Placed and order with ifb point yeshwantpur 2 weeks before, they delivered a damaged product and had requested for a replacement with a change of model as it was anyways getting replaced. Its been 2 week and they are not sure yet when they will deliver.

Further, i had an ifb machine previously which i had raised a service request. It took them 3 months to find out that the part that is to be replaced is no longer available.

Ifb used to be good, but the management is asleep and basking in the previous glory.

Hi,
IFB Elite DX 5.5 kg stopping with dper error in all modes.
Pls call [protected] and send the technician asap.
I tried removing the coin and dust box, but still it stops with dper error.

    Want to bring it to ur notice that that the service you offer is the worst ever! This is not the first time my washing machine has given us trouble every single time they say our technician will report to you within the next 24hours but then they don't turn up even after a week. And to top all this nonsense the technician answers the call just once and then switches off the phone. I will definitely not recommend anyone to buy if products. Tjos should be regarded as a punishable offense as they are cheating the customer s and making good money.

      I had spoken to the customer care and they shared the number Saleem and he send the technician by name Sadiq from HKGN home appliances, he just came didn't not check the machine properly we had water issue on that day when he had come to check moreover only my mom was at home as we were at work, he told us need to change the mother board or repair it, till today he has not come back after following up regularly, we wanted him to come again n do the check as it was improper, the moment we told him that we want the mother board to be repaired and not the new one his body language changed and did not want to come but he was interested in giving us the new one immediately

        Pathetic and irresponsible customer service

        I am a senior citizen and a free lance journalist from goa. I regret to inform you sir/madam, c/o ifb industries limited about the lackadaisical attitude of your administrative staff and also the technical support persons in goa (India) who are ill-mannered, with unethical behavior in dealing with the customers' with complaints.
        As if, nothing is wrong from their end, they are habituated to ignore service calls from customers. Well, i have not counted my calls, but surely i have been calling over 100 calls to your office staff and technical support, to have perpetually ignored service calls.
        (Please be satisfied after you verify for yourself, from the online complaints and reviews of ifb washing machine and other services or you may even personally conduct a survey and arrive at such a conclusion which will coincide with my opinions). For the past 45 days, i am running from pillar to post, to see that my damaged ifb wm, by your technical staff would be repaired. All my efforts were in vain as it bore no significant fruits to my complaints, consequent to the callous attitude of your office staff (Goa) and technical support.
        With all options being exhausted now, and with a very heavy heart, i am compelled to lodge my written protest and complaint against, the mannerism in which your staff deal with the post sales service calls of ifb washing machine customers of goa in particular and india in general.
        It may kindly be noted that the sole back bone of any business organization to scale newer heights is none other than after sales service.in your ifb, services, services rating is negatve (It is not even, zero, it is much lower than that, could be - 10). Unless you apply your mind, and get a new workable formula, your company will definitely die a slow death with no hopes of resurrection.
        I regret my decision for purchasing an ifb (Front load), washing machine. (Model no. Senator vx 8kg 1200 rpm, serial no.[protected], purchased on 03 may 2013).
        Recently your company office staff had forced me over a telephonic call to renew amc, (Annual maintenance contract), which i was not in favor for, yet i did the same vide renewal order : amc/ew no. 6073040 for rs 8850/- from 16 may 2019.
        However due to my sheer bad luck, the ifb wm started giving me trouble and then on july 23, 2019 i lodged an official complaint to the call centre (Toll free no [protected]). They registered the complaint under ticket no. [protected] on the same day.
        Thereafter the drama to hoodwink the customer begun with the ifb goa office staffs (Ms surekha and vandana with phone numbers [protected] and [protected] respectively) and the technical support, as the main participants, who very well stage manage their daily program to take the poor customer for a joy ride. They would tell "white lies" that the technical support would be attending to your woes and the latter would say that they go only according to what the office staff suggest, yet they never reach to repair the damaged ifb piece even after 2 or 3 weeks. As if to add insult to injury, the office staff and the technical support, do not have little courtesy to attend to the customers', calls or to reply them back by sms that they are unable today, so would be attending the following day, etc.

        Here i bring to your kind notice and hope for necessary elimination of the unscrupulous staff who damage your company's reputation as can be envisaged from the following authentic write up coming out from the horse's mouth. Your technical support (The 2nd team who visited to check my ifb washing machine), not only damaged, my then working ifb washing machine but also gave a wrong feedback to ifb authorities that there is no need to do any job on it. This was very much in contradiction to what the other two, technical teams who had visited - 1 before and the other, after him, had suggested that my ifb wm (Goa), had a drum and other problem.

        1st technical team: "the washing machine is having a problem of the drum and it is vibrating, needs to be attended to"
        2nd technical team: he was actually sent for doing the job, but he played a truant with the customer. He said, "the washing machine is having no problem, and need not do anything with it".

        He just fiddled with my ifb for about 20 minutes, realigning bottom stand, the door and disappeared from the scene. Within moments of his departure, we decided to use the washing machine. Hence loaded the ifb wm with clothes for the purpose. The display showed that the door was not closed properly and it would not proceed further, in washing clothes.
        Wasting no time, immediately (Within 20 minutes of his departure) tried getting in touch with the said technician through the call centre and ms surekha (Goa office) from ifb industries. But as usual, all efforts were in vain, as none of them helped, even to retrieve the clothes from the machine. Thereafter we wasted a lot of time trying to switch on/off the power supply and closing the door again and again, but all efforts were in vain and the problem of 23 july is till today unattended, with only empty promises from ms surekha, vandana, (Office staff) and mr. Bruce (Technical support person)
        I made frantic efforts to get in touch, the call centre who requested me to inform ifb office staff, ms surekha (Goa cell no [protected]), and accordingly i requested them to send the technician who had just left past less than 20 minutes, to no avail.
        3rd technical team: he is a local, siolim based technician (Mr. Bruce cell no. +91 [protected]), attached to ifb industries. He disagreed with the middle technical support team members. Mr. Bruce fernandes said, that the machine needs to be repaired.
        Now my ultimate question to the esteemed ifb company bosses.
        Don't you have a qualified team of technicians? If yes, then how your own technical support teams contradict with varying answers to the esteemed customers. The 1sat and 3rd technician agreed there is a problem, while the middle one disagreed. How can anyone tolerate such 180 degrees differences of opinion?

        My primary request to the central office of ifb, is to rid off such unscrupulous staff, and revamp the company with new faces by fresh appointments. There is no dearth of qualified technicians in india, if you need a reliable technical team then you need to investigate into this fiasco and get adopt corrective measures before your company is ruined.
        This is the sole way you can give reincarnation for your brand name ifb washing machine.
        The boss and the management of ifb, please note ;
        "this is death knell for your reputed ifb washing machine company, to either ammend your attitude or perish".

        Customer - yesterday, today and tomorrow only wants best doorstep, unparalled post sale services.
        Customer is the king, without a satisfied customer you are a big zero and with a satisfied customer, you will automatically be made a biggest hero"

        I am a very old ifb customer i am very old customer of ifb.. I recall your very seniormost technican mr. Rajesh k shahu, who used to service my old ifb, and never had problems. Today,"i salute him for the dedication at that time". He is working for ifb since donkey's years.
        My sincere request to you to recruit people like him who will take your ifb washing machine to achieve laurels in the near future.
        If this is the state of affairs with a senior citizen and a reputed personality then one can well summarize the way how the staff must be dealing with any other ordinary citizen of goa (India) and their ifb washing machine and other products complaints.

        This is really a bad and pathetic customer service experience from ifb, post sales services in goa. After going on following up with the office staff and the technical support teams of ifb (Goa), there are chances, that one may end up getting health problems, such as hypertension etc. If anything goes wrong with the customers health for non attending to complaints, then the company will be fully liable for prosecution under the law of the land.

          On[protected] registered a complaint at 11.40am that the dishwasher is not working. The ticket number alloted to me was[protected]. Since today morning i have called them thrice. Everytime i have been told that my complaint will be resolved on priority basis but it has not been resolved uptill now. As i am not keeping well and on top of this so much of mental harassement has been caused.

            Ifb products are good. But their service is pathetic as they all are outsourced / franchisee.

            My complaint number is [protected]. I had registered this complaint yesterday - 30/08/2019 morning, i received a call from the technician that he will be visiting my home before evening, but none turned up.

            Today 31/08/2019 i called the same person again he informed me that someone will visit our house before evening but now the time is 4.30 pm but none has turned up until now.

            In the mean time i called up the ifb customer care and they provided me the contact number of a ifb company executive in hyderabad [protected] but the number is out of coverage area since morning.

            I am just waiting for the technician for 2 days leaving all my work behind but none has turned up. Worst service franchisee.

            Do not buy ifb products keeping the future service in mind.

              I have been cheated by ifb technician 3 times right from installation time. I will start with recent one.
              1. My machine senator smart 8kg was not working in may. That was the last month of warranty. Raised complaint. Technician came and checked and said mother board is spoilt due to vibration, it's broken. Donno it will be covered in warranty will check n tell. After discussing so many times with customer care they said they have placed order for it will take some time to reach here. After week the technician came and replaced it. And took the old one with him. He did not show me the new pcb as i was not at home.
              Today again it is spoilt. Got to know the pcb last time placed was old one not new one. Now ifb is not responding to my calls. They are disconnecting calls right away.
              I would like to go to consumer court if the issue is not resolved
              2. Technician comes saying for service and says water filter is old. He replaces the old water filter with new one and takes the old one with him
              Before we even check wer is the old one they leave the house.
              They keep pestering us to buy their ifb stuff.
              3. My washing machine comes with a box below.
              So while installing they have not fixed machine on box with screws. So its detached. Whenever machine vibrates it moves out from box and is misaligned. Now the ifb people say hey do not have screws. I have complained so many times and complaint gets closed without even rectifying.
              It's just four years since i bout and so many issues. A normal lg washing machine lasts for minimum 10 years. I bought ifb thinking it will have no problems for 10 years at least.
              And service and response to our issues is pathetic.

              I want my issues to be resolved wlse i am going to consumer court on cheating case.
              We do not have so much time to follow up again and again pls understand. And ifb technicians are bigtime frauds.

                My ifb washing machine "senorita dx" is under amc. The rep of ifb visited my house on 31 aug 19 and did not do any service but asked for rs. 1800/- for replacement of filter and rs. 170/- towards cost of consumable required for cleaning the machine. May the company clarify on these charges. The rep has not brought / was not equipped with any multimeter, sprit level etc required for servicing.

                  Dear all,

                  I'm writing this to inform the pathetic service and the malfunction of the product ifb dishwasher.
                  We are customer of bangalore purchased an ifb sx dishwasher product from btm layout branch attended by sales person nikhil purchased in the month of jan 2019.
                  The product is still under warranty and the product door is malfunction,
                  The door spring has broken and the service person responsible gopal krishnan and the area manager for south bangalore mr santosh has been least responsible in attending to this issue.

                  We had raised the ticket to attend the service person came over took the pictures and mentioned that such a problem has never occurred in the dishwasher and will take time to get the spare part for the same.

                  The area manager even after several followups has been least responsible to update us on the same.

                  The concern i am raising here is that this machine is faulty and i want the machine replaced at the earliest due to the delay of the service person and area manager. And such a problem has never occurred
                  If the part has to be replaced the entire alignment of the machine is lost.

                  We have not got the machine for free, we have paid our hard earned money and want the product replaced and not the part.

                    I am using elena aqua 6kg washing machine from the last 4 years but now i am facing a problem of barring and drum replacement with no warranty... I keep calling the executives for the same but they keep delaying us with the excuses.. If this continues i will have to switch this company's product usage and also not to recommend anyone for this company...

                      Hi,
                      I had raised a ticket to ifb team dated - aug-19 and got a ticket no - [protected]. Now its 27th aug till now my micro oven got repaired as of now.

                      My question is when it is in warranty only my issue it is not resolved then what will be position for which is not in under warraty.
                      Such a worst response i havent come acoss in my life.

                      Going forward i sincerely doesn't recommend ifb to any one because of service issue.

                        We have purchased ifb washing machine (Diva aqua, vx, 6 kg) in november 2018. We are experiencing problems with this machine as our valuable clothes are being torn. I have raised a complaint with the ifb. The ifb technician attended said the drum and bearings of the machine needs to be replaced. This machine is under 4 years warranty. It's not even an year passed, we are experiencing a lot many issues as our valuable clothes are being torn. I have no faith on their service personnel as they they don't seem to be ifb employees and third party (Ifb approved persons). Hence, i request you either attend a genuine ifb service executive or replace the machine as a whole with a new one.
                        Please respond immediately as the problem is huge and we are losing our valuable clothes.

                        The issue still persists and it's not resolved yet. They have replaced the rubber and told that If the problem persisted, they would replace the drum the next time. But, we are still experiencing the issue (clothes are being torn) and I have raised another complaint this time with IFB. Instead of replacing the drum this time, they have started playing games with us. They said, "problem is with the clothes and programs you chose". How come they say like that after seeing these many incidents and replaced the rubber. This shows their irresponsible and indecent behavior towards customer.
                        I have purchased IFB only for it's known customer service. These people service is terrible and don't have the manners to talk properly.

                        I am looking for a replacement of the drum or the machine. Please fix the machine soon or have to register a complaint with the consumer forum.

                        We have registered a complaint to IFB Customer Service Center for my IFB Microwave 23BC4 for not working of Start/ Express Switch on 08.08.19. A technician came to attend the complain and told that he has no Spare / Key Pad and assure that he will come shortly to repair.

                        Till now the problem is not resolved. What should we do?

                            I bought ifb 23 l microwave (23sc3) through flipkart online portal. Installation guy came and found scratch in inner wall. Gave me job sheet mentioning that scratch inside the machine. It's been more than 7 days now, no replacement happened. Flipkart rejected the return request saying seller rejected the replacement. Ifb area manager told that it's flipkart who will replace it. No proper response from ifb customer care team as well.

                              Washing machine model (Front door) - ifb elite aqua sx 7kg - 1200 rpm
                              For a small problem (Sensor) technician is asking to change the mother board.
                              In the board every button is working except the start button.
                              I rejected the board replacement because, the only problem is start button not working.
                              I discussed this problem with the local technicians. They told, no need to replace the mother board and this can be done by changing the pcu on mother board.
                              Ifb technicians and ifb customer support are insisting that changing the mother board is mandatory.
                              Even local technicians are providing service with low cost but your company technicians are charging heavily for a small work.

                              After raising the complaint regarding the issue i faced, i got a call from regional manager of ifb.
                              He confirmed that, "as per company norms, we won't repair the machine, we have to replace the total board even if the problem is in one part of the board".
                              After the call, i got a doubt - why don't you disclose these type of norms before purchasing the machine..?
                              Can you show your company norms which say — "we won't repair the small problems, you have to replace the entire part".
                              I haven't seen anywhere these types of conditions - if a small problem occurs, we have to replace the total.
                              And he is arguing like, if any local technician repairs the machine and later if the machine will get short circuit, then who is responsible, so we are replacing the total part.
                              I don't understand why you are unable to repair the small problems, while normal technicians are able to repair.
                              Moreover, the regional manager is insisting me — "you have to take amc, then these types of problems will be
                              Covered under warranty"; ifb technicians already told me that these problems will not be covered in warranty because, parts of the machine which we are able to touch won't be covered under the amc policy.

                              You gave the estimation for the board replacement and amc, not for repair.
                              Replacement of board is not the repair. If you work anything without change of the current board is called repair.
                              If you can repair the machine why should i raise the complaint.
                              Kindly let me know if you given any price to repair.

                              I discussed with you multiple times for that problem but there is no use, i didn't get any support from the international company, what is use of your technicians even local technicians are doing better than you.
                              Please find attachment for the bill to that repair.
                              What is the use of choosing international brand instead of routine.
                              What a worst support by ifb.

                              1005349960 Is the request number solved with our proper fix and the issue reoccured next day and have another service request. Service executive force to close the request with good rating as they take the picture of the rating we give this is do stupid.
                              My next service request 1005355697 was resolved to day with replacing the parts and charging 2260 for the product that is under warranty for next two years but the bill was not provided even after asking for it

                                We had very bad/worst experience with ifb service, we had and emergency issue with our washing machine, water flow inside the machine did not stop during washing so we have raised a complaint #[protected] dated : 16th aug 2019. 19th august 2019 one technician turned up after my personal request and examined the machine and said everything is fine.

                                Once he went out and we tried and faced the same problem and called him and he said he will do next day. But, next day he came suddenly without calling when we were out of house again i called and he told he would come next day but till now no one turned up to take care of this. We were tracking the complaint daily and no one are attending the complaint till date. We are calling ifb customer care daily and they are conveying that they we will forward the complaint to higher authorities. Even, we have called local in charge, franchise and but none of them responded back. We are very much disappointed and facing problem w. R. T service.                                     We registered a complaint for our IFB washing machine. A service technician attended the fault after 2 days of registering the complaint. He replaced inlet hose, door lock etc., and since the machine was not working he later informed that he will replace the door. Even after several reminders it is pending. SERVICE IS VERY POOR. IFB must resolve at the earliest.

                                      I am a hapless customer who foolishly took an AMC a few months back. Now I have lost money and my peace of mind and am saddled with a dishwasher that is good only for scrap value.
                                      I keep calling the service centre tirelessly as my dishwasher is leaking. All the salt seems to be coming out. Inspite of several reminders and subsequent promises to resolve the complaint, nothing happens. No service person calls or attends. And when I checked my ticket status today, it always shows as resolved.
                                      Interestingly, when I had to replace a part that was out of AMC where I had to make payment, the service person came the very NEXT DAY.
                                      So the modus operandi is very clear. Once the customer buys the AMC, then God save him. There will be NO SERVICE. And to my utter shock, the service centre and the customer care centre are hands in glove and CLOSE THE COMPLAINT WITHOUT RESOLUTION.
                                      And they never send the ticket details by mail or sms!!!
                                      After I threatened to go to consumer court only, they disclosed the ticket number. HA!!!
                                      So my dear prospective customers of IFB, PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS FRAUD COMPANY

                                      now the machine is leaking so much that not only the kitchen but the adjoining hall is also getting flooded because of the leakage
                                      And after so many dismantling and repair by your so called engineer, now the door doesnt open and close properly
                                      it opens with a screeching sound and now thanks to your AMC my the machine is totally unusable
