Dear Concerned,

I have been a long time user of IFB products. It’s been ages that I had required service for any of your products. These are great quality products I must say. I have always considered your company with high regards until I had booked for a service request for one of my IFB washing machine Elena Aqua. The ticket number raised for my request was [protected], and the technician had come and diagnosed the issue and informed that the drum, rubber gasket and rubber belt had to be replaced. The service was completed, in my absence, today 09/07/20 with an amount of INR 7590/-

Upon my return I had observed the drum and checked for any breakages which was informed by the technician and noted that the drum had no damages whatsoever. I am utterly disgruntled by sheer cheating behaviour of your technician and taking advantage of customers who believe in your company.

I am immensely offended by such behaviour and consider this as an insult to my intelligence.

I would request you to Kindly take action against your third party vendor, Harinag Enterprises (Service Executive - Nagesh), and I demand a refund for the part replaced unnecessarily. I am attaching herewith the invoice for the service, the replaced drum images (in dirty condition) and the drum image that I cleaned upon inspection later on.

    We have taken amc for 1 year on 28/9/19 at patron services in urapakkam.
    Our washing machine is now on reapair. It is not washing properly. The dust in the clothes does not go properly.
    We informed the company for repair. But they are not coming.

      I have amc of my washing machine which covers mother board. My start button has been broken. The technician says that i have damaged the mother board and he would not cover under warranty. Then please tell me what is the use of renewing amc. This is the 4th time i have renewed my amc

        I write this to submit that i purchased one washing machine-ifb, model tl65 rcw, top
        Load, capacity 6.5 litres for rs. 17600 on june 15/06/2018. The receipt no. Is[protected] in rajan & co in nagercoil kaniyakumari district. To my utter
        Disappointment, it is giving me trouble right around 1.5 years. Its persistent problem (A) squeezing system is not effective, and (B) it makes
        Me irritating every day and its not working properly.
        I complained about the machine to the sales executive of your company. He got it checked
        Thrice but the fault could not be rectified.
        Under these circumstances, the piece cannot be accepted. Kindly replace it immediately.

          Ifb product under amc got faulty and we have raised multiple complaints in last 10 months but the issue is not resolved.

                Hello sir /madam,
                Today, we have got service with amc. As per amc receipt no. last day of our amc receipt is[protected]. When we took the amc only once the person came for service, we told that the machine is creating noise after putting some clothes on. during one year and this time means today dated[protected]. Today he informed us that suspension and bearing are gone for the machine. We requested to replace it. Ifb person said "sir please take amc and part will take time due to corona". If you will take amc only after that we will replace your part early.
                This situation is like that if you have take mediclaim for your mother and only 7 days left for renewal and your mother got heart attack. Now mediclaim person will say please submit my premium only then we will admit your mother.
                Such a bad service for ifb. Please do something. I will take this complaint to another level via consumer forum and other portals. I do not want to do anything, please replace my parts and service as soon as possible.

                  Hello,

                  I had taken a two year amc with ifb for my washing machine (Registered phone no : [protected]) during 2018 december and it is valid through december 2020. Meanwhile one of ifb representatives came to my home (I was traveling that time) and told that warranty had expired (During july last year 2019) and made me take another amc (Valid from july 2019 to july 2020). I had already sent a note to ifb during 8th june asking to reconcile my double amc charges and instead extend my current warranty by one more year. There has been no response to my email. I have also clarified to one of your ifb executives (I contacted them through contact center) that there is an issue with the machine name as it was wrongly mentioned in the july 2019 contract.

                  In addition - i am getting calls everyday from ifb to renew my contract again as it has expired. I am absolutely frustrated with how ifb is behaving and letting their people double charge customers on amc taking undue advantage of the fact that people may not remember suddenly if someone calls and tells you that amc is expiring. Please help me fix this.

                    Bought a washing machine in 2018. A broken piece was delivered. Upon several complaints, company sent another piece which is a faulty machine. Makes noise like tractor and our neighbours complain a lot and dont allow to use. Raised several complaints and issue not resolved till now. I am not getting mental harassment for raising this matter again and again.

                    How can this be considered as resolved. Even I have also raised several complaints to customer support team and last complaint is still pending. My concern is to seek a replacement. Has anyone contacted me to discuss?
                    After several follow ups, technician visited and did nothing. He mentioned that its gear box is defective and machine needs to be sent to Okhla. Again, not sure how many days it will take. IFB must do something and replace this defective product as I have been raising this complaint right from date of purchase.

                    I had purchased ifb washing machine on 25th Dec.2019, in january, while washing it automatically stopped in between after 8 to 9 hrs it started working as usual . Again stoping procedure of washing machine was continuous
                    Technician visited bt could nt locate the problem.In june machine stoped while washing and now it nt getting on only. After reporting the complaint technician says the panel is gone and has to be repalced. I am disappointed with the machine. faulty washing machine is given to us by the company.I dont have trust and faith on IFB product. Pl while purchasing ifb product ensure that quality product is delivered to you. think twice before purchasing ifb product.

                          My dish washer pc b has to be changed, technician visited and seen the fault, but till now they have not ordered for new pc b, they are saying that we are unable to place the order. It is now more than a week.. I need it to be done as soon as possible in this crucial time. I live in bhopal, the service of your bhopal service centre is very very poor. They don't know how to deal with costumer.

Even accessories have not been provided this time.

                            No words for ifb.. they asked me to share details after delivering one more faulty machine. I did share the details but no response till date. Also amazingly the technician that came advised that since it is not a local brand it will never dry or clean indian utensils.

                                I had ordered Dishwash autodish detergent on 24th march 2020. The order number is[protected]. I didn't receive it and I sent multiple emails to the customer support requesting to cancel the order. They haven't bothered replying for it. I called the customer care number multiple times. They haven't resolved my issue. I am requesting a refund of my amount. Could you please look into this matter as soon as possible.

                                    For past 3months i have been registering complain in the customer care but all in vain. Every time they are promising that a supervisor will contact to assigned service engineer but not a single call. An ifb employee of kolkata named sujoy chakraborti called himself during lockdown and promised me that once lockdown get lifted they will surely assist me now that guy is not picking up phone. My washing machine is still under warranty period that is why i cnnt call anyone from outside. It has now become part of my life to call in helpline and listen to their bunch of lies everyday. I didnt think i would have such a pathetic experience with ifb

                                      I have attached my cancelled confirmation email from ifb which contains my order number and seems like they have deleted my facebook post as well and not responding to my emails or calls.
                                      Please stop this madness for me. It's 18k i think i spend and now they are not refunding my money.
