Ifb product under amc got faulty and we have raised multiple complaints in last 10 months but the issue is not resolved.

A message to all, need your support to take strict action against the fraudulent company, please don't buy any ifb product....

The split ac that i bought 4 years ago is creating problems. Its compressor has already been replaced by your company 2 years ago but it is still not working at all. And there is no response from your service center at meerut...

I raised 2 complaints on ifb washing machines and trolley. Ifb never has resolved the issue....

Bought a washing machine in 2018. A broken piece was delivered. Upon several complaints, company sent another piece which is a faulty machine. Makes noise like tractor and our neighbours complain a lot and dont allow to use. Raised several complaints and issue not resolved till now. I m having ifb micorwave which is not working properly i have complaint in the call center and in the service center i m not getting proper response. They are not ready to give me a complain number as well. And the product is in warranty then also i m facing issues. I need the solution asap. Please revert it back asap. My dish washer pc b has to be changed, technician visited and seen the fault, but till now they have not ordered for new pc b, they are saying that we are unable to place the order. It is now more than a week.. I need it to be done as soon as possible in this crucial time. I live in bhopal, the service of your bhopal service centre is very very poor. They don't know how to deal with costumer.

5 replacements 2 technicians and not even a single machine has been able to work properly. Neither the technicians are competent not has ifb been able to provide any solution rather than sending already used machines. Purchased the product in march and its june now still no resolution. Even accessories have not been provided this time....

I had ordered Dishwash autodish detergent on 24th march 2020. The order number is[protected]. I didn't receive it and I sent multiple emails to the customer support requesting to cancel the order. They haven't bothered replying for it. I called the customer care number multiple times. They haven't resolved my issue. I am requesting a refund of my amount. Could you please look into this matter as soon as possible....

For past 3months i have been registering complain in the customer care but all in vain. Every time they are promising that a supervisor will contact to assigned service engineer but not a single call. An ifb employee of kolkata named sujoy chakraborti called himself during lockdown and promised me that once lockdown get lifted they will surely assist me now that guy is not picking up phone. My washing machine is still under warranty period...

I have attached my cancelled confirmation email from ifb which contains my order number and seems like they have deleted my facebook post as well and not responding to my emails or calls.
Please stop this madness for me. It's 18k i think i spend and now they are not refunding my money.

My front load washing machine (Serena aqua vx/sx 6kg) is smoking while spining and washer got damaged. We bought it on 2016...

Inspite of repeated complaints, the ifb service centre lucknow is not attending complaint of repair of washing machine which is covered under amc. They even don't attend the phone calls. It is causing huge inconvenience to us....

Today my washing machine door glass is broken when the machine is completely in off mode....

I’m really annoyed with the services of ifb. There is no doubt that the product is good and has some really cool features but every day after purchasing this has been more of a nightmare.

We are really frustrated with the after sales support we received from ifb. Our washing machine is still under warranty but it has become completely useless now. Their customer care tells us that they will get it fixed once the spare...
