My ticket no.[protected] not sove by ifb co. My first complain on 16th march 2020. Technician came and open machine do something. Machine working. Next day same problem. Machine are not working. I call tolfree no [protected]. They reply your ticket no. Are pending after 24 hrs. Further i call on above tollfree. They give me mr. Rajesh mo. No. I call mr. Rajesh then he give me mr. Nilesh mo. No. Mr. Mnilesh ask what is your complaine no. Then still nobody are care from any where.

    Dear sir/madam plz note i had purchased ifb trolley for my 6.5 kg washing machine. Its not been a year it has damaged and because of that there is so much vibration in my machine, i am afraid will cause damage to my machine i have requested for replacement but they answered "there is no warranty in accessories". I am ok with it if there is no warranty. But than you can not force me to buy only ifb trolley for my machine. I can use any other trolley because i can't and i don't want to buy ifb trolley every year.
    So please either replace or repair my trolley or allow me to buy any other trolley.

    Money was taken from for the faulty part but not replaced yet. It has been 4 weeks. Never seen a worse service than this. Will go legally soon. It was not a small amount. They never attend the call. Even the senior engineer never attends the call. Hate this service. Please never buy any product of this brand. Big time cheaters they are

      My complaint no. Is [protected] lodged on 09th march 2020.
      The technician came on the same day and informed that a part to be replaced and will be doing on the next day

      So far no one has turned up
      Mentioning the amc taken by me has not punched. I had sent the amc copy to you. The person saran mobile no. [protected] informed that the amc taken from pradeep enterprises and could not be done. The other 2 escalation numbers were not attending also. (Vasy-[protected] and jagan [protected])
      It is my fault it is the internal issue of the company and why should i suffer for that. I had issued cheque in favor of ifb
      This is not the way service should do

      Hopping to resolve the issue at the earliest

        I am using ifb executive plus. Recently the motor was not working because of the carbon brushes wear. I approached the service persons and they told me to replace the entire motor instead of carbon brushes.

        The carbon brushes may cost me around rs. 100 or 200, instead of replacing it they are asking me to replace the motor itself at the cost of around rs.6500/- which is highly ridiculous.

        The attitude shows that they are treating their customer as money making machine.

        I learnt a lesson i should not buy a anything from them (Since the machine was older one i planned to buy a new one from them) here after.

        I understand You are a social media person with out the knowledge of the Motor (Executive Plus Model). First visit your Factory to learn about the motors employed in it. Pair of carbon brushes are fixed on the housing namely on the Yoke. It is not an internal part as you stated. I can post the image of the motor here but it will make collateral damage to you, so I am avoiding. Any way directly you have accepted IFB is a company which treat clients as the money making machine. For that reason only you people forcing me to buy the motor instead of a carbon brush. Apart from service charges you will get less profit if the brushes are replaced, but you can better profit while selling a motor to the client . I understand the profit motive our your self IFB.           Ifb washing machine was working fine. Authorized service center smart appliances trading kol 700056 while giving annual service made a push sale of co made iron arrestor and fitted in the machine which is still under warranty period. From that day machine is giving trouble. Two three times based on our complaint co authorized mechanics attended the problem but made temporary solution. Machine again start giving problem now. Immediate solution is needed.

            Dear sir/madam

            My name is dr geejo sasikumar and i wish to raise a complaint against ifb and its after service agents in kerala.
            We purchased a ifbneptunevx b422 dish washer on 19/07/2019 from qrs attingal, trivandrum, kerala. After having numerous f errors and various people having had a look at it. After qrs employees had a look at it and a service agent had been to the house at least 5 times, replacing few objects including possible chip board, it continued to have problems for the next 3 to months. Eventually i was fed up and pushed the service agent for ifb, mr sajeer from kazhakoutam to replace the unit as we were continuously having issues for over 3 months. He was very reluctant but after a few phone calls he finally agreed to do so. This needed continuous phone calls and reminders from my part and had to threaten a complaint prior to having it replaced.
            Eventually the item was replaced in nov 2019. As we had a bad experience, my mother had a look at the replacement carefully and pointed out that the dish washer cover and the dishwasher was damp and an area looked rusted. I sent the images to mr sajeer and asked him for an explanation. He sent his service man to have a look and then informed me that it is only a brown adhesive sticker and that it was not rust. The rust was reported on the same day as the delivery of the replacement unit.
            Following this, my mother; although not convinced; had to agree to a technical serviceman.
            As expected the unit got rusted even more. My mother is 67 and my father in his late 70s and both are disabled couple living in kerala. I live abroad and had to make numerous phonecalls to sort these things out. Despite reminding mr sajeer to get the item checked and for ignoring our initial concerns regarding rust, he continued to be elusive and tried to avoid getting the dishwasher reviewed. My mother had a surgery in january 17 and i had to fly down for the same reason. As mr sajeer was not responding to my mothers queries, i started contacting him. Despite false hopes and promises, nothing materialized. I have a call log of numerous calls that i had placed and eventually he started ignoring my calls. His final statement was that his manager needs to approve any repair or replacement of the replaced unit. I had to leave india due to work commitments and tried to follow up with him. He continued to ignore my calls. My mother tried to push the qrs team to help her out and eventually mr vijitharan from ifb contacted her.

            I called him from abroad and spent a long time over the phone explaining the situation.
            He stated that he cannot replace the order despite sending us a faulty replacement unit. He claimed that the rust was not related to the initial rusty area that we had sent photos to mr sajeer.in fact mr vijitharan had not done his homework and was not aware of any of these. All he did was to try and protect mr sajeer.
            Instead of trying to investigate why we had to go through all this hardships, his answer was i'll fix the rusty bits and make it as good as a new product. He cannot help me with a replacment as its been 7 months since we had bought the unit. I did try to explain to him that initial 3 months it never functioned. Next 4 months, we had informed about the rusty component. Its not my fault that the initial serviceman had ignored it and refused to take my calls or sort out the problem. Instead he stated it was my parents and my fault that we did not place an online complaint and there was no way he could help me with replacement. As he stated he would repair it as new, i asked him as a good will to extend the warranty. It was not our fault that the first unit was malfunctioning for 3months and now this is rusted despite us warning him.
            He never tried to investigate why we had been through this trouble and why mr sajeer never answered any of our phonecalls. Mr vijitharan eventually agreed on whatsapp that mr sajeer had indeed avoided my calls.
            As mr vijitharan declined to help me with any of my requests, and given the number of phonecalls that i did place. I asked him to repair the unit and to send me the email regarding his assessment and repair that he would do. He initially accepted to do so. I was a bit relieved as i did not want to have another issue and for mr vijitharan to state that i have no document stating that the item would be repaired. Then he refused to send me any email as he is worried about his career. He alleged that i may use the email against him if he comitted on email to do the repair that he had promised. We have had many promises over the phone in the past only to hear from mr vijitharan that none of them were recorded documents or a recorded complaint. This was the main reason for the email.
            Why would anyone be scared of writing an email about what he had promised me over the phone.
            I feel that both mr sajeer and mr vijitharan has failed miserably to live up to the standards of your company. Consumers do have a right to receive a product that they have paid for.in this situation the initial product and the replacement product were faulty. The time delay for resolving the issue was secondary to delay by mr sajeer to take it up to higher authority. I have a feeling that mr vijitharan may have been that manager that he had to get approval for any further resolution and perhaps he is worried that his name maybe tarnished as well.
            I personally have no issues with either of them. They just failed to be professional in the way they dealt with me and my elderly parents. Products can be faulty and that is why you have warranties and after sale services. Communication skills of both individuals were very poor and leaves the consumers very frustrated.
            I would like to end by stating that i do not wish to end mr vijitharan's career as he claims but i do wish for him to be able to reflect from this incident and to be able resolve a customers issue and also learn to be accountable for any errors from his part or his colleagues.
            I do have copies of call records, whatsapp messages which i am happy to share with you confirming whatever i have stated above. The same has been sent to mr vijitharan. He can confirm it from his side.
            I hope i do not have to keep writing emails to you for a resolution as i have already wasted over 7 months behind this issue.
            I hope you will looks into this matter and resolve it as soon as possible.

Please check your messenger services on facebook where you have advised me to give you my number. I have even suggested you give me a local contact number as I am unable to access 1800 numbers from abroad. I have not received a single reply. I would be grateful if you stop using these copy past responses and try to individually connect to your customers to find a resolution.

                  Hi team,

                  We took ifb washing machine around 4 years back and recently we faced problem that door lock error is showing and it's not working. So, we called ifb customer service center and service person came and told that there are 2 problems with the machine one is door lock and the board got damaged due to high voltage. They took rs.600 as servicing fee and they asked us to pay rs 6000 for the board but we asked if the board is damaged how the supply is coming and all the lights were on, they answered us we told the problem it won't worked if you won't fixed the board. Meanwhile they have done general servicing cleaning the door knob and they have closed the door and we told them we will call you on monday as they came on saturday. On the next morning we again tried the machine on and it worked perfectly. After few washes again there is a door error now we called one of our dad's friend to check the issue as he is an washing machine mechanic and told that the problem is only the door sensor is not working and he replace that and it worked and still there is no problem. Ifb people are using the brand name and we think that if we show only to service center they will fix them properly but they are cheating the people

                    My name is Chandrashekar from Hyderabad, India, Telangana. Even though we have 2 years of AMC for our IFB Washing Machine till 3rd week of March, 2020, both my wife/ I have been receiving a lot of calls from the service centre, Hyderabad asking us to renew the AMC from Jan. 2020 onwards itself.

                    Even though we have called the Customer Care number several times in Jan./ Feb. for the technician to be sent for getting the service done, instead, they have been calling us to pay the amount to renew the AMC.

                    Finally, when I called the customer care in the 2nd week of Feb. and raised a complaint against this kind of treatment towards us, the technician by name Mr. Taufiq was sent to our residence on 25th Feb. 2020 and he hardly spent 5 minutes to check/ do the service and said that the candles have to be changed and told us that within 2 days he would come back and replace the candles.

                    After almost 10 days he called me on 4-Mar-2020 (today) around 2 PM and the first thing he asked was if we were going to pay the amount to renew the AMC and when I insisted that he better come and replace the candles first and later we would pay the amount, he immediately called my wife (HARASSMENT and A THREAT TO A FEMALE) and gave her a threat stating that he would come to our residence only if we were going to pay the amount or else he would not be able to replace the candles either.

                    When I called him again after almost 4 hours as he didn't turn up, he was not only rude but also told me that I can raise a complaint with anyone including the Police, Senior Management or anyone and said that NO ACTION CAN BE INITIATED AGAINST HIM FOR HIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS MY WIFE AND TOLD ME THAT HE CANNOT COME AND REPLACE THE CANDLES AND PUT DOWN THE PHONE.

                    I feel that THE IFB SERVICE CENTER in Hyderabad is only looking for money and doesn't want to provide any kind of service, like alone proper service to the customers.

                    I have mentioned/ raised this complaint by calling the customer care number but instead of taking this seriously I guess they also encourage the service centre personnel to harass customers (FEMALE CUSTOMERS) like my wife asking to pay the AMC and not provide proper service. I am really fed up with this kind of service/ attitude and company who WANT TO ONLY EARN MONEY AND NOT PROVIDE PROPER SERVICE.

                      I have purchased an ifb washing machine in 2018 which is under warranty now. Few days back the machine stopped working. Service technician visited after 3 days that too after many follow-up calls. He came and told that a process state pipe is faulty and needs to be replaced. But he told us that because we are using a trolley which we have purchased from local market we will have to pay for the part although the machine is under warranty. The warranty document is not present anywhere with the documentation provided to us. I have raised concern to their zonal manager also but everybody talks the same language that you have to pay the charges. What is the meaning of warranty then? If it is mentioned anywhere in written in the warranty document then i am ready to pay the charges. Kindly share the warranty terms.

                            My ifb washing machine wasn't running, kept flashing door on the display.. I raised a complaint with ifb customer care... They sent a person same day... A drunk man, who came unfitted things so hastily and cared nothing to tell me about what he was doing... And then he said the door lock was missing and it would cost 950... He took something from his bag and fitted it... I have no ways of even accessing the door lock which is inside the rubber beading inside the drum... Then the machine was working fine.. But he said pcb is gone and i have to take amc else it will cost much... He sold the amc right away and took money for everything and left saying he willl come when he gets the pcb.. I have been cheated by these ifb people, for unnecessarily they are asking me to change something which is working fine.. Ifb is fine sending drunk technicians to houses.. This is appalling... They want to sell their amc and will go to any extent. To do it...

                                I had purchased ifb
                                20sc2 20l convection microwave oven (Silver) from the tata store in august 2019 and still the product is in warranty.
                                The convection of the appliance is not working as expected and not able to cook a cake. I have read all the online references many times but not able to cook cake/pizza satisfactory in the last 5 months.
                                This is not the first time, i am using a microwave or oven. I have used a lot of other products in the last 6-7 years. I had explained this all to customer care in details and they listen to me around 40-45 minutes. Also, a technician came to my home but nothing helped. I thought they understood, but today i realized they have closed the ticket with status as "resolved". Can you please help or help me to escalate the concern.

                                Nothing has been fixed. Technician came to my home and claimed that microwave has been fixed but situation has been worsen now none of the functionality is working now. It’s already 9 months and my warranty will expire in next 3 months. Look like IFB is doing fraud with me and want warranty to expire. Can you help me return or file a case against them.

                                  5 times machine is given problem. It is faulty machine.
                                  Now given door problem continues which first problem after purchase.
                                  Ifb executive told door warranty is not covered.
                                  I emailed to senior but no one is taken action.
                                  I want replacement of machine or refund full amount.. If not agree, i will go to consumer court

                                  Every time after complaint, executive is repaired fault..
                                  First time executive charged rs 1250 after email to senior he had returned money..

                                  Machine is giving problem since first day.. May be one of the faulty machine..

                                  After installation, next day machine was not working..
                                  Check your complaint book in a year 7 complaint which was resolved..

                                      The fan keeps moving despite the time completion of the meal heated. Have complained before for this very reason and another but this issue hasn’t resolved at all. This seems to be my only concern, how else am I supposed to expand on it.                                         I am Using ifb microwave oven. The touch screen was not working from last year. I made a complaint many times. It seems they have wrongly updated the model in their records. Each time the technician is coming with other model spare parts.

                                        Again next time i am calling the customer care and asking to update the correct model, they are saying ok, but they never updated.

                                        Yesterday also i made a complaint and they said we will update but the technician came with another model spares.

                                        Then immediately i called the customer care and i asked the explanation. They said today morning around 10 am they will make a call back to me about the issue. But still now i haven’t got any call.

                                        This is one of worse customer care and service by IFB.
