When my IFB dishwasher stopped working, the IFB service centre, Aryan Services, Mumbai, charged me Rs. 6100.00 to repair my dishwasher on 26 Nov'18. It stopped working within 4 months! Then they charged me Rs. 4690 to get it functioning again. But surprisingly, I received a message on my mobile, against my complain no. [protected] that only 590.00 was charged, Rs. 0.00 was collected and no spares were replaced. I made numerous complains. Even Emails to IFB Consumercare was futile. I just got the reply that my complain has been resolved and they are closing my case. No further response to my mails.
When I ask for senior managers number, the online customer care gives me the number of Aryan Services. IFB is ensuring that we cannot make any complaints.
My family has IFB products in Gurgoan and Kerala. But none gives as dismal service as IFB Mumbai.

My dishwasher has stopped working again! I really regret buying IFB product here!

    My IFB machine, ELENA AQUA DX had a problem two-three months back reg water leakage. One of the very few times that my machine was opened by an engineer. Since that day the machine is having a problem whenever I operate it and your engineer is visiting almost every alternate day!!! Useless engineers who are neither able to figure out leave resolving the problem. It seems to me since the time my machine has been touched by these engineers it has started malfunctioning. They have replaced some part, they say it's ok and when I set out to wash clothes, the machine doesn't work!!!.
    I am an elderly lady and calling ifb customer care on a daily basis is causing me lot of mental harassment.

    Please send some technically sound and experienced person who can set things right and compensate me for my torture.

        We have bought IFB washing machine of model ELITE AQUA SX 7KG 1200 RPM by the month of October from a private showrooming Salem. From the day we have bought the machine it merely tends to give many trouble by getting faults which leads to change the mother board twice, Sensors, motors etc. We have never experienced such a bad appliances in our life.
        It personally affects us a lot in doing our daily house hold chores. It's also makes us de
        Depressed due to its frequent faults by paying 40, 000 as cost of this machine.
        Nearly we have called 10 times for the service of this machine.
        So we need to take necessary actions from your side.
        We need to change the machine as soon as possible with no cost.
        It seems that you have given us the demo or sample piece which works in faulty condition.
        I hope you will consider this feed back.
        If not so neccessary actions will be taken from our side by complaining in consumer court.

          It's been almost 10 days, I am following up with this authorised service centre RepairCare from IFB. I have spent 15+k in repairing my IFB washing machine and it stopped again after 2 days from repair. I have been following up since then but no response. Wrote email to IFB Customer Support and got one response that they will look in to it. It's been a week since then and now support centre also has stopped responding. Neither the RepairCare guys are picking my phone. I did not have such issues in Pune but Bangalore seems to have a major problem with customer support.

Till now not taken any action. customer care is provided local IFB service no, but they are not all giving proper reprocess and their behavior is too bad with us.

              I bought a IFB Senorita SX 6Kg washing machine 6 years ago and now it stops working. I contacted the nearby service center and the service personal came and inspected the machine. He said that PCB board is complaint and it will cost Rs.6900. I feel the amount is quite exorbitant. Its almost 1/3 cost of a new washing machine. Does it have this much price?

              Hi,
              I brought a Mricrooven from Tata clip, and it was delivered at 2nd of June, but till now no service engineer visit in my home. When I call the service engineer he cut the call. I am very disappointed.

              The machine is not completing the cycle according to the time period . Would be grateful if you send a technician to fix the problem.The problem is causing a standstill in the household work . The machine is working but it takes longer periods of Time to get it done rather than the given period.

                i am writing to complain about the way i have been treated by your technician which was appointed by your telly support team. He did not examined anything in the machine and suddenly refusing and asking for the charges and what i had noticed that he was not in proper uniform i have a prove of cctv footage in my office. Your team told me to check his identity card and uniform and when i asked but he was not able to present them. And i had a talk to ifb representative which you appointed in rk electronics kalkaji ram puri new delhi then afterward he agreed for faulty compressor and agreed for replacing in very bad manner which shows ifb gratitude towards the costumer deal.

                  2 months back we have installed IFB AC in our home. As installation is not happening properly, rain water is leaked heavily from the hole made for AC when rain comes. And also, they damaged the wall for the purpose of hole. I have raised the same to IFB customer care and they came and fixed it. But again the same problem is happening. Now again im trying to call them. But they are not at all responding. As this is the rainy season, i am facing the water leakage problem regularly. And also my wall is getting damaged due to this water. For the sake of 40k now i have already invested more that 20k for these fixes and still they are not resolved

                  Still we are facing the same problem. The rain water is coming severely from the hole made for the AC. Because of this wall is getting damaged and it causes severe money loss for us. This is happening for the third time within 2 months and no one is responding properly. Please uninstall the AC and fill the hole as early as possible

                    I have purchase machine from lotus indore, I think before 6 month, and today that is not working properly, I have complaint 3 times around, but they said engineer will call u and come. But there is no any call from engineer, in my last complaint engineer will come without any call, and said your machine sencer is damage. He changed, than he said it will wrok when u attech filter, on customer care they told. That an IFB 8KG machine, there is inbuit filter. Now machine is not again working, door is locked with cloth, last night customers care told me engineer will reach 6.30pm today8. 6.19. But no engineer is there.

                      I booked a complaint for fixing a leak. Service person from Chennai appeared promptly and coaxed me into buying a two year AMC for Rs 6488/-, saying that the part will be covered by AMC. He said he will be back in 4 days. Thereafter there is no news of him;he neither picks the call nor calls back. Today is the 17th day.It appears from similar complaints raised on this forum that IFB is interested only in selling AMC and there is no corresponding service. I either need the AMC amount back or I need my complaint resolved immediately.

                        With deep dissatisfaction I wish to raise the issue of service provided by the firm. My 1.5 ton ac which was procured an year ago has always given me problems starting from service issues as well as leaking problem. The services have always been faulty and never in time. The last service as due by me was requested well in advance but till date no one came for service. I get an message on 23 May that I was unable to be contacted. Again within two days I get a call from Chandigarh agency that mechanic being sent soon. When no one came I requested again today and I was told that my warranty has expired and it will now require me to pay the visiting charges. Absolutely irresponsible.                           Its been three years.IT was Elena AQUA SX6 model..For the past few months we could see the machine is mislocated often after every operation.Even we have raised this with service guy who told that is normal only.So we are least bothered. But on this Monday[protected] the machine suddenly toppled during operation. we are really shocked about this incident.Its a big safety issue..We have two years old kid who use to wander every where..We couldn't imagine anything.I don't think its normal..It has to be Addressed seriously and immediately.                             Hi, i purchased one split ac on 15th may 2019. It is installed on 23rd may. From second day of installation it is making humming sound. When compressor start the sound gradually increase. I am a patient, it is difficult for me to sleep. I told company service man mr jiban ballav sahoo, who installed the ac, but there is no response. Then i complained to customer care on 28th may. My ticket no. Is [protected]. I told also bhubaneswar branch head mr laxmidhara sahoo, but till date no response. It is very ridiculous that such a good brand, ifb service is very poor. So i hope that the problem will be solved by you as soon as possible. Otherwise i will take necessary legal action accordingly.

                              belt for front loading machine

                              I want a belt el 1306 j6 for ifb front loading washing machine. My 15 year old macine very well. But ifb in chennai is not giving any assistance. Made 15 calls in vain. Need only a belt. Rest i can take care being mech engr.
                              You can also tell me from where i can pick up the belt urgently on payment.

                              Please treat this as very urgent. Thank you.

                              I have made a service request for servicing the washing machine on 28th may, with the above ticket number.

                              To the surprise i am getting a reply that the spare parts for this machine is no longer available, i have purchased this (Aw7201wb) on november 2014. How come you can stop providing spares which is only 4.5 years old.

                              You are supposed to serve for 10 years with spares from the date of sale of the machine.

                              But the way your technician and your customer care (Call time 2.30pm on 30th for the ticket number [protected]) got irritated me to the core.

                              I have been questioned and answered like below from your customer care

                              1. Spare parts of 10 years can be serviced only from the date of model launch, hence i should be aware that it is a old model, so we are not responsible. (How come he can say like this)
                              2. Service engineer visiting charge is rs.600 even if the machine is not serviced because of the non availability of service parts.
                              3. You talk to the service technician head of trichy and solve on your own for the problem, we can’t do any thing beyond this.
                              4. I will give you an email id and you can escalate the problem

                              Do you think i am here to talk to everyone to solve the issue!!!

                              On 30th i called the number given by the customer care and they also not responded properly, but i got a call from manager stating that i am calling from trichy service center and asked for excuses and promised to send person on saturday 1st june. But no one turned to service neither no call to update me.

                              Such a ridiculous response and a very lethargic speech from service center and customer care which literally irritates me….

                              Really fed up!!! Made a big mistake of buying ifb (I am your customer for past 8 years and recommended to buy 3 machines to my relatives). I am putting a hard brake that i will not recommend your brand again and switch to other brand for my next purchase.

                                The subject machine was purchased in may 2013. Right from the starting this machine has troubled alot. After warrantly this machine is in amc. Now the service centre is unwiling to provide service although my amc papers are valid till feb 2019. Its a breach of contract by company.

                                My issues are,
                                1. This machine is not even 6 years old and has a history of failures
                                2. Can amc contact be breached like this by ifb

                                  Machine was showing taco error, we complained through toll free number 1800
                                  572 2989, they have arranged a technician from b. S goods service center, bangalore. He came and opened the machine and stated that drum was not rotating, and need to replace bearing, shaft, gear box which costs 7 thousand and removed drum and took to his place and returned back with out any damaged parts and valid invoice,,, i got a doubt, so again called to ifb toll free number,, they stated that complaint is not been registered,,, then how this technician came without complaint number and charged 7k,,,, when i asked this,,, there is no response from customer care and they are disconnecting the call..

                                  Same case happened with me (Bangalore -Electronic City) on 26-May. I have LG refrigerator and had issue (intermittent noise from condenser). Initially I tried LG service center call, but it was not connecting then I got this number [protected] while searching service center number in google. They sent two technician to my resident and said refrigerator mother board need to be replaced. He taken 5K amount and said mother board replaced. After couple of hours refrigerator again started making noise. Then I called back to [protected], I got the response "you will not get your money back, our technician not visited your resident". After arguing with tele caller, I was able to speak to their boss and clearly mentioned you go and do whatever you can, no one can stop me.

                                  1. I raised a complain to LG, as I got the fake LG bill, but they are denying for any liabilities, as this number [protected] is not LG service center's.

                                  2. As my transaction was through Paytm, I made a police complain and they are working on it.

                                  3. Raised a complain with Paytm to get the fraud's address ( but I am sure that address will be also fake).

                                  They are keep on changing their names as : Armaan Electronics, A-1 serveries.

                                  Can any one suggest, how to procced further to catch these fraud and/or at least, to stop them to cheat others

We are facing problems regarding washing our cloths he is just giving excuse.
                                    This is not a good sign of after sales services.
