Dear Sir,

We have bought your IFB SENORITA DX 5.5 washing machine products on[protected] from GIRIAS, ANNA NAGAR, CHENNAI. the machine started giving problem within a week from date of installation. we had problem like water intake and later we found out that, the extra external filter of some bangalore company product fitted at extra charge by the company mechanic come for installing the machine.

We have an IFB Supreme washing machine with AMC for the servicing which was done at Mhow. I have a tranferrable job so at present we are at Chandigarh staying at Manimajra. The machine developed a problem of timer and front door lock. The service engrs have visited twice but are incapable of resolving the problem. They are callous and totally indifferent. We had purchased a ifb microwave oven(20pg3s) in bajaj electonics,kphb hyderabad on 5th september.Its already 11 days happened without using oven,when we call the demonstrator for demo he is not giving us proper response.

Sir / Madam, I have complained on line on 10 Sep 10 after getting fed up for almost three months for poor and pathetic service by Mr. Shiva, IFB technician.But to my surprise except a phone call from head office, Ambatore,no positive responce and service is provided tilldate. Is there no competive autority to direct a better after sales service to maintain a good image of the company.Thanking you in anticipation....
