Authorized ifb service guy replaced front drum seal rubber on leaking issuem but have found its kind of local and issue closing the front door. We reported the issue ro the service guys but no proper response. Bofore service the machine was good except leakage issue. The service guy charged me 2500 for rubber and 600 as service chagers.. But service was not upto the mark. He struggled a lot in connecting back the main motor....

With in the months it's touch screen has not been working, after that repeated complaints they changed the boards door sensors something and also suggested some ifb stabilizer some that after the same problem program error, then the same program error door display showing now. I think it's better to lodge a consumer complaint in the court is better to register the complaints here....

I am an ifb customer (Ifb elena aqua vx).

The technician visited and said he will repair the next day.
On 31st i got a message that issue is resolved.
I complained and got to know technician wrote 'the issue is resolved' in the ticket.

I had purchased an electronic high - low voltage cutout on 23 march 2019 with a one year warranty for my ifb dishwasher neptune dx. This cutout stopped working after only 3 months on 24 jun and was replaced by another cutout on 01 jul 2019. I have contacted the ifb brand to renew my amc contract. But they are not taking any interest nor responding to my calls in renewing the contract. They are fooling me since last 15 days on the grounds of audit and are not interested in renewing the contract. Company's call centre people are least bother to resolve customer grievances. I had a dishwasher which was purchased in 2011. I changed the salt chamber for that in 2018 and inspite of that it didnt get fixed. So i purchased another dishwasher in april 2018 through ifb website. The new machine showed some error and i was given a replacement in may 2018. This is really frustrating and no one is bothered even to pick up your call.
Please take action on the people who are not doing their duties. Why these people are taking amc money they are doing business from both sides.

On 25.10.2008 i bought a neptune dishwasher from ifb. After its warranty was over, he jamshedpur office of ifb approached me for buying amc. Since then i have been renewing my amc regularly. The last amc was valid till 31.05.2019.
