in the chairs of customer care service centers recruit the persons who are loving work as well as needy persons .
                I am again saying that kindly provide 2 years warrantee. And also I am saying that money is not at all criteria for me but honest is the main criteria for me. Other wise I will approach the Consumer court.

                  I have raise the compliant on my washing machine which is not working. The reference no is : 12288694. None of the technician looked into the issue and till now. Its almost 2 days is over. But they close the issue.

                  When i contact customer care they said they will initiate with new ticket. I am not sure how long this is going to happen.

                  Also In November i have raised the compliant almost 6 days it took the technician to contact me.

                  It is sad to say that IFB service is very poor in bangalore i am quit unhappy and disappointed the way the issue is being handled.

                    If you have courtesy to respect genuine customers who suffer getting a defective product, kindly consider this issue as a highest level of escalation from my end and do the needful.

                    Have purchased your brand Microwave Oven in IFB Point, trusting your brand's quality.It worked properly for a week from the date of purchase and it stopped working.I raised a complaint and technician came after a week, said the magnetron has gone bad, got a new magnetron after waiting for another week and when he tried fitting it, flames came up from circuit board. He said that, the entire unit has gone bad and will replace it in 3 days. Was waiting for it with continuous followups for 40-45 days(around 30-35 calls were made to the service guys in this waiting period for followups from my end to get it replaced) and finally got a new microwave.

                    Was astonished to see a shorter leg rest out of four which made the device to stand in a slanted position. Thought of adjusting and accepting the defect and placed a perfect balance for it and started using. Again, it worked fine for a week and it has started showing up problems. While the magnetron/machine runs, if I open the door, its not getting stopped and also, the light at times is not getting turned on when I open the door. I am totally lost with this microwave oven and am completely not satisfied in it at all.

                    If you can understand a customer's point of view, kindly arrange for a product exchange where I can go for some other product of yours rather than to get Microwave Oven.
                    Kindly help me out with this issue so that, I can get a better product of yours rather than a microwave oven which proves to be defective.

                    Have made many complaints earlier and one of the complaint numbers is 12019780.

I wish to briefly bring to your attention about problems faced by me. I purchased IFB Supreme in 1997-after having user experience-of BOSCH – your collaborator - for over several years and with confidence. Presently I’m residing in Coimbatore after retirement from active service. I opted for AMC (TWO years) as of March 2012 for maintaining my IFB Supreme washing machine. I always had dispute with your local set up and had been sending several mails (on problems faced in maintaining my IFB.) in the past. I’m attaching copies of TWO of my last mails for, your necessary investigation and corrective action by your esteemed office / organization. The investigating persons should not be related to any of the present managers in Coimbatore – for an unbiased and justified end result. In general, IFB in Coimbatore, do not meet the standards of-BOSCH / IFB Industries in taking care of customers as it should be. IFB products are good and the service back-up is very bad due to negligence or ignorance of the people attached to related tasks. If you have noticed, BOSCH is catching up fast, in India due to failure by IFB service staff.( I too have been approached for a washing machine upon expiry of my AMC with IFB in March 2014. I did not want to bother you on this small grievance but felt, suffered enough for buying an IFB, but still feel you can make a change in my case. Many Thanks for your kind attention in this matter.                         I took delivery of the product IFB Senorita Aqua SX 6kg Front loading Washing machine from dealer Jayam & Co, Selaiyur, Chennai on 17/1/14 and placed an installation & demo request with IFB. Even with the initial call, i could able to feel the careless attitude shown by IFB customer rep without any greeting for a new customer & without any guidance of 'what to do next'. Even my dealer called up IFB & reminded. The next day i got a call from JS enterprises that installation engg will shortly come.I waited for whole day, no one called / showed up.Again after Sunday, i was waiting for a call on Monday and evening when i called IFB, came to know that there was a Pin code error ( due to wrong entry by IFB cust rep) happened which resulted in the delay. I corrected the pin code & was also given a new Franchise-'Star aid conditioners' contact no. I called up the franchise guy & he confirmed the installation can be done the next day i.e.21/1/14.But the next day he didn't pickup the phone. I called IFB again & got the same response that the issue will be escalated & will be closed in 24h time. Today morning i again called up IFB & explained the whole story and the Cust Rep replied that the issue will be escalated to 'Senior' level & i will recieve a callback in another 1 hour ( when it was 9 AM). I waited till 6 PM & the same result. Not a single courtesy call. I again called up & got a chance to speak with so-called 'Senior' executive & he assured me again with the same promise of 24hr issue rectification. What a First time Experience I had with IFB ! With this how could i keep my trust on IFB for future service repairs? Please dump all the 'IFB edge, IFB loyalty programme, IFB promise' slogans. I repent myself for having purchased an IFB product though many of my friends warned me of Pathetic & Unreliable service from IFB beforehand.I am surprised to find out there is not even a Grievance Redressal forum with IFB, which clearly shows lack of Customer centric approach of the Company. I am totally dissatisfied with this experience and whether will it repeat in the future or not, i don't want to take a chance. I have spoken to my dealer to return the Product & to replace it with Bosch / Siemens make even at some premium price. IFB, better change your tagline from 'Set Yourself Free' to 'Set yourself on Fire'.
                        I also faced same issue the so called head of sales was very rude( shouting at top of his voice), there is not customer facing approach in ifb, it is sad that we purchased this product

                          Hi All,

                          We do have IFB top loading machine, and for which, while we asked for services, they encouraged us for the AMC by paying Rs 4000/-(Please note half of the machine cost). We have paid it also as they expected.

                          After the AMC, as a first complaint, we lodged a complaint on 20th December, stating that Machine is not working, but for no reason, it was recorded in systenm on 8th Jan 2015. They delayed it for 15 days for taking the complaint itself.

                          Any how we persisted and followed up for (prompt ?!) at least resonable service with everey day follow up.

                          We are following up with Udaya Rajan, Head for Vellore, ..either he keep say spare is supposed to come from Chennai or he dont attend the pHone.

                          We tried all other possible way, but our problem has not solved out till date...

                          All the aged people are suffereing inhome as the washing machine not working

                          I am really fedup with this poor (Zero) service from IFB.

                          Infact I had big will on IFB products and its service..but getting vanished away.

                          I have to look for next step as rightful consumer.

                            I had ifb washing machine it is not working from last several months i had complaint various time they visit but the person is untrained then he tell us that the part is not well please take the annual maitainance and we will give you proper service and annual free service then after taking service we wait for 1 month then no one came then he said that the new part will be needed so he takes time of 1 week after that when he come and open machinery he broke the body of machine and now they are not changing and said it is not included in warranty and now they are not giving free service as it is included in that now when i register complaint they not coming

                              Dear all, Few days back I had made complaint regarding water leakage and getting sound at spinning IFB washing machine. IFB engineer was visiting and changed rubber, but problem was not resolved same issue. I had made complaint again. Ticket 12158593 . without attending the call, call was closed. Again call was logged ticket number 12211518 but till date no one visited. If such kind of service given by IFB, how come customer will satisfy. kindly attend the call and resolve my issue. otherwise I have complaint higher official, consumer form. product under AMC.                                 I had lodged a complain at ifb customer care on 7th jan'14 .They told me that my problem will be solved in 24 hours but nobody appeared. Again on 11th & 13th jan'14 I lodged the same complaint . The lady on the phone gave me "Mr.Mittal's" Number . I called him so many times, he never recived. Till today I.e 15th jan nobody has come to solve my problem

                                  I own a Top load fully automatic model AW60-8061.During rinse and dry operations made a hell of noise and starts vibrating very hard.So i called service station in POLLACHI and the service guy charged me 4000 for a voltage stabiliser and an aqua water softner plug.But the problem still continues no proper response from service station. I want the ifb guys to take back their damn stabiliser and softner and refund my money back.

                                    My Customer ID No. is 3169777, Complaint No.11059659 dated 11th December, 2013 which was closed without rectifying the fault and again when I contacted they Registered a fresh complaint No.11071512 on 16th December 2013. I need the Rubber ring washer for the upper water spray arm and one set o[censored]pper basket height adjustment bracket. I have reminded your people several times during the last one month and they promised to rectify the same as soon as the spare parts are received. Till date it is not attended and is this the way you provide Customer care and service? How long do you expect us to wait? Unfortunately you do not have proper and reliable SERVICE PEOPLE. After selling your products do you expect us to be left in the dark? Is it not your responsibility to provide spare parts and service? I do not need your service. At least could you please courier the above spares to me directly without wasting further time or do you want to give the excuse that the TWO year Warranty has expired on 19th December 2013.                                     It is unfortunate that a customer has to wait over a month for such a small spare part. Of course it is the irresponsibility on the part of the Company.

                                      I am feeling cheated as IFB is unable to confirm the part price. My microwave oven stopped working during 1st week of Oct. Oct 6th One of IFB executive visited my place and changed a fuse which is available in local market for Rs.20, even the USD price of the fuse is not crossing Rs 25-30. I got charged Rs 525 for that fuse. My microwave oven did not even last for one round of cooking and got busted in 10 mins. After writing many mails to local service center Deepa enterprises and [protected]@ifbglobal.com, i could not get any response. I have pdf of the mail sent by me to IFB, l could not find a way to upload it. Regards, Vaibhav Jain

                                      IFB customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                      The complaint id ( [protected] ) booked in the Customer care was fake. Not done by me. I call the customer care around 7.30 pm. One Muthu attend my call and not give the details and use the un-parliamentary words agonist me.( Patty- Dog ) .

                                      Let me Know, Who create the fake complaint in my name ? and why Muthu sue the abuse language
