Conn error shown since last month and when I call customer service they cannot resolve the issue via phone due to this lock down and they will only send a person after the lockdown which has now been extended again. Why can't you people provide remote assistance. You need to have people who deal with these issues on the phone not some guy who just placates other and says he doesn't know anything. Nothing about this issue is in manual or online. Truly disappointed in the company.

Washing machine not working complaint also have been raised no action taken.

We have an IFB Elena Aqua 6Kg 800 rpm washing machine. The problem was the drum was not rotating, so we called the service guy from IFB and he has seen it and has recommended to change the Mother board and he is asking Rs.5800/- towards replacement of mother board and 590/- as service charges. Kindly let us know the exact cost of the mother board.

Kindly revert back asap.

Please ban your Enigma Enterprises IFB Pune, they are providing Very Poor Service to customer, ima very surprise why IFB not checked first about this agency ??? they can't handle the Customers Properly, i have Very Shocking experience of their Service Technician Mr. .Pandey [protected] this guy is non technical & Unprofessional Person he came 4/5 times to see my washing machine in between (19.03.2021 - 30.03.2021)but he couldn't find out the exact Problem & this is very Funny things.

Request to IFB please think many times when you said your Authorized Service center ENIGMA ENTERPRISES, In future i will never think to buy again any IFB Products also i will share my this experience to my Friends & Relatives

I have purchased a washing machine from IFB 10/10/2018 model TL ROW 6.5kg Aqua. Warranty is still 09/10/2022
The problem has come 3 months back. They sent nonprofessional technicians. They damaged the product. Again Problem has and shocking the washing machine. Repeatedly I am complaining call center people are saying we are sending technician but nobody is coming I was given a complaint though their app they canceled the compliant without visiting they mentioned there customer is not available so this only way to me to raise compliant through you plz help me to resolve the problem

Regarding my order of IFB 6.5 KG Fully Automatic Top Loading Washing Machine (TL-RDW). I have ordered the mentioned product at Amazon on 11th February, 2020. From last few days I have observed that the machine vibrates heavily making a lot of noise while drying is in progress. Please look into the complaint and resolve it as soon as possible. Thanks !!

Washing machine not working properly

This to inform you that, I am using IFB ELENA SX Washing Machine and every year I am paying AMC contract and last entered AMC on 09.07.2020 for the above ELANA SX Washing Machine vide your AMC NO 60967174. I raised complaint on 3rd May2021 for my Washing Machine not working vide your ticket no [protected] & again on 12th May2021 vide your ticket no [protected] same complaint. Based on my complaint technician visited and not completed the work for want of spare parts, so washing Machine is out of order from 3rd of May2021. I raised once gain complaint on 17 May2021 for the pending complaint vide your ticket no[protected]. The above complaint is more than 4 weeks and not rectified till date. Take necessary action with your local representative ( Hyderabad) and ensure rectify the defective.

Have raised ticket to visit engineer to repair washing machine.
The person who visited was very arrogant and greedy so I requested for some other engineer.
I got assurance from customer care team that senior technician will visit but no one has visited yet also did not get call from anyone even after escalating complain.
From last 6 days calling customer support and they are saying have escalate issue.
It has been 10 days but issue is not resolved yet and I have paid 590 service charge as well.
Really mentally Harrahed with such service

I was forced to buy amc by vel enterprises, peelamedu, coimbatore.. I registered a complaint in april.. he came and seen and did something..That time itself my service not fully done.. I asked him.. he tld it ll be k in few minutes.. bt same complaints persist.. again I called him.. he is not answering properly.. I asked him immediately on the washing machine all my detergent comes out with water through outlet.. he told it's normal only.. I am seeing my washing machine from the day of purchase.. it wont come like that.. also machine doesn't take detergent.. its spinning without detergent.. washing only with water .. my detergent gets wasted.. whether it s normal?? While taking before amc and after amc totally the person gets changed.. for my registered APRIL service nothing done by him.. again I registered a complaint.. I want proper solution.. my amc amt 4500 gets wasted and also my detergent.. I want a resolution immediately..or I ll lodge a complaint

I am sorry to inform u about poor service of ifb centre in Patti area .so many requests are made time to time but ignored.so much carelessness.l am facing first time this type of careless behaviour .disgusting .Hope u will do the needful .thanks

Washing machine Take too much time to wash and dry clothes.

Last Thursday(13th, May, 2021) we have customer care and registered complaint number -[protected].
Our Product under Warranty and Service techincian visited our Home and agreed to replace motor on Monday.When we called Service ifbcentre/Bhavanipuram and informed us Techinician will replace part on Wednesday at my Home.
Again we have called on Wednesday ..Manager-Srinivas(Service point) informed us that ours is first Call once Technician comes will send it.It was failed to send on wednesday.
Again we have called today and demanding Money to send techinician or send washing machine to his service centre.(From our place Service centre almost 30 kms).
Our model no-TL-SDW 7.0 AQUA..
We can say this kind service from them we never expect and behaving with ver rude way stating that they don, t want to resolve the issues.
Kindly help us to resolve as we have handy w/out washing machine, which is regularly usage on daily needs.
