    Dear Team,

    I have raised the complaint in IFB on 7th July 2021, for regular service (as more than 1 year not done).

    For this case Technical Engineer from Shree Sai Service visited the same day, and he asked if there were any other issues, so we said there is some noise coming. So for that issue he opened the machine to check & said there is one part that needs to be replaced, so replaced the part on both sides ( charged Rs. 5, 555 with a visiting fee) & I paid the charges.

    Also he said that part life is 5-6 years & part coming with MFG date. He showcased the Defective part MFG date & date year was 2018-19.
    I asked how it gets faulty in 2 years, If the part life is 5--6 years & on this he said some time the date is mismatched / type the wrong date year by the company itself.

    The new part date year showed as 2021, Is this original part of IFB?

    After 2-3 days again the same noise was coming, so again I called IFB service ( 17th July 2021) center for "issues not resolved". The operator said we will send the engineer again to check the issues.

    Yesterday (20th July 2021 2.15pm) the same Technical Engineer again visited, opened the door, ran the drum manually & said "The drum is faulty you need to replace the drum now" the company shared the quotation with you. It's all in only 2 minutes. It means that part is not required to be changed.

    1. Three is no proper information shared.
    2. Visiting report not shared.
    3. Companies share the quotation but which company IFB or Shree Sai Service ?
    4. How do they share the quotation over the email / call ?
    5. What about the part that changed 5 days back ?
    6. Both the time Engineer comes in formal wear, ID card not showcase. The IFB operator said Engineer comes in Uniform with an ID card.

    IFB team, request you to i want a call from your Sr. Person regarding this issue & resolve ASAP.

    I think Shree Sai Service company engineer is not capable of resolving these issues.

    What is the update on this ?? It's almost 3 weeks still my issues not resolved?? now m trying to call IFB costumer care but not success... also IFB operator give me two Sr. person number which is switched off from last TWO days...is this a joke ? you treat your customer this ways ??

    Yes, the technical engineer visited and replaced the machine drum set & after that now the machine is working fine.
    But I am very glad if it all happens without any ESCALATE. anyways Thanks for the support.

      I own a microwave S/N :[protected]. It got 3 years warranty. WHen it stopped working, I called service guy. He came and took 350/- as service charge. They told that one part is not working which is under warranty and they will give that for free. Side by side, one extra part will needed which cost around 300. But the day the guy came, he demanded more 600/-. My question is why IFB offer warranty if they take money by making customer fool. It is highly recommended not to buy any kind of IFB products to avoid this kind of service issue and harassment after purchase.

        My elderly parents (father bedridden cancer patient) living alone in India have problems with the IFB washing machine. My mother has called IFB customer care(given in the bill and customer care numbers published on IFB website) numerous times and after one or two rings the call is disconnected. I have called manytimes and have had the same experience. I have tried to call IFB corporate office where the call is also disconnected. I have also emailed IFB customer care but have not received any reply.
        The use of a washing machine is essential for two elderly sick people without much physical mobility. Please help and/or advise. Please note that this issue is time sensitive.

          Hi I have IFB senorita DX 5.5 kg. It's a 10 year old machine. Booked complaint with IFB and my machine was under AMC. Technician visited from Amman service agency Chennai Ashok nagar. He told us the outer body is rusted so need to change it and it would cost around Rs.4500. We said ok and he brought it 2 days later while changing the unit he said door gasket needs to be changed and it costs around Rs.2500. He did the job and totally collected Rs. 7950 from me for 10 years old machine. If i was informed earlier i would have gone for a new machine why should I spend so much on this machine. I am very much disappointed with cosy he charged for spares especially door gasket. Please look into it and solve it as soon as possible

            We have annual AMC we have registered complaint on 25th June 2021 however we didn't receive any communication, after that on 9th July we registered complaint again, and on 12th July 2021 again after that IF B technician visited on same day and told us that he had checked and repaired the machine, very next day we found problem with machine. Again we had tried many times to register compliant we got answer that query is already registered. online when we saw it was shown that query is resolved. complaint was filed again and it is not resolved . we have lost period of AMC from 25th June 2021 onwards whether same will be extended by company as delay and poor services was given to us inspite of of having AMC. We had to wash cloths by hand as we had only one washing machine. any compensation we will receive for the same?

After that we registered for installation request.After some time IFB support people called me and said it will take more than 15 days to complete installation due to lockdown. We said ok for that as we also need to understand their safety as well. After some days machine stopped washing the clothes. so I registered complaint and technician came and said motor protector was broken...

                Technician dishonest.
                Asked me to take AMC before getting the parts changed. He asked for half the price for one part that is shockers and full price for spring and that too after I would hv opted for AMC. He said he wl put new spring and then I wd hv to wait for 45 days for AMC to take effect. He said he wd manage the guy who wd visit for inspection after AMC. He said spring was priced Rs.1250 and shockers Rs. 3450/-MRPs. How dare he try to befool us?
                When I called him a cheat and dishonest person, he increased his service charge from Rs. 590/- to Rs. 850/- plus Rs.3450 for shockers and Rs. 1200/- for spring.

                  The technician found fault with shockers and spring. First he demanded Rs. 3450 for shockers and Rs.1250 for a spring. Then he suggested me to save money by getting AMC done and paying half price for shockers and full price for spring. He said he would replace the spring and that after that I would have to wait for 45 days to get the shockers replaced under AMC. I immediately pointed his dishonesty and said that he was neither acting in the interest of the customer nor the company. He was trying to extort money from me.

                    A 2010 model sparingly used is not working after 100 washes. Service personnel figured out that Circulation pump/motor needs to be replaced to make it work but spares are not available. This is not acceptable from a company like IFB which sells dishwashers for INR 40, 000 Plus. Only option given is to buy a new one with a 20% discount.

                      The issue that I have experienced was: Such a worst experience with IFB. I have logged a compliant on 13th June 2021 for IFB washing machine and they said they have change the Failure motherboard which covers under AMC. All my tickets are getting closed and no response either from customer care and such a rude and unethical response zonal manager end.
                      No point in contact or call backs form either, after multiple follow ups from our end. Never expected it from IFB of this kind of service. No proper process of ticketing or escalation process.

                      All these below tickets are waste of my time.

                      More than resolving the problem, as service person behaving rude n using slang/ unethical words to customer something needs to be taken care of. And the person ( Saravanan) spoken in a way that nobody want to even deal with the issue anymore.. so I reached out in other ways .. no process of escalation or complaint process in IFB customer care for the same which is jus poor service from IFB end.

                        Washing Machine 7 KG Elite -Aqua SX Sr No[protected]mentioned details Washing machine was purchased on 26th July 2018 having warranty period till 22nd July 2022 .
                        The machine had breakdown today . The technician who visited & replaced inlet valve + PCB Repair reset made us to pay huge amount of Rs 7736 .
                        This product has inbuilt warranty of 4 Years . in spite of showing the warranty card, the technician has exorbitantly charged for IFB own product failure and also charged for software update .
                        we are not satisfied with the charging in spite of having 4 years warranty .
                        Hence we request to look into product inherent failure and refund the Exorbitant charges

Your executive came and inspected and told that the person from IFB who changed my drum had done some connections in a wrong way and hence one part has damaged. It needs to be changed. After two days he brought the part and changed it and after testing he left. One hour after he left the same...

                              Dear Sir/Ma'am,

                              I am Manikandan and a resident of Chennai, Tamil Nadu. I own
                              Elina Aqua SX 6 kg washing machine of IFB.

                              I would like to report an incident of mis-selling and cheating of one
                              of your authorized franchises (for services). We connected with IFB
                              toll free number for some repair services for my washing machine and
                              people from IDE Enterprises turned up.

                              They inspected the washing machine and said, water sensor, machine
                              front door and suspension have to be changed. They indicated that,
                              suspension would cost Rs 2, 500/- and water sensor would cost Rs
                              1, 500/-. In total, the repair charges would come around Rs. 8, 500/- .
                              They suggested to take AMC package costing Rs 10, 800/- instead of
                              repairing each part separately as it covers the cost of machine parts
                              for 2 years and we agreed.

                              Since, we were suspicious of higher charges quoted by IDE Enterprises,
                              we checked the prices of water sensor, suspension etc. online. In
                              addition, we spoke to our known technicians. Later, we found the
                              following:

                              1) Market rate of Water sensor is Rs 500-600. However, the
                              technicians from IDE Enterprises had quoted Rs 1, 500

                              2) Market rate of Suspension is Rs 1500. However, the technicians from
                              IDE Enterprises had quoted Rs 2, 500.

                              3) AMC charges collected by IDE Enterprises is Rs 10, 800. This is way
                              too higher than the AMC charges shown in IFB website (~ Rs 5000).

                              4) The bill given by IDE Enterprises didn’t give any breakup for
                              repair services (attached)

                              From the above, it is amply clear that IDE Enterprises intentionally
                              inflated the prices of spare parts to make me buy the AMC package.
                              Also, IDE Enterprises collected double the AMC charges quoted on IFB
                              website.

                              This tantamounts to mis-selling and cheating . We bought the IFB
                              product considering your quality of product and service. If such
                              mis-selling and cheating happen, how will I buy a IFB product in
                              future? I have lost confidence in IFB product and services. I deeply
                              regret buying your product. I never expected such a bad experience
                              from IFB.

                              Request to look into the issue and refund the excess charges collected
                              from me. I don’t want AMC. Pls charge for the spares and services
                              correctly and bill me. If the issue is not rectified, I promise that I
                              will not buy any IFB product in future and will not recommend IFB to
                              any of my known friends & relatives circles.

                                I have been using ifb washing machine top load for about 5 months and since the starting i am getting ach1 error repeatedly.. Every time i have to come and restart the machine and it stops again Request you look into this problem and provide me permanent solution.

                                your team here in Hyderabad is recommending me to use Voltage stabilizer, well i have everything samsung at my home this is first product which is causing problem with voltage kindly fix it or kindly take the product and refund us.

                                  Hello team,

                                  I would like to highlight the issue regarding my washing machine which is currently in warranty period.
                                  The machine is non operative since last 4 weeks.
                                  We filed complaint in vijay sales and they raise the query to IFB directly.
                                  The person came and he said the panel need to be changed.
                                  No person or panel has come a d we are facing this issue. I would urge to take necessary action.

                                    Hello,

                                    We bought fully automatic top load 7 KG IFB washing machine in Dec 2018.
                                    Beginning it used to take heavy load and finish ok and by heavy load I meant not more than the capacity of the machine but the company suggested number of clothes.

                                    From last six odd months we are seeing that while drying the drum inside is hitting forcibly to the walls of the machine body.
                                    1. We pause and distribute the clothes evenly
                                    2. and sometimes take few trousers out so that it can run without any issues.
                                    It used run okay after we make the above two steps but lately it doesn't work at all no matter whatever we do, someone always have to stand beside the machine waiting for it make that loud hitting noise and switch it on and off and distribute the clothes evenly and take few clothes out, sometimes it still doesn't work and then we take it out and hang outside.

                                    We raised multiple complaints with the company still no resolution to the issue. Company service executives come and ask so many questions and if even one answer is not what they expect then they say it is because of that what we did one single thing wrong. Sometimes it about not being the company provided stand, sometimes height of the water tank, sometimes how many number of clothes we put, sometimes what kind of detergent powder we use and the list goes on and on.

                                    If by any chance they resolve the issue (for previous complaints) they come and add something to the machine like filter or stand or something and charge for it and then they do the service mentioning that without that purchase we won't get the free service even though the machine is under warranty.

                                    The machine is still under warranty and the few days ago we raised another complaint for the drum beating issue the service executive said try to minimize the load and use it, if the issue still comes again then they will do something. But yet minimizing the load also doesn't help as I explained in the beginning.

                                    I am not sure if posting this complaint here can help us resolve the issue or not but I am hoping so.
