Iam regular user of IFB products , and I like the product of IFB as the most as WASHING MACHINE, where we can save all the ways of energy. But recently we had launched a complaint no 4468881 to IFB care on 5th May , the problem is the machine doesn’t starts immediately once the power is switched on. It needs 4 to 5 times to re switch on to get the working mode and also it is applicable for the end of the washing session too. After 10 day service people arrived and checked that there is a Problem in the board , need to replace , and told that will be done by 3 days. Waited for the same , no replies. Once again given a reminder call then people arrived after many times of follow up then checked the new board not arrived. Wait for some more days. Then last once again reminder the service people replaced the new board and started the machine , the machine not starts to the FAILURE in the Limit switch in door lock not function. So the machine not working. Told will be replaced with a new Door Limit switch . After 3 days the same been replaced , the service guy said it is been replaced machine not on, only the board problem. Till today the machine is not ready to the level o[censored]sage . As a whole we fight each other on these issues and get bigger dispute within our family of a simpler issue. IFB is an oldest and finest product as my Thinking as concern , but due to these activities and non service oriented , the BRAND name is getting worst. Pls take appropriate actions immediately and do the needful. This is the second time iam doing a complaint. Pls avoid these kinds of issues in future and service better to customers and be the No. 1 in washing Machines. The SERVICE CENTRE name is XCELL CARE , Saint Thomas Mount . I would like to penalise them for the delay held and due that i lost my happiness in my family due to inconvenience and hurdleness.

Inspite of repeated complaints to M/s Classic Enterprises (Ph. no.[protected] for attending the problem which is under warranty period, noboby responds to our call. Pl. take immediate action for correcting the problem. Sr. No. 056328
