I have bought ifb washing machine few months back and had some display issue. So, contacted the technician and was informed that there is a motherboard issue because of rat bite. I am not sure if the above told reason is completely true. Also, i was willing to pay the money for the mother board which is around 4500/-. There's a normal issues like its knob was not working sometime, and sometime was working. I complaint to Authorized service Franchisee IFB Industries Ltd. "Ayushi services" in Varanasi. They sent two technicians, they came and gone, what they did, I don't know.
