I have availed AMC with IFB through authorized IFB service provider in Pondicherry named Sri Krishnan Agency ([protected]) . Somehow I missed my Bill copy and was unable to avail any services under AMC . When I tried to reach IFB customer care for getting duplicate bill . They were dint have any centralized facility to provide a duplicate bill via email in this digital world . Rather they suggested to get it from the service provider in Pondicherry . I am trying to get a duplicate bill for the past three months and Sri Krishnan Agency Pondicherry does not maintain history of bills and they just don't provide any duplicate bill . After being paid AMC of approx 5k INR there is Poor service with IFB and IFB authorized service . After all search I was able to find my original bill copy now, raised a service request . The technician Selva Kumar replaced a spare and left the washing machine un operable . but he asked me to close the request with good feedback in timely manner . He suggested he will replace the remaining spare in couple of days but now after closing the request the technician and authorized service centre sri Krishnan agency Pondicherry in not responding . This is a shameful activity from IFB and its poor capability of handling customer .

    I purchased 2 years amc for my washing machine and it is expiring on 24/12/2020. In this 2 years, there was no general service visit happened. This year, since my amc is expiring, I got a call for general service and getting reminder for renewing the service. My money is wasted for amc and have not received any service. How am I going to get compensated for this no service? I asked the agent Calling to give details on the services done in past years for my amc, but didn't receive any response. ELENA AQUA SX 1000

      I have procured an IFB Microwave Oven Model 23BC4 two tears back. Now one of the buttons of its membrane key pad is not working. I have given a complaint to IFB customer care through IVRS. Today somebody talked to me from IFB and told Membrane Keypad is to be replaced and its cost is Rs. 2500.

      Total price of oven in Amazon is 11500 and for a small membrane keypad they are charging Rs. 2500. It is cheating the consumers. For repairs, finding the customer helpless, IFB is charging hefty amount . This is totally unethical business. Request IFB to look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
      My microwave is used sparingly.

        I have raised a request with IFB on 5th Dec 2020 via ticket No [protected]. Their agent came up on 9th and tried to change the parts but the new one also did not work. Then when asked he told me IFB used refurbished parts first if that did not work then it will use the original parts. I was shocked to hear that and when asked for the bill, agent first denied and then I contacted customer care then they assured me to provide the copy of receipt within 1 week. I requested them not to close my ticket till the time bill is provided to me. But to my shock, next day they closed my case even without my consent. PATHETIC SERVICE EXPERIENCE..REFURBISHED PARTS USED..SCAMMING CONSUMERS.

            Hello, I have senator aqua sx washing machine. The technician is saying that the display is faulty. It will cost 6000 to change the display and the company guarantee will be 1 month but if i do it privately, it will cost you 3000 and I will give personal guarantee of 3 months. I'm not even sure if the display is actually faulty or the technician is misdiagnosing to make money. What should I do?

                I bought IFB dishwasher which turned out to be defective. Registered complaint with IFB customer care on 7th November to fix it but no one is coming to fix it. It’s been more that a month now. I have not used the dishwasher once.

                  Our IFB washing machine got repaired and we called for service under AMC.
                  But the technician did not repair the actual drum issue, but he told we need to change the cabinet.
                  We told him to change the drum as there was an issue with drum and we can keep the same cabinet but he did not listen and he insisted us to do the exchange.
                  I am not sure how accurate the info the technician provided. Because he was in a hurry that day when he visited my home.He left our home with in 15 mins without doing proper inspection.

                  But we checked with the another technician, he told it can be repaired without changing the cabinet. But the IFB technician simply told another issue and ignoring fixing the actual problem.

                  I request IFB team to service it under AMC. I have already informed them my AMC is getting expired soon, but they are delaying to fix the issue by telling one or other reason which makes no sense,

                    We have bought IFB Washing machine model AW7201WB on 19/07/2014 at Chennai.
                    Issue : Currently the washing is done correctly but rinse and spin doesn't work properly.
                    I have registered complaint with IFB customer care number on 30/11/2020 for the issue(Ticket Number - [protected]).
                    I Got a call back from one of the IFB service center Chennai regarding the complaint, they said this washing machine is failure model of IFB and no more spare parts are available for that model. Only option is to exchange this washing machine(for around 5000 Rs) for new IFB model.
                    It is shocking and I am upset on the response for the service requested.
                    So does it mean there will be no service done for your products bought, rather you encourage exchange which ends at higher cost.
                    Without looking at the machine and condition they give this solution.
                    In what credibility can I buy the next machine from IFB.
                    please let me know if this is the only option for the product bought.
                    And just to say this they ask for service charge of Rs. 590.

                        Toll free numbers are not available and its mentioned 24*7 available.

                          I had bought IFB refrigerator Model No. RFFT 446EDWDLS on 31-Mar-2013.

                          On 10-Nov-2020, it developed a foul smell and shown “Sr” error code on the display. I have raised a ticket “[protected]” for the same. I have called several times but no technician visited on my place. After several calls to Customer care, Local Franchise and your branch head – North, finally a technician visits to my place on 23-Nov-2020. I have paid there visit charge for the same but he was unable to identify the problem as he was mainly service engineer for AC.

                          On 28-Nov-2020, I have called customer service for the status of my ticket “[protected]”, and it was said to me that ticket is cancelled as IFB denied repairs of the product as the repairs were not possible because spare parts is not available.

                          How can the company like IFB stops supplying spares much before the reasonable time when the model was last sold in the market? I bought this product in the good faith and brand value of IFB.

                          Please arrange a refrigerator expert to visit and spare parts if required any.

                                Dear Sir /Madam,

                                I am using IFB senator Aqua SX 8 kg front load washing machine. The washing machine is showing error message as please door lock even door is locked all of the sudden. I have approached IFB customer service center and requested for check the problem. They charged 650 rupees just for identify the problem and told the PCB and Door lock is not working. and they have to change and cost would be around 9000 including both door lock censor and PCB which is too much and there would not be any warranty or guarantee for that.

                                Never ever go with IFB because of too much cost of service and spares.

                                Dear IFB - Please let us the actual cost of PCB and is there any guarantee for that.

                                After spending huge money if there is no guarantee how to believe the brand. And they said if door lock not works PCB also not work. Every time we have spend thousands of rupees for PCB and Door lock.

                                I got a call from IFB customer care and they have responded very well and provided solution .As per their suggestion only, I had called to local representative communicated the same to him. Then he took local service center team in to conference call and took my details . The service center team told me that they will send technician with in two days. I waited 2 days and now made a call to customer service center but they are lifting my call but not talking anything and just keeping the phone aside. I have tried couple times then customer care franchise owner talked to me and said that it will takes time and how many days it will take I don't know like that he replied.

                                I have called to sales representative and conveyed the same, he was telling me that since you had given complaint on him, his ego hurt that's why they don't want send technician. I told to sales representative as a customer its my right to know the prices of spare parts and if he didn't commit any mistake then why should he feel. During the call with sales representative I understand that sales representative and customer service both are playing with me.

                                Finally the sales representative was saying if you complaint like that, nothing you will get from my side and you will not get any help from my side and my company side. Then I have asked him are feeling customer is beggar? He said that's what I am saying you will not get any help from my side you do whatever you can do, nothing will happen to me. I told him I will raise a request again about this issue, then he said even if you give complaint it comes to me only, nothing you will get.

                                I have recorded the call conversation also.

                                What I feel that, The customer service center and local sales representatives are taking personally about customer complaints and playing with customer.

                                I really appreciate the head office customer care team member because they are really talking to customers very professionally but the local teams are bothering customers like anything.

                                I hope that I would get response at the earliest.

                                I got call from IFB APPLIANCES and they committed to me provide resolution. But local customer service center team not even considering about the the HO customer care team committed to me. Very poor service.
                                This time, I haven't got call from IFB customer care . Waiting for call since last week

                                  IFB Senorita SX 6kg 1000rpm- Front door glass broken

                                  I own a IFB Senorita SX 6kg 1000rpm. I bought it in May 2013. It has been running well since then. Today I put in some clothes to wash inside the machine at 10:30 am. The door was perfectly intact then.

                                  Then I went back at 12:30 am to add some more clothes before I could start wash cycle and found that a big chunk of glass was missing. And a crack in corner. Later to find that glass has broken and fell inside the wash drum....

                                    Bought machine on 18 Nov and IFB people came for installation on date 23 Nov. We tried washing the clothes the same day but the water started leaking from back of the machine.
                                    The washing didn't even start. We tried calling the contacts given but no help from anyone. I didn't expect this from such a brand company. I want to return the machine and get the refund. I have the bill receipt with me.
                                    Please help me sort this out.
