My washing machine is under warranty and giving door error.
Toll free numbers are not available and its mentioned 24*7 available.
I am trying there numbers since 5 days[protected],
[protected]. Really disappointing what kind of customer services you are providing. Not recommend anyone to buy with this brand....

I am using IFB senator Aqua SX 8 kg front load washing machine. The washing machine is showing error message as please door lock even door is locked all of the sudden. I have approached IFB customer service center and requested for check the problem. They charged 650 rupees just for identify the problem and told the PCB and Door lock is not working. and they have to change and cost would be around 9000 including...

I own a IFB Senorita SX 6kg 1000rpm. I bought it in May 2013. It has been running well since then. Today I put in some clothes to wash inside the machine at 10:30 am. The door was perfectly intact then.

Then I went back at 12:30 am to add some more clothes before I could start wash cycle and found that a big chunk of glass was missing. And a crack in corner. Later to find that glass has broken and fell inside the wash drum....

Bought machine on 18 Nov and IFB people came for installation on date 23 Nov. We tried washing the clothes the same day but the water started leaking from back of the machine.
The washing didn't even start. We tried calling the contacts given but no help from anyone. I didn't expect this from such a brand company. I want to return the machine and get the refund....

We did not submit any service request .But we got an SMS from IFB that our service Request is registered . Also got following Messages that our service Request has been solved .

This happened recently and we also had 2 more similar in the past

Not sure if their is any miss use of our Annual contract...

During every wash of cloths we find some light black colour residual or deposition...some what like algae sort layer [bits ] found in every wash.

We called ifb engineer 0n 10th nov for board problem, he came and visited collected 6500 for amc and board and promised to give d board on 17 th but as of now there is no revert and not picking up call. service rating - if there is any number below 0 i could rate that for, after sales service.
If the complaint is attended immediately we can use the machine
or we would take an alternate solution and move on, with anger, on ifb not the service people.
This has been going on for years but dont know why ifb is not loking in to it.

Right from the day of purchase we are facing abnormal sound & high vibration issue in captioned subject machine.

I ordered an IFB front load Washing Machine with model number TL- REW aqua 6.5 kg from Flipkart on 21/11/2020 ( Order No : OD[protected] . Order delivered on 27/10/2020 and a technician visited for installation and found machine is faulty and recommend for replacement . For confirming fault a technician supposed to visit us . But without contacting us technicians cancelled the appointment three times and now Flipkart going to cancel...
