I made a compainent on IFB Center and Get compain number 4385322 on 14 Apr 2010. After Several Follow up I did not get any proper response but false commitment. Every day they are saying it is on the way you wil get in 15 min. After that they are not picking the phones and some time using bad words .
My self and my wife is following them and discussed with there higher quthoriies and log compain against there employees but no progress...

We have purchased a IFB MICROWAVE from CROMA SHOWROOM AT SOMAJIGUDA on 27/02/2010 ,on delivery of the microwave we were surprised to see that the roller ring is broken and the microwave leg is missing,sameday we approached CROMA and also lodged the complaint in IFB call centre. The store room manager of CROMA told that he will sort out within 24hrs but till date no response from him and when we called the call centre regarding the complaint...

I have used this Machine in abroad and based the results I bought this at my home in India. I did not expect such a bad service given to us for this Machine. We are regularly getting problems in this machine. Your service agent ( True Value ) will come and go and they sell their products like ( Washing powder, stabliser etc ) and they don't attend the actual problems.

This in continuation to the complaint i had registered 40 Days back on 8 march about my washing machine which i bought with hope that all my washing problems are ultimately over. but its very disspointing to sy that they have only increased in terms of money expense. before this we were using samsung machine which never gave any problem ever...we sold it in excellent working condition...

We have AMC of IFB Washing machine ever since we purchased this machine. The franchisee who looks after the Service support does not attend the complaints despite several reminders. Please help out....

Horrible experience with IFB,

My 25SC2 Microwave ( In Warranty) oven's Tray was not rotating . I logged the compliant on 23 march 2010. The customer care executive(IFB toll free No) told me that ,they will send the engineer with in 24HR.
