On March 5, 2021, a technician from IFB came to our house, and took the Neptune VX dishwasher for service. (Registered a ticket with reference number [protected])
Until now, on June 27, 2021, not a single one from IFB has given us any information, how is the condition of our dishwasher. In the past, we understood that there were delays due to the lockdown, but can this condition be used as an excuse not to repair? Or at least provide information to us.
It's a shame, unlike IFB's promise when making sales, that if there are complaints of damage, the IFB service center in Thrissur can be contacted at any time, and there are technicians to repair that product. In fact, it has been more than 3 months for our IFB dishwasher type : Neptune VX, no news. I don't know if we will get our dishwasher machine back or not.
