Since April 2021 dishwasher not drying and keeping the utensils dry and warm after wash. So we stopped using the dishwasher. Once lockdown withdrawn we contacted your technician, Mr. Amarjeet Singh, last week who did the work but unsatisfactorily. We requested him to visit us and sort out the problem. He never keeps his time. Even though he did come twice problem persisted. This morning (29th June) he visited at 10 AM without any tangible result for the problem. He left assuring that he would visit again after 12 noon. It is 2.45 PM but no trace of him or no phone either. Our phone to the Delhi service team Ms. Manshi remains unanswered.

We have kept all our used crockeries and utensils inside the dishwasher anticipating that we will wash it in the presence of your technician. Alas, no technician; no phone either from him or no sign of your technician visiting us yet! How do you think our problem will be solved?

    Ifb service agent has opened my machine since saturday its been tuesday.He his saying that pipe has to be changed but he is not picking the phone and saying that we will come tomorrow again and again.Kindly take action againt such stupid workers.my machine us new its 9 months since i have purchased and they are harrading their customers

      I have registered a complaint in IFB in the month of March and still the problem persist.
      IFB will send executive only when it is not in warranty else they will call and not come if the microwave is in warranty.
      Microwave had heating problem and ticket has been logged for the issue in the month of March and again in May but no resolution has been provided.
      Ticket no [protected] has been pending in last two months and several mail communication has been done.

        Sir I have purchased a AC model no. IACI18SA5G3C from MAA Bhagwati enterprises Agra through CSD ON 11 Jun 2021 . The AC is not installed properly. Hence not giving proper cooling. I request you to kindly send a proper qualified engineer so sa to trace and rectified the defect.
        Why IFB has not asked for any feedback after
        installation. Also the model number is different from that I booked.

          I own a Neptune dishwasher. It has been in perfect condition throughout my 11 years of ownership. Recently, the motor developed a heating issue.
          The company's service engineer (Ahmednagar, MH), who visited us, stated that the machine is no longer officially supported. He recommended we exchange this otherwise perfect machine for a new one, at some high cost. This was reiterated by the area manager (Aurangabad) and the regional manager (Pune). They say the machine is an imported model and hence doesn't have vendor support today.
          It confounds me how IFB is OK with telling its customers to dispose off a product that is supposed to last for much longer. The bigger issue is – has IFB found the root of expanding its sales by introducing artificial obsolescence into its products? I'm expecting an explanation and acknowledgement of climate-damaging, anti-consumer, profit-driven motives by IFB.

            On March 5, 2021, a technician from IFB came to our house, and took the Neptune VX dishwasher for service. (Registered a ticket with reference number [protected])

            Until now, on June 27, 2021, not a single one from IFB has given us any information, how is the condition of our dishwasher. In the past, we understood that there were delays due to the lockdown, but can this condition be used as an excuse not to repair? Or at least provide information to us.

            It's a shame, unlike IFB's promise when making sales, that if there are complaints of damage, the IFB service center in Thrissur can be contacted at any time, and there are technicians to repair that product. In fact, it has been more than 3 months for our IFB dishwasher type : Neptune VX, no news. I don't know if we will get our dishwasher machine back or not.

              Dear Sir/Madam

              With respect to the above subject I would like to bring the following for your kind information and needful

              That my washing Machine is not functioning from last two months and in this regard I called one of your technician who is attached to Mangalore service centre Mr. Nithin and he came on 10th of may 2021 and informed me that there is a problem with board or motor and due to lockdown it will take time to rectify.
              Further after 12 days he had asked me to lodge a complaint to customer care and accordingly on 23rd of may 2021 i have complained the same to the customer care and the same is registered and they have not given the ticket number to me so far.
              That after the registration of complaint one Mr. Sharath Shetty has called me and asked about the problem and after that no one has called me and also they have not visited the place to see what the problem is and thereafter I have called many times to the franchise including the IN charge Mr. Sathish Puthran phone number [protected] and he has also not attended to it.
              I can understand the problem with respect to the lock down and the said lock down is lifted long ago and till toady they have not rectified the problem.
              Several time I have contacted the customer care center (you can view the history of calling) even I have spoken to escalation team and they have also not done anything or rectified the problem
              I don't the reason behind not attending to the service of my washing machine by such highly respected company like you.
              Hence I have few questions to you
              1. if it happens to any of your company person what would you do for last one month for washing clothes.
              2. do you give these false assurances such as the customer care person gives to me
              3. I have three washing machines of IFB and would like to take back/buy back the same so that I can go for some other company.
              at last this type of service is not expected from your end and I have lost all hopes from such a reputed company.
              Rest is left to your company to look after it.
              Lastly I wanted to know whether I have to go to some private service center to repair the problem or your company will do it.
              I reserve my right to get justice from the Consumer redressal commission for deficiency of service as my machine is under extended warrant within 10 years of purchase.

                My dishwasher is not working from mid of May. I have called IFB customer care numerous times but no technician visited till date. I also have active AMC. I am facing serious problem without dishwasher but there is no one from IFB to help me fix the dishwasher. Moreover they used to send messages like "your ticket has been resolved" without visiting my place once. This is sheer negligence of IFB. My latest complaint ticket is [protected].

                  I bought ifb washing machine nov 2018 and the warrenty covered upto nov 2022.
                  But due to some technical problem machine not working at well. Ifb service man informed me to change tub with gasket. But he is telling that tub will be under warrenty whereas gasket rubber will not come under Warrenty.
                  And he is telling the cost of rs. 2000 for gasket rubber. When I check this with internet same ifb company cost is rs. 900/- only.
                  My question
                  1) why the difference in price of same company
                  2) whether gasket comes under warrenty or not?

                      My IFB washing machine shown a complaint that smoke from the drum.
                      I registered a complaint on 5th May 2021. It is almost one and half month, the issue is not resolved by the service center. After one month I received a message that my ticket has resolved. But it was not. I called customer support again and raised a new ticket. All details like ticket no. etc are attached. Meanwhile I called service center many times, they keep says they will send technician in two days, may be today itself etc. Giving fake promises. Now they stopped responding to my calls. Am tired of waiting this whole time because the machine is on warranty period so I can't get it service from a third-party. Please improve your after-sale services. Otherwise you will lose customers.

                        Now I'm facing F7 error from last 20 days.

                          We are facing more problems in AC, More parts are changed. For every year they are filling gas. Gas leakage problem still now not resolved.

                            He's now not refunding our money as well.

                              Full Description of incident: After Installation Demo Complete When Engineer Left Our Premises After Machine Give ERROR Code F1 And After Some Time F5. we call to service engineer at Rajkot service centre who installed this machine told us to refer user manual after again we call to engineer that he has replied message that I have informed in our service centre office head that after installation demo machine give error F5. After we have call to seller Name Hemraj Enterprise Shop NO 9 & 10 At Sadhu Vasvani Road Rajkot.

                              Where Company representative Mr Ketan (Sales Person)is there and replied that we resolved issues by tomorrow but still not given solution.

                              in the morning Dated 23/06/2021 IFB service centre has issued ticket toward us but after hour again sms received that Dear Customer Your IFB Ticket No [protected] has been pending due to customer appointment/Re-Scheduled.all this was done from service centre side.

                              This Machine Actually Come From Delear Showroom from Demo Place at the time of purchase we request to provide Box pack another one but dealer told me that there no such problem is going to be happen. I think this company DOA need to understand not to be repair again and again need to replace machine.

                                      I have been complaining since25th of April and technicians visited after 25th May . I understood the problem of lockdown and patiently waited but still now My dish washer is not working as service centre is continuously saying today and tomorrow we will come to replace the parts . I think IFB is the worst service provider as I have also got IFB washing machine . If not done in two or three days then I will think of another option
