Dear IFB Team,
I purchased an IFB machine Top load 8 kg on 17 July 2018.
I am facing lots of problems in that machine and called your customer support so many times. They visited but unable to resolve properly.
I have also lot of complaint ticket.
Below are some tickets number:-

    The fan keeps moving despite the time completion of the meal heated. Have complained before for this very reason and another but this issue hasn’t resolved at all. This seems to be my only concern, how else am I supposed to expand on it. The fan continues moving and has been so like this in the recent past, kindly look into it as soon as possible.

      I am Using ifb microwave oven. The touch screen was not working from last year. I made a complaint many times. It seems they have wrongly updated the model in their records. Each time the technician is coming with other model spare parts.

      Again next time i am calling the customer care and asking to update the correct model, they are saying ok, but they never updated.

      Yesterday also i made a complaint and they said we will update but the technician came with another model spares.

      Then immediately i called the customer care and i asked the explanation. They said today morning around 10 am they will make a call back to me about the issue. But still now i haven’t got any call.

      This is one of worse customer care and service by IFB.

        Your service executive mr ajay from ahmedabad took money and did not turned up for faulty circuit. Hope you will take necessary action. He is just denying my calls.
        Also i have registered my complaint number [protected] which is not yet attended even after 5 days.
        I really surprised that such a big company giving poor services to their customers.
        I will never recommend or buy ifb products in future.
        Please provide contact number of higher authorities to take up this matter.

        I have just called up again on customer care number and asked for the customer care policy. Ms Milan gave me contact number of MR BRIJESH NAIR saying that she do not know about their customer care policy.

        Regret to know that such a big company is replying in such a way.

        Moreover they have started blaming me that we have used private agency to take care my machine.

        Please do not buy any IFB products as the company have no customer care policy and trying to swing the matter from here and there.

          Out of warranty
          This morning the machine stopped working in the middle of cycle with clothes inside. Door locked, can"t open door to take out clothes. Ifb website says customercare numbers open 24*7. I tried calling [protected] and[protected] for an hour from 9:50 am but couldn't reach either number. Finally at 11:40 am, i could talk to somebody at[protected]. I explained to her that clothes are inside machine and need technician to come at the earliest. We are very much disappointed by ifb's poor service. Now it is 1:26 pm.
          So far no technician has called.
          1) customercare numbers don't work 24/7 as claimed by ifb website.
          2) customers' problem is not understood by the company/staff.
          3) they try to promote their products/business at customers' cost. When i call them with a complaint, they go on about their products and offers, of course after listening to my complaint.

            Ifb washing machine is giving problem many times. I have purchased ifb serana 7x model on 26 jan 2018..
            5 times machine is given problem. It is faulty machine.
            Now given door problem continues which first problem after purchase.
            Ifb executive told door warranty is not covered.
            I emailed to senior but no one is taken action.
            I want replacement of machine or refund full amount.. If not agree, i will go to consumer court

            Every time after complaint, executive is repaired fault..
            First time executive charged rs 1250 after email to senior he had returned money..

              I had purchased a ifb dishwasher on 15/8/17 from vijay sales, sadhu vaswani road, pune..

              In november 2019, the machine started malfunctioning showing an f3 error. I lodged a complaint and a technician was sent and it was diagnosed to be a problem with the drain pump which was replaced at a cost of rs. 2, 250 and we paid rs. 590 as service charge.

              After this service, there was little water leakage and the machine...

              Hello

              I have bought a Washing machine 11 months ago approx. The machine has given a lot of problems recently and I have been lodging complaints in the company recently.

              Last month there was a problem (because of the machine the whole house is getting tripped the executive who came told it was because of the heater and solved the issue after delaying for 2-4 days)

              Today we had the same issue again for which we have given a call to the customer support who have given a managers name as my wife wanted to ask for a replacement of the device, the manager said the replacement could not be done and has not stated the reason why it could not be done. He was not in a position to listen to my wife complaining about the machine (of what the problem was). he was like the replacement cannot be done and the service person is coming. (he wasnt ready to listen to the customer side problems)

              Then after this when i gave him a call and asked him he says the replacement cant be done and as i was asking questions he started shouting when i asked him why he was shouting he said im not shouting and changed his tone again (I do have a recorded copy).

              By the end of the call for asking him when he can provide me with a service guy he says he will be coming by 4 PM today. where as no one has come for the repair. (what is the point of booking an appointment if they are not gonna show up i mean all o[censored]s do have work we cant just wait all day for them)

              In the starting when we gave them a call they used to say we are near by and stuff now they are completely ignoring the calls.(why give us a particular time when you cant make it though)

              The person came to repair the washing machine and we have the issue recurring now.

              I have already spoke to you people saying if this issue was gonna come again or what and you guys said it will not, but it has already occured after a week.

              Can you send some one who is well trained for this issue, we are really dis-satisfied with your customer service.

              you send some 1 and they repair and in a week the issue comes back.

                There was an issue regarding the start/pause button as the sensor was not working. The issue has been communicated to the perumbavoor ifb service center, they were giving a poor response and was not willing to come and rectify the problem. After checking they removed the board and is neither repairing not giving a new board. Their attitude is really horrible and irresponsible. Even after 4 days of constant complaint they are not showing any interest in resolving the issue. This kind of response literally makes you stop using ifb products.

                    In spite of multiple calls and reaching our to branch head mr. Gopi, yet no revert over my problem. Ifb has again proved to be the worst after sale service provider. Their main motive is just to sell the products, let the user suffer later but who cares our work is done!!
                    My machine is still under warranty and i want either the solution or a replacement.. I am not gonna sit quietly and sulk everytime. They are testing my nerves now😡

                      I am following up with ifb since last wednesday to send a technician to rectify the issue, they send the technician on friday who clearly mentions that he cannot do anything with this and leaves. From saturday i am continuously calling ifb to resend the technician and open the drum to see the issue but only vague promises are being given and no one has turned up till today. Rather when i insisted to speak to higher authority i was promised a callback within an hour which never came.

                        My washing machine stopped working after 2 years. Local technician advised me to put amc and log call after 48 days. As i am working out of town am ok with that and paid 5, 500. When i returned after 60 days i logged call but they have cancelled. Again i logged call now an engineer asked me to send snapshot of the amc copy. Till now nobody returned. Now they are saying spare parts not available. Ifb has cheated me and looted my money.

                          I have bought ifb washing machine full auto on 10/09/2019.
                          Few days back i have got a problem and i called ifb service, they sent a technician named prasad. He checked whole machine and told me ‘the machine board was short circuited because of a mouse so you won’t get any warranty of this and you have to replace the board which is around 4k and you have to pay for it’. Iam asking to ifb are you joking? What is this nonsense? Till now just 4months! Is this the way you servicing to people?
                          Iam telling one thing you have to solve my problem that’s your responsibility. Otherwise i will go through legal.

                            I had complained of a malfunction in operation of spin drum, ticket number [protected], on 21/02/2020, your technician mr. Sunil came to check next day, checked with a spare control card but machine continued spinning at high speed, in the bargain the drive motor connection bracket loosened burning wiring, which he claimed was due to faulty motor which needs to be changed, later after my electrician found fault with motor connector and tested the motor, which he found completely in working order, fault he said lies in control pcb, which i got directly from thuse elektronics pvt ltd, now the machine is working fine, kindly check with technician mr. Sunil and ask him to refund the rs. 590 he took for visit, as all this trouble i had to go through was due to his incompetence or greed to cheat your valuable customer, his mobile number is [protected], thank you and brgds

                              IFB service centre has been fooling me with poor service. I have complained about violent and aggressive performance of people he machine during spin, where the drum throws itself and hits the wall of the machine. The service person comes with no invoice or any complaint feedback form on the first place wherein the customer endorses whether they are satisfied with the service. Everyone the representative came they just desalinate the machine as if they are the best doctors. The fellow takes a look at the machine and before even asking about the problem endorses there is no problem with the machine. These representative on the first place come with terrific ego, you cannot talk to them at all because they never respond in a good manner. . Now I have understood that with out resolving my issue the representative, we have received a message from IFB closing the case since the issue has been resolved. I as a customer donot have any proof to prove that the problem has been resolved at all.

                                Hi, we've bought a ifb washing machine last year from dealer in kavali. This machine is less than a year old and having tremendous issues with it. We have given complaint over phone to customer care (Dec 22, dec 27 and jan 17th) and a technician arrived and said there is a problem with the drum and ordered a new part. It's been more than a month and haven't heard anything so far. Every time, we call the customer care they were registering the complaint and after that no response. We have only bought through word of mouth in my village. If this is the type of service we are experiencing do you think we ever buy or recommend your product to others? I would like to request you to please consider my complaint on urgent basis and take the necessary actions asap. I am seriously gutted with the service and your product is holly #.

                                  I called ifb service for repairing of my washing machine as the fuse was blowing up. But the ifb technician who came for repair did nothing to check. Rather he directly switched on the machine by shorting electrical connection, as the result the pcb of the machinr burnt. Now no body from ifb responding regarding this issue inspite of calling ifb customer care number of times. They made my machine fully unserviceable. They turned my machine into a junk forbwhich i hv spent 40000 plus. They should suppky me with the pcb spare as ifb claims supports spare for 10 years.

                                    Ticket No. [protected] was raised on Jan 3 on emergency basis to be attended by Jan 4. On Jan 6, IFB representative calls me for appointment and confirms technician visit on Jan 11. I cancel my plans over the weekend only to wait in futility for your stupid technician to come. Upon calling customer care I learn that the ticket had been cancelled and I had to raise another one.
                                    Another ticket [protected] raised has been notoriously cancelled like the previous one.
                                    Yet another appointment was set for Jan 18, 2020, by the local service team(contact: [protected]) and given full assurance that a technician would definitely come for service on the aforesaid date. And yet again they didn't deliver on their commitment. All this even after they made a call to me in the morning and confirming every detail and reassuring that somebody would visit by evening. I eventually ended up wasting yet another day waiting for the technician who never turned up. This is the third time the appointment was not respected. Such callous and unprofessional behaviour is just not acceptable. We actually cancel or postpone our plans for the day waiting at home for the technician. Does the service team think it's some kind of joke.

                                    This was registered as emergency as there has been electricity leakage into the frame of the oven and I've got shock several times.
                                    Seriously, such low quality service wasn't expected from IFB. This just goes to prove, not only are IFB products bad and highly unreliable but also have the worst after sales customer service.
                                    Plus they don't have any kind of escalation matrix which plays a key role to keep a check on quality. Hence, the pathetic quality of products and services.
