My front load washing machine (Serena aqua vx/sx 6kg) is smoking while spining and washer got damaged. We bought it on 2016

Inspite of repeated complaints, the ifb service centre lucknow is not attending complaint of repair of washing machine which is covered under amc. They even don't attend the phone calls. It is causing huge inconvenience to us.

Today my washing machine door glass is broken when the machine is completely in off mode.

I’m really annoyed with the services of ifb. There is no doubt that the product is good and has some really cool features but every day after purchasing this has been more of a nightmare.

We are really frustrated with the after sales support we received from ifb. Our washing machine is still under warranty but it has become completely useless now. Their customer care tells us that they will get it fixed once the spare parts are available. God only knows when. I’d definitely not recommend this product to anyone but instead i’d suggest to go for a washing machine from some other brand where the sales support is good as well.

My new washing machine under warranty stopped working since 12th june. I logged a complaint with ifb customer care at toll free no [protected] and they issued me a ticket no [protected] dated 13th june'20 at 9.22 am with a promise that within 96 hours, a technician will be deputed at my residence. Since then nobody from the company service turned up. During the past 11 days i have made calls almost everyday to the toll free no but everytime i was told that my next day, one technician will "definitely report". Since then, my washing machine is non-functional and we are subjected to serious pressure at home for manual washing. Kindly look into my complaint with priority and instruct ifb to set right my washing machine in line with warranty clause.

I ordered through ifb online portal for diswahser related items.
Only few items i received and didn't get any info on remaining items.
I tried to contact call center and no one is responding in a proper way.
Ordered almost more than one month ago.
I sent so many mails to ifb but no one is responding.
Please resolve this one.

Ifb sells accessories like washing machine trolleys, dust covers, detergents etc.in may 2020 my washing machine gave an error "conn" and i raised a complaint with ifb and service person attended but could not able to find or explain what that "conn" error is, but, the machine was working fine when he asked us to run the machine. So they closed the issue. Next day the machine started leaking water from the bottom. So raised complaint again. The same service person came, and resolved the issue. But, this time he mentioned that since we are not using trolley (Washing machine stand) and detergent sold by ifb he or any other service persons cannot attend the service further. His reason was trolleys not sold by ifb can damage the machine, so they cannot provide the service. So we asked him to arrange for a ifb trolley which will be 1500+ rupees, but also asked him if there is any guarantee to the machine if it gets faulty because of ifb's trolley. He has no answer to that question but told us he would bring the trolley by evening, and till date he is missing!

Just for the sake of selling ifb's detergent and trolleys etc. These ifb service persons make customers to buy their accessories. Advising customer of the ifb products is acceptable, but making customer a fool by saying that service will not be provided if ifb accessories are not used is unacceptable. This can be called fraud/cheating or scamming customers and is illegal. So i spoke with ifb customer care and neither they have a clue about the warranty of the machine if damaged by a ifb trolley nor they are responding.

So, my fellow consumers, please be advised of these cheap tactics being played by this mighty and premium brand and the pathetic customer service they provide. They show a "we are at your service" attitude till we buy the product and from the moment we purchase it they show their true colors. They do not give a single damn about the customer grievances. All they care about is money and looting customer's pockets.

Choosing a premium brand like ifb assuming they deliver premium service is my fault. But i do not want to keep mute on this. I want the fellow consumers to understand and be knowledgeable about warrant of the products, your rights as a consumer. Do not let these companies cheat you.

My washing machine is in the warranty period and the same is not working from last 3 months

Previously due to lockdown we could not call ifb people for help.

But even after lockdown, just because our machine is the warranty period they show no interest in repairing our machine.

We are calling them continuously and following up with them

Only once the sales executive visited and said if you pay us we will repair next day itself orelse it will take one week. Why are we suppose to pay if the machine is in the wrranty period

My warranty period expires in july so i think they are purposely doing it delay

If they were ready to repair it if we are paying them next day itself than why they are taking so long now

Such kind of greedy behaviour and poor after sale service is what i could see from ifb and i m really disappointed

It being more than 20days that my complain is registered yet no redressal

Inhave purchased ifb washing machine on 9th june and have received product on 13th june from amazon. Since then i have recieved no communication from ifb... I have contacted ifb about 3 times a day only to hear different stories each time... Inwas given a commitment of installation maximum by 19th june and still have not received any information from service centre. Amazon refuses to return my money and take the product back... If i do not get this intalled i will be forced to file a case in consumer court.

My ticket no is [protected]. On 16th, 2020 ifb call center excutive called and allowed a ticket no. Today is 18 th june, 2020, none of their technician call or present at my address to repair my a/c in this hot scorching sun.
Kindly visit my address and fix it as soon as possible.

I bought an Washing Machine on 14/06/2020.At Saravana Stores Padi . The product was delivered on 15/06/2020 . The installation person arrived on 16/06/2020. The person came for installation reported that machine is not in proper condition and it's an defect piece . I got shocked by hearing and immediately arrived to shop and complaint my issue ... Shop incharge asked me to wait for other two days .. I waited until 18/06/2020 but there is no response .. i tried calling the manager of the shop but he did not reply ... I purchased the product with the trust on Saravana stores and their customer care but i am so disappointed with service and irresponsible answers by the shop staffs . I lost my trust on Saravana stores . I am helpless and clue less what to do next ... And where to complain my issue for a solution .

still my complaint not resolved because of worst service of ifb
this is 3rd time am rising a complaint against this 1 st time I had to wait 3 month for resolve this 2 nd time also same waiting from 15/03/2020 they resolved it and after that I used only one time agent complaint this washing, machine I purchased this 31500 it not worth for me 6 month never used this washing machine it there add says 100 warranty and in warranty also they charged 650
I need to replace the washing machine

I am experiencing a worst experience with ifb service. My washing machine is not working and raised a complaint on 03-june-20. The complaint no is [protected]. Since last 15 days no engineer has visited my machine, moreover i have not receive any response from their end. Multiple times i escalate this mater to their customer care through mail, but didn't get any response.in last 15 days i made call to their customer care no for at least 10 times every time they responded with same answer i. E. "your problem will be resolved very soon."

Authorised service technician sent by ifb came to replace a spare and while working, broke another part, rendering the machine useless. Now he says that i have to pay for this spare also costing 5000/-.
Poor technicians employed by ifb who damages customers machines to generate more spares sales.
Horrible situation. Don't know whom to approach. No ifb official is approachable and therefore all left to the franchisee's whims and fancies.

Purchased aqua sanorita 6.5kgs front load washing machine from authorized dealer in my town. Since the purchase heavy vibration in the machine even after several complaints made every time unqualified technician come and do the service. Now i came to know that i invested my valuable money in a well known international branded company

sir due to lock down the dealer told me after lock down your company provided us the free service but today i called your helpline number your executive told me now its completed one year so no free service provided by the company and your executive behavior is too bad.

sir due to lock down you know what we are facing.

sir its request to you to provide me with one free service from your side.
