I had purchased ifb washing machine 6 years back. During spinning it vibrates a lot and just jumps out of place. Whenever i put bedsheets it vibrates horrible and gradually shifts almost 50 cms from its present position. I called your service person twice but everytime they give some stupid reason. This is not my first machine. This is my third ifb fully automatic machine. I have dryer too and am a loyal customer of ifb. I am very much upset...

I purchased IFB front loading machine dated 29.03.2015. Later I paid for the AMC for 2019-20. The service during this period is not properly manager. Moreover AMC is likely to be renew at present. But the compny has not taken any initiative so far. There is no option for continuing renewal online at present. What is the solution for it?

There was a minor problem of the door alignment which was not closing properly. However the machine was very much in working condition at the time of booking of the complain.

We were told that the hinge of the door will have to be replaced by the ifb technician but when the ifb technician – mr ashok khichhi came to replace the hinge he broke grove on which the hinge is...

I renewed the AMC on 30th December 2019. In February 2020 i noticed that the machine vibrates rather violently during spin cycle. Tried contacting your customer service as in the AMC contract.

Dear sir/madam plz note i had purchased ifb trolley for my 6.5 kg washing machine. Its not been a year it has damaged and because of that there is so much vibration in my machine, i am afraid will cause damage to my machine i have requested for replacement but they answered "there is no warranty in accessories". I am using ifb executive plus. Recently the motor was not working because of the carbon brushes wear. I approached the service persons and they told me to replace the entire motor instead of carbon brushes.

The carbon brushes may cost me around rs. 100 or 200, instead of replacing it they are asking me to replace the motor itself at the cost of around rs.6500/- which is highly ridiculous.

Ifb washing machine was working fine. Authorized service center smart appliances trading kol 700056 while giving annual service made a push sale of co made iron arrestor and fitted in the machine which is still under warranty period. From that day machine is giving trouble. Two three times based on our complaint co authorized mechanics attended the problem but made temporary solution. Machine again start giving problem now. We purchased a ifbneptunevx b422 dish washer on 19/07/2019 from qrs attingal, trivandrum, kerala. After having numerous f errors and various people having had a look at it. After qrs employees had a look at it and a service agent had been to the house at least 5 times, replacing few objects...

Coustomer service has come and joint the wire and said to take amc of 2000 and said that the oven have a guarantee that it have some problem and the another day the oven have same problem and when costumer care service was making bill he said that sorry mam i see wrong you have give 4000 for 1 year warranty worst product don't buy it sala log chuttaya bc mc cc kamna kuta 400 money chura le gaye and said to paid 5000 for repairing this item...

We have a ifb front loading washing machine, there is some problem in the water supply connection, we have contacted on the local no.[protected].it is more than 7 days, but nobody has come and they have stopped responding .

We took ifb washing machine around 4 years back and recently we faced problem that door lock error is showing and it's not working. So, we called ifb customer service center and service person came and told that there are 2 problems with the machine one is door lock and the board got damaged due to high voltage. They took rs.600 as servicing fee and they asked us to pay rs 6000 for the board but we asked if the board...

My ifb washing machine wasn't running, kept flashing door on the display.. I raised a complaint with ifb customer care... They sent a person same day... A drunk man, who came unfitted things so hastily and cared nothing to tell me about what he was doing... And then he said the door lock was missing and it would cost 950... He took something from his bag and fitted it... I have no ways of even accessing the door lock which is inside the rubber...
