    Hi, Recently, I have bought IFB Senorita Vx 6 Kg Washing Machine under exchange offer by placing order directly at IFB's website. I have exchanged my old IFB washing m/c with Senorita Vx. Today is 29th Sep' 2013. My new Senorita Vx is installed on 26th Sep' 2013. So far I have gone through 4 washes and in each wash machine is making noise at the start and end of Spin Cycle. Noise is in the form of 'Tak-Tak-Tak' as if it's rotating drum is hitting some other part within washing m/c. It seems IFB has delivered some sub-standard product.       my washing machine made a very loud sound during working since installation 2010.during warranty period service person said that it is normal sound but when warranty expired they demand for replace the machine part on my expense. my costumer id no. is 2425362. i call a fresh compliant one month back, service person came and he told me about money difference if i got service on private basis or through company.i left the matter and i call a fresh complaint 1 week back but no service personal attend the machine .i regularly call Mr.sunil (contact no.[protected]).every day he assured me that engineer will visit but till date no. person visit the site i m ready to pay for replace part on cash basis

        Sir, I was having IFB washing machine Senorita plus model in my house for the past 10 year. As there was a sound during spin position I requested to attend the problem thro' your service engineer as i have already paid AMC amount. The technician who came advised to replace with new one as there is a scheme. With his good words I paid huge amount and purchased IFB Washing Machine Front Loading Model Admiral 7012W 7 kg. With much PAIN i inform you that the machine was developed the following problem from the date of supply. IF POWER GOES AND COME THE MACHINE STARTS FROM THE INITIAL POSITION( NOT FROM THE POSITION WHERE IT STOPS) I purchased the machine directly from IFB Industries not from any show room. The details are as follows. Front Loading WM 7 kg Admiral 7012W Serial Number - [protected] Invoice Number - [protected] Invocie date - 10.12.2012 Subsequently it developed with the following problem WATER IS SUCKED IN WHEN IT CHANGES FROM WASH TO RINSE POSISITON. EVERY TIME WE HAVE TO POUR WATER AFTER WASH POSISITON. With much pain i am facing all the problems for the past one year. Though they said when supply that the machine is having warranty of 4 years, the above problems are not attended. I am wandering from pillar to post for the past one year. But no reply come from your technicians. They simply say wait a week sir we will replace the machine with new. Same words they are telling for the past six months. From yesterday morning it developed the following new problem in addition to the above problems. F2 indication comes continuously even if we closed the door correctly. NOw the machine come to halt. Even we could not wash any thing. I request you immediately take necessary action to replace the machine immediately. Because we both are working in our house, we could not spare time to wash. Only because of this and having much confidance on the IFB machine we purchased that one. I request you to replace the machine immediately

          i, IDRIS NOORUDDIN, contacted customer care IFB about my problem with Neo Services Mumbai Branch. I have a signed 2 year contract by them, i received a message from Mr Akshata More (customer services IFB) saying i would get service on 5 july 2013, but till today26 september july 2013 i still have not receved service a technician from Neo services contacted me and said i would have to pay even though i have a contract. Also one madame-Hemlata (also from Neo services) called me and said even though i have a contract i would have to pay!!! SO WHAT IS THE MEANING OF MAKING A CONTRACT???????????
          if there is no meaning for the contract i want my money back NOW!!!. they take the money first and then dont give service!!! my number +91 [protected]

            I have a 6 Kg Digital IFB washing machine. My permanent ID is:2967993. I have extended warranty till 11.04.15. The machine stopped working and I booked a complaint at toll free customer care on 11.9.13 at 4.45.pm and was assured that the technician would visit within 72 hours. On 10.9.13, even after 72 hours, when no one came, I called again to remind them. Finally at 7 pm, a technician came and said a part will have to be replaced and he would do so on 12.9.13. Ever since then, I have made innumerous calls both to toll free customer care as well as to local franchisee, and they kept assuring me that someone would come that very day.....but no one came. After finally expressing my deep anger and anguish, on calling again, today,on 18.9.13,a technician came...and had the temerity to tell me that he had got the wrong part! So even 11 days after booking my complaint and despite having paid Rs 6292/- for extended warranty, this is the humiliation I have to face. I request you to bring this shoddy customer care service provided by IFB to the notice of whoever deals with it, so that action is taken against the franchisee. Though I personally have no hope from this hopeless company!

              Dear Sir, I bought IFB Microwave Owen 38SRC1 from Vasanth & Co, Porur, Chennai on 11th June 2013 via bill number [protected] for Rs. 13800/-. The appliance that was delivered to me was found faulty when IFB representative came for Demo. After lot of follow ups, the same was replaced on 20th June 2013 vide Proforma Invoice [protected] dated 19.06.2013. However, I could use the replaced oven only twice, before it stopped functioning. I complained on 8th Aug 2013. No body responded to the complaint and to my surprise, I found that the same was cancelled. Around a week later, I again raised a complaint number 10753737. Based on this complaint, a representative from Shri Kailash Enterprises, Vadapalani (Franchise for IFB Industries Ltd) visited my residence and informed that the parts need to be replaced. For next 10 days, I followed with Ms. Shanti (Contact Number :[protected] of Shri Kailash Enterprise and was repeated informed by them that spare parts could not be arranged. After that they said, they won’t be able to get a spare part, hence they have requested for replacement with IFB. Since, I was not getting any positive response from Ms. Shanti of Shri Kailash Enterprise, I asked her to provide me the number of IFB representative. Finally she yielded and provided me the number of Ms. Gayatri (Contact Number : [protected]). She answered my call once around 3 weeks back and after that I would have called her more than twenty times which she did not bother to answer. Last week, I got a call from Ms. Sharmila[protected] informing me that Model 38SRC is not produced any more and they are willing to replace it with a lower Model 30SRC and also pay Rs. 1000 back to me which is the difference in MRP between Model 38 SRC and 30 SRC. I told them that when I enquired, the retail price of 30 SRC was Rs. 11500/- only. I am willing to accept the lower Model 30 SRC only if they could pay me Rs. 2300/- which is the difference in Retail Price between Model 38 SRC and 30 SRC. After that, calls to Ms. Shanti has not been able to provide me any concrete solution and calls to Ms. Gayatri has not been answered by her. I am so accommodating, that for me any one of the following to address this is fine:- 1. Replace my Model 38 SRC with a new 38 SRC in a working condition. 2. Pay back Rs. 13800/- Plus Rs 1325 (Invoice Number 387 dated 20.06.2013) that I paid for adaptor and demo charges Plus Rs. 150 Delivery Charges. (Total – Rs. 15275) 3. Replace my model 38 SRC with a new 30 SRC in working condition with Rs. 2300/-. IFB should appreciate that a customer who has been tormented to the highest level is still willing to use IFB products. I believe, my demand as a customer is fair and I request you to kindly provide me necessary assistance to get my Microwave oven replaced/repaired/refunded. Thanking You, With Best Regards C.A.                 We have got IFB machine. We are facing problems with the machine and registered a complaint[protected] on 5th September (we have AMC for this machine). Until now, problem has not been resolved. Whenever we call customer service centre, they just repeat the readymade answer “we apologies for the inconvenience and we will attend and resolve the issue within a day”. Then they give Bangalore area service centre contact no (Mr.Velu [protected]), technician head ( Mr.Senthil [protected]) but nothing works. All these people give a assurance that by evening some will visit but till today (17th Sept) no one turned up and we will end up in wasting time by waiting for these guys. The issue has been raised to Bangalore service head Mr. Rahul (mobile no: [protected]) but absolutely no use. He gives evading answers (he keeps saying Technician will there in half an hour and will call back in 5 minutes with eact details but he never sticks to his words). If the IFB service head is like this....what can be expected from IFB product and IFB company.... Please say “NO TO IFB PRODUCTS” otherwise you will repent later......Its service facility is one of the worst and it is fraud. The service is not at all effective.

                  THE COMPLAINT WAS REGISTERED A MONTH AGA NOO NO 11407147 AND WAS ATTENDED TO AFTER A LOT OF REMINDERS AND CALLS TO SERVICE CENTER AND THEN ONE DAY THEY CAME AND PROMISE TO CHANGE THE FAULTY PUMP NEXT DAY WHICH IS AGAIN BEEN 15 DAYS AND STILL REMINDING THEM .IF ANNUAL MAINTENANCE IS THIS WHICH IS HALF OF THE YEAR THEY DONT ATTEND TO THE COMPLAINTS TIME TO TAKE THEM TO CONSUMER COURTS AND GET THE YEARLY MONEY BACK ALONG WITH THE EXPENSES INCURRED FOR USING THE ALTERNATIVE USES.THESE COMPANIES ARE DISGUSTING THEY ONLY KNOW HOW TO FLEECE THE CUSTOMER ...HOW CAN ONE BUY THEIR PRODUCT AGAIN IN ONES LIFES ...I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THEIR SHUTTERS DOWN SOON J S BAWA

                    Dear Sir/ Madam, I am writing to inform you that how I am bitterly disappointed with the unkind attitude of the IFB service department. The facts of the case are as follows..... I complained about my washing machine Senorita DX problems and registered my complaint. My complaint no. is 11430652 and Customer ID is 1550203 .The Service people from IFB came and they switch on the IFB and that time it works and they had advised to replace the bearing and they had replaced it exchange of huge amount of service charge and . The very next day we faced the same power problem ,again we had complain against that & the service people came and told that the problem is in the motherboard. I could not understand that whether this is the other way of earning money may be there sales has been decreased. We are facing problem in regular interval after buying the washing m/c. I am also writing with a heavy heart after a long wait. Moreover, the lethargic and unkind attitude of the IFB service department has caused me mental stress and inconvenience as I am not able to use the machine for a long time.                       I have a washing machine that is close to 6 years old. I haven't had a problem with it till about 2 years back when an ignorant non technical person from IFB's authorised dealer- M/s CLASSIC Enterprises , Perambur came and opened it. Ever since that I have been having serious problems with the door . It gets broken . To replace it costs close to Rs.1,200 and I have done it at least 4 times now. Latest was on 27th August 2013. After much calling and threatening etc, they sent a so called senior technician Mr. Madhu, who decided to use the old latch from the earlier damaged frame. Yesterday while my wife tried to open the machine the latch broke. To get to the bottom of this frequent failure I checked it up and opened the door frame. Saw that the plastic on 1 side of the latch had broken. It is so flimsy it is a surprise that it lasted as long as it did. This is becoming a recurring loss of money / time and other resultant losses in addition to not being able to wash clothes. Since we are a working couple the pressure is all the more on us. My Customer Id is 658215 and my latest complaint reference is 10814573 dated 10 September 2013. I was asked to speak to Vinod the area manager , who seems to be very stuck up in his attitude and manner of speech. He is very argumentative which is totally unbecoming of any customer service professional. He always has a point to prove and teach a customer....wonder who selected him and why he is in that position !! shocking lack of empathy towards a customer. Look forward to your assistance in resolving this issue. I suspect that the company / the dealer is using spurious spare parts that are flimsy in order to make money and are deploying untrained raw hands to rip off gullible customers.

                        I bought IFB Convection Microwave Oven 20SC2 on 24.2.13. from Vijay Sales. When the timer suddenly stopped working in 5 months, I complained to the Customer service of IFB. the person came home and said that there is a spark coming in the oven and we should not use it at all. A new part will be installed for FREE as this is an absolutely new machine and well within warranty. From then till date, I have been continuously in touch with each and every service person from IFB namely Ms.Hemlata, etc...They all are mentioning that the part is coming specially for my machine from Germany and now she says that I need to pay for the part. Imagine such a big brand has pathetic ovens and a more pathetic customer service. Looks like someone is swimming through the 7 seas for this part to reach me. This is a complaint against the company and also Vijay Sales, Opera House branch who did not help me a bit even though I kept in touch with them continuously. This happens only in India ; I know for sure if I was abroad, I could do much more than this. Friends, never buy an IFB from Vijay Sales...they would only loot you.

                            Within 2 Months Of Buying IFB 20PG3S Microwave Oven While Cooking there was a flash inside. Some small portion of the cavity was burnt. IFB Customer service Person Visited & unable to find out the cause. As I have a small kid in my home, I requested them a written confirmation that there is no problem and the same will not be happening further else they should replace the oven. After several interaction and visit they confirmed for replacement and the Collected Bill copy. After that there was no response from their side. I called the customer care or their directed persons in Chennai at least 50 times in vein. They redirect each other. Sometimes directed person don't pick the call. Almost 6 months after the incident I still don't have any response from the company. The company it seems trying to cheat the customer by escaping and not addressing the issue.

                              i have got a i.f.b. washing machine namely serena 5.5 kg in june 2010 and it is under warranty for 4 years. however it is not working properly.appr. 10-12 days its gate refused tom open. after complaint lodging , technician said motar will be replaced. however repeated contacts on phone only gives empty promises and no work. machine model is serena sx 5.5 kg front load washing machine serial no is 017450 purchased from kashipur , uttarakhand

                              i have got a i.f.b. washing machine namely serena 5.5

                              however it is not working properly. Appr. 15 days back its gate refused to open and machine stopped working.

                              after complaint lodging, technician said motar and gate will have to be changed .Further the technician said that we will have to pay for gate replacement, because plastic parts are not under warranty.
                              however I may say that company advertises and has a printd sticker on its machine that it has a 4 year warranty which is 100 %. Now if it it does not cover plastic parts then how is it 100 % warranty. Is it not a case of misleading advertising and cheating.
                              Noew 15 days have elapsed and repeated contacts on phone only gives empty promises and no replacement of motar / gate is done.

                              For last 10 DAYS ONE MR.DEEPAK FROM COMPANY CONTINUE TO SAY THAT IT WILL RESOLVE ON THIS OR THAT DATE BUT NOTHING HAS HAPPENED

                                Sub: Continuous F5 error since the day the dish washer machine was bought viz. 18.06.2012 Customer ID - 3438594 I had purchased a IFB dishwasher machine model Neptune DX on 18.06.2012 from Viveks, Adyar and since the date of purchase till today ie 04.08.2013, the machine is constantly not working flashing a F5 error. The convenience o[censored]sing a dishwasher is close to NIL for me as the dishes are being washed manually. I have raised several complaints till date through your call centre which is forwarded by them to a service franchisee, “M/s True Care”, no – 2/500, AGS Colony, 3rd Main Road, Kottivakkam, Chennai – 600041, who have provided extremely unsatisfactory service. The service engineer/personnel is always sent after a minimum of 10 days everytime a service compliant is raised, after several follow up calls from my side, though the call centre executive promises that the compliant will be attended in a maximum of 2 working days. Ms. Priya, the Tamilnadu Service Head of IFB gives different reasons like service engineers are not available/ service engineer have gone for attending training, the latest being “we are short of Service Engineers”. The service engineers who have turned up are under trained and have very poor knowledge asking me for suggestions on how to service the machine except on one occasion where executive seemed to be knowledgeable The following are some of the reference numbers of Complaints raised by me : 9927577, 10005652, 10299260, 10308633, 10463032, 10562624, 10799754. The complaint raised on 05.06.2013 with reference number – 10562624 has not been attended till date(even after 2 months time) and status of the complaint as mentioned by the customer care executive today is “CANCELLED – WITHOUT ATTENDING” . All the above complaints pertain to the same issue viz F5 error which renders the machine completely useless and unable to clean any dishes. My dish washer machine is clearly a faulty piece which needs to be replaced immediately and this has been communicated several times over the phone to the customer care centre as well as Ms. Priya for which we have not received any satisfactory response or assistance in resolving this issue. I hope it is now very apparent that the service and customer care of IFB is completely below par and on most times non-existent, there is no process to track and close customer complaints on time, there is no acknowledgement that the machine is defective and not once has the service engineer provided us a copy of the Job Sheet. I request you to consider this complaint immediately and resolve my complaint by replacing the machine at the earliest. In case the issue is not resolved to my satisfaction within the next few days I will be taking legal assistance for the mental agony I have undergone and financial loss I have suffered.

                                    My IFB washing machine is under AMC It is under repair from 15.8.2013. I logged a complaint on 16. 8 .2013.at helpline and the complaint No is10751039 They assured me that a technician will attend the complaint with in 24 hours.Nobody has attended the complaint till 28.8.2013 .I again made a complaint on 28.8.2013 and its complaint NO is 10783776 .At the time of making second complaint I came to know my previous complaint was closed stating that there was no response from the customer concerned. This is a fraudulant statement of your technician.I am a retired joint secretary to Govt and my wife is also a retired teacher .Both of us are always in the house to lookafter my grand son . On 29.8 2013 Mr. ANAND one of your technician has contacted me overphone that he will attend the repair work today.But nobody has turned up till 1.9.2013. IFB technicians became very fraud .They violated the terms and conditions of the AMC The IFB customers have also lost there hope In view of the above position I request you to take appropriate action against the fraud technician and to take nesessary steps to comply with the AMC or there is no other way except to approach the consumer court and the press media for wide publicity in the matter.

                                      purchased washing machine ELENA DX 5.5Kg at jhansi u.p. on 27/12/2008 with a warranty of 5 years. It was not working properly since purchase. many complaints regarding poor quality of wash of white n other clothes were made with the local dealer and customer complaint call centre of company but of no satisfactory response.Iam now going to file a case at consumer forum jhansi.

                                        I am residing at No.70/54, 6th street, Kamaraj nagar , Avadi , Chennai.71 I am owning a Front loading washing machine IFB make model Senorita with serial number 42621 and the customer code for AMC/matrix is 1950998. My washing machine is faulty now having some sounds while operation and I have complained in customer care the no[protected] today morning at 10 ' A.M [20/8/13]. My complaint number is 10760756.AMC doneby MATRIX on 21/11/11. on 21st a technician K.Ramadoss, [protected] came and told board has to be changed. from 22 nd to till date I am talking through phone customer care .[protected], [protected]repeatedly for more than a week. daily they are telling tomorrow they will come. but no one has turned up.A company having such a branded name and it seems to have such a poor service. I kindly request your goodself to attend the fault as early as possible.
