Dear sir,
I brought my ifb tl - rcsg 6.5kg aqua on 09/08/2018 from that date onwards till now its just 1 year and 4 months, within this short period the whole wiring was changed, the water pump was changed and now the technicians are saying to change the board also.
This indicates the very low quality of ifb products. Till now the machine is under repair the first complaint was raised on 08th october 2019 today is 15th of november.!!
This clearly indicates how you are treating your customers. Really hard to say that you are just mocking us by providing the low quality product and your service was insane.
I trust your company mail that's why am mailing you right now. Please resolve the issue as soon as possible.

    We have purchased a executive plus washing machine in june. On 6th november suddenly the machine stopped working. Complaint was lodged on 6th. Service engineer attend the call on 8th and said that some board needs to be replaced. Indent will be placed and the same will be received in a day. By monday the complaint will be resolved. Till today i. E. Thursday 14th november, the service engineer has not picked our calls nor has updated us. The service co ordinators also are not responding. It's a week without a washing machine. Imagine how difficult it is for a working woman to manage. School going kids, uniforms, all daily wears, etc. How to manage??? It's ridiculous, disgusting. Horrible after sales customer service.

      Re: washing machine repair - complaint unattended for more than month and very poor response and irresponsible replies from the service centre in dharmapuri, tamilnadu - requesting immediate steps to resolve the issue.
      Dear sir/madam:
      This letter is about a problem i am having with the, “ifb washing machine model serina sx 5 5kg”. On 23.02.2019 a technician mr. M. Manimaran, from your dharmapuri service branch attended the problem with the same washing machine in our home and after a service was completed, he explained about a warranty scheme and received a sum of rs.5015/- (Rupees five thousand and fifteen only) towards the two year warranty for future service (Amc without rubber and plastic – the copy is attached herewith).
      As the washing machine developed problems, by september 2019, after repeated complaints one technician mr. Jayakumar from the same dharmapuri branch, on 12th october 2019 attended the problem and told us that the drum, stratosphere and the rubber has to be changed. He said that the drum and the stratosphere will be covered under the warranty and the cost of the rubber has to be paid by us for which we accepted. He said the problem will be resolved in a few days time.
      But it has crossed more than a month now (From 12th october 2019 till today 14th november 2019- 34 days). We contacted the service centre several times but their reply was very lethargic and rude. Whenever we call they will ask for all the details and will promise that the problem will be resolved by the next day and no one will turn around. As we both are employed we will have to apply leave for our job and wait in the house. On calling them their answer will be they will come in half an hour time, but no one will come. This is happening for more than a month and we are frustrated to the brink our patience.
      Till today the washing machine is unattended by your service personals and unfortunately, the problem still remains unresolved.
      We are very much dissatisfied with your service. We feel we have been cheated by false promises and made us to pay for warranty money for no use and with these physical agony (Facing problems without a washing machine) and mental agony of being waiting in vain.
      I have enclosed copies of my records herewith for your reference..

      I am hereby requesting that you:

      1) the problem to be resolved immediately by changing the parts and make it work as you promised.
      2) if you could not fix the problem i would request the refund of the warranty money i have paid.
      3) i request, either of the above things should be done as early as possible as already a lot time have elapsed.
      Please contact me within three days to confirm that you will honour my request. I have prepared a complaint for submission to the proper agencies for further consumer redresses. I will not file the complaint if you resolve the problem within this time period i have indicated.

      10.11.19 on i booked a Washing Machine Senorita wxs 6.5kg at Sai Ram. Chengalpet, (Tamilnadu)

      But Delivered on 30.11.19... they will be taken 20 days for delivery

      After I request for a demo on 14.12.19... But technician did not attend the demo on 14.12.19

      Still problem not solved

          Hi,
          I bought IFB microwave on 2 Oct 2016 online. It was registered for service and warranty with IFB on 15 Oct 2016. the Magnetron of Microwave was under warranty till 14 Oct 2019.i.e. Three years
          I faced an issue with Microwave and registered a complaint with IFB on 28th Sep 2019. Service engineer came and replaced the spare part (Magnetron) on 28th Sep 2019 and he charged me 3800 + 360 (service charge) for this. I told him that magnetron is under warranty and I need not pay for it. but he asked me for the money. neither the service center, nor the IFB customer care picked my call that time. After that I researched all my bill and the product details and found that I have been cheated by the service center staff. so I wrote email to IFB customer care and service center. Also I made telephone calls to them a number of times but they are not responding to refund my money. Need help

            PCB is replaced today. But no warranty for PCB is given i.e my warranty will expire on 20/11/2019 i.e only 7 days left.Please give justification because PCB is costly.

            but waranty of PCB which is a costly part and my washing machine waranty will expire on 20/11/2019 is not known. because no papers regarding replacement of PCB is given by the technicial. This was informed to your representative over telephone today but no action is taken from your end.please give a extended waranty in written at least for the PCB.

              Dear sir,

              I have taken amc[protected] for ifb 30sc3 microwave from 26.10.18 to 25.10.19, on 4th sept, 19, i have raised a complaint ([protected]) regarding microwave not working as while switching on, the corresponding breaker getting tripped. Your technician visited the site and told us the spare problem, after availability, it will be replaced after that i have pursued it a lot to get it attended but always, spare yet to received the message i have got. Finally, the spare is replaced on 06.11.19 after the expiry of amc but my microwave problem is as it is after replacing the spare. It means the problem is not properly diagnosed by your technician and the last two month it was not working and still, it is not working.. Now i feel cheated by ifb amc.
              I requested you to kindly take the matter and resolve the issue.

                According to the agreement that was signed(AMC), IFB has to provide services for the agreement period of one year for the washing machine but they are just showing a deaf ear to our complaints. The service providers are just switching or rejecting our calls in order to avoid our complaints, it's disgusting. I hope this complaint would bring pressure on IFB.

                      I am raised a compliant with ifb customer service highlight few issues with product quality. I brought this washing machine on 16-11-18 and before even the washing machine has completed 1 year, the door and parts have started rusting... I would agree this if the products rusts after several years, but within a year. The washing machine was kept in normal conditions as every household. There is no issue with the way we have maintained the product at home.

                          I had a issue with my IFB Washing Machine - both motor and PCB board failure and logged a complaint in IFB Customer Care Service centre. They said that their executive will reach within 24 hours. So far they did not reached. After then, I contacted a local service centre and informed me that I had a issue with both motor and PCB board. I asked them to replace it. After replacement, they informed me to give repaired spares to them. I dont understand why they are asking me to surrender the repaired spares. Actually To my knowledge, IFB will not ask any repaired spares from customer. (Correct me if I am wrong)

                            I have a feeling that you are fooling the customers with this statement (Aqua energie water softener). You have a very tall claim that the machine could soften hard water (Reduce tds by itself) but during the installation, your service person would recommend purchasing external water softener of worth 2k. Would this mean you are having a strategy to fool customers and make money after selling the product?
                            You are making sure that the exit barriers are tall for the customer to leave your product and tell them that this is the product manufactured by ifb. If you are manufacturing the product (With huge r&d expenditure), why are you not providing it with the instrument. Selling it separately and making additional money. Dynamic strategy?

                              Sir, we purchased ifb micro oven from ifb showroom near koramangala, bangalore on 26.04.2019. Concern showroom person is mrs. Aruna shree ([protected]) and stockist manager is mr. Sriranga (+[protected]. Invoice no. [protected] and dated 26.04.2019 against the value of 28738.10 inr (Incl. Tax) in our company name of oasis automation technologies.

                              During the time of product demo, we were informed that rotating grill and pan was missing inside the box and it would be delivered soon. But still it s not delivered to us even though multiple follow ups done in the past four months through our phone calls and messages. But to our surprise, they are not at all responding for our calls and msges.

                              Herewith we have attached invoice copy for reference.

                              Kindly ask to look into this matter and take required initiatives.

                                I bought the machine in june 2019 and till date had thrice issue.

                                Initially for the installation they took 10 days after repeated follow up..

                                Within two months the provider stabilizer got spoilt. To rectify the same i have to go across so many follow ups.. The service center, customer care, local technician.. And still u dont get early resolution... Suffer for a week..

                                And now error led is glowing and the trouble ticket is always booked and pending since 3 days but never followed up... A common lie used by the technician and local service center always "we tried calling u on phone but phone not reachable"...

                                They dont even reply to the emails... I need their escalation matrix
