(1) The IFB Washing Machine Front Load ELITE PLUS SXRS (Serial No.[protected] was purchased on[protected].
(2) The problem faced in above mentioned washing machine is it's Noise, Heater and Vibration issues, because of which the whole washing machine moves by itself from its place, the heater doesn't work properly & the noise is extremely high.
(3) The washing machine has been replaced in 2019 after being repaired 8-10 times and the parts of the washing machine were replaced all these times.
(4) Now the same problems are coming again, It is very clear that there is some fault in the design of this model of IFB which they don't want to acknowledge.
(5) For the current problems i raised a complaint on 9-Nov-2020 vide Ticket ID [protected], the ticket was closed by the company without resolving the issue.
(6) I then again raised the Ticket on 23-Nov-2020 vide ID [protected] which is still open, the technician visited and acknowledged all the issues namely Belt Noise, Motor Noise, Shocker Issue but after waiting for 10 days the technician came and only replaced the belt for the noise & denied to replace the another parts, he said such noise will come and such vibrations are OK (The Ticket ID [protected] is still open from the past many months).
(7) I even talked to the customer support many times & every time they said that they have forwarded the complaint and all the parts will be replaced by the technical but clearly IFB don't do as they assure the customers over the call.
(8) The company has clearly denied to rectify the faults in the machine under warranty. As the machine has already been replaced by the company due to faulty parts in the past, I request you to advise the company to pickup the machine from my address and issue the refund of the bill amount at the earliest, As I won't be able to trust the repair provided by the company because the fault is persistent even after complete replacement of the product.
(9) I also raised a grievance on the Consumer Forum vide Grievance Number: 2472309 dated 28-Dec-2020, after which i received a call from the IFB GOA PLANT, i explained the issue again to the representative in details, she then told me that she will discuss my case for the replacement/refund of the product with her superiors and will resolve the issue as per customer request but as expected IFB is only fooling the customers by making false promises over the call. Because after talking to me over call IFB closed Consumer Grievance Number: 2472309 from their end stating that they won't replace/refund the product and will only repair (in actual IFB is not even providing proper repairs for under warranty products).
(10) the 2nd Consumer forum Grievance No. is 2493760 dated 8-Jan-2021 was also closed by IFB by mentioning wrong information that "the senior service ambassador has check the machine & found it OK" but in actual no one even called let alone visiting to check the washing machine, it clearly indicates that IFB is doing fraud with the costumers as well as with the Government agencies by quoting false information on the government consumer forum.
(11) If the faults that are present in the machine are OK as per the company than IFB should close their after sale services as they are not ready to even acknowledge the faults in their products and if these faults (Heater not working, Noise from Motor, Machine moving from its place on its own during operation) are OK than there is a need from the Government agency to check how IFB even got the license to see these products in the market ?
(12) It is clear that IFB doesn't care about the customer care complaints and only wants to fool the customers by their false words.
(13) Requesting here again for refund of my product considering that IFB is neither providing proper repairs under warranty as per their own commitments nor agreeing to replace/refund the product and only fooling its customers in the name of after sale services during warranty period. After logging the complaint in the consumer forum, i'm getting calls from IFB service center that Technician will visit but they are only calling and in actual no one is even visiting to check the washing machine.
(14) Also IFB is advised to at least discuss with the customer before closing the complaint to get customer's feedbacks and opinions, IFB is selling a product and it is the liability of the company to address the occurring issues in their product. IFB needs to understand that there is always some government agency above them which is present to prevent company like IFB to fraud the customers like the way IFB is doing with me, clearly IFB doesn't care about any such thing.
(15) I have also tried contacting IFB on social media (Twitter, FaceBook) and also via mail but IFB is not replying on any platform.
(16) As IFB has denied to address the customer complaint, please guide me on how to proceed against IFB for the refund + harassments + false information being provided by IFB.
