Following is the sequence of events which made to think we have decided on the wrong product and wrong company.
1. 17th of june 2020 pre booking done for ifb neptune vx.
2. Delivery of machine happened on 15th of july 2020
3. Installation happened on 17th of july 2020.
4. Machine stopped working on 30th of july 2020.
5. Informed service person and rised ticket on 31th july 2020.
6. Service person attached on 2nd of august 2020 and informed machine have major issue and will have to be replaced.
7. Replacement number [protected] rised on 3rd of august 2020.
8. I didn't know what they are going to replace, no response from ifb after this point.
9. Again called ifb customer care, they don't have information about replacement.
10. Called mr. Umesh regarding the same and informed about this issue on 6th of august 2020, he promised he will check and get back.
11. On 18th mr. Umesh informed about miss aradhana and mr. Krishan kanth and gave there mobile number.
12. On 18th called miss aradhana after knowing about the issue she told she will call back, from that day till date she never called me back.
13. On 19th i called mr. Kanth regarding the issue, he told replacement will take time and if i agree he will change the pcb board, immediately i agreed and he promised that it will be solved in that week.
14. After that nothing happened, i tried to call mr. Kanth he text messaged me to contact miss atadhana, as usual he didn't respond.
15. I called mr. Kanth again on 24 morning about my disappointment, he took miss aradhana into conference and assured to send person to check the system and do it on immediate basis.
16. I took follow up with miss aradhana, as usual no response.
As you can see your service team is least caring about the issue, after calling multiple times also they don't call back.
I am really disappointed with the way i am been treated and don't want to continue any more, request to refund (₹ 36790 + cover stand other required items ₹5295) total ₹42085 (I have all bills with me) the payment done and take back the machine on immediate basis.
After the above email to ifb they told there will refund the amount till now no response.
No one is answering the calls.
No email response.
I dono what to do can i file a consumer case against ifb?
