I v.narendra varma located in Srikakulam, ap, india request you to kindly note that my washing machineis facing problems which are not being resolved, I have been issued many tickets but none of them have been pursued.recently from past 2months I complained of huge noise in washing machine wich was also not addressed properly .

Iam under amcpolicy for past five years but iam not being given proper service and maintenance

I bought a IFB 6kg washing machine on 25/05/2019 and it has been non- functional for the past 15 days. A technician visited and explained that the PCB needs to be replaced and is charging me Rs 6500.00. I understand that the issue is due to voltage fluctuation but the website specified that no stabilizer is needed for the washing machine.

I have raised a complaint but did not get proper response and they are saying I need to pay it. The washing machine it self does not cost Rs. 20000.00.

Iam S.Ramanjaneyulu a product holder of IFB washing machine.Recently I got complaint in my machine I filed a complaint in IFB service center Chirala..It happened nearly 1.5month above still I haven't received any proper feedback/service from them..iam very disappointed about the service of this company.Even they are not responding for phone calls properly please take necessary action towards it.

The technician named Dhanush from M/s. Veera Venkata Hanuman Agencies Ongole offered washing machine stand but
I rejected to purchase . Then he argued and showed his aggressiveness and anger infront of my family. I tried to convince him but his behaviour is very rude to us. I forcefully purchased washing machine stand because of his behaviour. I felt very bad infront of our neighbours because of his rude behaviour.

So I kindly request to look in the issue and take necessary action regarding this . If you need I will share photos also. I'm sharing yours technician contact number for your's reference.

When switch on the machine Current passed on outside 8 kg front load machine.. Technicians side will inform.. but no response..

I have an issue with my washing machine where the engineer said the parts have to be replaced which would take around weeks time.
When called the customer card they said it will take 10 to 12 days & gave me service center no which was incorrect contact no.
None of the people working in IFB has correct information & I have to run pole to the pillar is tracking & tracing the contact details to get things done.
Can I get a solution here by when the issue will be resolved & someone who can co-ordinate with & get the things done on priority?

The products which are very costly do NOT work as per standard and the services have been given to franchises who charge very huge amounts for services and products. Even for delivering a power chord they charge Rs 600/- apart from the product price. The appliances are covered under warranty only for 1 or 2 years max. I would recommend people NOT to buy IFB appliances at any cost.

I registered service request with ticket number [protected] on May 22 they call me and said this is not our area and we will assign another person then after no response

Again I registered with ticket number on [protected] on June 2 .. the next day technician called and said he is far away I will another person again no response later

Again I register on ticket number [protected] on June 8 and executive said within 24 hrs we will solve the issue, today June 11 still didn't receive any call .
Now this I call to customer care they are saying our app is not working .

Almost 20 days we are facing the problem ..my mom is literally facing so much trouble to wash with hands .. but u people doesn't care about this

I got a call from IFB service centre Past 5 months about general service many persons.. and not at all coming for service and making disturbance. And I'm not satisfying IFB service centre in erode.. they behave like rubbish

And also calling to customer care number. 4/06/2021 technician come my home check my machine on that time technician not say anything about my machine problem. Even so I am calling [protected] number the lady not giving to information The call was cut off while I was talking. And also when I am calling this number [protected] she not respect to me and not given to current information to me.

I purchased IFB split AC last year August 2020. The product is in warranty. I want to get it serviced but all the IFB helpline numbers[protected],[protected] are not responding.
Please help to get it serviced as the AC is not cooling enough. Even 16 degree is working like 27 degrees.
It has been around more than a week since I have been facing the problem.
I wish to get it serviced as soon as possible.

Sir our washing machine front load purchased on oct 2017 now the problem is raised in that damper is not working so it is cover under the warranty yes or no and what can we do please reply

Hi Team, i have taken AMC for my IFB washing machine, after 4 months got an issue with machine, Called AMC people they said some panel needs to be replaced. but its almost 4 weeks now, no response from the team.

We purchased ifb senorita wxs (6.5kg) washing machine 10 months back, the rubber gasket got a cut and the water leaks from it, i called ifb service center for its replacement since my washing machine is under warranty. They said service charge will be 250 rs and the new gasket would cost rs.3000. I checked online for its price, didnt get any information regarding this particular model but similar models gasket costs around rs.990. I just want to know the real cost of the gasket and whether it will be covered under warranty or not???

This is the complain regarding IFB washing machine, I had very worst experience with IFB service, I had issue with my washing machine and getting huge noise from the machine so I have raised the complain. Next day the technician came to repair it. However the machine did not work so I decided to complain again but till now no one turned up to replace the parts. I am calling the IFB costumer care daily and they are conveying that they will forward the complaint to higher authorities but none of them responded back . No number of higher. Officials are available anywhere. I am planning to throw the machine at your door steps. Also, I won't suggest any one to go in for IFB machine strongly because of very bad service.
