Dear team,

I have purchased a washing machine from your registered store in 3b2, mohali, punjab.

So i here to tell you that while the time of loan execution, your customer representative told me that in the month of 4th and 5th emi amount will be cashback.
But only the 4th month cashback was received.
I didn't get my 5th month cashback till now.
Is your representative misguiding the customers.
At the time loan was preparing your customer representative told me that i have to pay total loan amount is 33900 rs.
I have also the bill copy in which clearly show that the total bill amount is 33900 rs.
I have also pay the file submission fee approx 800 rs before applying the loan.
This is really a fraud, no one guiding me right now.
How can i get the cashback, is there anyone who is responsible for this?.

I had amc cover upto[protected]. I called customer care service about 10days before for checking my machine, but i was told that it is lockdown period, therefore, your complaint can not be attended. I was also told that my case can be attended after lockdown is over, even if your amc period is over. Today when i again requested, the incharge of lucknow service center flately refuse to give me service under amc period and ask me to pay whatever charges incur. What’s my fault? I am taking amc since 1917.

The upper compartment of my refrigerator 400 ltrs. always shows LC . On several complaints attended bythe IFB engineers, problem cannot be solved.

I bought IFB TL fully automatic washing machine from vasanth and co Nagercoil before 1 year. Now the drum of the washing machine got loosened. Only the water is flowing and no other function takes place other than that. Please do the needful.

To my utter dissapointment, its not even been a year from the purchase and it has started giving problems.

Currently its not functioning due to some door open error which pops up on the screen.

I have been continuosly trying to reach out the ifb customer service since april 8, 2020 due to the same issue but your service was unavailable due to lockdown situation.

Worst service and sales. I was an employee under Sri Amit Chatterjee (franchisee) IFB, Katjunagar, near south city. Amit Chatterjee is a fraud person who even cheat their employee. Don't go for any IFB product because i know they have poor service. Product may be good but service is very very poor.

I, Mr. Kuntal Kumar Das had invested Rs.20, 000 in IFB Finance Ltd. in 1998 IN two Fixed Deposit Schemes: one FD Receipt No. LC/C/97/88585 in my name amounting to Rs. 5, 000, and another one in my wife Nandita Das's name, whose FD Receipt No. is LC/C/97/88584, amounting to Rs. 15, 000. It is now 22 long years since I have been writing to you to get my due payment, but not only have you not replied, the latest cheques they sent in 1999 had all been dishonoured!! Since I am now a retired man, it has become very difficult for me to chase these people responsible for cheating me. I would be very grateful if you could ensure that I get back the amount which is due to me.

The micro and grill is not cook the food properly in low temperature and its burn the micro dishes in high temperature and which food options are provided in it that's not work properly and the micro have 3 year warranty so i want to replace it soon. When we cook dhokla aur cake in it that is cooked from top but its still uncooked from the bottom and some time the food cooked but that was so tired just like we are chew the rubber in our mouth and the micro burnt the micro dishes also.

I am a chartered engineer (Mechanical), working for the petroleum and explosives safety organisation. I was a happy customer of ifb supremo washing machine which we installed in our house on 06/07/1997. It worked continuously without any issues for 21 years. We were really happy. But our troubles started when we bought the above ifb eva aqua on 17/12/2018. The machine stops all on a sudden, midway during a program. Often we are forced to wash the material manually to complete the washing. Then the machine would start by itself again after an idling period of 2 or three days. All the safety accessories have been installed with the power supply, but the machine is continuously giving us pain. The service unit near our place has come to help us many times on our call. But now they are not coming to give us service. We were not keen to use their service due to the reason that the machine used to start by itself after a few days rest. But finally the machine is now completely dead. Now the usual dimming and blinking of lights have stopped and the machine is finally really dead.
Your service unit in our town is not good enough to service machines like eva aqua ifb sx ldt. They do not have the expertise to locate and repair issues, may be because they lack training. A friend of mine in cochin solved the similar problem by disposing the new machine and he bought an old ifb supremo from the scrap market, he says that he is now having a washing machine which is working.
I request you to kindly help me by either buying back by above machine, leaving me free to buy some other working brand like lg or bosch. Or help me by repairing by above machine, so that it works continuously as it is meant to be.

Washing Machine Senorita 8kg front load not working.
Not washing the clothes...only drier is working.

Sir, my washing machine is laying ideal for six _ seven months, it model is digital 7kg.
Now the problem is its door deal not available in spare parts department.
I several time register comments, but each times not given service by local care .
At last I found this plateform to complent.
If any one see in this problem can solve it earliest.

Water not receiving/Machine not working

Ifb washing machine - front lane with 7 kgs

The machine was brought it not even completed 6 months and the problem occured 4 to 5 times. The machine unable to load the water in machine and the machine is not running sometimes. When the service guy came for the the first time he told to clean the filters when the problem was occured.

When this problem arises we did the same we cleaned the filters. But now after cleaning filters also not working. This is the major problem and reoccurring u may please look after this kind of issues and why this type of issues are coming within 6 months.

My machine senorita aqua sx is showohng door error. The door is shutting properly. What to do. Since tgere is lockfown we are not getting any service person. Pls let me know if this can be resolved.

We have purchased ifb senorita aqua sx 6.5kg 1000rpm washing machine on[protected]. Some time back there was abnormal sound and complaint was attended by your personnel. During which we noticed that some rubber was cut and the sound subsidised.
Now we observed the following three problems.
1. Machine runs with high vibrations.
2. During that time abnormal sound and machine moves out of its position.
3. Very often machine do not takes the liquid from fabric softener chamber even after cleaning.

I have tried over phone and your executive told till lockdown time, no complaints are taken, but our machine warranty expires on[protected]. Please do the needful.

I had purchased ifb washing machine 6 years back. During spinning it vibrates a lot and just jumps out of place. Whenever i put bedsheets it vibrates horrible and gradually shifts almost 50 cms from its present position. I called your service person twice but everytime they give some stupid reason. This is not my first machine. This is my third ifb fully automatic machine. I have dryer too and am a loyal customer of ifb. I am very much upset with this machine. I have been tolerating this for last 6 yrs. Please send some expert with proper solution.

I purchased IFB front loading machine dated 29.03.2015. Later I paid for the AMC for 2019-20. The service during this period is not properly manager. Moreover AMC is likely to be renew at present. But the compny has not taken any initiative so far. There is no option for continuing renewal online at present. What is the solution for it?
