I have purchased a washing machine " IFB- EVA" and now it is in warrenty period. Now, there was abnormal sound from the machine while working and later on when the switch was on, the indicator light was off and then fumes were started from the machine. This is causing fear for us to operate teh machine. since it is in warranty period, kindly replace the machine with a new one.

In spite of numerous calls to their customer care, service centre and their representatives and their polite assurances, they have done nothing. One cannot think of such lackadaisical attitude from such company. They are so shameless that they stop taking calls and talk of escalating the complaint. Its quite frustrating.
