    I purchased IFB top load washing machine at IFB point, Mylapore, Chennai on 24.02.2020. As the product was defective I asked for replacement. Due to pandemic the replacement was made to me on 20.10.2020. Till date none of the technical person contacted for installation of the washing machine. I am almost frustrated to get the replacement. I continuously made call for more than a month and only then the replacement was given at the end of October. After delivery of new machine the delivery person informed that installation is done within 24 hours. I wondered till the 24hrs has not yet come. I am totally disappointed with the service provider. Without waiting for them after a week of deliver I installed the machine by reading the manual. This is how the customer service. Two days before I received a call from IFB for feedback I informed the same to him. He replied that if installation was not done by us your warranty will not cover. I asked him whose mistake is this? He abruptly disconnected the call. I need immediate response from your end. Thank you

      I purchased a brand new washing machine from a local vendor in Puri, Odisha. I did not run it for a day also and found it to be defective. Current is not coming to the washing machine and it is not starting up.

      Reached to the vendor(Prabhu Electronics) and he asked to connect to IFB customer service. IFB customer service generated a ticket and no action being taken on it.

      Reached out to customer service multiple times but no luck. I am pissed off with the service of IFB. I need this bloody machine to be replaced immediately as i have to do all washing and cleaning with my hands now.

      Company like IFB cheating and duping people is never expected and is really disheartened..

        We purchased the ifb washing machine on 16/12/2020.till now there is no one came to installation... They called... And tells that there at with in 30 mins. But no one is come for installation of the washing machine. Very bad customer service.. Very rediculous behaviour by the ifb representative... His mobile number is [protected]... From 3 days we are waiting for him... But he is not coming... We are put holiday fir his arrival... Very bad behaviour... Plz... Install my washing machine.

            My washing machine circuit board got some problem which is under warranty period, we informed the customer care on Dec/08/2020 it's been 12 days, hey are not responding properly. Branch Manager giving explanation that they are waiting for the stock..they are supposed to keep the stock for the spares under the warranty. Those people are having stock for the spares which is not under the warranty.Poor service and looting Guys

              I lodged my complaint for repairing of my washing machine. After the technician came he told us to replace the motor and which he did. From the next day the same default occurred again. While putting the genuine motor part he told that it covers guarantee. But despite calling the technician and customer care number no action was taken to repair my washing machine.

                    I have availed AMC with IFB through authorized IFB service provider in Pondicherry named Sri Krishnan Agency ([protected]) . Somehow I missed my Bill copy and was unable to avail any services under AMC . When I tried to reach IFB customer care for getting duplicate bill . They were dint have any centralized facility to provide a duplicate bill via email in this digital world . Rather they suggested to get it from the service provider in Pondicherry . I am trying to get a duplicate bill for the past three months and Sri Krishnan Agency Pondicherry does not maintain history of bills and they just don't provide any duplicate bill . After being paid AMC of approx 5k INR there is Poor service with IFB and IFB authorized service . After all search I was able to find my original bill copy now, raised a service request . The technician Selva Kumar replaced a spare and left the washing machine un operable . but he asked me to close the request with good feedback in timely manner . He suggested he will replace the remaining spare in couple of days but now after closing the request the technician and authorized service centre sri Krishnan agency Pondicherry in not responding . This is a shameful activity from IFB and its poor capability of handling customer .

                      I purchased 2 years amc for my washing machine and it is expiring on 24/12/2020. In this 2 years, there was no general service visit happened. This year, since my amc is expiring, I got a call for general service and getting reminder for renewing the service. My money is wasted for amc and have not received any service.                         I have procured an IFB Microwave Oven Model 23BC4 two tears back. Now one of the buttons of its membrane key pad is not working. I have given a complaint to IFB customer care through IVRS. Today somebody talked to me from IFB and told Membrane Keypad is to be replaced and its cost is Rs. 2500.

                        Total price of oven in Amazon is 11500 and for a small membrane keypad they are charging Rs. 2500. It is cheating the consumers. For repairs, finding the customer helpless, IFB is charging hefty amount . This is totally unethical business. Request IFB to look into the matter and resolve at the earliest.
                        My microwave is used sparingly.

                          I have raised a request with IFB on 5th Dec 2020 via ticket No [protected]. Their agent came up on 9th and tried to change the parts but the new one also did not work. Then when asked he told me IFB used refurbished parts first if that did not work then it will use the original parts. I was shocked to hear that and when asked for the bill, agent first denied and then I contacted customer care then they assured me to provide the copy of receipt within 1 week. I requested them not to close my ticket till the time bill is provided to me. But to my shock, next day they closed my case even without my consent. PATHETIC SERVICE EXPERIENCE..REFURBISHED PARTS USED..SCAMMING CONSUMERS.

                              Hello, I have senator aqua sx washing machine. The technician is saying that the display is faulty. It will cost 6000 to change the display and the company guarantee will be 1 month but if i do it privately, it will cost you 3000 and I will give personal guarantee of 3 months. I'm not even sure if the display is actually faulty or the technician is misdiagnosing to make money. What should I do?

                                    Our IFB washing machine got repaired and we called for service under AMC.
                                    But the technician did not repair the actual drum issue, but he told we need to change the cabinet.
                                    We told him to change the drum as there was an issue with drum and we can keep the same cabinet but he did not listen and he insisted us to do the exchange.
                                    I am not sure how accurate the info the technician provided. Because he was in a hurry that day when he visited my home.He left our home with in 15 mins without doing proper inspection.

                                    But we checked with the another technician, he told it can be repaired without changing the cabinet. But the IFB technician simply told another issue and ignoring fixing the actual problem.

                                    I request IFB team to service it under AMC. I have already informed them my AMC is getting expired soon, but they are delaying to fix the issue by telling one or other reason which makes no sense,

                                      We have bought IFB Washing machine model AW7201WB on 19/07/2014 at Chennai.
                                      Issue : Currently the washing is done correctly but rinse and spin doesn't work properly.
                                      I have registered complaint with IFB customer care number on 30/11/2020 for the issue(Ticket Number - [protected]).
                                      I Got a call back from one of the IFB service center Chennai regarding the complaint, they said this washing machine is failure model of IFB and no more spare parts are available for that model. Only option is to exchange this washing machine(for around 5000 Rs) for new IFB model.
                                      It is shocking and I am upset on the response for the service requested.
                                      So does it mean there will be no service done for your products bought, rather you encourage exchange which ends at higher cost.
                                      Without looking at the machine and condition they give this solution.
                                      In what credibility can I buy the next machine from IFB.
                                      please let me know if this is the only option for the product bought.
                                      And just to say this they ask for service charge of Rs. 590.
