Hi,

I have been using ifb washing machine top load for about 5 months and since the starting i am getting ach1 error repeatedly.. Every time i have to come and restart the machine and it stops again Request you look into this problem and provide me permanent solution.

your team here in Hyderabad is recommending me to use Voltage stabilizer, well i have everything samsung at my home this is first product which is causing problem with voltage kindly fix it or kindly take the product and refund us.

    Hello team,

    I would like to highlight the issue regarding my washing machine which is currently in warranty period.
    The machine is non operative since last 4 weeks.
    We filed complaint in vijay sales and they raise the query to IFB directly.
    The person came and he said the panel need to be changed.
    No person or panel has come a d we are facing this issue. I would urge to take necessary action.

    Warranty period 25/07/2019 to 24/07/2025.

      Hello,

      We bought fully automatic top load 7 KG IFB washing machine in Dec 2018.
      Beginning it used to take heavy load and finish ok and by heavy load I meant not more than the capacity of the machine but the company suggested number of clothes.

      From last six odd months we are seeing that while drying the drum inside is hitting forcibly to the walls of the machine body.
      1. We pause and distribute the clothes evenly
      2. and sometimes take few trousers out so that it can run without any issues.
      It used run okay after we make the above two steps but lately it doesn't work at all no matter whatever we do, someone always have to stand beside the machine waiting for it make that loud hitting noise and switch it on and off and distribute the clothes evenly and take few clothes out, sometimes it still doesn't work and then we take it out and hang outside.

      We raised multiple complaints with the company still no resolution to the issue. Company service executives come and ask so many questions and if even one answer is not what they expect then they say it is because of that what we did one single thing wrong. Sometimes it about not being the company provided stand, sometimes height of the water tank, sometimes how many number of clothes we put, sometimes what kind of detergent powder we use and the list goes on and on.

      If by any chance they resolve the issue (for previous complaints) they come and add something to the machine like filter or stand or something and charge for it and then they do the service mentioning that without that purchase we won't get the free service even though the machine is under warranty.

      The machine is still under warranty and the few days ago we raised another complaint for the drum beating issue the service executive said try to minimize the load and use it, if the issue still comes again then they will do something. But yet minimizing the load also doesn't help as I explained in the beginning.

      I am not sure if posting this complaint here can help us resolve the issue or not but I am hoping so.

            We had lodged a complaint with the Customer service for our washing machine, and were guaranteed assistance within 48 hours. However, its been more than 48 hours and not only were we not contacted by them, we are now not even able to contact them. Even after repeatedly mentioning to prioritize the request, they generally don't adhere to their mentioned timespan. We are not sure if the delay is due to the pandemic, or the fact that we are covered under an AMC expiring this month.
            We have experienced this in the past as well. Well, not always, there were absolutely no delays when it came to renewal of the AMC.

                I have ordered IFB Essentials Dishwasher tablets on May 23rd, 2021 vide order no. [protected], with an assurance that the order will be processed soon.
                However it is now more than 40 days and IFB is yet to update the status of my order despite several reminders to their customer care. Their only response is we will forward your complaint to the concerned Dept.

                  IFB is a Multinational Company deals in household product range.
                  IFB service is pathetic in Mumbai India and no one is really ready to take the ownership after sales during warranty period.
                  Complaint is lodged on 12th June 2021 for IFB washing machine worth almost Rs. 40, 000/45, 000 front door fully automatic machine.
                  After so much of deliberation engineer arrived at site after a week giving pandemic, vaccination reasons. Inspected machine without proper tool kits(dryer etc. was provided by consumer).
                  Finally concluded on the gut feel that one part is faulty which will be replaced by company for which he’ll go and check their stores. And if available they’ll replace it. After a week trying to reach the numbers from IFB Service guys we got no response for unanswered calls.
                  After a month the situation is same. Don’t know from where this part you ppl are going to purchase US, India, Japan, China.
                  But I’m disappointed by seeing, experiencing the service in India.
                  Please don’t give all these Corona reasons.
                  I would like to file a case against IFB to refund entire product cost and also pay for mental harassment, worst service experience and false commitment.

                      I purchased ifb senorita 5.5 washing machine on 2011. After 4 years PCB become damaged and the service technician charged 4000 rupees for replacing them. After seven years I heared some sound from the machine, so I register the complaint. The service technician just open the top side of the machine and told me the two drums became damaged and want to replace them for an amount of rupees 12000. My machine is only seven years old so I want to check the bearings and replace them. They didn't like that. After too much phone calls they replace the bearings. but they damaged my machine by cutting the wires to motor ( i can't test the machine in presence of them because they ask me to use the machine after 24 hours due to the glue in inlet pipe ). Now my machine didn't work due to the complaint of spider clamp. I again register complaint to resolve it. But the technician told me you didn't get spider clamp alone they will replace the whole unit (drum with clamp ) for an amount of rupees 8500. I didnt agree that. With my past experience with them i know they are cheeting the ifb customers. You can check your market growth of ifb washing machine in Kerala, Kollam section. If it indownwards that is duet to the cheating of service centre in kollam. As a customer i need a better after sale service from you. If I didn't get that how I believe your products. Please take an action to get spider drum clamp for my machine at a reasonable rate.

                        I bought the IFB 6.5 kg 5 Star Fully Automatic Top Load Silver (TL-RDS/RDSS 6.5 kg Aqua)

                        Installed or start using: 20 Nov 2020

                        I have been using the machine for the past 6 months now. Initially, I do not have any problems but for the past 2 months I am hardly using it due to the following issues:
                        First, the issue started with Noise troubling
                        then Drainage issue (that is resolved)
                        now again it's making too much NOISE, seems the drum is hitting the side plate.

                        I am totally frustrated now, it's only been 6 months. I thought it will not create any issue in the last 2 years but it was wrong.

                        I can not continue using this machine therefore, I have requested FOR REPLACEMENT but no one is replying to me in that section.

                        Yes, one of your executives has called and she informed me that she will forward the issue to my local area manager. But again I want to mention that I am expecting to REPLACE the machine because I do not have expected this kind of issue at least in my first year.

                            Since April 2021 dishwasher not drying and keeping the utensils dry and warm after wash. So we stopped using the dishwasher. Once lockdown withdrawn we contacted your technician, Mr. Amarjeet Singh, last week who did the work but unsatisfactorily. We requested him to visit us and sort out the problem. He never keeps his time. Even though he did come twice problem persisted. This morning (29th June) he visited at 10 AM without any tangible result for the problem. He left assuring that he would visit again after 12 noon. It is 2.45 PM but no trace of him or no phone either. Our phone to the Delhi service team Ms. Manshi remains unanswered.

                            We have kept all our used crockeries and utensils inside the dishwasher anticipating that we will wash it in the presence of your technician. Alas, no technician; no phone either from him or no sign of your technician visiting us yet! How do you think our problem will be solved?

                                I have registered a complaint in IFB in the month of March and still the problem persist.
                                IFB will send executive only when it is not in warranty else they will call and not come if the microwave is in warranty.
                                Microwave had heating problem and ticket has been logged for the issue in the month of March and again in May but no resolution has been provided.
                                Ticket no [protected] has been pending in last two months and several mail communication has been done.

                                  Sir I have purchased a AC model no. IACI18SA5G3C from MAA Bhagwati enterprises Agra through CSD ON 11 Jun 2021 . The AC is not installed properly. Hence not giving proper cooling. I request you to kindly send a proper qualified engineer so sa to trace and rectified the defect.
                                  Why IFB has not asked for any feedback after
                                  installation. Also the model number is different from that I booked.

                                    I own a Neptune dishwasher. It has been in perfect condition throughout my 11 years of ownership. Recently, the motor developed a heating issue.
                                    The company's service engineer (Ahmednagar, MH), who visited us, stated that the machine is no longer officially supported. He recommended we exchange this otherwise perfect machine for a new one, at some high cost. This was reiterated by the area manager (Aurangabad) and the regional manager (Pune). They say the machine is an imported model and hence doesn't have vendor support today.
                                    It confounds me how IFB is OK with telling its customers to dispose off a product that is supposed to last for much longer. The bigger issue is – has IFB found the root of expanding its sales by introducing artificial obsolescence into its products? I'm expecting an explanation and acknowledgement of climate-damaging, anti-consumer, profit-driven motives by IFB.

                                      On March 5, 2021, a technician from IFB came to our house, and took the Neptune VX dishwasher for service. (Registered a ticket with reference number [protected])

                                      Until now, on June 27, 2021, not a single one from IFB has given us any information, how is the condition of our dishwasher. In the past, we understood that there were delays due to the lockdown, but can this condition be used as an excuse not to repair? Or at least provide information to us.

                                      It's a shame, unlike IFB's promise when making sales, that if there are complaints of damage, the IFB service center in Thrissur can be contacted at any time, and there are technicians to repair that product. In fact, it has been more than 3 months for our IFB dishwasher type : Neptune VX, no news. I don't know if we will get our dishwasher machine back or not.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam

                                        With respect to the above subject I would like to bring the following for your kind information and needful

                                        That my washing Machine is not functioning from last two months and in this regard I called one of your technician who is attached to Mangalore service centre Mr. Nithin and he came on 10th of may 2021 and informed me that there is a problem with board or motor and due to lockdown it will take time to rectify.
                                        Further after 12 days he had asked me to lodge a complaint to customer care and accordingly on 23rd of may 2021 i have complained the same to the customer care and the same is registered and they have not given the ticket number to me so far.
                                        That after the registration of complaint one Mr. Sharath Shetty has called me and asked about the problem and after that no one has called me and also they have not visited the place to see what the problem is and thereafter I have called many times to the franchise including the IN charge Mr. Sathish Puthran phone number [protected] and he has also not attended to it.
                                        I can understand the problem with respect to the lock down and the said lock down is lifted long ago and till toady they have not rectified the problem.
                                        Several time I have contacted the customer care center (you can view the history of calling) even I have spoken to escalation team and they have also not done anything or rectified the problem
                                        I don't the reason behind not attending to the service of my washing machine by such highly respected company like you.
                                        Hence I have few questions to you
                                        1. if it happens to any of your company person what would you do for last one month for washing clothes.
                                        2. do you give these false assurances such as the customer care person gives to me
                                        3. I have three washing machines of IFB and would like to take back/buy back the same so that I can go for some other company.
                                        at last this type of service is not expected from your end and I have lost all hopes from such a reputed company.
                                        Rest is left to your company to look after it.
                                        Lastly I wanted to know whether I have to go to some private service center to repair the problem or your company will do it.
                                        I reserve my right to get justice from the Consumer redressal commission for deficiency of service as my machine is under extended warrant within 10 years of purchase.
