I have taken extended warranty but no one wants to honor its t& c for last one month i have contacted multiple time your contact center and people are saying they will come today or tomorrow but no one came. Also they keep closing my request without attending to my complaint.

I finally was in touch with one mr sudhakaran ([protected]). Who said he can return back my warranty money or i should buy a new one he will give me a discount.

Given the situation and the fund crunch i wanted my washing machin repaied so i can use it. He said he cannot service it. I asked him to drop a mail.. And i have followed it multiple time. He is not responding.

I have wasted 1 month of my warentee time doing this followups. Also with a non working machin.

Is this a reputed company like ifb working model. Take warenty and ten not service till warenty expires?

I have attaced a screen shot of the messages i have sent him asking for a mail stating he cant honor warenty terms.

    Madam/Sir,
    This is to report issue with the service of our washing machine - Elena.
    We have been a valued customer of IFB for more than 15 years. It was
    surprising that when we complained about non-functioning of the door
    earlier, the customer care person said that we were not closing the door
    properly and he gave this reason till the time the machine was within the
    warranty.
    This time the customer care person - Ranjeet came and said there were issue
    with motherboard, drain pump. So he billed around INR 8000 and besides
    taking the service charge of INR 590, he took the additional sum to procure
    parts. He did not give any receipt. Since then, he has not come to fix the
    issue and now he is incommunicado. THIS HAS BEEN MORE THAN A WEEK. PLEASE
    LOOK INTO THIS ON AN URGENT BASIS. I AND MY WIFE ARE BOTH SENIOR CITIZENS
    AND IT IS SURPRISING THAT DURING THE TOUGH TIMES OF A PANDEMIC, THE COMPANY
    IS FORCING US TO GO THROUGH THIS TRAUMATIC EXPERIENCE. PLEASE REFUND MY
    MONEY OR COME UP WITH A SUITABLE ALTERNATE OPTION. I AM EXPECTING A
    POSITIVE RESPONSE WITHIN NEXT 48 HOURS OTHERWISE I WOULD BE FORCED TO FILE
    A FIR OF FRAUD AND SEEK LEGAL RECOURSE.

      I had buyed ifb washing and the model is neo diva sx.
      The mechanic (Vasu) demanded to take stand also for that machine which we did not agreed but he convinced to take stand.
      Now the stand is not compatable and the machine is vibrating alot and moving, we shoed the same to mechanic but he is not agreeing to their mistake and arguing in vulgar language.

          Never buy an IFB washing machine.

          The after sales service of IFB washing machines is the worst. My washing machine complaint ([protected] )is pending with them for the last three months but they are least bothered to attend, though I have AMC with IFB.

          Their customer service helpline is not toll free and is useless. It costs you between 15 to 20 rupees per call as you are kept on hold for about 10 minutes to connect with their hopeless Customer Service Executives. These CSE just play the role of intermediaries to pass on your complaint and never follow up the complaint or give any feedback.

          The mails to the Customer Service are never replied. The customers are left in lurch as to whom to contact to get the problem resolved.

          They are cheaters.
          See how they cheat the costumers. Once I had the problem with motor belt of my front load washing machine and I had no AMC. After every two months the belt would crack and the technician used to replace it without ascertaining the reason behind it. After replacing the belt for three times, the IFB technician said that the frequent failure of the belt is due to the shaft of the motor and it is required to be replaced and suggested to take the AMC. After renewing the contract same problem occurred. The technician, this time said that it is not the fault of the motor but of the shock absorbers and he replaced the shock absorbers and the problem of belt failure was solved.

          So my sincere advice is not to buy IFB washing machine and turn to the brands with good after sales service.

          I am abandoning IFB and would go for LG or Samsung!

            Ticket i'd [protected] lodged on 17 april. My washing machine pcb was dead. Despite several respect when they are going to replace is not being told by service personnel.
            I spoke to their services manager deepak, he assured me to look in to matter but he is not giving response.

                Dear sir,

                I had ordered ifb dishwasher detergent, ringe, & salt online through your website vide my order no[protected] on 12th june, 2020. Long time has been passed since then, the items yet to deliver to me. I had talked to your customer care many times however nothing happend inspite of their assurance. I have not seen such a poor customer service from a reputed company like ifb. If you are unable to deliver the items please refund my amount.

                I have procured ifb dishwasher detergent from the ifb store and the detergent quality is very bad this time. The powder is very fine..has got a strong chemical odour and doesn't clean well..detergent remains on the vessels. I feel it is fake. Please look into this as a reputed company IFB should not indulge in such activities.

                  This is to inform you that i have registered the complaint for my microwave which is under warranty on 9th july 2020 (10:54 am) having ticket id [protected] (Registered mobile no - [protected]) & and the complaint is still not resolved so far.

                  I would like to bring into your notice that after so many calls & reminders over telephone, an engineer visited the site on 20/7/20 and checked the microwave. On opening the outer cabinet of the mw it was found that the electric parts have turned burnt and black, so the engineer told that some parts (Heatingrods and tco) are to be replaced, and he will visit the site tomorrow and will change the required part.
                  I also purchased a washing machine cover from him on that day for rs 600/- for which gajendra (Technician) refused to provide the invoice copy and left the premises.

                  In the evening i got a call from your asm shubham (Mno - [protected]) and i requested him to get my mw replaced as almost all the inner electric parts are turned black & brown, to which he replied he will again call and will update after talking to his seniors. I also asked for the washing machine cover bill but didn't get any resolution from his side. Then he never called back.

                  After than on 21/7/20 the whole day passed and nobody visited or contacted me through telephone, later on the next day i called vijyalaxmi (Mno - [protected]) and updated her about the whole scenario and then she took bsm on line with me, bsm asked me to give the microwave for two days in workshop and then after repairing the same they will return the product. When i declined to give my product to the workshop, bsm told me that after arranging the required part we will send an engineer on thursday (23/7/20) to my residence for repairing the product, to which i agreed.

                  Then on 23/7/2020 no one visited the site and upon calling vijayalakshmi in the evening she was feeling totally helpless and has no clue of when the engineer is now gonna visit the site. But again casually she replied that the engineer will visit on friday now. I asked to reply to this by drafting a text message to me but she didn't listen to me and disconnected the call.

                  Finally engineer around 4 pm on friday came with the part and started to repair the mw.
                  The engineer that came (Gajendra and second one i don't know his name) didn't have sanitizers, hand gloves & shoe covers with them, and they started to repair the mw.
                  When i checked the part that they were going to replace in my mw, it was a used part and was also rusted from sides (Pics attached). I was really shocked by this and was not able to believe that a company like ifb can do this and cheat its loyal customers like that.

                  I also asked for my wm cover bill from the engineer, he provided a tampered / over written bill (Pic attached) & wrong amount. On this invoice fluid is used and the name and address is overwritten. Seems that this bill belongs to someone else and the same after over writing has been given to me. On enquiring the same, technician gajendra started misbehaving when i asked for the correct bill. He was very rude on his part.

                  Then i again called vijaylaxmi and bsm (Mr prihar) was also online, they again committed to arrange the required part and assured to get this repaired on monday (27/7/20) instead of saturday (25/7/20).

                  Now, i am totally feeling harassed and cheated by ifb and forced to take the matter in social media and further to any extent if not resolved.

                  Seniors are requested to kindly look into and get this microwave replaced with a new one or refund my amount.

                  It is really bad on ifb customer services :-

                  1. No response on phone or e-mail.
                  2. Even when a customer calls his issue is not taken care off and delayed. Even after promising no call back.
                  3. Repeatedly commitment failure.
                  4. Invoice not given to customers.
                  5. Used / rusted parts are replaced under warranty. (What would have you guys done if send my mw to your workshop)??
                  6. Customer satisfaction has no value in ifb.
                  7. No use of sanitizer, hand gloves & shoe covers by technicians as a safety measure in this crucial time of covid - 19.

                      Hi,

                      I have placed an order on 9th July. After 4 calls to the customer care, 2 chat requests and 1 mail, I was informed that the product was out of stock on 16th July. So I requested for a refund. After another 3 calls, 2 chats and 2 mails, I still don't know what the status is and whether my refund is being processed.

                      All my calls are given the same reply. The customer care executive says that he/she is forwarding the details to the internet team and that I will get a call back in 24 hrs. Not a single time I received a call or mail

                        Dear sir/madam ifb washing machine i recommended for my two family members and i bought for myself 3.5 years before, now its drum and shock absorber got failure, its warranty will end up on november 2020, but service person made a visit and till now not exchanged the repaired parts, i felt so
                        Much about your product and your service, and will not recommend to anybody, then why are mention it as warranty, the worst service center is located at mgr nagar, moolakuam, pondicherry.
                        I kindly request you to repair at the earliest.

                          In a Month of March-2020 I have purchased Microwave over of IFB company via Amazon Online, just after a use of 10 days it's gone faulty, on 20th March 2020 I have registered my complaint via call center of IFB - Complaint no. is [protected], Due to lockdown impose it's understood no one will able to attend it..

                          Post lockdown is open again I have call in month of June 2020 were they have ensure that some one will visit to rectify the same . but there is no visit made . after that I am regularly following it up with IFB with no. of calls and every time only getting answer that some one will visit . but not getting any service
                          After my call on 17th July 2020 it's observed that my original complaint they have closed by saying that it's resolved and open up a new complaint no. [protected] but till today not one has visited to resolve the complaints .

                            Hi, this is regarding my newly bought just 5 months old ifb washing machine front load.

                            The issue is from past 10 days.
                            Everytime i turn on the machine, it gives a warning door not closed, and it is unable to start the wash process due to this door error.
                            Seems like there is major bug in door closing sensor.

                            Could you please do the needful. This is the second time i am raising the complaint, so far the service has been pathetic, didn't get any response from ifb support.

                            Kindly do the needful, otherwise i will have to take some other actions.

                              I feel like i was being tricked from the service of ifb. I have tried multiple times to write regarding this and i have not received a response.

                              I booked a service for the ifb washing machine for a noise complaint. The washing machine was still under the warranty. The service engineer visited and updated us that this part was not covered under warranty since it comes under plastic.

                              We paid the amount regardless. Then the technician changed the part and updated that he had installed a non compactable part due to lack of stock and will replace it as soon as they receive this particular machine's stock in the service center.

                              Since then i have been following the engineer, he only answered the call and updated that they received the part and will attend by evening.

                              From the day onwards there has been no reply from the representative. We have visited service center 4 times in the meantime and a lady in the service center strayed over all the time.

                              This was not the first time i am getting this type of response. This poor behaviour was all time since i called them for each service.

                              I have raised another complaint to customer care and no response from them.

                              I feel like i was cheated and i was defamed a few times while using the service.
                              I have requested for escalation and callbacks but i have not heard that ever since.

                              Proof that we did contact the service engineer.We had called him multiple times but there was no reply. When we visited the service center after being tired of calling the technician. The technician was present in the Service center.We asked about the technicain if he was getting any call or whatsapp messages he denied. When requested over to show the call logs, there were call logs and whatsapp messages.

                              Note : Technician gave me the contact no so that we could followup on the spare
                              The call logs are not available in mobile else should have updated those too

                                I have purchased 6.5 kg top load washing machine in march 2016 about a year its pcb malfunctions and we have to replace its pcb with our cost. At that time we complaint about the resting of body but service center has not taken any action on it. Again after 2 years of purchase we observe loose connection in pcb after lots of follow up service engg. Came after around 10 days and take 3- 4 days to repair it. Now from last 2 months facing loose connection issue and due to rusting the body falls down detaching the side wall from lower plate. Person from service center visited 12 days back and info that he will arrange new body in 2 -3 days but after 10 - 12 days also not getting proper response from him.

                                    I have paid AMC in January 2020. I had the drum problem in my washing machine and I called the service center on 9th July 2020. The customer service technician came on 16th July 2020, he removed the washing machine front, top, and rear cover for replacing the drum with a new one. After that, the service technician had broken the coin port filter while removing it from the washing machine and demanded money Rs. 250/- for replacing it with the new filter.
                                    I told him that the filter was broken by you, so you are responsible for it. The service technician challenged me that he knows how to collect the money from me; he fixed the wrong type of filter and asked me to start the machine for washing on the next day. I turned on the washing machine on[protected] morning time and observed that a lot of water leakage from the coin filter which he changed and the loose connection is noticed in the switch panel. Immediately, I had complained to the service center once again, the service technician came again and he did not solve the problems and told that he fitted the wrong type filter, demanded money for the correct filter, and then he challenged me to make a complaint to IFB.
                                    Now my washing machine is not working, showing error and much water leakage. I am unhappy with the IFB authorized service agent. Kindly arrange a skilled service technician to attend the repair work as soon as possible. We could not able to wash our clothes for the past two weeks. Unexpected customer service from IFB. Hoping to receive a good service from IFB.

                                    As per the previous complaint raised by me, today your technician from IFB customer service came to solve the issue . He noticed that the washing machine was not working and showning error in the display. Then the technician open the door and tried to solve the door switch connection but he could not solve the problems. The technician told that the panel board and door switch lock is not working the same item will made request to IFB for replacement under AMC. Kindly arrange to send the panel board and Door switch lock as soon as possible for repair work in our washing machine.

                                      Hi,

                                      I have registered a request for service on Mar 12 2020 (in warranty) and the technician visited my home on 16th Mar 2020. Technician identified the problem and informed the IFB service center to replace the drum on the same day (16th mar 2020). I have not received the drum replacement till now and when i called the customer care they are told that my ticket is closed due to lockdown and the drum cannot be replaced. Also told me that my warranty is expired now and i have to pay for the service and drum.

                                      My request has been placed when in warranty and the IFB closed my ticket without replacing the part. Please help in resolving the issue.
