My IFB washing machine shown a complaint that smoke from the drum.
I registered a complaint on 5th May 2021. It is almost one and half month, the issue is not resolved by the service center. After one month I received a message that my ticket has resolved. But it was not. I called customer support again and raised a new ticket. All details like ticket no. etc are attached. Meanwhile I called service center many times, they keep says they will send technician in two days, may be today itself etc. Giving fake promises. Now they stopped responding to my calls. Am tired of waiting this whole time because the machine is on warranty period so I can't get it service from a third-party. Please improve your after-sale services. Otherwise you will lose customers.
