We raised a complaint 4 days ago regarding a fault with our washing machine. This machine is under AMC (From May 3, 2021 to May 2, 2023).
I contacted IFB customer care before signing up for this AMC. They told IDE Enterprises is an authorised service center of IFB and asked us to proceed with the AMC.
IDE Enterprise located in No. 29, Srinivasapuram, 3rd Street, Koratur, chennai - 600080, Tamil Nadu is not responding at all. When we raised the complaint 4 days ago, a technician/service coordinator visited and said he will bring the spare part but he never showed up. We have been following up with this person for the last 4 days but he is not responding any of our calls.

When I called IFB, they are simply saying that they will send a technician but nobody has visited till now. I got a call today from a technician named Mohan ([protected]). He said he will visit before 8PM and get the work done. We followed up with a couple of times before 8 PM and he promised he would come. At 8:10 PM, he backed out.
I am so fed up and I am not even sure how to take legal action against these irresponsible service persons. Atleast they should refund my AMC amount of rupees 10, 500. Why should I pay and suffer?
Please take immediate action.
Either this issue should be resolved and in future this should not repeat or they must refund the amount I paid.
Kindly help.

The service person visited and fixed the issue after following up plenty of times.

IDE enterprise Kumar is the worst service person I have come across. He was not polite. He did not even answer the phone call and did not respond to any messages. Please escalate this issue and let him know we are not happy with the way he handled the issue.
