    We bought the below Washing Machine from Amazon in Nov'19:
    IFB 7.5 kg Fully-Automatic Front Loading Washing Machine (Elite WX, White, Inbuilt Heater, Aqua Energie water softener)

    The Washing machine has water gushing out while the power is on. The inner rubber seal of the rim has a slight bend which appeared within the 1st 2 months o[censored]sage and has increased some more.

    On contacting Cust Support they sent a service engineer and as per his assessment the rubber seal needs to be replaced which costs Rs. 3250. plus he asked to put a filter which is Rs.1800. The reason provided is that bend can occur due to lack of soft water

    Now WHY should i pay close to 18-20% of the cost of the machine in 1 year period when the rubber rim has a product quality defect which clearly could be seen within 2 months o[censored]sage and the product labels itself has having water softening feature????

    Kindly help in resolving the matter,

        We had booked an IFB front load washing machine for 21k. The new machine was installed and within a week started giving problem. The washing cycle did not end even after 2 hours and when we asked for the service personnel to check he said that the problem is with the mother board and needs to be replaced. We raised an exchange request and it was approved by customer care center through a message. Then even after one month, nobody turned up, no exchange, no call. Again when we called customer care for asking the status for exchange they said that the area manager will contact us. Since we did not receive any calls from area manager we contacted the service personnel who came for installation, he asked us to call area manager. The area manager asked which person assured an exchange and who approved it. He said that in no case the machine will be exchanged and they will only repair the mother board. Which is definitely not acceptable to us, since we have hardly used it and it's not worn out that we can replace the part. It's brand new. We want an exchange for this defective product. Kindly resolve this issue.

          I had registered complaint regarding time difference between setting and actual; high noice during spin. After 1 month Service person visited for general maintenance not regarding complaint. service person told that mother board was having problem and cannot be replaced now because it is damaged 25% only. Our warranty is going to complete on 11 jan 2021. If you don't replace the damaged parts during warranty, then what is the use of warranty? Moreover service person asking to take AMC. During purchase IFB person told that 100% replacement during warranty which is not happening actually.

              Ifb washing machine purchased on 25/8/2019...after using nearly 1 year it's displaying some fault attached in photos...actually we raise complaint over phone to ifb service members they came and check and resolve it but after one day same prob is raising.now it's almost 8 times happening.we are not satisfied with the service..same prob coming again and again and we can't use it further...please resolve it completely or exchange my product because it's just one year after purchasing..such a big company big product, is the lifetime is 1 year?? I can't accept this, , please resolve without making further lifetime same prob or exchange my product or I need to go consumer court...

              Hello Madam,
              They have resolved the issue. Again within 2 weeks we got the similar issue.
              We requested some senior technician to resolve it. still you are sening same technician.
              We wanted to claim the warranty. Almost 8 times we faced the similar issue...
              please resolve it asap.

                  No response from customer care number

                  Good evening Sir/Ma'am, I recently contacted customer care helpline number, they said that they will send someone soon to do the service of our washing machine. But no one came to do the service of our washing machine. We called them atleast 2-3 times but no one came.
                  Now the customer care service number are not responding.
                  Please look into the matter....

                  This is for your information that I purchased NEptune VX dishwasher from Goela electronics panipat . My installation request was not booked till 48 hours of purchase of the dishwasher
                  When I called the customer care, I was informed that my phone number is not registered, they have no information of my purchase and hence installation was not booked
                  Immediately, my installation request was booked . The service engineer Mr. Ashok Sethi called and told me to get 1 socket fixed in water tap .i asked him what connection is needed, but he told me to check with the plumber .
                  I again requested him to tell me the size of the fitting and I will arrange from plumbing shop but he was reluctant . After many requests he arrived and He wanted me to buy trolley for 2000 Rs and 1000 Rs for starter kit and told me that warranty is void if you don’t buy IFB trolley, surprising !!!
                  He did not give any demo, till he told me you will have to buy products from us only for 2 years, otherwise we will not attend your dishwasher for any complaint
                  I am really disappointed with The services offered by Goela electronics and Mr. Ashok Sethi ( IFB service incharge of panipat )
                  This is for your information and necessary action
                  I request you to Pls look into the matter so that other customers don’t face similar problems and refrain from buying IFB products, because of troublesome after service by IFB service engineers

                    Dishwasher ordered on 16-sep. Delivered on 25th Nov.
                    installation attempted on - 28th Nov. Faulty machine, replacement initiated by technician. Informed IFB point from where it was purchased.

                    From the ordered date ~ 110 days still no machine installed.
                    From demo installation fail date ~ 37 days, faulty machine is still at customer place and no second technician has visited.
                    From Escalation to customer care/IFB point ~ 33 days

                    On Top of that there is no update to the emails sent. Sri Durga Enterprises from who an IFP technician came to install does not even know about the status and they say we are not responsible.

                    IFB point HSR layout from where the machine was brought does not know when replacement will be done, they are just pushing days. !!!

                    Considering the considerable delay caused already, I am expecting a faster turnaround time. 96 hours for " service ambassador " visit is too much.I was expecting a visit tomorrow if not today. Already 96 hours have passed since the Demo failed.

                    Like I said I am expecting a replacement or cancellation in a week's time. Service and turn around time seems to be very slow.

                    Hi,

                    Dishwasher ordered on 16-sep. Delivered on 25th Nov

                    No Update till december 2nd.
                    On 2nd december initiated an email thread with customer care regarding replacement. As per the email communication within 96 hrs another technician was supposed to visit. I have not heard from any technician so far.

                    To sum up this is the customer experience IFB so far.
                    From the ordered date ~ 82 days still no machine installed.
                    From installation fail date ~ 9 days, faulty machine is still at customer place and no second technician has visited.
                    From Escalation to customer care ~ 5 days, No technician has visited.

                      This is regarding the customer service in Hyderabad. Our IFB front load washing machine had recurring problems from past one year. On one instance the service guy said we had to replace the drum and will cost 6k and suggested to take insurance and call for service after 45 days. We called for service after 45 days and this time some other guy visited and he said the problem is with the loosening of belt and not mentioned anything about the drum. On other instance there was problem with water sensor but instead he changed the whole drain pump which cost us 4k. Please reconsider you decision if you are going for IFB, their services are pathetic and bogus.

                        I have a IFB washing machine(Elena Aqua SX) purchased on 5th August 2018. Recently it started vibrating and making loud noises while operating hence I lodged a complaint with IFB customer care and had a technician check the machine. It was determined that the entire drum, shock absorber assembly had to be replaced. This is within two years from the purchase date and within warranty but according to the technician, I had to pay ₹2, 750 for the rubber gasket even under warranty.

                        I paid the amount and the repair was completed but when requested for the bill, the technician said he will provide it the next day and at this point, he said that IFB descaler powder will be provided for free. After two days, he provided me a GST bill which just says R/S & descaler as ₹2, 750.

                        This is not a proper GST bill(bill attached); the two items are bundled together and there is no tax rate mentioned, Thus I contacted the local dealership and spoke to the manager, the manager assured me that he will check what occurred and provide me a proper bill, which even after a week I have not received. Please take note that I will be registering a complaint for the same with GST portal.
                        Secondary, why am I being charged for a replacement due to manufacturing defect under warranty period? Please confirm the price of the rubber gasket and also share the warranty policy of IFB washing machines as I’m unable to find the warranty policy on your website.

                        Most importantly, despite all this replacement and repair, the machine vibrates much more than before. I'm extremely dissatisfied with IFB's customer service.

                        The dealership is actually lieing to customer of the cost of rubber caskets and other accessories. I was cheated by the technician and dealership. Thanks to IFB customer service, they refunded the money and the manager of the dealership apologized to me in person.

                            I need a quick servicing as my washing machine has stopped in middle of washing and is not working properly.Our washing machine is getting some or the other problem very frequently even after getting servicing done every time like it sounds a lot sometimes and stops suddenly and the door doesn't get open even though I changed the drum and other accessories very recently. And the other issue is with the service men they wont lift the calls quickly and some are even being rude in call conversation, their servicing is very slow as they will say we will comeback at a particular time but wont respond until we call them back continuously and ask them to come.

                              I had booked a complaint for my IFB washing machine in the last week of November 2020.The technician visited my house in the first week of December and told me that some parts have to be replaced and will be done within one week. I have contacted many times to the service center -Krishna Enterprises, Mongam, Malappuram Dist. Kerala, but the problem is not solved. The AMC for the machine is live. I request you to consider the matter as MOST URGENT and solve the problem urgently.

                                Washing machine door not operating properly. Once switch is ON for washing the door open once I pull the door. I believe the switch for door lock is not functioning properly.

                                    I lodged a complaint about my washing machine through IFB consumer help line number ([protected]) on 17.12.2020 (ticket no: [protected]). The service technician visited my house next day and informed us to come within next 1-2 days with a part required to rectify the fault. however, till date (30.12.2020) no one came to rectify the fault. In the mean time I contacted the IFB consumer helpline number twice on 21.12.2020 and 28.12.2020 with request to resolve my complaints but in spite of their best assurance, my complaint still remains unresolved .
