I have raised the complaint in IFB on 7th July 2021, for regular service (as more than 1 year not done).
For this case Technical Engineer from Shree Sai Service visited the same day, and he asked if there were any other issues, so we said there is some noise coming. So for that issue he opened the machine to check & said there is one part that needs to be replaced, so replaced the part on both sides ( charged Rs. 5, 555 with a visiting fee) & I paid the charges.
Also he said that part life is 5-6 years & part coming with MFG date. He showcased the Defective part MFG date & date year was 2018-19.
I asked how it gets faulty in 2 years, If the part life is 5--6 years & on this he said some time the date is mismatched / type the wrong date year by the company itself.
The new part date year showed as 2021, Is this original part of IFB?
After 2-3 days again the same noise was coming, so again I called IFB service ( 17th July 2021) center for "issues not resolved". The operator said we will send the engineer again to check the issues.
Yesterday (20th July 2021 2.15pm) the same Technical Engineer again visited, opened the door, ran the drum manually & said "The drum is faulty you need to replace the drum now" the company shared the quotation with you. It's all in only 2 minutes. It means that part is not required to be changed.
1. Three is no proper information shared.
2. Visiting report not shared.
3. Companies share the quotation but which company IFB or Shree Sai Service ?
4. How do they share the quotation over the email / call ?
5. What about the part that changed 5 days back ?
6. Both the time Engineer comes in formal wear, ID card not showcase. The IFB operator said Engineer comes in Uniform with an ID card.
IFB team, request you to i want a call from your Sr. Person regarding this issue & resolve ASAP.
I think Shree Sai Service company engineer is not capable of resolving these issues.

What is the update on this ?? It's almost 3 weeks still my issues not resolved?? now m trying to call IFB costumer care but not success... also IFB operator give me two Sr. person number which is switched off from last TWO days...is this a joke ? you treat your customer this ways ??

Yes, the technical engineer visited and replaced the machine drum set & after that now the machine is working fine.
But I am very glad if it all happens without any ESCALATE. anyways Thanks for the support.
