Dear all,

I have launched a complaint about the faulty/broken door of my 7.0 lg washing machine on toll-free no [protected].

Wherein both the call entre attendant mr ayush as well as engineer (Mobile no [protected]) behave badly to the extent of saying that, even if i complain or raise issues to ifb top authority it does not matter to them and they don't care about ifb action.

They even said it does not matter even if i launched legal action or even media action.in fact, they threaten me to a ceratin extent.

Again when i called [protected] no, i was asked to contact ms. Preeti (Branch manager nagpur ifb) but may be due to sunday she might be busy and could not answer my call.

I would like to raise this issue with ifb and may like to address this in media as well as in consumer court for the harassment i have faced.

Appreciate your kind cooperation.

Replacement cost is quoted as 9000 rupees what is the actual cost. Is it not looting customers. For the cost of 6kg washing machine which costs 24000 the replacement is high. A campaign must be raised educating Customersnot to buy this kind of products

I am using Executive VX 8KG machine. For the last some time machine giving error cide tACO. I have done everything according to suggestion in book and it was working properly. But same problem coming almost everyday. Please suggest.

      We are using ifb elena dx front load washing machine we are also taking its annual maintainance contract by which it is fully insured. On the month of 4 july 19 our machine was shaking the clothes were not properly washed and the bad smell comes out during drainage of water. We register complain to its online service centre complain number was [protected] the untrained technician come and says that filter system is damage and he says that he had the cleaning powder of company by which problem will be resolved he charged 200 rs. For this due to that damage filter the powder was drained away then i again call him and he says that he changed the filter so he come and change it and he again charged 200 rs. For cleaning powder of machine.in the month of august there was a same repeated complain he again came through the same complain number and says machine is ok please use liquid detergent of surf excel matic in place of detergent of the same company we did so but there is no resolution of complain we again register complain on 31.8.19 and number is [protected] but there is no responce till date position is machine is shaking badly, dryer is not working, drainage pipe smells badly, clothes are not properly washing by the water etc. Etc. We are paying 4000 rs. For maintainance contract but nobody is taking care.

          I bought ifb front load washing machine senorita sx 6.5kg. 3 years ago. It is under warranty now. Door gasket got damaged inside and water is leaking from that. Service person is saying it will not cover in warranty and will cost around 2000rs. But nowhere i see rubber parts will not for washing machine in warranty term.             I have a amc with ifb. I have been calling them for last one week to repair my wasing machine but they are just delaying it by saying that the repair man will arrive today tomorrow, he is on. His way... Their is leak in the pipe due to wich a lot of water is wasted while running the machine.
            And the owner gaurav is just not responding properly. And when i call them they dont pick phone and say your number was not reachable.

              I paid 5000 rs for AMC and it is going to end in 13.09.2019 (next 4days).

              I raise an complaint on 25th August Ticket # [protected].

              Next day one service engineer came and somewhat
              fix the issue and said run it in empty mode for 2 or 3 times and then start using it for washing purpose.

              The very next day i run the washing machine with empty and again the sound came and same problem arise.

              From that day (26th August) onwards, daily i am calling customer care and said that machine is not working properly. Immediately they send an sms that "service engg allocated for your complaint, will visit shortly" . Next day they send sms for my feedback. In that there is no option for selecting "No service engg visited"

              The above said 2 sms i am getting again and again for the last 14 days . In between on Sep 3rd they themselves create new ticket [protected] and asked to wait for 24 hrs. Again getting the same 2 sms but asusual no one came to fix the issue.

              Till today (Sep 9th) My machine problem was not fixed. Now one service engg called me and said that " May be suspension is the problem in your machine but it is not available with us ".

              In IFB company they dont have spare parts for their machine and then what i have to do?

              As my AMC period is expire in 4 days, they are trying to postponed the issue as much as possible. Machine is not working for around 20 days and IFB company not taking proper steps to fix the issues.

              It is better avoid purchasing this company products in future. Only because of VERY VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

                Hello i had an issue with my oven and a technician from ifb side had come to repair he then took few parts with him for further testing next day he calls and informs that all those parts have become faulty for which i wasn't satisfied with issue so i told him to put back the spares what ever he has taken, i think i may have broken his effort to unfairly charge for working parts since then he is not attending my call or replying to my messages even after 3 days, now if he does not return this i will have file a case against ifb to keeping, all your customer service area has no expertise in handling the issue this is your technicians number sam[protected] who has taken the parts, complaint no sir/madam, for tkt [protected] pls share your feedback.                   I raised complaint regarding noise coming from my washing machine. It has been almost 60 days and i have been calling customer care but no technician has visited.
                  I urge ifb to provide immediate explanation for this. Ifb is claiming to provide 4 years warranty but it is not actually happening.
                  I am least satisfied with your support.
                  I am going to file legal case for this if it is not resolved immediately.

                    I have a ifb top load 6.5kg aqua washing machine, it shows "ac lo" error and the error persists even the voltage is high. Machine does'nt run due to this error. I changed the mains, but it shows the same error. The supply voltage is normal in the house, all other appliances are running expect the washing machine. Please help me out.. I need the solution or the contacts of local ifb service men.

                      I had raised a complain for my oven on 20th august'2019 complaint# [protected].
                      It is more than 15 days but my oven is kept open and unrepaired by technician. They came to my place said that one of the part is not functioning properly and will get the correct/working part in the subsequent visit.

                      Technician arrived with correct part, but still my oven did not work and gave a wonderful excuse that the part that he got from the company itself is faulty and will get another part, leaving my oven open.
                      Since then, my oven is lying as it is and they never came back again. Instead they closed the ticket marked it as resolved.
                      This is completely unacceptable, i don't know what all unskilled technician you have outsourced the services (Enigma enterprises). They definitely don't know how to repair a oven. Even after 3-4 visit of technician, they are not sure what is the problem.

                        I use an ifb fully automatic top load washing machine. One day my machine was not starting so i called the ifb technician. He inspected the machine and told me that the motherboard of the machine is damaged and cannot be repaired. I was surprised to know the price of the motherboard rs 5500.
                        I asked him that how was it damaged. He told that water had gone into it through the knob (Program selector).
                        I want to tell ifb that at the time of purchasing the machine the technicians visit us and told us how to use the machine and features of the machine. But he didn't tell us that water can get into the motherboard through the knob.
                        I think ifb doesn't know that this is a important thing that consumers should know.
                        I think ifb purposefully doesn't inform the customer about these problems so that they can earn through the sale of the spare parts.

                          Date - 2-Sep-2019,
                          Incident Description - I have called a toll free number[protected] to book a complaint for samsung washing machine repair. They have registered the details and told with in 24 hr it would be addressed.When I ask about the complaint number, they mentioned that I would get it as SMS and technician will call me directly for the visit. I did not receive any complaint number. A technician (Suraj - [protected]) visited our place with in 30 min and suggested for a part replacement. Cost of the item mentioned was Rs.3650/- . His service charges are Rs350/-. So he collected Rs4000/- as online payment. When we asked for receipt, he said I would get it as email. But we have not received any email even after a day. Now the washing machine problem is not resolved. It is still not working, but 4000/- is collected.I feel this is a proper cheating case.

                          As I get information from the technician their service center name is Good luck service center located in BTM layout. When I called him to visit my house for repair that time he mentioned he was at Brookfield hospital, AECS layout, Kundana halli. Not very sure where is the service center and toll free is[protected].

                          I am expecting to get refund of the money or at least proper repair. Also, Please ban those call center numbers which does the cheating to people

                            My washing machine is under amc. I lodged complaint on 22 aug 19, but no body visited my place inspite of my calling customer care no for seven eight times and talking to senior executive and the incharge mr pardeep kumar at amritsar service centre. There stock reply was that we are waiting for the part to be replaced but i was astonished that how do they know about the fault without visiting and checking the machine. Ultimately on 2sept i was lucky to have technician at my place (Mr aman) who after checking the machine found that motor is not working and shall be replaced tomorrow but till time there is no response and no body picks the phone.
                            It seems that people at the service centre even donor care for seniors what to talk of customers.
                            Pl look into the matter help in getting my machine repaired.

                              Placed and order with ifb point yeshwantpur 2 weeks before, they delivered a damaged product and had requested for a replacement with a change of model as it was anyways getting replaced. Its been 2 week and they are not sure yet when they will deliver.

                              Further, i had an ifb machine previously which i had raised a service request. It took them 3 months to find out that the part that is to be replaced is no longer available.

                              Ifb used to be good, but the management is asleep and basking in the previous glory.

                              Hi,
                              IFB Elite DX 5.5 kg stopping with dper error in all modes.
                              Pls call [protected] and send the technician asap.
                              I tried removing the coin and dust box, but still it stops with dper error.

                                Want to bring it to ur notice that that the service you offer is the worst ever! This is not the first time my washing machine has given us trouble every single time they say our technician will report to you within the next 24hours but then they don't turn up even after a week. And to top all this nonsense the technician answers the call just once and then switches off the phone. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy if products. Tjos should be regarded as a punishable offense as they are cheating the customer s and making good money.

                                  I had spoken to the customer care and they shared the number Saleem and he send the technician by name Sadiq from HKGN home appliances, he just came didn't not check the machine properly we had water issue on that day when he had come to check moreover only my mom was at home as we were at work, he told us need to change the mother board or repair it, till today he has not come back after following up regularly, we wanted him to come again n do the check as it was improper, the moment we told him that we want the mother board to be repaired and not the new one his body language changed and did not want to come but he was interested in giving us the new one immediately

                                    Pathetic and irresponsible customer service

                                    I am a senior citizen and a free lance journalist from goa. I regret to inform you sir/madam, c/o ifb industries limited about the lackadaisical attitude of your administrative staff and also the technical support persons in goa (India) who are ill-mannered, with unethical behavior in dealing with the customers' with complaints.
                                    As if, nothing is wrong from their end, they are habituated to ignore service calls from customers. Well, i have not counted my calls, but surely i have been calling over 100 calls to your office staff and technical support, to have perpetually ignored service calls.
                                    (Please be satisfied after you verify for yourself, from the online complaints and reviews of ifb washing machine and other services or you may even personally conduct a survey and arrive at such a conclusion which will coincide with my opinions). For the past 45 days, i am running from pillar to post, to see that my damaged ifb wm, by your technical staff would be repaired. All my efforts were in vain as it bore no significant fruits to my complaints, consequent to the callous attitude of your office staff (Goa) and technical support.
                                    With all options being exhausted now, and with a very heavy heart, i am compelled to lodge my written protest and complaint against, the mannerism in which your staff deal with the post sales service calls of ifb washing machine customers of goa in particular and india in general.
                                    It may kindly be noted that the sole back bone of any business organization to scale newer heights is none other than after sales service.in your ifb, services, services rating is negatve (It is not even, zero, it is much lower than that, could be - 10). Unless you apply your mind, and get a new workable formula, your company will definitely die a slow death with no hopes of resurrection.
                                    I regret my decision for purchasing an ifb (Front load), washing machine. (Model no. Senator vx 8kg 1200 rpm, serial no.[protected], purchased on 03 may 2013).
                                    Recently your company office staff had forced me over a telephonic call to renew amc, (Annual maintenance contract), which i was not in favor for, yet i did the same vide renewal order : amc/ew no. 6073040 for rs 8850/- from 16 may 2019.
                                    However due to my sheer bad luck, the ifb wm started giving me trouble and then on july 23, 2019 i lodged an official complaint to the call centre (Toll free no [protected]). They registered the complaint under ticket no. [protected] on the same day.
                                    Thereafter the drama to hoodwink the customer begun with the ifb goa office staffs (Ms surekha and vandana with phone numbers [protected] and [protected] respectively) and the technical support, as the main participants, who very well stage manage their daily program to take the poor customer for a joy ride. They would tell "white lies" that the technical support would be attending to your woes and the latter would say that they go only according to what the office staff suggest, yet they never reach to repair the damaged ifb piece even after 2 or 3 weeks. As if to add insult to injury, the office staff and the technical support, do not have little courtesy to attend to the customers', calls or to reply them back by sms that they are unable today, so would be attending the following day, etc.

                                    Here i bring to your kind notice and hope for necessary elimination of the unscrupulous staff who damage your company's reputation as can be envisaged from the following authentic write up coming out from the horse's mouth. Your technical support (The 2nd team who visited to check my ifb washing machine), not only damaged, my then working ifb washing machine but also gave a wrong feedback to ifb authorities that there is no need to do any job on it. This was very much in contradiction to what the other two, technical teams who had visited - 1 before and the other, after him, had suggested that my ifb wm (Goa), had a drum and other problem.

                                    1st technical team: "the washing machine is having a problem of the drum and it is vibrating, needs to be attended to"
                                    2nd technical team: he was actually sent for doing the job, but he played a truant with the customer. He said, "the washing machine is having no problem, and need not do anything with it".

                                    He just fiddled with my ifb for about 20 minutes, realigning bottom stand, the door and disappeared from the scene. Within moments of his departure, we decided to use the washing machine. Hence loaded the ifb wm with clothes for the purpose. The display showed that the door was not closed properly and it would not proceed further, in washing clothes.
                                    Wasting no time, immediately (Within 20 minutes of his departure) tried getting in touch with the said technician through the call centre and ms surekha (Goa office) from ifb industries. But as usual, all efforts were in vain, as none of them helped, even to retrieve the clothes from the machine. Thereafter we wasted a lot of time trying to switch on/off the power supply and closing the door again and again, but all efforts were in vain and the problem of 23 july is till today unattended, with only empty promises from ms surekha, vandana, (Office staff) and mr. Bruce (Technical support person)
                                    I made frantic efforts to get in touch, the call centre who requested me to inform ifb office staff, ms surekha (Goa cell no [protected]), and accordingly i requested them to send the technician who had just left past less than 20 minutes, to no avail.
                                    3rd technical team: he is a local, siolim based technician (Mr. Bruce cell no. +91 [protected]), attached to ifb industries. He disagreed with the middle technical support team members. Mr. Bruce fernandes said, that the machine needs to be repaired.
                                    Now my ultimate question to the esteemed ifb company bosses.
                                    Don't you have a qualified team of technicians? If yes, then how your own technical support teams contradict with varying answers to the esteemed customers. The 1sat and 3rd technician agreed there is a problem, while the middle one disagreed. How can anyone tolerate such 180 degrees differences of opinion?

                                    My primary request to the central office of ifb, is to rid off such unscrupulous staff, and revamp the company with new faces by fresh appointments. There is no dearth of qualified technicians in india, if you need a reliable technical team then you need to investigate into this fiasco and get adopt corrective measures before your company is ruined.
                                    This is the sole way you can give reincarnation for your brand name ifb washing machine.
                                    The boss and the management of ifb, please note ;
                                    "this is death knell for your reputed ifb washing machine company, to either ammend your attitude or perish".

                                    Customer - yesterday, today and tomorrow only wants best doorstep, unparalled post sale services.
                                    Customer is the king, without a satisfied customer you are a big zero and with a satisfied customer, you will automatically be made a biggest hero"

                                    I am a very old ifb customer i am very old customer of ifb.. I recall your very seniormost technican mr. Rajesh k shahu, who used to service my old ifb, and never had problems. Today,"i salute him for the dedication at that time". He is working for ifb since donkey's years.
                                    My sincere request to you to recruit people like him who will take your ifb washing machine to achieve laurels in the near future.
                                    If this is the state of affairs with a senior citizen and a reputed personality then one can well summarize the way how the staff must be dealing with any other ordinary citizen of goa (India) and their ifb washing machine and other products complaints.

                                    This is really a bad and pathetic customer service experience from ifb, post sales services in goa. After going on following up with the office staff and the technical support teams of ifb (Goa), there are chances, that one may end up getting health problems, such as hypertension etc. If anything goes wrong with the customers health for non attending to complaints, then the company will be fully liable for prosecution under the law of the land.

                                      On[protected] registered a complaint at 11.40am that the dishwasher is not working. The ticket number alloted to me was[protected]. Since today morning i have called them thrice. Everytime i have been told that my complaint will be resolved on priority basis but it has not been resolved uptill now. As i am not keeping well and on top of this so much of mental harassement has been caused.

                                        Ifb products are good. But their service is pathetic as they all are outsourced / franchisee.

                                        My complaint number is [protected]. I had registered this complaint yesterday - 30/08/2019 morning, i received a call from the technician that he will be visiting my home before evening, but none turned up.

                                        Today 31/08/2019 i called the same person again he informed me that someone will visit our house before evening but now the time is 4.30 pm but none has turned up until now.

                                        In the mean time i called up the ifb customer care and they provided me the contact number of a ifb company executive in hyderabad [protected] but the number is out of coverage area since morning.

                                        I am just waiting for the technician for 2 days leaving all my work behind but none has turned up. Worst service franchisee.

                                        Do not buy ifb products keeping the future service in mind.
