My top load washing machine is not rinsing properly.

F B WASHING EVA AQUA SXLDT (6 Kg) Dt. 8 July 2018 is defective from last 10 days. Nobody made a complaint on Customer care no. Pl provide the service for defective washing machine.

My washing machine shows up the *DP Er* error in spite of doing the basic troubleshooting instructed in the manual... Can I get a technician to look into the matter on urgency...

Model of my washing machine is below:-
Senorita VX 6Kg 800RPM

Machine runs well untill last 20 mins left, where the DpEr occurs, drain pump keeps running even after draining the water out.
And finally stops showing the DpEr on screen.
Also the machine keeps taking in water. Even after drain started

Many time call.but response is zero.very bad service provide by ifb

My dish washer is out of order since 7 days. I lodged a complain with the call centre immediately. They deputed one technician who promised me to get it corrected by 2 days .But till date there is no information from him. May i request you to please look in it and send at the earliest, keeping in view of yr ccompany's good reputation.

I am Rovin Charles. I want to complaint about IFB Point, Vellore Saidapet. I have never seen such a bad service in my life. No proper response, no value to the money. I called them to repair my oven. They asked to Pay Rs. 2000. This was 60 days before and we are still waiting for service men and calling him once or twice in a week. Every time he says he will send his person and that person never came. He is not even refunding the amount. If you want to check you can call him and check with this no. [protected].

I want this issue to be sorted and I want my Rs. 2000 back to be paid. IFB has to take responsible.

This is with reference to the IFB 5.5 kg Dryer (Turbo Dry) that we purchased in October 2020. On April 9 2021, we had raised a complaint to IFB Customer Care about the dryer not heating.

The technician checked and said that the thermostat was gone and had to be replaced. He said that he will bring the replacement thermostat on Monday Oct 12 2021.

There was absolute silence after that from IFB's local service office here. They did not pick our calls. I managed to get them on a conference call with IFB Customer Service Rep later that week. They said that the parts have not arrived and claimed that lockdown was a reason. The interesting thing is that Pondicherry was NOT under a complete lockdown and we have been getting our orders from Amazon, Flipkart and other courier services. Nor could the local office give us as a reason on why they failed to update us about the delay.

After more silence from their end and repeated calls from us to IFB CS number, they finally sent a technician this week. He checked and said that the thermostat was okay but the heating element was not working. He said that the part has to be ordered and will arrive in a few days.

We then had to do the followup with the local service center a couple of times, and were told that they were waiting still for the part. He then came with the part on May 4 2021, and said that they have got the wrong thermostat. He said that their office was a distance away and they would come the next day to fix it. Then there was absolute silence FROM BOTH THE LOCAL SERVCIE CENTER AND IFB CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICE .

Here are our grievances.

1. This is not the first occurrence. We have owned IFB dryer since 2007. We never had a problem with the Chennai center. We have consistently faced problems with the Pondicherry local office - responsiveness of technician, availability of spare parts, and updating us on the status of our complaints. The number of times we required the head office to intervene with the local office to even get a response is staggering.

2. This is a brand new dryer! This cannot happen with a brand new dryer, nor is this response expected as it is within the warranty period.

3. While we realize that Covid has caused disruptions in the supply chain, it is not bad as it is made out to be. We are not gullible. Besides it is not that this pattern happened only now. This has been the pattern by the Pondicherry service center always. Covid cannot be used as an excuse.

We really like IFB products, which is the reason we keep purchasing IFB products all the time. But the absence of accountability by the local service center casts a shadow on the reputation that IFB has built amongst its loyal customers.

HERE IS MY DEMAND. I NEED MY MACHINE FIXED IMMEDIATELY. Waiting for a month to get a new dryer fixed is ridiculous. OR I NEED AN IMMEDIATE REPLACEMENT OF MY DRYER.

PLEASE TAKE THIS SERIOUSLY.

I have purchased IFB Washing machine in oct 2018..the model name is TL RDSS 6.5kg Aqua with a warranty of four years...on 1st Aril 2021 given a complaint of about drum issues while using jeans option...service assistant came and checked and informed that there is a problem with suspension and it will be replaced under warranty and for cleaning the drum purpose it will charge about 850Rs for cleaning powder...i accepted he asked for 2 days time for the spare part.
After a week on 9th apr service executive came for replacing suspension after checking the machine he told that machine outer body is full of rust need to replace it and it wont comes under warranty and it will charge of about 4500Rsr i would agree this if the products rusts after several years, Seems to be a substandard product, but within 2 years is very upsetting. i also shown the executive that the washing machine was kept in a bedroom and not in bathroom..I took every precaution and purchased the IFB trolley with wheels to safe the body from rust and damage.
after lot of complaints and lot of phone calls technicians came but all are helpless and no proper followup from there side..i am not ready to pay for this outer body...i want a proper response and solution for this.

I hve taken amc of my IFB washing machine in January 2021.
The washing machine was giving problem l complaint it to the company .The technician came a spring is to be changed and will change it tomorrow for sure.lts been more thn a week now n l keep calling him every day n he keeps giving me same lame excuses every day.Today l was told by d company since ur machine is in AMC so u are our last PRIORITY.

Service people not responding. My machine insured also. Washing machine service center at tiruppur was very worst response. My complaint not resolve yet. Please take necessary action to resolve my machine complaint. I am an working women. I don't have time to wash clothes. I told all the above matters to service center. They gave me a worst experience for their service in every time. Many time i contact them. Bad experience always given. Why the company encourage this types of services and This type of workers? I have purchased IFB Washing machine One year back. From the beginning the Washing machine delivers more noise while working. From recent days the noise is more which is unbearable. Even we have placed the washing machine in Open place the it making more noise. Kindly arrange to settle the issue please.

IFB மெஷின் விரும்பி வாங்கினேன். ஆனால் தற்போது சர்வீஸ் என்றாலே பயமாக இருக்கிறது. ஆன்லைன் கம்ப்ளைண்ட் பண்ணிவிடுகிறோ...⇄ என்றால் சரி என்கிறார்கள். Pls rectify my complaint.

I purchased IFB Washing Machine before 6 months back. But few days ago the section of powder handler was broken. So I am not able to put the powder in the powder section box . So please as soon as possible provide the service of Washing Machine.

My IFB washing machine had a complaint of large noise. Regsitered complaint with the authorized center in Alapuzha town. They came to check the issue and said bearing and damper to be changed. after a week, it was repaired and I had to pay around 5000 (on February 24) as we didnt have AMC at that time. Service person told its better to take amc. So I took AMC. Later by end of March again machine had complaint and technician told board needs to be repaired. It is being almost a month, till now it is not repaired. If we call the service center, they keep telling that will be done soon. But not done yet. We complained through Toll free no of IFB on 17th April as service center person is not responding. They escalated the complaint but till now nobody has repaired the machine. They were prompt on resolving issues before we took AMC. Now they are not ready to repair as I its an AMC case. Then what is the use of AMC? why do they cheat us by insisting to take AMC? This is the worst experience I have faced from a service center ever.
I request to repair this as we already spent a lot on the same machine within 2-3 months.

As I am complaining about my washing machine not working properly since 6months, and registered complaints nearly more than 10times, it has still not rectified and also no one picks the cal properly, many times the technician comes and he will do something and he goes telling it has repaired but nothing will be done, once changed the suspension rods, once they changed motor and now they are telling some clutches has to changed, the worst customer service as I kn is IFB service in mysore, ill burn my machine in public.
