Dear sir, my microwave oven is not working properly since January 2021 I complained to dealer ‘Hind Collection Pilibhit by pass road Bareilly' he gave me a customer care no. then i complained, after some time a person came to my house after examining the oven he said magneto is not working asked for guarantee card which I showed to him then he asked for cash memo which is not available with me. Today he contacted me saying company has given this part but i will not deliver to you because you have no cash memo, then i contact to dealer then he contact to service centre he says I can not help you without cash memo.

    Address: IFS SERVICE CENTRE AT SILIGURI

    Its a shame on the part of IFB that despite my two complaints over customer care to set right my gadgets Chimney and washing machine. I lodged my ist complaint on 23.01.21 and 2nd one was lodged most probably on 29.1.21 . I lodged my 2nd as no technician turned up. Despite my personal call at Siliguri service centre no any action has taken by them. This type of attitude and silent behavior is beyond imagination n unjustified. Its a harredment on the part of valued customer. Further, after directing by the customer executive one representative from Service centre at Siliguri agreed to send the technician on Sunday as we will be not available on Monday. So I contacted concerned technician on his phone no [protected] who agreed to visit my house on Sunday at 1400 or 1500 hrs but I am very upset and anguish that said technician did not visit my house/flat so far. Therefore I would urge before the IFV authority at highest level to take suitable action against the service centre incharge as well as the technician who failed to visit my house . Action taken report be apprised to me. Otherwise I shall constraint to apprise about the bad and poor service to all. Hope suitable action against erring staff will be taken immediately for failing to depute technician.

      It is highly regretted to state that despite my two complaints lodged before customer care is one was on 23.01.21 n 2nd one was probably on 29.1.21 . Despite my two complaints the action taken by the two service center at Siliguri are very un-attentive/slow which is not at all appreciable on the part IFB. After my concerted efforts one service center has agreed to deputes technician on Sunday I.e on 31.1.21. But not sure whether the technician will reach my residence or otherwise. So please take action against the Manager of Service Centre of IFB for failing to send technician to my house in time. Action should be taken against the erring staff for lackadaisical attitude so reputation of the Co. In the market remain intact.
      Hope to do the needful.

          It is regret to inform that despite cleaning the Casstte filters of above brand Chimney the oil is still seeping gradually drop by drop for which I hv lodged first complaint on customer care on 23.01.21 to set right the fault. Since no technician visited my house then I ring to local service center at Siliguri but so far no technician turned up. Again I requested yr customer care to send the technician on top priority but till no techniacian received so far. I am very much surprised to not heed customer complaint by local service center. So I would request the authority to enquire about the matter and the person at fault should be brought to book to avoid recurrence and direct suitable man to attend the job immediately.

            IFB has failed to provide either service or spare part for a washing machine that is 2 years old whereas their commitment is 4 years support and 10 years warranty which has turned up to be a BIG LIE.
            IFB has taken 2 weeks but unable to arrange a spare part in a metro city like Mumbai, what would be status in smaller towns.

            IFB Washing Machine has become a box which is wasting space in my house. I have asked company for full refund as they have failed on their promise, but there is no response either on email or call center.

            Detail Narration of event to prove the above statements

            Washing Machine did not power up and complain was logged with Ticket Number - [protected]. Technician visited and said that the power board is damaged due to hard water. He tried to hard sell IFB Liquid wash else it will damage machine in place like Mumbai where we get soft water.

            There were several calls and follow-up but was told that the part is coming from Goa and delayed. Finally the technician came on 25th Jan to install an old part which did not have any bill or packaging. It was also missing a cushion at the back. Technician installed it in hurry and ran off without checking. Machine did start but got stuck confirming that the part is faulty.

            I escalated to the call center and came to know that my old ticket is cancelled saying no-one was responding though the fact is that the technician was waiting for the part.

            New Ticket was opened on 25th Jan and technician sent on 27th Jan who had no clue about the problem and said that the power board is faulty. Machine is 2 years old and they are unable to get a replacement though IFB promises supply of spare parts for 10 years.

            Call center keeps connecting with the service provider which is full of false commitments and lies. They have no visibility on whether the part has come and if it is old or new.

            I still have broken machine and only get new Tickets assigned every time. New ticket has come today. IFB has totally failed on Service, new part was provided last Saturday which turned out to be incorrect.

            This raises doubts whether IFB really manufactures washing machines in India or gets it from someone and does not know the exact part numbers. Enough of this faulty machine and pathetic service, I need full refund of my money wasted on IFB Washing Machine

              I have an IFB washing machine which is under AMC had a minor problem with the handle of the machine was replaced with the new one but not fixed properly by technician Narendra (Mob: [protected]) from Uppal branch, Hyderabad whose manager is Mr. Sukur (Mob: [protected]) with Ticket# [protected] dated August 19th 2020. We faced issues since then regarding the door lock and on repeated follow-up with the manager was not addressed and was given temporary solution for it.

              Later raised a new Ticket# [protected] on Jan 17th 2021 which was assigned to Safilguda branch and upon analysis by the technician found that the door lock issue was due to bypass to run the machine by Narender and had to replace the entire door frame which incurred me the cost of Rs. 1400 and mental agony.

              I request the IFB management to take stringent action against the Authorized Uppal branch team and compensate me accordingly.

                  2020. Till date no servicing has been done. We get phone calls informing us that they would be sending the service engineer for the servicing but no one attends.

                      (1) The IFB Washing Machine Front Load ELITE PLUS SXRS (Serial No.[protected] was purchased on[protected].

                      (2) The problem faced in above mentioned washing machine is it's Noise, Heater and Vibration issues, because of which the whole washing machine moves by itself from its place, the heater doesn't work properly & the noise is extremely high.

                      (3) The washing machine has been replaced in 2019 after being repaired 8-10 times and the parts of the washing machine were replaced all these times.

                      (4) Now the same problems are coming again, It is very clear that there is some fault in the design of this model of IFB which they don't want to acknowledge.

                      (5) For the current problems i raised a complaint on 9-Nov-2020 vide Ticket ID [protected], the ticket was closed by the company without resolving the issue.

                      (6) I then again raised the Ticket on 23-Nov-2020 vide ID [protected] which is still open, the technician visited and acknowledged all the issues namely Belt Noise, Motor Noise, Shocker Issue but after waiting for 10 days the technician came and only replaced the belt for the noise & denied to replace the another parts, he said such noise will come and such vibrations are OK (The Ticket ID [protected] is still open from the past many months).

                      (7) I even talked to the customer support many times & every time they said that they have forwarded the complaint and all the parts will be replaced by the technical but clearly IFB don't do as they assure the customers over the call.

                      (8) The company has clearly denied to rectify the faults in the machine under warranty. As the machine has already been replaced by the company due to faulty parts in the past, I request you to advise the company to pickup the machine from my address and issue the refund of the bill amount at the earliest, As I won't be able to trust the repair provided by the company because the fault is persistent even after complete replacement of the product.

                      (9) I also raised a grievance on the Consumer Forum vide Grievance Number: 2472309 dated 28-Dec-2020, after which i received a call from the IFB GOA PLANT, i explained the issue again to the representative in details, she then told me that she will discuss my case for the replacement/refund of the product with her superiors and will resolve the issue as per customer request but as expected IFB is only fooling the customers by making false promises over the call. Because after talking to me over call IFB closed Consumer Grievance Number: 2472309 from their end stating that they won't replace/refund the product and will only repair (in actual IFB is not even providing proper repairs for under warranty products).

                      (10) the 2nd Consumer forum Grievance No. is 2493760 dated 8-Jan-2021 was also closed by IFB by mentioning wrong information that "the senior service ambassador has check the machine & found it OK" but in actual no one even called let alone visiting to check the washing machine, it clearly indicates that IFB is doing fraud with the costumers as well as with the Government agencies by quoting false information on the government consumer forum.

                      (11) If the faults that are present in the machine are OK as per the company than IFB should close their after sale services as they are not ready to even acknowledge the faults in their products and if these faults (Heater not working, Noise from Motor, Machine moving from its place on its own during operation) are OK than there is a need from the Government agency to check how IFB even got the license to see these products in the market ?

                      (12) It is clear that IFB doesn't care about the customer care complaints and only wants to fool the customers by their false words.

                      (13) Requesting here again for refund of my product considering that IFB is neither providing proper repairs under warranty as per their own commitments nor agreeing to replace/refund the product and only fooling its customers in the name of after sale services during warranty period. After logging the complaint in the consumer forum, i'm getting calls from IFB service center that Technician will visit but they are only calling and in actual no one is even visiting to check the washing machine.

                      (14) Also IFB is advised to at least discuss with the customer before closing the complaint to get customer's feedbacks and opinions, IFB is selling a product and it is the liability of the company to address the occurring issues in their product. IFB needs to understand that there is always some government agency above them which is present to prevent company like IFB to fraud the customers like the way IFB is doing with me, clearly IFB doesn't care about any such thing.

                      (15) I have also tried contacting IFB on social media (Twitter, FaceBook) and also via mail but IFB is not replying on any platform.

                      (16) As IFB has denied to address the customer complaint, please guide me on how to proceed against IFB for the refund + harassments + false information being provided by IFB.

                          When i called customer care about my washing machine problem they said that i should go for AMC(annual maintenance contract).it will save labour charges as well as for any part replacement.so i went for amc and when technician came and resolved my machine problem.he charged me for amc(3870/-) as well as 60% of drum kit replacement as well as for bearing replacement (4200/-) total he charged me 8000/-. And said tht amc is valid only after 60 day of from the date of amc.

                            I called up technician by calling toll free number of IFB as my machine was not working. He checked it twice and said there is a voltage issue as voltage was high. He asked me call electrician and fix voltage. I asked him " should I call local electrician". He said yes. Then local electrician came and he had cut my ifb wire and connected it with steplizer. Still problem was not fixed. Then I called on technician number to ask him what to do. He still did not tell me if what to do. He said it's a volatge problem. So I called bses electricity department. Their line man reached within 5 minutes of calling and fixed the problem. They took my complaint as an emergency issue. How come if ifb technician did not know what to do how come he gave me wrong information that I could call local electrician. Also when I called his franchise the girl name Meenu picked call on number [protected]. And she was literally shouting at me when I narrated the whole issue to her. What nonsense is this going on with ifb. Also because of your technician I had to pay ₹825 to ifb for fixing another ifb wire. What for I am paying this when your technician gave me wrong information. Technician name is Awadh Kishore. I want this issue to be worked on asap. And my whole amount of ₹825 to be refunded.

                              This mail is in reference to the Ticket number [protected] generated on 8 Jan 21. My IFB washing machine is in AMC. I was told that the machine will b repaired in 7 days but even after 7 days, it's not repaired. Such a third class experience IFB is providing to your customers. Nikki gautam, an executive at ifb service complaint center, Dehradun, is continuously misleading wrong information. She is saying to call tomorrow and then again tomorrow. 10 days are over and still our washing machine is not repaired .IFB after sale service is completely bogus. We are very much disappointed and facing problem w.r.t Service. This type of service is not expected from such a reputed company

                                IFB BADDIEST AND WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE

                                I bought 34BC1 IFB MICROWAVE on 04/09/2018 from a local retail outlet in Bhilai. Which stopped working by September 2020, for which I login-ed the complaint by 26/09/2020 with registered compliant no. [protected].
                                After 2-3 days a IFB Service guy contacted me regarding the same and looked over it. He un-assembled the microwave at my residence and told me microwave’s the cavity need to be replaced . As the Product is under warranty I will Order/arrange the cavity as soon as possible. After 10-12 days again the service guy contacted me and asked me if I can bring my microwave to their service centre which is at Treasure Island Mall Road, Nehru Nagar, Bhilai as they ordered/arranged the products required for the microwave. As It will take 2-3+ hours to assemble the whole microwave again with the cavity changing process. So I took my IFB microwave and gave them at their service centre, and they told within one week they will deliver my microwave to my residence.
                                After 10-15 days now I have to contact the guy for the microwave regarding the service issue. And it’s been like 4 months still they have my microwave and major part is still they didn’t solved the issue. Every time I spoke to the service guy he give me excuses like the microwave is very expensive they are not getting the product parts easily delivered from the company end, sometimes the product part is on way as it is dispatched from the Companies manufacturing unit. And last and final the service guy excuse was it been 4th or 5th time the delivered product which they ordered, came wrong. Twice was the product part got damaged while transportation.

                                Such a Bad and worst service I ever had yet. No product management, no parts arrangements. It’s been 4 months still they didn’t resolved problem and still they have the microwave. We are really frustrated with service support we received from IFB. Our microwave is still under warranty but it has become completely useless now. Their customer care tells us that they will get it fixed once the spare parts are available. God only knows when. I’d definitely not recommend this product to anyone.

                                      We bought the below Washing Machine from Amazon in Nov'19:
                                      IFB 7.5 kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine (Elite WX, White, Inbuilt Heater, Aqua Energie water softener)

                                      The Washing machine has water gushing out while the power is on. The inner rubber seal of the rim has a slight bend which appeared within the 1st 2 months o[censored]sage and has increased some more.

                                      On contacting Cust Support they sent a service engineer and as per his assessment the rubber seal needs to be replaced which costs Rs. 3250. plus he asked to put a filter which is Rs.1800. The reason provided is that bend can occur due to lack of soft water

                                      Now WHY should i pay close to 18-20% of the cost of the machine in 1 year period when the rubber rim has a product quality defect which clearly could be seen within 2 months o[censored]sage and the product labels itself has having water softening feature????

                                      Kindly help in resolving the matter,
