Hi,
My IFB washing machine's power cable (cable connection washing machine to Power supply) is burnt. I registered a complaint, technicaian visited my house to rectify it. He said he has to replace the power cable and it cost Rs750. I am really surprised whether this smal power cable cost this much. Please suggest is this spare cost Rs 750 or IFB/technician is cheating me.

Imy washing machine is under warranty. Your service center at ambala cantt called me nd offerred free maintenance. I accepted and mr rajat from the service center came and given descallant packets (Qty-02) and when these packet used in 40 degree program with empty drum. Machine is running for more than 6 hours and not stopping. The net result we are unable to get the clothes dry. The condition of the clothes remains the same as it was there before washing. I am from chennai and bought the washing machine from IFB and in the month of January the machine suddenly got fire and it was good luck that we were able to dose the fire witht he help of fire extinguisher from nearby super market as the water that we poured never doused the fire. I own IFB washing machine which is under warranty.

Recently, there was a problem with my machines door glass and unless that glass is fixed, I wont be able to use the machine.

I logged complaint for same on 6th of June-13 butI am not getting proper response from IFB service persons. I need this problem to be fixed ASAP other wise I would be moving into the consumer court.

I am IFB washing machine customer purchased IFB Elite Dx 5.5 Kg on 03.11.2010 in BEA,Coimbatore. As the washing machine had a problem and its not in running state which was seen by the service engineers on 21.05.2013 and they told that the motor coil has to be replaced and promised to replace within a couple of days.
