We are facing 2 issues in ifb washing machine.

1) when the machine is in running condition than suddenly blast voice comes often.

2) when we set washing program for 1 hour than that complets after 2.5 to 3 hours.

For these problems we have made complain 3 times. Same technician named shaileshbhai raval (M: [protected]) comes for repairing and withing seeing anything he says everytime that we are not properly cleaning machine and we are doing service outside and bla bla bla...

I eveytime says him that we are regulary cleaning machine as per guideline and we are having machine in warranty period than why should i service it outside ifb? I think person is saying carelessly without observing anything and blaming us.

And everytime he fills review from themselves.

I think ifb is having good service people so purchased from ifb. But its strange that ifb have recruited such a rude technician.

Now let me know that after my 3 complains if problem is not resolved and machine is keep going blasting and if any accident occurs than who will be responsible for that?

Hi

After your technician visit, your technician has told to observe it for some days. But after next day the same problem started to occur . So we called your technician Mr. Parag (mob: [protected]) and informed the same. He told us to schedule next visit. I remind him again but no body has came . Now it is more than 10 days of visit but problem still persist.

So can you please check up properly . Or replace the machine.

    My washing machine is a top loading 7.5 kg machine, model no. Aw7201wb purchased on[protected]. The plastic panels inside the drum are broken and need repairs/replacement. Issues with service:
    1) service center numbers mentioned on website do not work (I. E.[protected] and[protected], you need to write to ifb and pray that you're called back.
    2) i've formally written to ifb thrice and everytime i get a phone call saying that a technician will arrive and resolve the complaint. No one appears after that and there is absolutely zero follow up by ifb on the complaint.
    3) without a resolution or follow up, they've sent me a message that my complaint is resolved and upon calling them they told me that they will re - register my complaint.
    4) after registering my complaint again (Complaint no. [protected]), there is no follow up on spare parts, repair etc.

    I'm willing to pay for my spare parts and service but they is absolutely no response.

    Please intervene and help.

      Installation of ifb dishwasher neptune plus vx not possible due to problem in dishwasher. This was before lockdown. The service is very poor. With repeated follow up, i received a message that the dishwasher will be replaced with a new one. But it’s more than 2 months, they are not responding. Very poor service. The company is not competent to deal with customers. For more than four months the machine is lying in my house. It’s of no use, completely bad investment.           My washing machine was unserviceable since 06 jul 20. I have booked a complaint vide ticket no [protected]. Even after frequent reminders no one has turned up yet. The apathy shown by the service staff is quite evident. Previously, on my transfer to this place (Guntur) i had requested for re-installation of my machine requested for stand, outlet pipes and liquid detergent. However, due to the apathy shown by the staff i had to cancel my order after a week or ten days. Warranty of my machine is on the verge of expiry. If my machine is not made serviceable then i may have to approach consumer court for the loss. Please do the needful

              This is to inform you that we have purchased tl#sdg 9.5kg aqua washing machine in april 2019. Last month the machine did not start. We have called up the technician who has installed the washing machine but he was constantly postponing his visit. On june 26th 2020 we have raised a complaint in customer care technician has visited and informed that mother board got damaged due to rat and rat mesh has not been fixed at the time of installation. And told that he cant rectify for free and have to pay 4000 rs. It is an obligation of the technician to fix the rat mess.

              I have raised a complaint yesterday and spoke to many executives. One of the sr. Executive has informed that he would get back to us today before 5pm. Kindly treat this on high priority.


              We are forced to wash clothes by hand in this rainy season since last 3 weeks.

                Bought an ifb microwave in oct '19,
                One day while the mw was operational to cook the vegetable, fumes starting coming from the back side of the microwave and smell was coming from it.

                Timing was only set to 2 min and due to some internal electric issue fumes started to come out of the microwave.

                Now i am unable to use the mw and i have also registered the call in call centre ([protected]) but no one is bothered to even call the customer once.

                Pathetic customer service, poor response and thus loosing sales.

                This is to inform you that I have registered the complaint for my Microwave which is under warranty on 9th July 2020 (10:54 AM) having TICKET ID [protected] (registered mobile no - [protected] ) & and the complaint is still not resolved so far.

                I would like to bring into your notice that after so many calls & reminders over telephone, an engineer visited the site on 20/7/20 and checked the Microwave. On opening the outer cabinet of the MW it was found that the electric parts have turned burnt and black, So the engineer told that some parts (HeatingRods and TCO) are to be replaced, and he will visit the site tomorrow and will change the required part.
                I also purchased a Washing Machine cover from him on that day for Rs 600/- for which Gajendra (Technician) refused to provide the INVOICE COPY and left the premises.

                In the evening I got a call from your ASM Shubham (Mno - [protected]) and I requested him to get my MW replaced as almost all the inner electric parts are turned black & brown, to which he replied he will again call and will update after talking to his seniors. I also asked for the Washing Machine Cover bill but didn't get any resolution from his side. Then he never called back.

                After than on 21/7/20 the whole day passed and nobody visited or contacted me through telephone, Later on the next day I called Vijyalaxmi (Mno - [protected] ) and updated her about the whole scenario and then she took BSM on line with me, BSM asked me to give the microwave for two days in workshop and then after repairing the same they will return the product. When I declined to give my product to the workshop, BSM told me that after arranging the required part we will send an engineer on THURSDAY (23/7/20) to my residence for repairing the product, to which I agreed.

                Then on 23/7/2020 no one visited the site and upon calling Vijayalakshmi in the evening she was feeling totally helpless and has no clue of when the engineer is now gonna visit the site. But again casually she replied that the engineer will visit on Friday now. I asked to reply to this by drafting a text message to me but she didn't listen to me and disconnected the call.

                Finally Engineer around 4 Pm on Friday came with the part and started to repair the MW.
                The Engineer that came (Gajendra and second one I don't know his name) didn't have SANITIZERS, HAND GLOVES & SHOE COVERS with them, and they started to repair the MW.
                When I checked the part that they were going to replace in my MW, IT WAS A USED PART and was also RUSTED from sides (Pics Attached). I was really shocked by this and was not able to believe that a company like IFB can do this and CHEAT its LOYAL CUSTOMERS like that.

                I also asked for my WM cover bill from the engineer, he provided a Tampered / Over written bill (PIC ATTACHED) & Wrong Amount. On this INVOICE fluid is used and the name and address is overwritten. Seems that this bill belongs to someone else and the same after over writing has been given to me. On enquiring the same, technician Gajendra started Misbehaving when I asked for the correct bill.He was very rude on his part.

                Then I again called vijaylaxmi and BSM (Mr Prihar) was also online, they again committed to arrange the required part and assured to get this repaired on Monday (27/7/20) instead of Saturday (25/7/20).

                Now, I am totally feeling harassed and Cheated by IFB and forced to take the matter in social media and FURTHER TO ANY EXTENT IF NOT RESOLVED.

                Seniors are requested to kindly look into and get this Microwave replaced with a new one or refund my amount.

                It is really bad on IFB CUSTOMER SERVICES :-

                1. No response on phone or E-mail.
                2. Even when a customer calls his issue is not taken care off and delayed. Even after promising no call back.
                3. Repeatedly commitment failure.
                4. Invoice not given to customers.
                5. Used / Rusted parts are replaced under warranty. (What would have you guys done if send my MW to your workshop) ??
                6. Customer Satisfaction has no value in IFB.
                7. No use of Sanitizer, Hand Gloves & Shoe Covers by Technicians as a safety measure in this crucial time of COVID - 19.

                  Have copied the emails which i have sent to ifb to replace my dishwasher. Iam very frustated as they are not even replacing it and not even returning my amount even after 50 days of purchase..

                  Mail no 1

                  I bought on 20th may 2020, a ifb dishwasher (Bill copy enclosed) from your ifb dealer parshast electronics, gandhi nagar nagar jammu.
                  After my repeated complaints and follow up the ifb dishwasher was finally installed on 31.05.2020 by the service team as the ifb store was not having the ifb essentials required for the installation of the machine.

                  Now my dishwasher after 4 days of installation was not washing the utensils properly and inside my dishwasher spots have developed. The machine was also throwing h1 error. Infact all my utensils have also developed burnt marks and spots. After contacting your service team mr sahil on 05.06.2020 at around 8.30 pm he told me that he will personally visit my house and will check it. He came the next day and adjusted the salt setting along with checked the machine and told me to run it after testing cycle is over for 3 times on super 50 cycle without detergent and then it will be okay.

                  After he left and the testing cycle is over, i ran the machine for 3 consecutive times on super 50cycle with a gap of 20 min in each cycle.
                  The next morning, i again put the utensils in the machine, but this time the utensils were more dirty and inside my machine some more spots came. The utensils were smelling like they are burnt and inside my machine also burnt steam spots came (Pictures enclosed)

                  Then today ie on 08.06.2020, mr sahil came for 3 hours and he himself was tesing the machine but everytime the utensils were dirty and spots were forming inside the machine. He ran the machine for 3 cycles with utensils in one cycle, glass items in other cycle, and brand new fresh plates in 3rd cycle and in each cycle the utensils were having more and more spots.

                  Infact he also ran the machine with glass items without detergent and still the spots came which are clearly visible in the pictures enclosed.

                  My machine has developed spots and all my utensils are also spoiled so i want my machine to be replaced as early as possible. I donot want my machine to repaired i want it to be replaced.

                  I want to mention here that i bought this machine because my mother is very old and she is not able to wash the utensils but this machine has created a lot of problems for me and my family. Now i want this to be replaced as i dont want a machine with spots and which is not working properly within 4 days of installation.

                  I expect that you will listen to my genuine plea as otherwise i would have no option either to proceed legally or go to consumer court.

                  I have attached the pictures along with the bill and will request you to kindly replace my dishwasher at the earliest.

                  Am writing this email with uttermost disappointment despite of being a satisfied customer from last 20 years.
                  I want to mention here that i have purchased a dishwasher on 20 th may and after numerous follow-ups it got installed after 10 days of purchase. But after installation the machine was showing f3 error message and steam spots were developed all inside the machine. Even my utensils were also having steam spots which even after washing by hands also are not going. I informed immediately the ifb service team and after regular visit of the service team engineer 3-4 times he finally gave report that this machine is defective and it needs replacement.

                  But the replacement is still not provided to me even after 1 month of purchase. When i call service team manager in jammu sh sachin he tells me that your replacement has been recommended and duly accepted also but there is no stock available at the store for replacement. When i call sales team manager jammu sh sourabh he tells me that please wait as no stock is available.

                  I request you to kindly look into the matter as i have spent my money for the machine but till date iam not able to use tha appliance. Service team is blaming sales team and sales team is telling there is no stock in jammu. It's now almost 1 month but no one is listening to my please.

                  I want to mention that the service team even stopped responding my calls.

                  If replacement is not provided to me i will have no option to proceed legally and in consumer court and will claim a hefty amount for the discomfort the company has caused to me and my family

                  Iam hopeful that i[censored] intervene in this matter the matter would be closed soon

                  . With respect to my trail mails regarding the replacement of my ifb dish washer, i want to mention here that the dishwasher that was purchased on 20 th may 2020 is still not replaced my your jammu office.

                  On saturday i. E on 5th july i received a call from your jammu ifb service centre that the machine has arrived for replacement and on monday i. E on 06.07.2020 machine will reach your home by 9.30 am. Here i want to mention that i took off from my office today on monday for replacement and installation of my machine. When i called your service team they told that it will take time and here i want to quote that they were asking my permission of testing my new machine to be replaced at your service centre by putting utensils in the machine at your ifb service centre narwal.

                  Here i want to quote that how ifb can open my new machine at service centre cum godown at ifb narwal jammu and test it there.

                  I got suspicious because of this and i personally visited the store at 11.00am and found that the machine to be replaced was an old machine with no bar coding on the packing and packing was also partial open and there was no wooden sticks inside the machine which is always there in new dishwashers so that breakage won't happen

                  I really do not understand how your staff of ifb can do this to a long associates customer with you.

                  And then when i called your ifb branch head mr j. B singh he told me in very rude way that how could you enter our service office and if any theft happen then should be responsible.

                  I want to strongly mention that i am a customer and not a thief. I have spend my hard earned money rs 35000 from last 48 days without using the machine. I called mr sahil service boy from outside the store and it was him who told me to come inside. I haven't myself went inside your store.

                  This behaviour of your manager mr jb singh has hurted my sentiments and self respect a lot and there would not be any apology which can bear the humilation i faced.

                  How can you give me an old machine as replacement and how can u insult your customer who is with u from last 20 years

                  This irresponsible behaviour of your branch incharge is really not appreciable and still my machine is not getting replaced

                  I request your kindself to kindly intervene in my humble plea because i am very frustated now because if your ifb branch jammu and how long even after 48 days i have to wait for my machine to get replaced.

                  Iam going to file two cases in the fast track court against ifb for causing this huge inconvenience and frustation to me and hurting my self respect by calling me thief indirectly

                  I want to also mention i haven't received any response to my early emails also which i have send to your kind office

                  I pray to you please intervene and help me so that the case is settled

Even my utensils were also having steam spots which even after washing by hands also are not going. I informed immediately the ifb service team and after regular visit of the service team engineer 3-4 times he finally gave report that this machine is defective and it needs replacement.

                    But the replacement is still not provided to me even after 1 month of purchase. When i call service team manager in jammu sh sachin he tells me that your replacement has been recommended and duly accepted also but there is no stock available at the store for replacement. When i call sales team manager jammu sh sourabh he tells me that please wait as no stock is available.

                    I request you to kindly look into the matter as i have spent my money for the machine but till date iam not able to use tha appliance. Service team is blaming sales team and sales team is telling there is no stock in jammu. It's now almost 1 month but no one is listening to my please.

                    I want to mention that the service team even stopped responding my calls.

                    If replacement is not provided to me i will have no option to proceed legally and in consumer court and will claim a hefty amount for the discomfort the company has caused to me and my family

                    Iam hopeful that i[censored] intervene in this matter the matter would be closed soon

                    . With respect to my trail mails regarding the replacement of my ifb dish washer, i want to mention here that the dishwasher that was purchased on 20 th may 2020 is still not replaced my your jammu office.

                    On saturday i. E on 5th july i received a call from your jammu ifb service centre that the machine has arrived for replacement and on monday i. E on 06.07.2020 machine will reach your home by 9.30 am. Here i want to mention that i took off from my office today on monday for replacement and installation of my machine. When i called your service team they told that it will take time and here i want to quote that they were asking my permission of testing my new machine to be replaced at your service centre by putting utensils in the machine at your ifb service centre narwal.

                    Here i want to quote that how ifb can open my new machine at service centre cum godown at ifb narwal jammu and test it there.

                    I got suspicious because of this and i personally visited the store at 11.00am and found that the machine to be replaced was an old machine with no bar coding on the packing and packing was also partial open and there was no wooden sticks inside the machine which is always there in new dishwashers so that breakage won't happen

                    I really do not understand how your staff of ifb can do this to a long associates customer with you.

                    And then when i called your ifb branch head mr j. B singh he told me in very rude way that how could you enter our service office and if any theft happen then should be responsible.

                    I want to strongly mention that i am a customer and not a thief. I have spend my hard earned money rs 35000 from last 48 days without using the machine. I called mr sahil service boy from outside the store and it was him who told me to come inside. I haven't myself went inside your store.

                    This behaviour of your manager mr jb singh has hurted my sentiments and self respect a lot and there would not be any apology which can bear the humilation i faced.

                    How can you give me an old machine as replacement and how can u insult your customer who is with u from last 20 years

                    This irresponsible behaviour of your branch incharge is really not appreciable and still my machine is not getting replaced

                    I request your kindself to kindly intervene in my humble plea because i am very frustated now because if your ifb branch jammu and how long even after 48 days i have to wait for my machine to get replaced.

                    Iam going to file two cases in the fast track court against ifb for causing this huge inconvenience and frustation to me and hurting my self respect by calling me thief indirectly

                    I want to also mention i haven't received any response to my early emails also which i have send to your kind office

                    I pray to you please intervene and help me so that the case is settled

                      Its not even been 2 years since we bought [ifb 6.5 kg fully-automatic top loading washing machine (Tl-rdw 6.5kg aqua, ivory white)]

                      There are many troubles with this washing machine. It makes huge sounds quite often. It takes 5 times more than the time it shows on the timer.

                      Also suspect if this could be the reason for huge current bills.

                      Trying to reach out customer care on their customer care number but that keeps me waiting on the line forever and never connected me to the customer care.

                      Also registered a complaint on their website. (Ifb - https://www.ifbappliances.com/ts)

                      However there is no response yet. If anyone from ifb is tracking this complaint, please look into the request i have raised and do the needful as soon as possible

                                    Today, we have got service with amc. As per amc receipt no. last day of our amc receipt is[protected]. When we took the amc only once the person came for service, we told that the machine is creating noise after putting some clothes on. during one year and this time means today dated[protected]. Today he informed us that suspension and bearing are gone for the machine. We requested to replace it. Ifb person said "sir please take amc and part will take time due to corona". If you will take amc only after that we will replace your part early.
                                    This situation is like that if you have take mediclaim for your mother and only 7 days left for renewal and your mother got heart attack. Now mediclaim person will say please submit my premium only then we will admit your mother.
                                    Such a bad service for ifb. Please do something. I will take this complaint to another level via consumer forum and other portals. I do not want to do anything, please replace my parts and service as soon as possible.

                                      I had taken a two year amc with ifb for my washing machine (Registered phone no : [protected]) during 2018 december and it is valid through december 2020. Meanwhile one of ifb representatives came to my home (I was traveling that time) and told that warranty had expired (During july last year 2019) and made me take another amc (Valid from july 2019 to july 2020). I had already sent a note to ifb during 8th june asking to reconcile my double amc charges and instead extend my current warranty by one more year. There has been no response to my email. I have also clarified to one of your ifb executives (I contacted them through contact center) that there is an issue with the machine name as it was wrongly mentioned in the july 2019 contract.

                                      In addition - i am getting calls everyday from ifb to renew my contract again as it has expired. I am absolutely frustrated with how ifb is behaving and letting their people double charge customers on amc taking undue advantage of the fact that people may not remember suddenly if someone calls and tells you that amc is expiring. Please help me fix this.
