We had very bad/worst experience with ifb service, we had issue with our washing machine, the washing machine drum was not working, have raised a complaint #[protected] dated : 23rd may 2019. Next day technician turned up and examined the machine and said they need to replace one of the part, actually they replaced still the machine not working. After that nearly 4 technicians daily examine the washing machine and keep on replacing the part (Till now they replaced 3 parts) but still not working almost one month completed but solution not yet found by operation team. Is this way of service doing by ifb? How much time you guys will take to bring to normal state.

Note : i have purchased washing machine 2 months back only after one month the drum was stopped working.

I have been amc contract amc no ifb/amc/c0518 dated 27/12/2018 to 26/12/2019 of model no. Rc 81 & fast 51 industrial product i have bee register complain for both machine on 20/06/2019 complain no. Fast51- [protected]

He not responding then i got number from customer care mr. Sourab he also not responding calls in amc this type of service providing to the customer how many days required for servicing of my machines i wasted my money for amc contract this type service experience i never got from any company.

I have bought a new IFB 1.5 ton 3 star split AC on 25/05/2019 and on 22/06/2019 its compressor has stopped working. On complaint technician has come and declared that compressor of AC is dead and needed to be replaced. I am repenting on my mistake of purchasing IFB product which had a life of only 28 days. On 25.10.2008 I bought a Neptune Dishwasher from IFB. After its warranty was over, he Jamshedpur office of IFB approached me for buying AMC. Since then I have been renewing my AMC regularly. The last AMC was valid till 31.05.2019.
However, this year the IFB office did not directly approach me for AMC. Instead, I got an SMS on my registered mobile saying: "Your IFB Product's AMC is expiring this month! Enjoy 10% discount on Annual Maintenance Contract. Reply AMC24 to [protected] to grab this offer."
I promptly sent the required SMS to the above number.
However, nothing happened after that. When I approached local IFB office, I was told that from 2018 IFB has discontinued AMC of NEPTUNE Diswasher.
My question is how can a reputed company like IFB discontinue maintenance support for a regular product like a washing machine for its loyal customers "without prior notice"
Also, in the event, how can the company then send false SMS to a customer to renew AMC.

I have got the contact number from IFB authorized dealers list.
Was charged 5350 and parts replaced. But machine did not work. we are trying to followup for last 5 days and they are dogging.
Please help

I had replaced my washing machine with new IFB Señorita WXS model in Oct 2018, ever since I have got this new machine ever time when we wash clothes it smells bad. I have complaint many times but there is no resolution yet.
I have been asked to contact Area manager for replacement of washing machine, however she never answers any calls.
Its the worst experience of life I am having buying IFB products. Please help me.

Machine is Continuously working without stoppage though we set running time.Understand that sensor is problem. Very poor service of our agent Saravana enterprises, Arcot. Waiting for 1 month for service. I am very much annoyed and the dealer is not attending the call. Pl. help me to resolve the issue

I have an Elena DX washing machine for the past 6-7 years, which has been under AMC throughout. The washing machine has had problems but being under AMC has always been serviced by IFB service centre technicians.Each time the technicians service it by opening any of the panels or machine, they forget to screw it on totally.So much so that the whole machine is now falling apart.The top cover is totally separate from the rest of the body of the machine, the side walls of the body are barely screwed on and it always has been on a stand but even then its base is rotting and is rusted.Due to its condition of just a few screws holding it in place it rattles like anything during the spinning cycle.I have made umpteen complaints with IFB regarding this problem that the machine is literally falling apart due to the negligence of the technicians but to no avail. Now the spinner has stopped totally and I have paid to the service centre for a new outer body.
I fail to understand why the customer should be penalised for the doings of the official technicians of the company. How come the machine is falling apart when it is being maintained continuously under AMC by IFB.
Kindly look into the matter .

When my IFB dishwasher stopped working, the IFB service centre, Aryan Services, Mumbai, charged me Rs. 6100.00 to repair my dishwasher on 26 Nov'18. It stopped working within 4 months! Then they charged me Rs. 4690 to get it functioning again. But surprisingly, I received a message on my mobile, against my complain no. [protected] that only 590.00 was charged, Rs. 0.00 was collected and no spares were replaced. I made numerous complains. Even Emails to IFB Consumercare was futile. I just got the reply that my complain has been resolved and they are closing my case. No further response to my mails.
When I ask for senior managers number, the online customer care gives me the number of Aryan Services. IFB is ensuring that we cannot make any complaints.
My family has IFB products in Gurgoan and Kerala. But none gives as dismal service as IFB Mumbai.

My dishwasher has stopped working again! I really regret buying IFB product here!

My IFB machine, ELENA AQUA DX had a problem two-three months back reg water leakage. One of the very few times that my machine was opened by an engineer. Since that day the machine is having a problem whenever I operate it and your engineer is visiting almost every alternate day!!! Useless engineers who are neither able to figure out leave resolving the problem. It seems to me since the time my machine has been touched by these engineers it has started malfunctioning. They have replaced some part, they say it's ok and when I set out to wash clothes, the machine doesn't work!!!.
I am an elderly lady and calling ifb customer care on a daily basis is causing me lot of mental harassment.

Please send some technically sound and experienced person who can set things right and compensate me for my torture.

We purchased a washing machine, within the varranty period the machine got repaired, we requested IFB to for repair but service person has taken the Display Board and ran away, i had complained many times IFB customer service but they are not taking any anction, please do replace or take the dump from my home.

We have bought IFB washing machine of model ELITE AQUA SX 7KG 1200 RPM by the month of October from a private showrooming Salem. From the day we have bought the machine it merely tends to give many trouble by getting faults which leads to change the mother board twice, Sensors, motors etc. We have never experienced such a bad appliances in our life.

Nearly we have called 10 times for the service of this machine.
So we need to take necessary actions from your side.
We need to change the machine as soon as possible with no cost.
It seems that you have given us the demo or sample piece which works in faulty condition.

It's been almost 10 days, I am following up with this authorised service centre RepairCare from IFB. I have spent 15+k in repairing my IFB washing machine and it stopped again after 2 days from repair. I have been following up since then but no response. Wrote email to IFB Customer Support and got one response that they will look in to it. It's been a week since then and now support centre also has stopped responding. Neither the RepairCare guys are picking my phone. I did not have such issues in Pune but Bangalore seems to have a major problem with customer support.

We are IFB washing Machine AMC on 30/03/2019. Its not working. we called customer service on[protected] that ticket no is [protected]. No technician is visited for this complaint. Again we are register a complaint on[protected] that ticket no is [protected]. Till now not taken any action. customer care is provided local IFB service no, but they are not all giving proper reprocess and their behavior is too bad with us.

I bought a IFB Senorita SX 6Kg washing machine 6 years ago and now it stops working. I contacted the nearby service center and the service personal came and inspected the machine. He said that PCB board is complaint and it will cost Rs.6900. I feel the amount is quite exorbitant. Its almost 1/3 cost of a new washing machine. Does it have this much price?

He did not examined anything in the machine and suddenly refusing and asking for the charges and what i had noticed that he was not in proper uniform i have a prove of cctv footage in my office. Your team told me to check his identity card and uniform and when i asked but he was not able to present them. And i had a talk to ifb representative which you appointed in rk electronics kalkaji ram puri new delhi then afterward he agreed for faulty compressor and agreed for replacing in very bad manner which shows ifb gratitude towards the costumer deal.

2 months back we have installed IFB AC in our home. As installation is not happening properly, rain water is leaked heavily from the hole made for AC when rain comes. And also, they damaged the wall for the purpose of hole. I have raised the same to IFB customer care and they came and fixed it. But again the same problem is happening. Now again im trying to call them. But they are not at all responding. As this is the rainy season, i am facing the water leakage problem regularly. And also my wall is getting damaged due to this water. For the sake of 40k now i have already invested more that 20k for these fixes and still they are not resolved

I have purchase machine from lotus indore, I think before 6 month, and today that is not working properly, I have complaint 3 times around, but they said engineer will call u and come. But there is no any call from engineer, in my last complaint engineer will come without any call, and said your machine sencer is damage. He changed, than he said it will wrok when u attech filter, on customer care they told. That an IFB 8KG machine, there is inbuit filter. Now machine is not again working, door is locked with cloth, last night customers care told me engineer will reach 6.30pm today8. 6.19. But no engineer is there.

I booked a complaint for fixing a leak. Service person from Chennai appeared promptly and coaxed me into buying a two year AMC for Rs 6488/-, saying that the part will be covered by AMC. He said he will be back in 4 days. Thereafter there is no news of him;he neither picks the call nor calls back. Today is the 17th day.It appears from similar complaints raised on this forum that IFB is interested only in selling AMC and there is no corresponding service. I either need the AMC amount back or I need my complaint resolved immediately.
