Respected Sir,
My name is Nirmal Sharma, i have a IFB washing machine model Elena which is front loaded. Sir last time when my machine was making problems i complained it and a mechanic named "Sandeep" his mobile number '[protected]'visited me and repaired it and made a Annual Maintenance / Extended Warranty contract on date 23-06-10 by paying them a sum of Rs.1876. After this contract our machine once again make us problem and he visited us again but after two days of his visit our machine again started making problems. Then we make many calls to him but he didn't come and after that we registered a complaint on their service center on date 07-07-10 at company's head office number [protected] and got my complaint number "4816208" and a id "1879479". They told us that their mechanic will visit us in two days but after waiting two days when no one came i make a call at company's Ludhiana service center and they also give us same answer. But after waiting again two days i again make a call to same service center and also make a call at Jalandhar service center and got as usual same reply and then after waiting again for two days i again called on all three numbers many times including company's head office number, Ludhiana service center and Jalandhar service center but their answer still remain same. Sir even i got a number from company's head office which is a mobile number "[protected]" and when i called him he asked me to send him his my compliant number and he will solve my problem i at once sms him my complaint number from my mobile '[protected]' but nothing happened. One thing more i want to say that when i last time make a call on company's toll-free number i was shocked on listening that my complaint was registered on date 21-07-10 which is totally shocking because i have registered my complaint on 07-07-10 then how could they change my complaint from 07-07-10 to 21-07-10. I don't know how could do that.
Sir during this period from date of complaint i have booked to the current date with a total of 25 days we are washing our clothes with hands and if we have to wash our clothes with hands then why i have contracted with them a period of 1year. So know i want my full contract money including the calls i have made to all their numbers and also the loss i have got during this period which is 1876 + 200 (my call charges which i made) + fine which court thinks is suitable to punish the company so that they couldn't do it again in future with any customer. Because now i don't want my machine to be repaired by the company.

IFB WASHING MACHINE — PROBLEM IN THE MACHINE

I AM RESIDENT OF SADASHIVNAGAR,HANDEWADI ROAD HADAPSAR, WE HAVE PURCHASED 7 KG WASHINE MACHINE IN THE YEAR 2008. NOW OUR MACHINE IS HAVING PROBLEM SINCE ONE MONTH. KINDLY ATTEND THE OUR PROBLEM.

Our washing machine front door (it look like a circle ) is broken . we want replace the machine door. Its very urgent.

    I heard a lot good about IFB products and I purchased the above model on 5 Aug'2009 in X-CITE, MG Road, Gurgaon. Since then, the performance of the m/c has not been good and five times the drive belt had to be replaced and every time, we were assured that there won't be any issue. On 1 July'10, when the m/c was operated, it started making a lot of noise and immediately I complained to your service centre ( Mr Jagat, Customer care Manager,Gurgaon) and technicians attended and replaced many parts saying that there was a serious problem with the m/c. I'm concened now as I strongly feel that there must be some wrong with the m/c and request you to arrange to replace the m/c with a new one. I', completely frustrated with IFB.
    IFB has a great track-record and I'm sure you would provide best of service to the customers like me. Look forward to a speedy to resolution to my satisfaction.

      0n 23.07.10 i called and informed the Call Center in Verna[protected], that my IFB Washing Machine, digital 7 kg is not working any more. The promised me that within 3 working days the technician will come to my house, he didnt come till today 29.07. I got a complaint no.: 4827609
      I called them several times and they gave me No of IFB service center[protected] or 487. every day the promise me to send an technician.

      I just want to complain about this very lousy service. What else should i do?

      IFB Washing Machine Digital 7 kg — REPLACEMENT OF DOOR + DOOR LOCK

      I complained about my IFB WASHING MACHINE on 24/7/10. My custmer ID no.1460042.& Complaint no. is4838194. I made many calls to the company & didn't receive any calls.I am really fed up.I will n't recommend about your machine to anybody in future.I am very disappointed with your service.

        I purchased IFB Digital Plus 5.5 KG washing machine through Army Canteen , Calcutta vide invoice no CTD/225/IFB dated 21 Jul 2010 .

        The invoice was handed over to IFB dealer at 14 Taratola Road , Calcutta the same day and the receipt obtained from the office .

        It was assured that that the machine would be handed over the same day or the next day . The matter was progresed with the person with cell no [protected] and everytime I was told that it will reach today .

        To my otter dismay the machine has not yet arrived yet causing great great loss and harassment to an ex service officer .

        Before the matter is taken up with the Law Enforcing Agencies , it may please be ensured that the matter be investigated and the machine delivered immediately without any further delay .

        Even I ordered a washing machine from CSD canteen dated on 03-Feb-2011, Still its not delivered. When i called up and asked they told that there is NO fund in canteen so Delivery will happen only after April. That is we have to wait for 3 month for a washing machine .

        if they would have told us earlier while the payment we would not have bought the washing machine in Canteen

          i have amc with ur ifb service center in bathinda punjab
          n i have complaint them regarding drum problem in the morning sharp at 10 a.m n they told they will come around 1 pm i said ok i also remind them at 2 pm they told we will come in 1 hr but right now i called bfore this mail they will told that we come tommorow.even the wet cloths in the machine started smel u can think.
          so wht the hell service center u have registerd in cities .
          plz shut these center other wise i will ruin u in consumer court.
          don't play with our faith n time ok
          stop this i[censored] can't provide service at right time to customers.ok

            My IFB washing machine is under warranty and I am in Bangalore.In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine. I have never seen such a bad response from any company. They have filled their staff with junk people. They are really bringing bad name to the brand. The IFB officials need to look into the matter, provided that the company policy itself is not what is seen.

            Dear Sir/Madam,

            This is to inform you that I am using a IFB Senorita Plus and in the last 2(two) years I have spent more than Rs.12000(Rupees Twelve Thousand) but still the problem is not solved and its bearing is making sound.

            In the month of January 2009 the total expenditure on repairing was Rs. 8216.00
            In the month of May 2010 the total expenditure was Rs. 4353.00

            Total till today is Rs. 12569.00

            I am not at all satisfied with the service center people as they are simply making us fool and charging number of time for the same problem in last two years. They are really bringing bad name to the brand.
            Please look into the matter at the earliest and suggest us what to do?

              It is more than a month since I have asked for dishwasher detergent,salt and rinse aid.I keep wondering why I spent my hard-earned money to buy a dishwasher.A maid would have been sufficient for my needs.
              Every 3-4 days I call service centre to remind them.Most of the time nobody picks up the phone and when you get them they give different numbers and ask you to try those numbers.
              It is very sad that such a well known company has not bothered about customer relation.Every time an IFB personnel comes he persuades you to buy more and more goods/accessories.They frighten you saying that if you dont buy them then the machine will not last.Almost always when they bring detergent and so on, you are sure to get another product forced on you.So you not only have to keep money for the necessities you need money for the extras.
              Why cant detergents,salt and rinse-aid be available in the markets?Why should a customer be forced to buy them from their service centres?
              Does anyone know of other dishwasher detergents available in the market?

              IFB Dish Washer — Poor Service/No fllow up

              After sevreal complaints IFB sent their Rep( 3 rd party technician) who charged me Rs.5800 in total and changed some parts ...hoewver even after doing that my machine does not work..call to the IFB helpline has not made any impact and I have been running around in circles without any progress

              IFB Dish Washer — delay in demo

              i have purchased a dish washer in my wife's name mrs.p.padmaja on 25th
              instant from bajaj electronics, panjagutta, hyderabad. i have later received a sms giving the ticket no.2767371. some one called me at 7.30 pm on 27th from
              [protected] and intimated that he would be visiting our place at 10 am to
              day ie.28-02-09. i made it very clear that he must visit me at 10 am sharp
              as i should go to my office by 11 am. he confirmed the same once again. it
              is 12 noon now. no body turned up so far nor any communication.

              i want to make it clear that the machine was purchased for my immediate and
              essential use. when i purchased the machine on 25th why your technician takes 3 days for just giving demo. yours a multinational company. i expected
              a better service from you. in these days of rescission, no company has good
              amount of business. At least i have not seen any one else buying a dish wash
              er. then why your people should take so much of time to instal the machine
              i feel you have no control on the field staff. first of all they do not
              know how to speak to the customer. hope you will take this feed back in
              positive sense and do some thing to improve your services. you need not reply
              to me.

              IFB Dish Washer — Non supply of salt, detergent, rinse aid

              Sir,

              I had purchased dish washer in May' 2008. Since then the service is poor. But now to the atmost extent I am not able to receive the Salt, detergent and rinse aid which is the most necessary one to operate the machine. I didn't receive for the past 6 months. What should I do with the machine?
              SHAMELESS CUSTOMER CARE. IF YOU CANNOT SEND DETERGENT GIVE OUR MONEY BACK.
              DONT TAKE DISHWASHER IF THEY ARE NOT SENDING DETERGENT.

              IFB Dish Washer — Inordinate delay in service

              I have a IFB dishwasher under two year maintenance contract with IFB. A complaint for defect was lodged with the IFB and attended to on Monday29 August, but due to water supply not being available the machine could not be tested. Upon testing on Thursday, the machine did not work and a request was made to franchise for attending to defect. I was assured that the mechanics will come next day (Friday). When it did not happen, i reminded and was again told that the defect will be attended to on the next day (Saturday). Again the mechanics did not turn up and i lodged a complaint to the IFB and was assured that the problem will get solved on Monday. I also spoke to franchise manager who confirmed that the mechanic will arrive on Monday. however, nothing happened and the machine remains defective even after 10 days or so. In the mean time, we have been compelled to stay at home, waiting for the mechanic to arrive during the past 4 days. The IFB have been very unresponsive in the matter, despite having collected the required money for the maintenance contract. This is breach of contract and needs to be redressed.
              Hey Iam facing the same issue,
              after a long struggel my machine was replaced but no rine aid and salt aid is provided

              THE WORST SERVICE is Named for IFB.

                Dear Authorities,

                I have suffered even after purchasing world class product. Within less than 2 years span, twice it showed problem twice. Third time concern has again landed, this time after complaining 5 time no engineer is ready to turn up.
                I was not expecting this much from world IFB product. There is so much variation and deviation post and pre sales services.
                Taking medium of your forum, just wanted to highlight the pain consumer feels, when product which was bought with so much adjustments within family.
                Kindly resolve my concern.

                  IT IS REALLY A MATTER OF REGRET TO PURCHASE IFB WASHING MACHINE or TO SAY UNFORTUNATELY WE HAVE PURCHASED IFB Washing Machine
                  WHICH IS NOT WORKING
                  We registered a complaint on May 3rd, 2010, and since then we have been calling the service center multiple times. In May end, someone called us,( Mr. Parmar ) but never visited. Only around June 8th, someone from the service center Haldwani came and checked the machine and promised to visit again with required spares in a week. But until now, we haven't received any kind of service and the washing machine still stands non-functional. We kindly request you to look into the matter and help us get the product fixed, because for now, it seems buying a product as prestigious as IFB Product was a mistake, because your your Service center are not bothering about the complaint regarding your product IFB. Also I have seen now so many complaint on net regarding the bitter experience for purchasing the IFB washing Machines.

                  IFB — MACHINE ( AUTOMATIC 6 KG) DIGITAL NOT WORKING

                  MY IFB 6 kg digital automatic machine, is not working, i companied at IFB CUSTOMER CARE as per complaint no. 2630343 dated[protected], as per the complaint, one customer executive KAILASH ( PH NO[protected] visited the place, but according to him MAIN BEARING BRACKET has to be changed, the machine was bought on 18-oct-08, only after 1.5 yrs of machine, being under warranty, the machine is not being reapired by the company,
                  the executive is giving all excuses, that parts are not available & other theories, almost being a month after giving a complaint, no measures have been taken by the company, Pls suggestv further action, else we shall approach CONSUMER FORUM.

                    M/C halts IN RUNNING CONDITIN .WE HAVE TO LIFT THE DOOR AND RE CLOSE M/C STARTS . THIS HAPPENS CONTINUOSIL. ALSO WATER SELLECTION PRIGRAM DOES NOT WORK.                       I am in Jammu
                      I have already submitted the complaint and I m regularly trying through phone but no one is picking the phone and there is no response after the previous complaint too.
                      My washing machine's drum is jamed and no one is attending it. Is the condition of the company bad or what. have they stopped their manufacture. if so, then i should suggest others that not to buy this machine as no one attends later.
                      It is out of warenty period. It is more than one month now and no one is responding.
                      if sooner nothing is done. i have to take some action.

                      IFB Elena Washing Machine — WASHING MACHINE NOT RUNNING

                      I HAVE MADE AMC WITH THE COMPANY FOR MY WASHING MACHINE. MY MACHINE IS NOT RUNNING. I HAVE DONE COMPLAIN FOR THE SAME (NO 2074667) DATED 14/08/2008. TECHNICIAN HAS TOLD ME THAT IT WILL TAKE ONE WEEK TO BRING SPARE PART, BUT AFTER 11 DAYS PROBLEM IS NOT SOLVED.

                      IFB — COMPALINT ATTENDING VERY POOR

                      I have registered a complaint with IFB CUSTOMER CARE DATED 5/3/2010 COMPLAINT NO. being 4220533.
                      Till date it has not been attended they dont have spares in stock this is the state of IFB supposed to be one of the top brands of the world.
                      At time of purchase they enticed me to sign up for 4 yrs of AMC and this is the callous attitude of the staff.
                      Kindly dont buy IFB products.their after sales servive is very poor.

                      We refer to the AMC Dated 12/06/2009 which is valid up to 11/06/2010. The Elena washing machine which has to be serviced in accordance with the above contract is not executed properly. We have made several telephone calls to the Customer Care office to attend to the washing machine, at our residence but no representative from your office as turned so far and our complaint is not attended to yet. We therefore request you to kindly depute your authorized representative to attend to the repairing required for the above washing machine at the earliest.                       We have purchased Diva Washing Machine 2 years back upto till date we awere operatie the washing only 2 months evey 2 day we have complaint IFB office. almost evey part of the machine has been changed and minimum 8 to 10 Enginees were attend the same but no one can operate the machine properly, only machine's body will change remaing. Mr. Dhavale has always promise that your machine will working good conditiion in future but machine will not working. We are requsting him to replace the machine by they said our company enginner will checked and prepare good condition to opeerate the machine. We shall contact their Head Office wagholi, they don't know enginner was attending the complaint, they said our engineer said machine is O.K. My wife was vey angry and she told her we will went to news paper and published the situation.We thought we dwill went Consumer Forum.

                        Followup calls made, but only assurance are given. No action till today, 7th July 2010.

                        Truly pathetic service levels.

                        thrice i have complained but every time they have useless queries, and of course not reporting back home
                        Macine is not operating for want of one internal spare which is to be arranged by the franchisee technician.
                        Door closing contact is frequently giving problem resulting in non - switching on of the machine
                        Moisture is not removed completely after drying
                        IFB WASHING MACHINE IS VERY POOR IN PERFORMANCE AND NOT CUSTOMER SERVICE POOR THAN NORMAL PETTY SHOP
                        I bought IFB Washing machine (top loading )about 5 months back. The machine still in warranty period stopped working out of the blue. Lodged a complaint with the customer care n I was given a ticket number and said that it would be attended in a day or 2, but its been a week now and no service person has turned up. very disappointed with such poor service and ridiculously I received a call to get a feedback about the service done, when I complained about the poor service standards she just hung up the phone unlikely of a customer care person. I hope the company reads this.
                        My IFB washing machine is under AMC and I am in Jalandhar. my complaint no. is 2386205. In spite of the repeated request to the help line no service persons are attending the machine, The manager at Jalandhar is not even attending the calls.I am not able to under stand the reasons for this casual attitude
                        my machine was purchased before 5 years, Just after 2.5 years a sound came from the machine and give the complain to the service manager . Try to rectify but not. Within 2.5 yers the sound was so developed it was not in a condition to operate. Trying to rectify it again call the Service manager, and open the machine since 1.5 months and neither the cover drum containing bearings reach to us nor the IFB Care centre, BBSR/Service Manager, Balasore receive the phone call o[censored]s. We cannot think what we will do.

                        This is to inform you that i had purchased IFB Digital 5.5 washing machine from your Jayanagar Branch [Near Ashoka Pillar] on 24.012.2008 vide bill no. 18519. Along with washing machine i had purchased washing machine cover along with washing machine stand vide bill no. 18520. Engineer from IFB visited our house for machine installation on 26.12.2008 and confirmed me that the stand as well as cover purchased were not of IFB make and on the same day i had returned back both cover & stand to girias for replacement. Unfortunately on that day they did not have stock of stand as well as cover and they collected back my original for home delivery by Mr.Motilal [Manager]. After several followups i did not get any response from telephone & visited showroom on 02.01.2009 and could collect only stand as cover was still not in stock. And Mr.Motilal promised me to deliver the cover to my residence, still now i have not received the cover after daily followups through phone. Today [10.01.2009] when called to Mr.Motilal got no good response and he is asking me to come and take the cover delivery from showroom.

                        After giving the business to people like you, customers has to spend on petrol for getting back for the articles purchased from your showroom to collect the article back.

                        Thanks a lot for your horible support & service, promising not to do any more shoping from Girias. Request you all to promote Mr.Motilal to next level so you people can be happy & enjoy seeing your customer pain.

                        my machine was purchased 2& half years ago and now the warrenty period was over in December 2008.
                        As advised by the frenchise we paid for extended warrenty period for two years by paying money of Rs. 3950/- after that problems has been started first the inner drum was breaked and was channged on April 3, 2009 but at that moment it was observed that the motor of the machine is roating very fast and accordingly the motor was also changed after much follow up was made by us. The motor was changed on 18 April 2009 and today on 20 April 2009 it is seen that the motor is again failed. we have not received any satisfactory explanation from the frenichese which has been located at Navi Mumbai Vashi with name DELIGHT SERVICES .As we are suffering from this washing machine trouble since 20 days I request you to do the needful in the matter.

                        i own an ifb elite fully automatic wahsing machine since last 4 years which i purchased from SADANA ELECTRONICS, faizabad road, lucknow.u.p. it has broken down thrice in the last 6 months and every time it breaks own the people from IFB service center trouble us a lot and do not come for a lot of time, and eventually when they come they charge hefty amounts and change some spare parts which are very expensive.this time, my washing machine again broke down on 5th may 2009.i called the customer care centre in lucknow on the same day and they assured me that their engineer would come within 24 hours but no body came. i again called the call center on 7th may, and then their engineer came on the 10th of may. even then no satisfactory service was provided and i was told that the washing machine would be repaired with minimum charges. then again no body came from the service center. i called them again and told them that i shall now have to complain to the consumer forum to which they said that i could do that and now the timer in my washing machine would be changed and it will cost me RS.3000 approx in spite of the fact that i have paid them around rs.3500 already in the last 3-4 months. i am really helpless as my wife has severe back problem and she cannot wash the clothes without the washing machine.

                        I regret for the purshcase of IFB made Digital 6 KG model of washing machine. I had paid 26k for the same and I am not at all satisfied with the quality of the product.
                        I also regret trusting the IFB brand, when other good options were available.
                        Not only because the design of the machine is bad, but the customer case service is worst. I had applied for extended warantee till June 2011 by paying extra amount.
                        This machine is giving problem in every 2 months time period. Most the problems are related to Electronics board (timer circuit) and the door locking system. None of the customer representatives in Hyderabad are able to resolve this re-occurance of problems. Either they dont want to do the permanent repairy or they are not competent to repair it.
                        I had changed 2 customer services, but everyone is just roaming around. Nobody gives proper answer.
                        My wife is pregnent and she cant handle the washing of cloths by hand.
                        I had requested to the call center, to customer care managers that I wanted either to get this machine replaced or returned, but none of them are responding properly.

                        I have some patience left, thats the reason, I am not willing to go to consumer court now, but if this continues then, I may need to decide for that.

                        I want to speak to either area sales manager or, the customer executive regarding the replacement of this machine.
                        Please help me out in getting win-win resolution for the machine problem.

                        I purchased an IFB Washing Machine on 06.02.09 from M/s Dee Kay Electronics Mall, Model Town, Ludhiana (Punjab ). First of all the representative from the service centre who was to give demonstration did not came on the given time and kept us waiting for the whole day. On his arrival, when he ( Mr. Sahil Sharma ) was told about this thing his behaviour was very rude. Secondly, he was requested to supply a cover of the machine on due payment, though he promised but he is yet to supply the same. A complaint to this effect was made to the dealer and he asked to refer the matter to the service centre and provided the phone number. Accordingly, the service centre was contacted at phone No.[protected] and they were also requested to supply the cover. they also promised but are yet to supply the same.

                        IFB - Digital 5 KG washing Machine — Poor product quality and non resolution of complaint & problem

                        I have an IFB washing machine purchased on 13/07/2007

                        Right from the first few months, it has started giving me trouble and then after complaint to IFB guys it was repaired and again after a few days same problem occurred.

                        They have repaired the product for similar problem and complaint for 3 -4 times this means that I was given an inferior quality product.

                        i have called the call center for about 20 times and the technicians have visited my home for about 5-6 times but no resolution of my problem.

                        My last complaint was in the month of November 08 and after that nothing has happened and my machine is out of order since then.

                        I want to get a replacement of my machine and want legal proceeding against them for cheating, poor quality product sale and non addressing of customer complaints.
                        We live in Chennai. The IFB washing machine service personnel are inefficient and always try to make money by changing parts & selling de-scaling powders and compelling to opt for AMC. Our earlier machine Executive Elite was totally mishandled by them. The new model Senorita plus that we have is still under warranty. It swings a lot and so we complained to change the bushes at the bottom. The service man gave an estimate of Rs.3300/- for installing a filter & de-scaling without even bothering to ascertain what the compliant was about. If its going to be so expensive to maintain this machine, we regret going in for it. We bought it because we thought it was a very efficient machine even though its a little expensive than others. Now it looks as if we should caution anybody planning to buy this brand because of high maintenance cost which was never explained at the time of purchase.

                        I wish to bring to your notice that IFB Washing Machine service is not good these days. I bought an ELENA model in Madurai, and for the past 6 months it has been giving lots of troubles. They keep giving one or the other reason, part after part has been replaced, and the machine has not yet been brought to a running status.

                        1. The Service Personnel do not diagnose the real problem. Every time a new person arrives and says that some part has to be replaced.

                        2. I am under AMC, but they keep charging me everytime, saying that the particular part is not covered under the AMC.

                        3. The last time they came yesterday, and replaced the drum, gave me two packets of Descal, and two packets of Protecta, charged me Rs.800/- including a transportation charge of Rs.250/, though they brought the drum only on a two wheeler. No receipt was issued to me for the last item.

                        4. Someone kindly help me since I have spent more than Rs.2000/- over and above the AMC charges, but the problem still continues.

                        For a family where both the members are employed, this is just too much to bear with. It gives me a lot of mental agony. To do away with the wahing machines.
                        I have recvd one sms almost one month back for mandatory visit from IBM on my washing machine.after 2 days i got sms that its ben rectified.Without anyopne contacting how canthey send this sms & also when I logged the complaint in service centre, bangalore.they said someone will revert you but till now almost 2 weeks got over no one called.:)) this is sad to know that IFB which is known for post sales services is doing this types of things.

We faced the same situation 3 days back and it seems the service guy has told that after de-scaling if we don't add a filter in 4 days again 4 packets of de-scaling has to be used.                         IFB WASHING MACHINE — AMC with Elite VERY POOR service

                        I had called on 26/9/09 with the complaint that water was coming out of my machine and then it stopped working. The technician Samir Khan came on 27/9/09 and said descaling was required - he used 3 packets switched on the machine and then said that when the cycle is over I can use the machine and he left after asking me to sign the form. He was in a hurry to leave and did not wait until the cycle was over and made me sign saying it is working.

                        After 1 hour I noticed the machine had again stopped working - I called him up and really had to request him to come back - he came and did something quickly and left and said he had switched off the water supply from the tap for descaling and had not put it on.
                        After he left assuring me it was ok now I put my laundry in after that and there was tremendous water leakage and my entire kitchen got flooded.
                        I kept trying the phone numbers of both Mr Wasim (Manager of the franchisee Elite enterprises with which I have a service contract and of Mr Samir Khan - the technician who came to my house and assured me the problem has been fixed) and both were not picking up their phones despite knowing the problem.

                        I finally managed to get through after a lot of trying and they have sent back the same man Samir along with Riyaz - now they are telling me that it is a problem with the inlet pipe.
                        Samir Khan had made me pay Rs 450 for 3 packets of descaling as he said this was definitely a descaling problem. Now Riyaz is telling me it is a problem with the inlet pipe and not with the descaling. Both the men Samir and Riyaz are extremely rude and Mr Wasim the manager at Elite is not even bothering to pick up his phone.

                        Very obviously IFB/Elite are sending people who do not know their jobs. I would like a refund for the unnecessary descaling. Samir made me sign the report saying everything is satisfactory as he had actually put off the water to the inlet pipe before leaving without telling me so their was no leakage If I do not receive a satisfactory answer and a refund for the descaling I will take this to the next level.

                        I am very disappointed in the service - I have signed a service contract until 26/6/2011 and am very upset with the kind of service being provided by Elite - I urge you to look into the matter urgently and revert at the earliest as I have been put through tremendous difficulty and will take this to whatever level necessary.
                        I have complaint my washing m/c on 30/10/2009 but nobody attended the complaint till the date 3/10/2009.I belongs to patiala(pb.) & my mob no [protected].

                        They used to call me on monthly basis and logged the call from IFB customer service. But no one come from IFB service untill first week of October'09.

                        Finally, 20th Oct service engineer comes, tell the filter has been blocked by rusty and it needs to be replaced by new one, for that, you have to pay around Rs.1500 includung some spares. He denied to make the service. Then assembled my wahsing machine and left.

                        I was under the impression of the high standards and quality of IFB products but am very disappointed that my washing machine has only worked 4 months and has already started giving trouble and to add to my difficulties the customer care service is extremely poor as whoever i have called each one has given me a diferent number to contact the person responsible to deal with my complaint. I would strongly recommend that IFB products are not a good buy keeping in mind the trouble you have to face if any kind of problem arises in the product

Then a representative came and said a capacitor is faulty and replaced the next day. Still not working. Then the representative said that there may be fault with the motor and told me he will contact me after checking whether the motor is available in stock or not. IFB is giving a very very very POOR SERVICE for its consumers. They only have a general customer care number who always gives us a constant reply that,"Within 24 hours someone will attend".                         I am Vinod Kumar. I had purchased an IFB washing machine (Model Serena) on last Sunday (24.04.11) from a home appliance shop near to my town and got informed that being a fully automatic model the company executive will be coming for installation and will be giving a free demo. From Monday onwards I am calling the company executive / home appliance shop and getting the response that within 5 minutes the company executive will be coming to my house for installation. It is almost 4 days and nobody has turned up till now.

                        I didn't expected that the service levels will be this much bad and I am scared that if they are not coming for installation what will happen if the equipment has some complaints.

                        1. Very poor after sales service of IFB

                        2. we are left at the mercy of a non responsive customer care of company’s like IFB and blackmailing attitude of your local service provider.

                        3. I am referring to a complaint request lodged by me for repair of my washing machine. The details of the grievance are as given below:-

                        (a) The first complaint was lodged by me at the local service provider on 9th Dec 12 regarding my machine problem of not spinning. The mechanic came after 6 days on 14th Dec 12 when there was no current supply. He said there is some loose connection and has done the needful. How can a person say without testing that it is ok now.

                        (b)After the power came when we tried to test machine it is not working, and when we called customer care, we were told that the complaint has been closed.I am unable to understand who gives the confirmation. Should it be customer or an indifferent and fraud representative of company?

                        (d) Again customer care has given a new complaint no 10012462 on 14/12/2012
                        Have an Executive Plus Washing Machine and it is under AMC. Logged a complaint on 30the Nov 2012 till date it is not fixed. Whenever we call thee service centre theey say part not available. Withein 3 weeks theey were not able to arrange a part. But when time comes for AMC renewal theey call before hand to grab thee money.The tendency of thee service centre is to attend theose calls which are not under AMC as theey get ready money. For AMC customers theey have already got thee money and now theey exploit thee customers. Never theought thee service of such a branded product like IFB can be so bad.

                        IFB — problem in washing machine

                        > The movement of the drum or motor is not normal condition. > The drum movement stops with in 2seconds and there is no further movement and it drains the water. > It had heavy sound also.

                          I have already submitted this complaint but there is no response till date.
                          I am in Jammu. In spite of the repeated request, service persons are not attending the machine, They keep on postponing the visit. The drum is not moving. They saw once and never turned up. Since one month the person who is attending the call is saying they will come the next day. I am not able to under stand the reasons for this attitude.No higher officials telephone numbers are available for the redresal. It seems that I should suggest others not to buy this machine because the service is not proper in Jammu.

                          IFB Elena Washing Machine — Service personnnel not reporting.

                          Although I have registered my complaint on 9th Jan, 2009 that my washing of IFB make has not being attended by the service personnel. My complaint no is 2601461. I am also having an AMC with IFB for this machine. Can you please help me.
                          The service managers no provided by the call centre ( Mr Montero : [protected]) is presently switched off.
                          Why are behaving like this.

                          IFB Elena Washing Machine — FOLDED HAUZ NOT AVAILABLE

                          Sir,
                          I lodge a complaint on[protected] vide complaint no 3266727.But no action has been taken by you services office in East Delhi. One Madam Kajal told that one part "Folded Hauz" is not available in the co. I do not understand that such a big and reputed co. can harrase the customer like me. Since[protected] I had a talk with Mr. Kashyap, your Area Manager, he also promised but now since last week he is not picking his mobile. Moreover your office never open before 10.30 and closes before 6.00pm. No body is paicking telephone no 22832800 before 11.00 am. This type of harrasement by such reputed co. in never expected. This damging the goodwill of the co. I will also affraid to recoomend somebody for IFB products.
                          Sir, Kindly look in to the matter and take neccesary action against the official responsible for this delay. Please inform me of the action taken report.

                            I am in posession of an IFB Senator top loading washing machine and have entered into an AMC for 2 years. Though the service has been satisfactory during the initial period, off late the service has deteriorated and whenever the service personnel attends the complaint, they are more interested in selling atleast 4 packets of Descaling powder than attending to the complaint. Recently I have made a complaint regarding the belt change and they attended to the complaint within 3 days. Since the machine was making unbearing noice during washing/rinsing, I have been lodging complaints since 8.6.2010 and the standard reply from their Customer Relation Centre is " the fault would be attended within 24 hours " and till date nobody has attended the complaint.I suggest that if IFB is not able to attend to the complaint, they should be honest enough to tell the customers the same and ask the customers to explore alternate options.

                            IFB/SENATOR Washing machine — worst after sale service

                            spin regulator of my washing machine not working now. IFB Electrocare, Panipat is sending technician every month since last one year and they create new problem every time without solving the earlier ones . they were unable to stop a leagage. it took only 11 months to stop a leakage now let's see how much time they will take to solve present problem

                                The timer of the machine has been behaving erratically, jumping suddenly.Complained to company at its customer care no. on 23 June 2010. The lady responding politely said she was unable to give the usual complaint no. as their computer was not working, but assured that our machine would b attended to within 24 hours. This was after she had verified all our particulars. Now, even after 48 hours there is no response.

                                An update from the complainant:
                                - Rang up again at no.[protected]. A gentleman responded. Told me all my particulars & on confirmation frm me said he will give a complaint no. I waited for about 10 long minutes till the 'phone got disconnected, without any further word from the gentleman!
                                - Again rang up. This time, it was a lady, who gave her name as Ms Gayatri. Said there systems were under upgradation, hence she was not able to give a complaint no.!!
                                - After my pleas & protests for 10 minutes, she gave me a mobile no. of (said to be) their executives, namely Mr Sanjay. The mobile was swithched off!!!

                                  I had purcahased a Washing Machine from IFB on 27/04/2008 from dealers in Dhanbad .From the date of purchase the machine is not functioning properly because the machine is defective but the Company has not taken any step to change the machine they repaired it upto the expiry of Warranty period and after the expiry of Warrany period on 27/04/2010 the machine has become permanently out of order and company is not taken any step/iniative for this defective machine.

                                    fully automatic washing machine — Not working

                                    I had compained about the washing machine not working at the customer care centre in Gurgaon(Ph.[protected] on 8th Sept'08 morning.The complaint # [protected] was registered.
                                    The service executive promised service within the same day but did not turn up.
                                    We have agin called up twice in the morning to which commitment to come by 1 pm on 9th sept was made by exec(Pankaj).
                                    However, no body has turned up till 5 pm now.
                                    I fail to understand why samsung service gives the false commitments and talks about their 24 hrs service challenge scheme.
                                    I am still unsure till when the service will be done and m/c restored to working.
                                    I repent having taken a Samsung product after a long experience o[censored]sing LG products(turned up within 4 hrs of compalint in my refrigerator)

                                    My machine is under amc. I HAD BOOKED A COMPLAINT TO CONSUMER SERVICE CENTRE ABOUT A WEEK AGO BUT TILL DATE NO SERVICE PERSON HAS CONTACTED ME REGARDING THE MACHINE. KINDLY HELP ME.

                                    IFB FULLY AUTOMATIC WASHING MACHINE — NOT WORKING

                                    WE HAVE PURCHASED YOUR digital 7 KG WASHING M/C APRROX. THREE YEARS BACK. DURING RUNNING IT GOT DAMAGED ONE MONTH BACK. WE CONTACTED YOUR AHMEDABAD SERVICE PERSONNEL BUT WE DEEPLY REGRET TO INFORM YOU THAT TILL DATE IT HAS NOT BEEN ATTENDED AND THE M/C HAS BEEN KEPT DISMENTLED. TO OUR SURPRISE THE DRUM GOT DAMAGED WHICH IS A RARE INCIDENT AND IS PURELY A MANUFACTURING DEFECT SO THE SAME SHOULD BE REPLACED FFREE OF COST. BUT WHAT WE WOULD LIKE TO BRING TO THE NOTICE OF THE CO. IS YOUR LETHARGIC APPROACH AND POOREST LEVEL OF SERVICE. SINCE MORE THAN ONE MONTH WE ARE DEPRIVED OF THE FACILITY OF THE WASHING MACHINE INSPITE OF SPENDING HUGE MONEY. YOUR PERSONNEL NEITHER GIVE RESPONSE TO OUR CALL NOR DO THEY ATTEND THE SERVICE CALL.                                       Hi Sir,

                                      We have purchased IFB washing machine Model # FL SENORITA DX Serial # WTSENDXB 055612 from Vasanth & Co.,(Choolaimedu branch Chennai )Bill no # [protected] Dated on 14th April 2010 in the name of Mr. Arvindh but the material was delivered to us on 4th May 2010. Person from IFB came for demo on 2nd June 2010 and found that the machine is DOA as this machine is used in Vasanth & co as demo unit(this was accepted by Mr.Kuppuraj (Branch Manager Vasanth Co, PH # [protected]). There was no warranty card & user manual guide inside the package. We have complain regarding this in Vasanth & co and also registered complain in IFB site: permanent cust no # 2303550 and complain no # 108913. When Vasanth & co was about to change the machine on 4th June 2010 Mr.Kuppuraj (Branch Manager Vasanth Co, PH # [protected]) has received a call from local IFB service manager Mr.Thirugnanasambatham stating that this issue will be taken care by IFB and not to replace the machine. On the same day Mr. Dhanasekar([protected]) & Mr.Thirugnanasambatham([protected]) visited my home and saw the machine condition and stated that they will replace the machine within 72 hours. But still now whenever we call them daily they are requesting for one more day but we haven’t got any conculsion for this issue yet. As of now we have spoken to 3 persons in IFB Mr.Dhanasekar, Mr.Thirugnanasambatham and Mr.Siva Kumar ([protected]) but very poor response. We have paid the full payment and keeping the unit as dummy. Is this the service support you provide to the customers???? Totally we have lost the impression on IFB, because it's been almost 2 months since we registered the complaint with IFB. Requesting you to treat this as most urgent and do the needful as soon as possible. Expecting reply from you at the earliest.
