I bought an Washing Machine on 14/06/2020.At Saravana Stores Padi . The product was delivered on 15/06/2020 . The installation person arrived on 16/06/2020. The person came for installation reported that machine is not in proper condition and it's an defect piece . I got shocked by hearing and immediately arrived to shop and complaint my issue ... Shop incharge asked me to wait for other two days .. I waited until 18/06/2020 but there is no response .. i tried calling the manager of the shop but he did not reply ... I purchased the product with the trust on Saravana stores and their customer care but i am so disappointed with service and irresponsible answers by the shop staffs . I lost my trust on Saravana stores . I am helpless and clue less what to do next ... And where to complain my issue for a solution .

    still my complaint not resolved because of worst service of ifb
    this is 3rd time am rising a complaint against this 1 st time I had to wait 3 month for resolve this 2 nd time also same waiting from 15/03/2020 they resolved it and after that I used only one time agent complaint this washing, machine I purchased this 31500 it not worth for me 6 month never used this washing machine it there add says 100 warranty and in warranty also they charged 650
    I need to replace the washing machine

      I am experiencing a worst experience with ifb service. My washing machine is not working and raised a complaint on 03-june-20. The complaint no is [protected]. Since last 15 days no engineer has visited my machine, moreover i have not receive any response from their end. Multiple times i escalate this mater to their customer care through mail, but didn't get any response.in last 15 days i made call to their customer care no for at least 10 times every time they responded with same answer i. E. "your problem will be resolved very soon."

      Your service engineer visited my house on June 20, 2020 and identified that drum of my washing machine needs to be changed. He said that they would replace the said drum free of cost as my washing machine is under warranty period. He gave me a TAT of 7 days fro doing so. Today is June 29, 2020. The 7 days TAT is over but it is still not resolved.
      Today, I have just talked to Mr. Ayan from your service center (Kolkata) through customer care. Mr Ayan has given commitment to resolve the issue by July 1, 2020.
      It would be great If I got the said resolution by July 1, 2020. My job location has been changed from Kolkata to Durgapur. I am about to make shifting in couple of days. So please help in resolving this issue by July 1, 2020 as per the commitment given by your representative.

            Authorised service technician sent by ifb came to replace a spare and while working, broke another part, rendering the machine useless. Now he says that i have to pay for this spare also costing 5000/-.
            Poor technicians employed by ifb who damages customers machines to generate more spares sales.
            Horrible situation. Don't know whom to approach. No ifb official is approachable and therefore all left to the franchisee's whims and fancies.

              Purchased aqua sanorita 6.5kgs front load washing machine from authorized dealer in my town. Since the purchase heavy vibration in the machine even after several complaints made every time unqualified technician come and do the service. Now i came to know that i invested my valuable money in a well known international branded company

                  Complain was registered on May 11th, 2020..& attended on 19th May, 2020 & a part(heater & diverter) was replaced ..but the problem recurred the very next day..
                  Till today no body has attended inspite of reopening of the ticket(didn't receive the message of reopening though)..& repeated calling..
                  This is absolutely not expected from such a reputed company... regretting buying this brand..will definitely not recommend this to anyone..

                        Happened in May 2020. IFB service person arrived after complaining about 'Conn' Error. He did not identify the cause for this error, just ran the machine and told to check with some clothes. The 'Conn' error did not appear again but there was water leakage from the bottom of the machine, so raised complaint again. Now the service person came. He took some pictures of the washing machine, asked which detergent we are using (which is not IFB's detergent by the way) and told us that since we are not using IFB detergent and stand they cannot service the machine. I could not understand that what kind of cheap tactics are these?

                        I called IFB multiple times regarding the same issue and no body at IFB responded on the cheap tactics used by IFB service person. All they could say was IFB detergent and stand are recommended, but there is no such thing that only IFB detergent or stand are to be used to provide service.

                        What actions are you going to take to curb these kind of cheap tactics being played by the service/sales executives?

                        I am still waiting for a proper response on the question, that while using IFB trolley (stand) if the machine is damaged due to fault in the trolley, the warranty is valid or not?

                            Looting the customer in the name of service

                            We have lodged a complaint on 7/6/2020 via ticket number [protected] as front door of the washing Machine is not getting locked properly.                             ifb washing machine escalation about service

                            I am sick and tired to get the service from you even with n number of follow-ups and mail. I am totally fade up and regarding your service. I bought ifb micro oven for about a year back
                            With an extended warranty of 3 years. Last three weeks i am trying your service department, but could not resolve it. I received an sms from the service desk and deputed your service engineer says"dear customer, jeeves engineer adam ali n [protected] will call you to fix an appointment. To reschedule your service kindly click on www.jeeves.co.in/track/0E30EWCHSC[protected] if satisfied with service, enter at time of case closure else enter"0""
                            I called him and asked him about the visit. He asked me about the problem and i told him oven tripped the main breaker within a minute or two. He suspects door switch and magnetron
                            And that spares are not available at chennai office and place order for the above and expected on monday. But there is no response from him. I called him and asked about the spares. He doesn't know the status and there is no commitment from him.
                            In this situation what can i do? Can i wait for another year to resolve the problem? Or you need to follow up every day. Please let me know the timeline.

                              Don't go for ifb company products. They have the worst service. No one from the top management to the technicians will listen to your complaint. It will just ruin your peace of mind. They will just consume all your energies and finally, you will have to give in and call the local technician to do the job.
                              I have tried for 20 days to get my washing machine repaired but to no avail. I gave up and had to get it repaired by the local technician.
                              Won't even suggest the enemy buy it.

                                The machine is not working for last 3 months and i have been raising complaints for one or the other issue continuously from the date of purchase. It is getting corroded and rusted. I have filed numerous complaints since the purchase date wrt machine having technical issues every now and then. Now this new defect has come up.

                                This washing machine i had bought on september 02, 2019 and since the beginning of time, i can say that, i have spent more time getting in touch with you and your technicians for the defects (Technical and physical as captioned above), than washing clothes in this machine.

                                Since this defective machine is under warranty and it hasn't even completed a year from the date of purchase, i have continuously requested you to replace the defective piece. Even one of the company's representative had taken pictures which indicate the machine is operated in suitable conditions and should not have corroded and rusted this soon.

                                  Since, this defective machine is under 10 years warranty and it hasn't even completed a year from the date of purchase, i request you to replace the same or refund the price paid for this defected piece.

                                  The local centre is not responding to calls and seems useless.

                                    I have raised txt-[protected] ticket on may 25th 2020 and the technician came on 29th 2020 and inspected the ifb washing machine but saying that there is a problem with the board which we have raised ticket ([protected]) 3 months back (Pfa) paid 2175 and the board got changed now again he is saying an internal circuit wire connection is faulty and must be replaced. We supposed pay 2000 + rupees for replacing that, which is already under amc coverage. Technician says as per the terms the wire cables inside the ifb machine is not covered under warranty, please confirm the same.

                                    We bought the machine almost 10 years ago and i would like to know why in recent years (Every 6 months) the machine keep on getting into this kind of trouble often, every time a technician comes and advice us to replace something in the machine which costs at least[protected] rupees despite being under amc coverage (I have attached the bill copy of issue occurred 3 months before and previous issue bill copies. If needed i will search and add all the bill copies previous we had)

                                    I have been calling and following up with customer care support and send email to [protected]@ifbglobal.com address. But no cares sincerely. They said the issue will be escalated to next but nobody called till now. Can anyone please address this issue. I would request someone from the escalation point to explain to me why the ifb machine is keep on ran into problems very frequently? Is there any other alternate permanent solution for the same? Would you recommend to replace/buy a new one? Because we already spent more or near the amount we spent for purchasing the machine 10 years back. Please provide clear explanation on this issue.
