My washing machine is not working from past few days I am trying to contact IFB but I am not getting any response i need urgent service for IFB washing machine

Dear Team,
I am using washing machine of yours company (elena dx). Few days back it stopped working so i raised a ticket at your tall free number On 31st May. After raising the ticket very next day i got a call from a technician named Mr. Alpesh mihola (mob. No.[protected]. He asked me the issue and i told him that might be belt is broken. After that call for 2 days he avoided my calls n never visited my home. So again i called on toll free on 5 th June for the same. Then i got a call from another technician. That technician again avoided my calls for 2 days n after so much followups he came to my place. Then without proper checking of problems he changed the belt only and gone. He didnt gave us bill for the same (I gave him 1300 rs for belt plus 590 for service). After he left, we started machine and at very moment belt broke again. I called him for several times but he didnt responds. So again i called to tall free and they assure me that my issues would be taken care on urgent basis. They gave me another contact person Mr. Manish (mob. No. [protected]). I called Mr. Manish and he send another technician at my place. He diagnosed that the drum is faulty and he was shocked that why the previous technician o[censored]rs changed belt (as due to that only the belt broke). Then i agree for replacement of drum as well cos I was very much tired of this drama. So i called mr. Manish n told him to intervern In this matter but Mr. Manish told me that IFB stopped making parts of this model and so he cant solve my issues..

So in nut shell from 31st may to till date my washing machine is nt working and after so much followups your technical team is nt responding. Now I am tired of this Lethargic approach of technical team of yours.
IFB was good brand in my perception but this incident malign your image in my mind too.

So please help me out for the same. I want a solution For this issue.

Washing machine senorita DX is under AMC. After wash the water still remains in the machine and falls out after I open the door. I submitted couple of complaints but no action has been taken till date. I tried calling but unable to connect.

My IFB brand washing machine (SENORITA SX 6 KG 1000 RPM is not working since 16 Jun 2021. This machine is under Annual Maintenance Contract which is expiring on 06 Jul 2021. ICR No. [protected] dated 07 Jul 2020.
Request for rectification of defects on priority.

I have registered a complaint for my IFB washing machine.
The machine is still under warranty but the technician has charged me Rs. 3610 for spare parts and transportation charges.
When I asked for the details with him about the charges since the machine is under warranty, he mentioned that he does not have any information, instead he asked me to pay the amount ASAP as he has to visit some other customer’s place.

I have attached my Machine invoice details and bill I received from IFB technician for spare parts replacement .
Can someone please look into this

IFB washing machine is not working as expected and unable to on it.
Also it is front load machine. Kindly request you to check and send the technician to check

We raised a complaint 4 days ago regarding a fault with our washing machine. This machine is under AMC (From May 3, 2021 to May 2, 2023).

I contacted IFB customer care before signing up for this AMC. They told IDE Enterprises is an authorised service center of IFB and asked us to proceed with the AMC.

IDE Enterprise located in No. 29, Srinivasapuram, 3rd Street, Koratur, chennai - 600080, Tamil Nadu is not responding at all. When we raised the complaint 4 days ago, a technician/service coordinator visited and said he will bring the spare part but he never showed up. We have been following up with this person for the last 4 days but he is not responding any of our calls.

When I called IFB, they are simply saying that they will send a technician but nobody has visited till now. I got a call today from a technician named Mohan ([protected]). He said he will visit before 8PM and get the work done. We followed up with a couple of times before 8 PM and he promised he would come. At 8:10 PM, he backed out.

I am so fed up and I am not even sure how to take legal action against these irresponsible service persons. Atleast they should refund my AMC amount of rupees 10, 500. Why should I pay and suffer?
Please take immediate action.

Either this issue should be resolved and in future this should not repeat or they must refund the amount I paid.

Kindly help.

It's almost 20 days since i ordered the products from IFB website still I haven't recieved my order and no update yet. when i call their customers support they said their back end team will contact me within 2 hours but never.calls, also no response given to my mails also

Please send a service person to our address, from past 2 months our washing machine is not working and I have raised a ticket one month before but till now service person not reached to our address. It's a very serious issue as it is under warranty but the service person not reached to us.

New IFB Dryer delivered 5 days back thru Amazon but no one come to do installation. I have tried all yout number and no one is picking up and on Kolkata number people hang up the phone.

We brought a washing machine in the date of 10/07/2017.From that year we are not any servises, So we want total washing machine full servising, and for this machine IFB industries gave a 4years warranty .so please servise my IFB washing machine.

One of tbe technician visited on monday and he told that it wall and some board problem inside the machine he has taken 8k and visited today once he done everything spinner is not working before spinner used to work after technician visit machine is not working. Either refund my money or get it repaired.

My location is shamshabad.

I placed an order at IFB website on 29th May 2021 and received a mail confirmation from IFB.

It has been 19 days since then, but there is no update on the order.

Neither I have received the Product, nor the tracking number, nor any kind of communication!!

I called on IFB customer care number[protected], and they even could not find any details from the order number provided in the IFB’s order confirmation mail! It’s shocking!!

This is extremely disappointing. I never expected such a thing from brand like IFB!

This experience has discouraged me to use IFB products in future, as well as I am inclined to share my experience on social sites, to save other from getting into such a bitter situation with IFB.

I have one IFB washing machine and in AMC from beginning. it is almost many years. Senator 6 KG later they asked for continuing AMC. Now power is tripping, while running washing machine. We gave complaint and it was lock down and got delayed. They came and mentioned that the drum is rusted and needs to replace. After some weeks they told drum is not available for that model and either they will give back AMC amount or go for exchange offer. This issue created huge tension during this health situations and impacted health of other members. also rightnow dont have money for any new one.

Few questions :

1. Why they asked for AMC if parts are not available.
2. We are taking AMC considering any undue incidents. Now we are not using washing machine almost two months. (where frequent washing required due to health conditions)
3. We are in AMC for long time, why they did not identify this issue and take next steps earlier.

This is question of integrity and reliability. Even going for exchange may not reliable with this company. Need suggestion on this or replace full set .

My customer id is 13483301, i have paid rs.8000/- towards amc charges with m/s ifb limited for my washing machine model senorita which is valid thru Aug - 2021.
I registered a complaint # [protected] with customer care, regarding machine start button not function. A technician has come and checked the power board of the machine, the wire is cut on one part of power board. He told me that the power board need to be replaced but which is not covered under amc due to rat bite and asked me to pay rs.6000/- for replacing the new pc board.
Under AMC terms and conditions it is not mentioned abt rat bite at all.
I would request ifb, if they have any sense of shame left in them to refund my amc amount of rs.6012/- immediately.

I have purchase ifb washing machine model no. Executive plus VX/SX ID 8.5 KG 1400 RPM, through Amazon. Now its display is not working properly.
