I bought IFB Microwave 2 years back. In September'08 it became non operational. I called up customer care and they gave me some ticket number twice during last 3 months. As on this moment, no one has cared to contact us again. Any how I found one contact number and he told me that the estimate of 3000/-, which really shocked me. A product of 10000/- has a maintenance of 3000/- within 2 years!!! I am at the way where neither I get it...

it's almost a week, i have lodged 3 complaints and my machine is under warranty but till now none of your technician has attended it. it seems you people have started taking customer for granted. my mobile no [protected]...

I had complained several times to the authorised dealer and customer care. The machine has LOADS of DEFECTS.
The machine is giving problem most of the time from previos 2 years.
Some time the door does not open. some times it doesnot spin.
some times it stops in between and give ERROR.

it is gone for replacement since 24th oct 2008 and they said for replacement on or before 28th oct 2008 but till now there is no response from their side.and they are not picking their phone also.please do something.we are not getting good service.

Sir, I have purchased a IFB washing machine from viveks Trichy. Now that
machine is not working properly. The service engineers are agreed that there
are facults in the machine. After a couple of weeks there is no information

It is 100% correct. We also brought IFB elina model on the 9th of October 2008, at the NEXT show room, Subedar pet in Nellore in andhrapradesh. While buying they told that service is excellent with in 24 hours after filing a complaint everything will be fixed. and also they told that after two days Engineers come from IFB franchise Tirupathi to explain how to use the machine. Quality of service is very bad. The washing machibe is down for more than two weeks.
The help desk keeps on changing ticket no for same complaint every week. Also sends an SMS saying your complaint is resolved though washing machine is down for so long. It is ridiculous.

Service engineer of IFB does not answer Mobile phone call. it keeps on ringing.
