For last over two weeks not being repaired by the company Frenchises. We have made repeated complaints but of no effect. We are terribly inconvenient and are very sad on this inactive and couldnt careless attitude of the Frenchises.

I bought ifb washing machine (Executive ellite) here in varanasi, 3 years back, i encountered the problem after using it for about 13-14 months, the timer was not working, so during the washing period, the machine does not rotated,
Since it was still under warranty, the faulty timer was replaced (Approx cost 2300 rs.) free of cost.
